Sandra’s customer service skills are horrible. She’s one of those people who talks through their nose as if they’re “better” than you. Her attitude is snobby. I’ll NEVER visit this location again.

Ive went here throughout the years due to their attention to detail. Last visit, they upsold without an explanation of charges and didnt get what went there for. Partly my fault for trusting them. Good experiences with scheduling and the exam, however.Update - The doctor and office manager reached out to me to fix this! Thank you Optic Gallery!

My old optometrist (JC Penny) is no longer available. Instead I unfortunately found these women deceitful. 1] They quoted me $664 for glasses. I declined. Instead I took my new RX to my old eyeglass provider (Payne). 2] The RX is questionable since I cant see out of the new glasses. Payne provided a full refund and will replace them. But, I trust Payne and not Optic Gallery on Sahara. 3] So, I asked for a second opinion and was told by Sandra at Optic Gallery that the amount charged to my insurance for an eye exam was returned so I could find another provider, which I preferred. 4] The eye exam was not returned but I did find out 5] that my insurance was billed and they paid $225 for eyeglasses (which I never got nor did I approve.) 6] I am disputing the insurance charge so I can find another optometrist. But, my insurance told me it will take 30 days. I am so disgusted by the deceit of this organization. Also, 7] the name they are using is not Optic Gallery but some person named Chen. Stay away. Any positive reviews about these people I find very suspicious.

The staff is so sweet and helpful! I came in for a sore in my eye ( I’m a terrible contact wearer) and they were awesome. They were very professional and the entire staff was so easy to deal with. I’m so glad I chose this place! Trust me on this one.. go here!

Ive been coming here for about 2 years now, and theyre great! Always so nice and respectful and the doctor is wonderful Always makes sure you understand whats going on. All in all such a beautiful place with lovely staff.

Great service and wide range of options.

Staff was very helpful! I forgot my medical card with my son...rather than rescheduling they suggested i call my son and have him send a copy of my card. I then emailed the copy to them right from my cell phone and was able to proceed with my eye exam. Doctor was great, was precise and clear. Picking out glasses was easy....i would definitely recommend Optic Gallery for eyecare!

My wife and I have had several pairs of glasses made here. The service is always professional and the frames always fit perfect upon pickup with no adjustment needed. Huge variety of frames and styles to choose from. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great customer service.. took my 9 yr old and she was really nervous because she didnt know what to expect being her first eye exam but the Dr was super great with her and she was totally comfortable with the Dr. She was extremely nice and then after the exam the Drs assistant helped us pick out glasses and my daughter, though pretty picky, got her first pair of glasses picked out in about 15 min and the assistant was great through the whole thing. Would recommend to anyone.

Very disappointing...was not offered warranty Girl is speaking of or I definitely would had gotten it...I do remember NOT wanting transition lenses....but no talk about thinner lenses..I feel scammed

Im from out of town and had an issue with my contacts. Optic Gallery came to the rescue and saved my vacation!

Reception is a joke. They dont have their paperwork or operations together. They do not respond to you if you contact via email. Unhelpful in general and highly overpriced.

This place is a joke drove across town for nothing they advertise Maui Jim sunglasses on their website and dont sell or order them ask questions at the front desk same answer for everything I dont know Wow what a place
