Tony was amazing! She was so patient with me as I tried on hundreds of pairs. The establishment was clean and professional. I also got a really good deal with buy one get one free! I will for sure be coming back here for all my glasses in the future

My son needed new glasses, and Tony helped us out tremendously. She was very patient as my son was unsure of what glasses he wanted. She went above and beyond with our needs. Great store, the whole staff there is awesome.

Had a wonderful experience from the time I got my exam, til I picked up my glasses. Loved that they took my insurance and explained all my benefits. They gave me an option to get my second pair at 50% because of my insurance. I love my glasses and the lady that helped me. The ladies where very helpful and showed that they cared about me as a patient.

Prices are insane! Online at EyeBuyDirect without insurance beat the price by 1/2! Sams club beat the price by 4 times with insurance! This is for lenses and frames. Also Sams gave me like 8 choices for transistions colors, I didnt get any here. I loved the Optometrist though. Will be leaving a separate review for her.

Excellent customer service! Called for an appointment and was seen the same day. The workers were Great and friendly! Dr. Siciliano was very thorough and explained everything. Never experienced before from any Optometrist. Thank you for a great visit!

Went here for an eye exam and felt very rushed during the procedure and like I was inconveniencing the doctor. She didn’t wait long enough for me to actually see which lense was better. Didn’t feel that confident in my prescription so I went to the vision works on blue Diamond and received infinitely better service. My prescription that I received here and at the blue Diamond location was EXTREMELY different. Needless to say I’m glad I went in for a second opinion. I would definitely recommend the blue Diamond location as they have cheaper glasses options, better service and a doctor who’s actually patient.

They do both walk ins and appointments. I made an appointment, but apparently some walk-ins came in right before me or they over booked. After filling out the paperwork, I was told it would be a 45 min wait. Which could easily be much longer. We only go to eye exams once a year and have never had to wait long when having an appointment at a different company. I wanted to try this because of an advertisement in the mail with what seemed like a valuable coupon off a 2nd pair. After the getting the details, it wasnt going to save nearly as much as the ad suggested. I left without seeing the Dr. I hope they can figure out a better plan to not have patients with appointments wait so long or longer than the walk-ins. They should also tell the clients prior to paperwork that its going to be an unusually long wait period.

Absolutely great place! We used to go to another location, but since Toni works here now, we followed her here. Toni is the store manager, shes friendly, kind, patient, also has excellent skills in adjusting glasses.I had my eye exam done here. The doctor is professional and efficient, all the sales ladies were super friendly and I found my perfect glasses here. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at Visionworks. What a great experience! I received a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in the door. The employees and the doctor are wearing masks and also provide gloves for everyones safety. I was early for my appointment and they took me right away. All the staff was very kind and appeared to genuinely care. Very professional and also made me feel welcome. They all seem to really enjoy their job. It was a great vibe. Dr. Helen Kinsley is just awesome! Very kind and helpful. Took the time to make suggestions about eye care for dry eyes. Also showed me the XRay of my eye and talked to me about overall eye health. She is professional, kind, down to earth, extremely knowledgeable and was willing to take her time to answer all my questions. Never once did I feel rushed. I received a complimentary sample for eye drops. When it came to checking out, they thoroughly explained my insurance coverage options. Also provided some coupons before I left. I have found my new eye doctor! Ty Dr. Kinsley and staff.

Helpful staff that greet you upon entering. Frame prices available for various budgets. The promotion for buy one, get one free had no small print hassles. I got the same features on both pair at no additional cost.

Went to a different Visionworks in town and was not impressed. However, the location at South Rainbow is fantastic. We came in shortly before closing time expecting to be told to come back, but instead Jhing welcomed us right in! She was incredibly efficient, friendly, knowledgeable... not enough adjectives to describe how great she was! She even filled out and faxed the form to the insurance company! Jhing went the extra mile and we highly recommend her and this Visionworks location!

This was my first time at Visionworks. Dr. Knisely was friendly and extremely patient with me. I tend to feel anxious at eye appointments but she made feel at ease. Hannah, my optician was helpful and actually found the perfect frames for me(Im asian and find it difficult to find cute frames that stay on the bridge of my nose). There was also a special for a free second pair of glasses which I took advantage of. Hannah and her partner Corinne really made *frame picking* a fun event for me. I definitely recommend Dr. Knisely and the Opticians at this location. I will certainly come back here!

Came here to get my eyes checked along with the rest of my family, eye test seemed rushed. Eye doctor told me my eyes were so bad and she doesnt know how im even driving, um i wouldnt go that far. A bit exaggerated to say the least i see just fine especially when driving, my husbands glasses totally wrong he cant even see out of them we have to return thoseThey lure you in as if glases will be cheap with their specials. 800 plus dollars later....kind of think it was a waste if you ask me.
