From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The check in process was a breeze! The receptionist was bubbly and personable and very competent. Once I was in the room I was greeted by an assistant named Crystal and she was awesome! She made it easy to review medical history and made me feel comfortable while she took pictures of the back of my eyes. She seemed excited about the new equipment and educated me on the technology. On top of that she got everything on the first try. My exam was done by Dr. Sara Haghani and she was was so nice. She gave me information regarding Nevada’s heat and the effect it has on contacts which is something I would have never known about. She was very knowledgeable and I felt confident receiving care from her. The process of picking out glasses was convenient and I was shown which frames were covered under my insurance without having to browse the store. I would highly recommend this office for your future eye care needs. I will definitely return for next years exam.

This place is ridiculous. They will cancel your appointment without even telling you until you actually show up at your scheduled time!

My insurance was not pulling up in order to get my daughters prescription glasses. I had previously contacted 5 different offices who would not help me. Finally I spoke to Jordan at this office and she contacted the insurance and got it fixed and straightened out. When I went in to pick the glasses I was in and out with no wait. I was very happy with the service here and would recommend them.

Everyone is super nice and friendly from the moment you walk in. There was little to no wait time, I was brought back immediately and had a tech work me up quickly. The Optometrist was super thorough with my exam and she is very knowledgeable. Great experience, thank you!

This review has nothing against the doctors themselves because my doctor was very friendly and thorough. This review is strictly based off the company itself. This company is MONEY HUNGRY! All they do is charge fees on top of fees. I work in the medical field and have very good insurance, however for my appointment I still had to pay over $70 out of pocket for various fees. I was told I only have 2 options to choose from for contacts and explained how both of them were very uncomfortable and dry. Since I had no other option, I simply wanted a copy of my prescription and I would go through a website listed under my insurance. The first girl I spoke with told me that it would be fine and to come in, call once I arrive, and they would meet me at the door with a copy. When I call a couple of days later, outside the door, the person I spoke with this time was very hesitant. She put me on a brief hold and came back only to say that I wouldn’t be able to receive a copy of my prescription. She stated that my contact fitting was not “finalized” and since I went over the allotted time period I now have to pay an additional $30 to receive my own prescription that I already paid for! This company is downright ridiculous and the audacity to have someone pay outrageous fees while there is a pandemic going on is baffling. I will never go here again, and reading the other reviews, I should of never went to begin with.

Ive been going to this eye care place for over 10 years and they have been ripping me off and the Insurance companies. They have charged me any from $400 to $600.00 out of pocket with insurance. This year the rep.tired to charge $600 out pocket, I refused and said I would get my glasses else where. Came back in June they said my glasses would be $281.00, then I reminded them I had insurance and it went down to 261.00 with my insurance paying over 600.00. This Fraud Fraud Fraud..Beware we take for granted their being honest but the ripping us off...

I had a wonderful experience at Clear Vision on West Sahara yesterday, October 29,2020. My Optometrist was delightful. I have Lyme disease, and I was appreciative that he was knowledgeable about how my condition could affect my vision, and the heath of my eye. The staff that I interacted with were warm, polite, and helpful. I am on a limited budget, and I was clearly informed about what everything would cost.

Customer service was pretty really bad. I wasted 2 hours there for nothing. They call me 1 day later just for tell me. “Your insurance isn’t covering your frames” “Come back and take advantage of your 20% off” What!!! I already pay $200 bucks extra, and now you want me to go back to pay you more?!?! NO THANK YOU!!! I’ll find a different place.

Poor customer service, said I could come and waited to lock door on my face. Had issues before didnt honor there glasses warranty. Dont recommend this place. Clark County business license states that they must be open. Rather give a 0 star rating.

The Henderson Clear Vision is horrible my son is autistic they were so rude i didnt even order his glasses i went to the west Sahara branch. Just a little FYI.

Got an appointment the very next day. COVID friendly. Very fast and efficient. Super friendly. Highly recommend coming here !

