I have never enjoyed going to a providers office more! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, both doctors make an effort to get to know you and discuss your situation. I will refer everyone I know here!

This was the second time back to the optic Gallery. This time for an exam and 2 pairs of glasses. Im extremely happy with everything. My glasses and frames are perfect. I may go back for a 3rd pair . The selections are really good. The employees are all extremely helpful and professional. Thank you to everyone who helped make my visit a great experience. 👍

I have had vision issues for my entire life. After glasses and an unsuccessful Lasik procedure, I came across Optic Gallery to get yet another prescription for glasses. Every person was incredibly welcoming and Dr Eusebio to time to examine and explain the details of my vision issues. It is a rare treat to have an entire team of people focused on your needs as a customer. GO HERE FIRST! You, like I, will be thrilled.

All the staff was so friendly and the doctor was too. I needed my glasses expedited because I have my honeymoon to Hawaii coming up soon and wanted to be able to see clearly. They went above and beyond to make that happen. My new glasses are sooo clear and perfect. Thanks again guys.

Doctor Suh is a wonderful eye doctor. I am a very panicky person and she was extremely patient and understanding and gentle with me. I have very poor vision and cataracts and she took me through the entire process step-by-step explained everything in as much detail as I needed and also made sure that I was aware of things that would be happening in the future so they wouldnt come as a big shock to me. No matter how upset I got or how many questions I asked she was always patient and gentle and optimistic and gave me all my options. All the office staff here is also very nice and patient with me. Jackie and Lisette went out of their way to take as much time with me as necessary to pick out new glasses that would be the best for my vision and for my looks.

The best attitudes produce the best results.I dont normally do much for myself, but when I do, I really do. These gals made me feel comfortable spoiling myself. I dont mean to get mushy here but, I really love these gals.Ricky D

I usually do not write reviews, however, I am so impressed by Optic Gallery utmost care for their patients, that I believe it is only fare to let the public know that this is a MUST go place! I called late Wednesday afternoon with some severe discomfort in my eyes, and the staff was able to squeeze me in the next morning. Although my insurance had closed its doors by the time I made my appointment, by the time I arrived the next morning, they already had cleared my insurance coverage and assured me that the visit was covered by my insurance! During my visit, I was treated with respect and so much personal care! Dr. Suh explained the cause of the irritation in my eyes in details and in a way that I can understand fully what is occurring with my eyes. She further gave me all possible options that could help me improve, and together we choose the one that best suited my needs and finances. She spend at least an hour with me exploring options, ensuring my insurance covers my treatment and I was happy with the end result. I could not recommend this place enough!

This office is a breathe of fresh air, it is filled with the most incredible staff I have ever experienced in any medical clinic in my entire life. Dr. E spent so much time on my eye exam, he was so extremely thorough. He explained every single thing to me in great detail and he continually asked if I had any questions. Dr. E made sure to make eye contact with me the whole time he was on the computer just to make sure I felt heard. Dr. E did numerous different things and really took his time to make sure I was getting the absolute perfect prescription. I love him and all of his staff! His employee Dee was the sweetest girl, she was so professional and created a happy calm and comfortable environment. She went out of her way to place a special order for me and was kind and cool the whole time. This office is an incredible place, I can not even articulate how amazing they are I just love them!!! If you live in Vegas go here, it is worth the drive and you will not regret it!!!

Dr. Eusebio and his staff are the best! Everyone I have ever spoken to there are so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My vision has gotten worse over the years and I have never had a team be genuinely concerned and dedicated to help me as much as them. If it wasn’t for them, who knows when I would have been diagnosed and how bad my vision would be. I have gone to so many different optometrists in Las Vegas and I can not imagine going anywhere else now! I cannot ever thank them enough. Thank you, Dr. Eusebio, Dee and Jackie(just to name a few).

During this appointment, I had both of my children, in which one had never visited the eye doctor before, so he was a bit nervous. However, by the end of the visit, he was very happy and excited about his new pair of eye glasses. I was debating on changing my appointment, so I could come alone, but while I was completing my eye exam, they were very helpful with assisting my two children with picking out eye glasses. Especially with my younger child, I wasnt certain what size glasses to get for him, so I loved having their experts help me. They were able to explain what would technically be too large for their faces, what would slip off their faces too easily, and tips on colors. The entire office makes the visit stress free!

While I’ve been an Optic Gallery client for years, this was my first time at this location. I thought the staff was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Plus, they had a great selection of frames to choose from.

Dr. Suh is very thorough and listens to what I want to accomplish with my next set of glasses. The staff is well-trained and do not try to push a certain brand or style on you. Take your time and look around if you want, they will suggest if you dont know, for something new. I really like this office!

