Got my glasses here and my brand new baby keeps snatching them off my face and throwing them. Needless to say I needed my glasses readjusted AGAIN! Luckily these ladies here have the best costumer service and so knowledgeable. Today I was helped by Gabriela who went above and beyond readjusting my frames and ordered new frames for me after noticing they didn’t fit me right. I had no clue. Once you purchase your new frames or lenses they will literally bend over backwards for you. Whether a readjustment or replacing a lost contact for free! Love this place!

Always a pleasant visit. Wait times might be my only complaint at certain times. Reyna is also a pleasure to deal with. Very understanding and helpful.

I got my eye exam done in February 2021 and it was great. I got my glasses outside of pearl vision due to personla finances. I recently lost my glassess, and I called back to ask a few questions about cost and my prescription. Daniel (or it could be Daniela?) answered all of my questions. She was so nice and very helpful. I was very happy because I get nervous about calling doctors offices beacuse usually the people on the other side dont sound happy. She sounded very happy and happy to help. Anyway, she made my day.

This was my first time at Pearle Vision at 230 N. Nellis Blvd. Las Vegas.If I could give Gabriel more than a five star, I would. He was very polite, patient, professional and knowledgeable. From the first time I went there in June 2021, from when I walked in the door until I left, I received 5 star quality assistance, every one is so nice. I highly recommend Pearle Vision, theyre all so awesome!

I had to wait a couple hours, understandably, due to being a walk in, but the staff was courteous and kept me advised of time length. It was worth the wait not to have to go to ER. And the doctor was very thorough in her explanation and recommendations. The North Nellis location is very busy, but every one was professional and efficient.

My Kids had there annual eye exam. Overall official staff nice and helpful, office was clean, Doctors were nice and explained well. Thank you for the good service.

I went in to get an eye exam and new glasses and they were all awesome. Dr. Motola was kind and professional. When it came to choosing my frames, Misael helped me. He was very kind and did a great job. He helped me choose my glasses and what suited me best. He had very good service and am glad he was able to help me. Overall it was a great experience

Nothing but 5 stars all the way around! Everyone was working as a team & everything went smoothly. Just the way a business should be run! The eye Dr was great and really took time to check out my eyes thoroughly. He referred me to a specialist which I appreciate. My insurance covered more frames than I would have initially thought. Believe it or not, I ended up getting a pair I really like without paying out of my own pocket.

Doctor M was so nice and all the staff was so incredibly kind it made getting my eye exam easy and I felt so comfortable there. Recommended to anyone who asks.

This was my first prescription glasses purchase ever (which is a long time!) and the experience could not have been better! My husband and I were warmly greeted, treated with kindness and respect -- even concern. This is the best location Ive been to for my glasses! The associates were very friendly, considerate, and timely. The had my glasses done in two days no waiting around, no problems what so ever.

The super nice man who helped my husband and I with the picking of our frames is named Misael. He was AWESOME! he gave his opnion on the frames, gave information that was very clear and very easy to understand. Even showed examples of non-polarized glasses and polarized glasses to help us determine if we would go with the recommendation for it. He was so nice, even walked us out.

Awesome customer service never had any problems, I drive across town just to come here its worth it. All employees were awesome from the top to bottom. Rana really manages this location well keep up the good work. I went to other locations none as great as this one.

My wife called yesterday and trying to book me an appointment. We were told that we can walk in at around 9am. I came to the clinic and I was told that they are fully booked but shes trying to give me a number to call while Im already there. These people talk like Trolls

My husband and I showed up 1 hour early for out appointments and they were able to take us in. The staff was great and took their time with us. Doctors explained everything clearly with us. I got contacts and they took their time in showing me different colors. When we went to pick our glasses they walked us through the specials they had. Due to COVID restrictions we weren’t allowed to walk around and try on glasses, but they brought them to us. They took their time with us in showing us glasses until we found the pair that was for us.

The staff here are truly amazing, there so welcoming and generous. The doctor is so nice. Rana helped me pick out the best glasses, I get comments everywhere of how amazing they look on me. And thank you to Brenda for helping me fix my glasses. They are just perfect, definitely coming here again. P.S. get the warranty.

This place is very friendly and they get you in with no appointment needed. You can just walk right in and get your eye exam!! Reyna was awesome and helped me with every little thing, very friendly!! I will definitely be going back to get my exams done at this location.

I thought that Pearle vision except the full insurance but they only cover the eye exam Im going to my other optometrist because he has my past history its okay if you have money then you can pick the glasses that you want but when you dont have the money you have to wait the clerk was very nice had a very nice personality and very funny but as far as buying my glasses from Pearle vision on a scale of 1 to 10 that would be a two

Wow just wow. This place was AMAZING. let me start with how clean it is. They disinfect everything & it was spotless. I felt comfortable & covid free!!! More importantly though the staff is above & beyond!! They were caring, friendly, knowledgable, & extremely helpful. I have never been anyplace where I felt more welcome. Except maybe families house. I got lucky & was helped by the manager Reyna. She was great. She even called 3 other people over to help me choose my glasses. It was wonderful to be treated so kindly. Im giving this place a 1 star but if I could it would be no stars at all. I had a bad experience last year and the year before that and I kept giving them a chance. They don’t know what they’re doing at all. They try to blame their bad customer service on other departments. If possible don’t ever go to this place. They need training.

I first went to Pearls vision about a week ago as a walk in and got my eyes checked. The dr told me i needed glasses. Mainly for night. Well I wore my glasses and my vision was worse. I went back today 10-14 and bring my kids along to get eye exams as well. I arrived at 8:30 because I didn’t have an appoint and they get Tons of walk ins well the took the 3 of us right then and their ( they weren’t open yet ) i got retested and my kids got their exams. Raina and another lady who was working the reception desk were amazing. Dr Amy and the male doctor who seen my kids were amazing as well. The 3 of us went home with our glasses. Definitely recommend this location.

I had a great experience at this location. From the receptionist to the pre examination, the doctor to the lady that helped me choose the frames, the whole experience was outstanding. They truly made me feel like the most important guest. Dr. Duran was patient, professional and answered all my questions. I never felt like he was rushing to see the next patient.He was very thorough and obviously cared about my health and well-being. I was very impressed.Jackie, the young lady that helped me with my lenses, was very personable, pleasant and very thorough herself. I cant gush enough about the whole experience. I am very selective about whom I recommend. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone here.

Went in as a walk-in was helped very fast like always. Finished the visit with Mary that helped with my son’s visit. Mary took the time to explain difference with insurance we have, time we have to replace the glasses if needed and lastly the reason why we should get checked for eye care.“Eyes are the window to your soul” said by Mary thank you had a good time. $1 Dollar bills in her soul. 😎
