UPDATE: 26 May 2021.The manager called me about my repair she asked how it was and I told her it wasn’t fixed. She said she wanted to make it right. My money was refunded. She said they take pride in their work. They stand behind their work. Thank youHad a IPad repaired and now am having the same problem. And I’m past by 14 days warranty. Right after it was fixed we brought it right back and they said it will be tight and it would loosen up. Now it won’t change at all. I don’t think they knew what they were doing. When I first took it in on Monday I was told I have it by Tuesday. When I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready. Didn’t call to say it’s wasn’t ready. Then said it would be ready the next day then they called and said not ready by Friday and then when I called it still wasn’t ready. I guess it was at another store. Finally got it before they closed that day and was back the next day when they told me it was to be tight but like I said it it will not change now on any cord that I have. I was charged $145 and now I don’t have a working tablet. Not happy. When I used them in the past on changing iPhone battery they were great. Not his time

They had what I needed but too pricey.

Lol. I bought a iPad from this store. The iPad was at a extremely low and affordable price. When I bought the iPad the lady who was assisting me did not tell me about the store’s no refund policy. Or the fact that the iPad software was I.O.S. 9.3.5. - this means Apple won’t update past that. So I couldn’t download any apps or any thing. Anyway when I tried to return the IPAd. The lady then told me no refund policy. What a RIp.

Very Displeased and Unsatisfied with the service of one Worker in Particular at this location named Deliana Soto, she over charges older customers, telling them that accessories are free but they aren’t, she told my Grandmother that she wasn’t paying for the case and screen protector but she was in fact charged for them both. My Grandmother Specifically asked to be on the $35 plan because she’s on a fixed income and can’t afford to be on such a high plan. Regardless of the request, she was still put on the $50 plan with insurance that she also wasn’t aware of. And not to mention she didn’t include her receipt with her purchase. We had to go in today a few weeks after her purchase to obtain her receipt.

Had my LCD fixed because of screen bleeding then the whole screen didnt work the same day, like it wont respond whenever I tap it. so I brought it back the next day and when i got it, face detector wont work. a month later, same thing happened, my LCD wont work no more, i brought it back again and they said they only give customers 14 days warranty. It might be because they know the LCD they replaced it with wont last that long.

Im so happy to see lina here i havent seen her here and i thought what a tragedy that would be if she left but thank you for the service youre very helpful thank you all very much

Angry customer ahead of me dealing with employee and only 1 employee in the whole store along with more people in line already. Waited in line just to find out no screen protectors for my OnePlus.

I repaired my phone again for the same fault and it was worse, the previous technician who was there with you knew a lot and was more patient to explain to me, so now, try to repair my phone and it is worse, change the screen and now the fingerprint of tactile identification and it doesnt work, bad service, they have a bad technician, I dont know why they dont call the technician who was there before. Sorry but going back with you I WILL NOT DO IT AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT SERVICE.

Bad experience I badly repaired my phone a month ago and that current technician does not know how to repair or explain, before they had a good technician and a lot of experience knew how to explain well, I repaired a computer and fixed it well 6 months ago and it has not failed me. The other guy named Marco had a lot of experience and I never go back to buy from you again, NEVER, I am going to look for this person who repaired my phone because they left it worse and I know that the boy is in a mobile business

Came in to make a payment with a young lady named Brenda and she was very helpful with every question I had. I ended up leaving with a brand new phone and they were also getting ready to close but I was not being rushed. I’ll definitely be coming back and I definitely recommend this place! (:

I am very happy with this place. I purchased my phone here. Ive only had one not so great service, but i cant say it was bad service either. Just not friendly, so its not too big a deal. My last visit, i really enjoyed the girl . she was very informative friendly and helped me save money. Cant go wrong with this place, they know what they are talking about. Wtg!

This place allegedly closes at 8:00 pm. I called 10 mins before in regards of a question. I was in the same shopping center so i drove over there because nobody was answering the phone. I go to the location & people are in the building. It is 7:54 & the doors are locked. I knock & the females inside wave for me to leave. Do better.

This place is good for new phones and accessories but the guy that fixes phones is horrible... he’ll fix 1 thing but mess up another. Always says it’ll take 1-2 hours but take 3-5 days!

Fast Service. Got me into a nice phone, a much needed upgrade, at a great price.

I took my phone in to the tech because my Sim card slot had a broken prong and it wouldnt read my card. It would have been a pretty penny to have the whole slot replaced. But the tech rigged it up for 15 bucks and I havent had a problem since then and that was more then 6 months ago. He was fast and saved me some serious dough. Would definitely go back to have any phone fixed by him.

BEWARE! return policy on accessories No refunds given - only in store credit. Clerk did not make me aware of the return policy, and upon attempting return pointed to a sign with the no refund policy. I will be attempting to contact the store manager to rectify this.UPDATED: got a hold of the manager and after explaining the situation and that the packaging had not even been opened, he agreed to do a refund.