Dr Jos Fermin rocks!! He is personable, knowledgeable, compassionate, and has a great sense of humor. I am a RN so I recognize quality medical care and he delivers. My eyes have been cared for greatly by him. He has been my optometrist for more than 10 years along with my 2 children, mom, sister, and nephew. I have watched him mature from a young doctor to the awesome experienced doctor that he is today.Today there was a front desk woman named Gloria who I had never seen before. Not only was she friendly and knowledgeable, but she took time before I completed my visit to verify my insurance coverage for my discounts and amounts covered as I was told upon my arrival by someone else that my insurance did not cover my new contacts if ordered, but my visit only. I knew this was incorrect, but SUPER WOMAN GLORIA, verified all and made sure my coverage was added before I left the facility. Thank you Gloria!!!

This place is trash came here for and eye appointment for contacts ao I can wear BOTH colored and non colored after my appointment and paying for colored contacts I get my prescription and it says for clear I go and try to have it set for colored and now they want to charge me extra for a new fitting for contacts when my stuff is still active all I want is colored like what?! Why do I have to pay extra when this was the reason why I came here in the first place this place will come up with any reason to make extra off you total bs place

I was very impressed and happy with the service across the board and I have been going to an optometrist since I was in grade school.The W. Sahara location is very clean and professional. The technician, Laney, was great in running the tests needed and giving me a play by play of what to expect as we moved around the office (this is so nice when you are feeling blind without your contacts in).I met with Dr. Jennifer Burke and she was so friendly and personable. She took her time with me and answered all my questions, explaining things with great clarity. I was breastfeeding at the time, thus she did not run any test that could possible effect my nursing child.The front staff was able to clearly go over what my insurance would cover and gave me the varying price options regarding my contact order and there was no pressure to buy more than I could. Once ordered, my contact arrived in less than a week.I wish I would have found this office sooner. It was such a great experience.

This was my very first eye exam since I was a kid probably. Ive never worn glasses or contacts in my whole life. Since age has changed my eyesight I went to get them checked. The staff was all VERY nice to me and very professional. Paige who is the girl who helped me purchase my very first pair of glasses ever was wonderful. I was pleased with my experience.

Scott was absolutely the best, my wife, my daughter and myself just brought 3pair of glasses (name brand) for a great price but the best part was Scotts customer service. He went above and beyond to make this seamless and so easy THANK YOU SCOTT!

Ive been going to Clear Vision for my eye care for years. Excellent customer service and top quality care from check in to pre testing to Dr Crutchfield to assistance with ordering glasses to checkout. I highly recommend this office!

They did such a good job that I decided to just let them keep the glasses they made for me, I figured if I cant see out of them they must of made that pair to hang on the wall. Still a year later, no calls back, no emails about my glasses, no check ups, they may have just went ahead and popped resold them.Dont go here, very unpleasant experience.

I tried to make annual appointment for my son b4 the end of the year but after making the appointment and drove 40 minutes last tuesday was told my son cant be seen as his insurance shows inactive in their system so Same day called my insurance 3 times and was told he was active since Dec5th 2019.Called back again the next day and still no active and melissa told me it takes 72 hrs to show in their system.I called back thursday last week and she said its still not active and th ere is nothing they can do about it and its not their policy to call my insurance to verify.My son needs his glasses and cant be seen so I waited and called yesterday and was told not yet, I got stressed out even my insurance customer rep told me to get another optician as it seems clear vision dnt want my son to be rendered to,I ddnt want to change doctors coz Dr.Fermin is my sons optician and he does a very good job .DrFermin is th e best optician in the valley and so still I had hope and called today and talked to yoervis and ahe said ots still not showing active so I asked her what ishe can help me with as my insurance shows its active, she then said its not their problem and there is nothing she can do and I need to call my insurance again and figure out and that she doesnt know why my insurance is saying my son is active while on their end its not .What a bad experience I got from the office that I put my trust in.Thank you for chasing us away and we will never come back to this office gain but for Dr.Fermin, he is the best but not the front desk rude employees that never offer to help .

Best transition glasses I have ever had. I can wear them all the time for far, near and reading. And the are sunglasses too! All in a stylish frame. They did an awesome job.

I was in for an eye exam because it had been quite a few years. They were very thorough. I found out I have cataracts that will probably need to be corrected soon. It wasnt great news but it is good to know. Because at this time glasses wont improve my vision, there was no pressure to buy from them. I was very pleased with the personnel from the front desk to the assistant to the doctor. I will return and let others know how pleased I am.

