I have been dealing directly with the manager-Sandy. She has been much more than accommodating. Her demeanor and expertise are rare to find in this day and age. Additionally, while waiting to meet with her, any other employee with whom I have interacted has been pleasant and caring that I was waiting. I highly recommend this location, regardless of where you live in the valley. The drive will be worth it.
Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff, especially Kayla who always try to go above and beyond on everything she does. They have a large selection of frames for adults and kids including branded names. It was a pleasure to get my glasses for my whole family in this facility. We were in and out in no time.
Great place and great people.I came with my glasses that was broken.All the way from New Mexico.When I found the store I went in and showed it to the lady and front desk, she took and repaired it for me with a big smile on her face.They helped me and was fast.I love this place planning to shop there again when I come back to Las Vegas
The staff there is great and very helpful. Had a broken frame. It was discontinued but had a frame at another store. Unfortunately I did not have time to go get it. The clerk gave me the model number and design name told me to google it as I may find it online. I did and it worked. Bought a new frame online for $25! Brought them in and had the lenses switched no charge (did tip this is Vegas). They are great. Thank you.
I am so sad to leave this review as this initially was a refreshing experience and super friendly. Now it seems like they’re more business savvy and less customer oriented. I asked as a 22 year old who lives alone across the country, supporting himself since 19, for a trial pair of lens for my left eye (I already ordered a box for my right eye and was picking it up) I planned to do so for my left but I simply don’t have it to. I asked for the lens for my left eye as they last 30 days and I have a 6 month supply for my right eye (I didn’t want to strain my eyes using two right lenses in both eyes because I have different prescriptions), but they couldn’t do so without an order being placed. It’s so upsetting how these medical places including doctors offices which are supposed to be to aid of people when they are going through things and are just transactional and “policy followed”, so people don’t have to take accountability for being a poor human in the companies behalf. They didn’t do anything wrong, just like I didn’t yet I’m still blind. I’m just emotional at the dystopian society in general. If you’re always financially stable and don’t have life crisis’ this is the location and company for you.Thanks for reading my thoughts and feeling in advance 🥺🤍🦋
I had my appointment this evening and Dr. Muniz was the absolute sweetest! Everyone in the office was so friendly and the service was fast and efficient! But going back to Dr. Muniz...she was so friendly, informative, and eager to answer questions and help in any way. I am very happy with my experience today!
Absolutely a great experience! Took my 16 yr old daughter in for her 1st eye exam as, she was telling me for moths she could not see far away. We had her appointment with Dr. Lisa Davis which we enjoyed and learned a lot from, she explained her condition with detail and patients that made my daughter understand better why she couldnt see far. Then after getting her proscription we headed over to the frame area to pick out some cool glass frames for my teen, Tina the eye nurse was very helpful and informative on what would be the best add-ins for my teens lifestyle and comfort. Thank you so much to all the staff especially these two ladies that made our experience so easy and enjoyable! ☺
The doctor was nice. And even at first, Jesse was nice to show me and sell me the glasses, but once the store takes your money, forget about being treating like an appreciated customer. A couple weeks after buying, in fact, I was told by Jesse in a condescending tone that it was a courtesy TO ME for them to fill out the VSP rebate form. How is that? When the form itself REQUIRES them to fill the bottom portion out and authorize it by their signature. Then when I asked for another receipt, I was again asked in condescending tone, where was my original receipt. I simply need another receipt. Anyway, I was set to buy the 2nd pair this week, but im not giving them another dime of my money. They are nice ONLY & UNTIL they get your money. After that, you are a bother.

