Was just walked out of this establishment and let me tell you, the staff was amazing very professional and very pleasant atmosphere! The optometrist was very detail with his diagnosis and the information reflected with the questions i presented was as expected. I would definitely come back for check ups and future business.

We stopped in town to get my sons eyes checked. The doctor was very thorough and we were able to get a new prescription. He also printed out some reading material and made some recommendations to a specialist. He was very helpful.Masks were required. 👓

Got my glasses from them, after about several months, I tweaked my frame, brought it in and they replaced the frame (Under Warranty). Then just recently, I tweaked my frame again ! But this time the Warranty was already expired ! They only cover the exam if youre on medicaid. They refer you to some other place to get frames. Wont be going here to get the 2 frames I fell in love with. =(

Horrible customer service! I just got on Health Care and am on Medicaid for 4 weeks. The girl told me she didnt want to schedule an appointment because depending on what insurance you have chosen AFTER the 30 days would determine if or if not you could be seen even with an appointment. I told her my selection, told her I have a member# and asked her to call insurance for verification and she outright refused! HORRIBLE