Previously I went to the Henderson office for many years but moved to Las Vegas and this office is only a few minutes from my home. Since I recently have gone through a bit of a traumatic experience with eye surgery, I was nervous. The staff and Dr. Fermin were excellent and I am glad to have found this location. I will purchasing new glasses here very soon and working hard to maintain my eye health with the help of these professionals. Thank you for your excellent service.

Great service all around. DO presented me with several options for contacts and was never pushy or trying to up-sell me on anything, just wanted me know the pros and cons of each choice. Opticians were fantastic and made every effort to accomodate me in every way. I highly recommend them for customer service and efficiency.

Dr. Fermin is fantastic! Very thorough and friendly! Staff is very nice and friendly and makes you feel at home! They have a large variety of eyewear, so theres something for everyone... the pickiest, the frugal one, the name brand lover, etc.Office hours are great and very convenient for families with busy schedules.We had some issues with our insurance, not anything the docs office could do or help with, but the office kept in contact with us until we got it all worked out. (They didnt bug us everyday, but they didnt forget about us. It was just the right amount of contact/follow-up).We would highly recommend this office to all our family and friends!

The worst experience Ive ever had at at optical center! Not only are the more expensive with contacts and glasses, but horrible customer service! FYI, I went across the street to Pearle vision who had my same exact contact for 20.00 cheaper! I couldnt believe it! I have two insurances when I comes to contacts, one insurance makes it cheaper for my contact lenses, so the fitting fee would only be $10, with my other insurance the fitting fee would be $40, this place wanted to use the insurance that would cost me $40 for a fitting fee! I asked why wouldnt they want to save me money and use the insurance that would cost less for a fitting fee, the girl behind the desk told me thats just what they had to do. I called my insurance they said that was not the case, I went to another place which used the insurance that I wanted and I only ended up paying $20 out-of-pocket because they wanted to make sure they save me money. It appears this vision place is all about money and not about customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this place to anybody and instead go to the competition across the street at Pearle Vision!

Dr. Crutchfield is a wonderful doctor, a great family man who speaks highly of his children. His staff is very professional, helpful and polite. Me and my family have been coming here for over 10 years and will not go anywhere else.

First and foremost the staff that greeted me were polite and courteous. I was seen with in 5 minutes with Dr. Fermin. If anyone needs to see a eye doctor for the first time or get a new eye doctor I recommended.

I bring my kids here for their eye exams. The staff here are so friendly. The Drs are great and they take their time with you.

I visited them from the uk and needed urgent care.They sorted me out and we’re the most lovely folks.

Dr Burke and the office staff are both thorough and compassionate. This combination is hard to find nowadays. I would definitely recommend this group.

Tina the front desk lady is just down right aweful. Hopefully you never have to deal with her. Was completely rude. Informed her because of how she acted that she lost my business and she said thats fine. I asked to receive my prescription via email (like it was done previously) and she refused to. Asked if it was illegal when I just spoke over the phone and they were able to order my contacts WITH my insurance over the phone but she couldnt send me my prescription via email and refused to give me my prescription over the phone. I purchased the damn thing I should be able to be told what my prescription was at least. Once I received my ordered perscription contacts I will never come back her again which sucks because the doctor is amazing but Tina at the front desk ruined it for me.

Worst experience ever. Technician extremely unhelpful, seemed like she forgot we were there. Right after we walked out, the “manager” Jason who didn’t bother to talk to us while we were there, actually called my cell to tell me there was nothing wrong with my husband’s glasses. The ones that keep falling apart and have brought us in 3 times! The ones that the Pecos location took one look at and said the lenses were cut too small! Pecos had to finally step in to help us have the glasses sent back to the lab so the lenses could be cut correctly as West Sahara was not willing to accept the responsibility of doing so, even though they were the ones who had them cut (wrong) in the first place. Our experience at Pecos has been totally the opposite from this West Sahara office - go to Pecos if at all possible. This West Sahara location is full of incompetent employees who clearly don’t understand their craft. Have been waiting now 4 business days for the regional manager to return my call so I can explain the situation to him, it was that bad.

Orders of contact lenses average of 2 or more months.Promised they ordered it and next time you called nobody placed the order at all.