I have been to several Optic Galleries in the valley because of their eyeglass selection, but this location is now the only one I go to because the doctors are awesome! Both are incredibly knowledgeable (they know without having to look up my uncommon current medication that it can affect my eyes) and they will spend the time necessary to ensure my prescription is just right. The office staff is wonderful as well and the opticians help me choose the perfect pair of glasses every time. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Suh is fantastic. My two kids, my husband, and I all came in for new eyewear. The entire experience was fantastic. Having had a bad experience elsewhere, the Dr. and entire office staff were very sensitive to this and took great care to make us feel welcome. They were timely, efficient, and got the accurate prescriptions, plus the glasses came in way sooner than expected.

Finding a new eye doctor after switching insurance can be quite the headache. From the moment I called to see if they were accepting new patients, I knew this was going to be a good place. What I didnt realize is just how great of a place it would be. Kelly was such a breath of fresh air! She was friendly and helpful with my check in. She handled my initial eye screening and was professional, clean (COVID time), and energetic. Once I was settled in the exam room, Dr. Richard came in with the same positive energy. His exam was thorough. He asked questions and took the time to listen. He was knowledgeable, funny, and professional. I felt comfortable and relaxed as he explained what each test/image was checking. My contact fitting went very well. There was no rush to buy anything, and he sent me home with a trial box to test out for a couple weeks to ensure they felt comfortable. My checkout was handled by D. She was amazing and took the time to explain what was covered by my insurance. Optic Gallery has made a new patient, and I will be recommending them 100% of the time. All of the employees are following the States mandate for Covid 19 response and they are making sure the public follows it too.The staff there was very friendly and welcoming. Went through the different exams and then came in the doc.She was great!!! Did a more thorough eye exam, explained everything she did and even went over the results of the optic nerve test and showed me the results.Its a shame I waited so long for glasses. I wish I would have found them 4 years ago.Overall, I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to family and friends!

Dr. Suh and her staff were so warm, kind and informative! I really appreciated that they were frequently sanitizing surfaces and were super quick with the exam. Jackie helped me pick out my frames and was SO PATIENT with me while I made my final decision. They had a really extensive collection of beautiful frames to choose from and I was really impressed with the overall selection. I would absolutely recommend their office and will personally be back next year for my annual exam. :)

Office was very accommodating! They offer top notch service. I wear contacts & typically order an Year supply; was told if for any reason I’m not happy I can exchange. Have never been told this in past.

The front desk lady was very knowledgeable and helpful and the doctor took me in to fix my prescription within minutes. I didnt have to wait at all.

I have been going to the same eye doctor for 15 years, and unfortunately had to find someone that was covered by my new insurance. I was thoroughly unimpressed with my experience at Optic Gallery. I called ahead to make my appointment and gave them all the information to be able to get my records, and yet when I arrived they had done nothing to get my history. Without knowing me at all the doctor I saw seemed shocked that I kept up with my appointments, and when I picked out my glasses the cost for each feature I requested was not broken down but presented as a total price. When I have had to deal with them since, I am interrupted on the phone, and often get passed from one receptionist to another without any information as to why I am calling passed along so I am constantly having to repeat myself. I am only giving them a 2 star instead of a 1 because they did have a nice selection of eyewear available.

I had a problem with my new VA glasses. I had seen the Optic Gallery so I decided to walk in. The staff greeted me and set up an appointment. After a check on my prescription, I had a meeting with Dr. Suh. She explained what the problem was and my options. I feel very comfortable with her and with her skills.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They unfortunately don’t handle eye abrasions and i would have needed a separate doctor for the contact lenses.

Last year I decided not to wear contacts for a whole year, deciding to use my glasses. Giving my eyes a rest after years of wearing contacts. Well our eye exams were due but we are in the middle of a pandemic. It’s okay I thought then my glasses broke in the middle split into two, well I have my old pair - forget it - it broke in half too.What was I going to do. I cannot see worth anything without. We called and Dr. Eusebio and Dr. Suh two of the nicest and kindest Optometrists you could get. My family was able to get appointments- practicing social distancing on a Saturday. They were efficient, very accommodating, nice and very helpful and very grateful. I thought I am the one who needs to be grateful for all their help. So if you need contacts or glasses - call them and get an appointment, you will not regret. They have a fine selection of frames and contacts. My family was very happy to find large frames and Asian frames. Dr. Suh and Dr. Eusebio thank you so much and we are so happy to help small businesses such as yours. God bless.

Horrible experience. I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. I was not even acknowledged for 20 minutes. I then started to fill out the paperwork and 5 minutes later was called to the desk to be informed that the Doctor had a emergency and could they reschedule my appointment. I asked why I wasnt informed earlier and the girl said that they didnt actually have me in the system as having an appointment. So basically she lied to me at first because they screwed up my appointment and didnt want to tell me so they made up the Emergency excuse instead. Unacceptable !!!!!!

When I first walked in I was greeted and with smiles. The staff are amazing and very helpful. They are knowledgeable when asked questions. I will definitely come back and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you guys again!

Always a pleasant experience the staff and Dr. Suh are great. It may be a little more expensive than the big box eyeglass stores but the dedicated and individual service you get is well worth it.