I bought 2 pairs of glasses with a promotion of buy one and the second one will be at 50% percent off, I paid close to $ 1000 that today at the time of the COVID-19 that I lost my job it was a lots of money but I needed them so I paid by credit card with the promise that I could return the sunglasses which were the more expensive pair and of course I had written down How much did I pay for each pair.When I returned the sunglasses they were the more expensive pair ... I was disappointed to found out that the calculation they gave me and I wrote down was wrong and they did not stand behind the detail they gave me.I don’t like the new Manager behavior and I will never go back to the store.They lost me as a customer.Costumer service is to stay behind the promise, even when the staff made a mistake.
Worst customer service ever!- incompetent and poor attitude from receptionist to manager (Jesse -arrogant)They could have solved a problem (created by them) and gotten an additional sale but terrible customer relations...
Over 10 years I have been supporting this business.I will NEVER RETURN.you make me wear a face mask! Im not sick! You put poison hand sanitizer on me and my son! We wash our hands! You make us stand and get our temperature taken. YOU HAVE LIST MY BUSINESS AND MY 6 CHILDRENS BUSINESS FOREVER.
I had an amazing experience! Everyone was great including Dr. Davis, the ladies at the front desk, Jenny and Brenda, and the optician Laura. They had better customer service and were actually cheaper than Costco optics!

Amazing customer service!! I have gotten many pairs of glasses here over the years and I have been happy with all of them. They have a great frame selection and I appreciate that they are always willing to help with adjustments and repairs.
I was on vacation from Colorado and my glass got scratched. Ghazala helped me get my glass by the next day. She was amazing and very helpful. One of the the best Visionworks I have been too

I went to vision works with my wife on Blue Diamond and the lady there was so rude . They just lost a customer for life. The customer service is horrible and they don’t care about people at all.

I’m from out of town, lost my contact, didn’t have a spare or glasses, and needed to drive home at night. These lovely and compassionate ladies hooked me up with a new lens, case, and solution when Walmart (where my prescription is from) said they wouldn’t be able to sell me a sample lens to drive home with. Yes, you read that right, they had the lens and because it was a “sample” they couldn’t sell it and would rather me drive home in the dark with my kids. I got a token slap in the face when the Walmart b@$&! said “you should probably carry glasses in case this happens again”.I will be going to Visionworks for my eye care needs from now on.

The Dr was wonderful and explained everything throughly to me as she educated me on contacts & my vision. Tina was great. She had me try on pair after pair of glasses until I foung the EOW pair.!! Very helpful and patient!!

I made an appointment to come in for my eye exam. They asked for my insurance over the phone. I told them the info, and was told everything looked good and the appointment was set for later that week.I went in for my scheduled appointment and was then notified that my $15 co pay didnt cover the contact exam, it would cost me an additional $50-$75 for that and I would only get 15% off my contacts making it about $210 for a years worth of contacts. I thought this was odd since it was a substantial difference in cost from my other optometrist office.Further questioning, it turns out Vision Works accept VSP insurance, however they are a out-of-network provider. They never once told me this over the phone when I made the appointment. When I asked them to cancel the authorization so I can go to an in-network provider, they refused to do it and told me I had to call VSP and get it canceled.I didnt want to argue so I took the number and canceled it through VSP. VSP then notified me that Vision Works couldve canceled it in office but apparently didnt want to.Long story short, I made an appointment at a different in-network office, my total cost with my insurance is $15 copay, contact exam is completely covered by the insurance, and I get $150 credit towards my contacts (making my 1 year supply of contacts just shy of $100)Vision Works shouldve told me over the phone that they were out-of-network.

The glasses come quick, if youre in a rush youll be in and out in no time, and the customer service amazing.
My appointment was at 11am waited 45 minutes to be seen, with 2 doctors and and business not that busy they told me they forgot about me, they apologized and made me fill out paperwork and took me about 10 minutes later. They were polite but ridiculous how they forgot about me when I was in theyre system with an appointment scheduled and talking to them about my paperwork when I first arrived

REALLY NICE STAFF AND VERY QUICK
Spent more than $1K on glasses, cant even provide a complimentary eyeglass cleaning cloth. Really?! First, we were told that they are out of stock. Come back later, .. came back and was told cleaning cloth does not come with the eyeglass, and have to buy one from their display.. This is the first eye care center that does not provide cleaning cloth. Will never come back.
Closed at 7pm. Website says 9pm. I dont like driving out of my way just to be shut out. Fix it!
