I wouldn’t recommend this place. I tried to get my phone repaired here a little while ago. They fixed the broken screen, but when I got it back, the battery in my phone did not work at all. I took it back so they could look at it. Instead of taking responsibility for screwing up my battery, they tried to charge me an extra $200 to fix it. Obviously I wasn’t gonna do that, but when I came back the next day to pick it up after having them look at it they claimed their delivery guy “forgot” to deliver it. I had to wait an extra few days to get it after that because of their overall irresponsibility. They obviously don’t know how to run a business so I would not recommend letting them touch your phone
Brought tablet in for charging port repair and they charged me up front and said Id have it back in 5 days which turned out to be 10 days. Then I picked it up and they didnt do anything to it but claimed to have changed out the port asked to speak to manager and of course he wasnt available. Going to report them to better business and request their licenses be revoked.
SCAMMERS!! Stay away from this business!! Never go for a Water Damage Treatment theyll just rip you off.I strongly regret not having listened to the bad reviews they already had. They were extremely rude since the beginning, with no reason, providing the poorest customer service Ive ever experienced.The phone still worked and was physically flawless when I dropped it off. They told me to change the screen, battery, and front camera. When I went to pick up, the phone didnt work, so they offered a refund (which didnt include the sale taxes). Then, they returned the phone with a totally cracked screen. They said they had got rid of the old parts and were not able to get my screen back. But the real cherry on the pie was that I realize the phone was actually empty. They swore the battery was inside before opening it, but guess what, they were returning the phone not only with a cracked screen, but also without battery nor front camera (as you can see in the picture).The owner didnt wanna show his face, and the manager is the rudest lady Ive ever met. They were not opened to dialog and hang me up the phone twice. When I went to the main office they called the police and ask them to gimme a warning. They are legally covered by the huge receipt they print with a couple of clauses that they staple so you cant even look at it (look at the picture). And I know thiss gonna seem funny, but I just found out the refund was actually a CHARGE which Im now trying to dispute with my credit card company.As a summary, theres only one thing I recommend to you about this business: stay away from it. do not feed those scammers pockets and get a better service anywhere else.

This place fixed my phone really quickly. They were able to find out what was wrong with my phone as soon as I handed it to them and they went to work fixing it right away. Brian was the one helping us out and he was diligent and super helpful. Will definitely be going here again and referring people here because of Brian!

Don’t ever go there!!!!!They’ve charged me money for the screen to order, they have never received the screen and never compleated the service. Nobody bothered to communicated to me and its been 2 months. I had to make multiple calls and now when I’m asking for the refund it’s nothing but the game. Even when I got manager Tania on the phone she was very rude and unhelpful. For the refund you need to email the owner, and waste your time.It’s the nightmare.Horrible service.Go to some legit place it’s better even if you pay a little bit more trust me.This is ridiculous.
Mr. Jose Figueroa, owner and Tina his manager charged me $139.99 plus tax for Lenovo screen replacement on 4/27/2020, item # 22000088738 and have never delivered the screen.Ive tried to get the refund but then I had realized that I am just writing emails to Jose and that he has no intent to respond.Tina has been hanging up phone on me multiple times and has threaten me that she would call the police to escort for me from store if I try to show up.I have never been mistreated like this in my life.This team simply have stolen my money.The way Mr. Jose Figueroa runs his business is simply unacceptable.Tamara

Don’t ever get your phone fixed here !!!!!!I went in for a back glass replacement on my iPhone 8plus. They had my phone over 24 hours just to call me and tell me they don’t have the color for the replacement, I told them I want my money back then all of sudden they have it. In all it took them 3 days to fix it. JUST to get home and my microphone on my phone isn’t working, No one can hear me when talk on the phone. I went back to the store to let me them know and they are trying to charge me for something they broke! On top of that they want me to leave my phone unlocked with the SIM card inside to fix it. Which they said was gonna take another 24 hours to fix. Just stay away from these SCAMMERS!!
I went there last friday to get my galaxy s4 repaired, I thought it was unfixable because of how shattered it was. The employee that helped me out was Carlos and he went through all the steps to educate me on how they would repair my phone. After hearing what the process was he gave me a price which I thought was totally fair because of the procedure of the fix. The repair took 35 minutes and I was definitely satisfied with not only my brand new looking phone but also the great customer service Carlos provided. I would highly recommend Best Phone Repair because of their affordable prices and their great staff !Good job guys! Keep it up !

I was told that it would take three days to find out whats wrong with it that turned into three weeks only. I would call daily no explaining to me what was going on in these three weeks. acting like Im inconveniencing them checking on my iPod touch they would not explain what was going on with. Completely unprofessional have no respect for other peoples time. Take your stuff elsewhere. Its not worth the hassle dealing with these people. I got my iPod touch back in worse condition than when I give it to them. Would give zero Stars if I could smh
Wow same experience as others listed. Claimed they would do a complete check over the phone for ALL malfunction, for a service fee of $25. Called to inform me only the screen isn’t working. I pick up phone, only to find the power button doesn’t work and home button broken. They tried to sell me $50 replacement for button. I called manager, Jose, and he attempted to rip me off. Staying the power button must’ve been broken prior to dropping it off. Who believes he did a compete check but couldn’t check the home button for the additional $25 fee? Why he thought that made sense is beyond me. Only after arguing did he call the store. He found my button was still operational, funny when I said I’d like the old button to bring to Apple to see if there is chip damage did he admitted my old button was still good. No integrity. Terrible attempt at a scam. Then he proceeded to tell me replacement buttons 50% of the time the fingerprint works. Which is absolutely false. I was going to give two stars because he made it right. But if I had not argued, I’d have a misaligned power button, new home button with no fingerprint and double my original estimate. Furthermore the tech put water on my indicator to act like I water damaged it. Said he did a “free water treatment” because of the damage. Hahaha. What a joke this tech, Bryan, is. Making false facts up because he was either lazy, not very smart, or instructed to rip ppl off. Stay away from Durango and DI location. Call other iPhone repair, these ppl are known to be scam artists.

Save your Money and Time ( lots of time!!)I was shocked at the level of service I received at IPhone Doctor. I would defiantly NOT recommend any of their 5 locations (they are all run and managed by the same team).Long story short: I got the total runaround, and every time it was a different story, and someone else was to blame. 2 days later, it turned into 4 then into another 3 another 4 and on. More runaround... They could not even keep their own story straight; thats how convoluted it was. And was I being taken and paying for something that was not even broken?A bit more detail: When I went to pick up my phone, they told me it was at the main store and backlight was out. They need another $100 and 4 days to fix it.Day 8- Went to pick up the phone and saw it phone sitting on the counter.. but was told it was not ready???IT WAS NEVER TAKEN TO BE FIXED!! And it was going to be another 4 days!!! I was very upset and told them not to fix it yet!! I was going to look into trading it in and come back in the morning. I could not wait for another 4 days.Day 9: I went to pick up my phone 1st thing the next morning & get a refund for the backlight, BUT my phone was not there??? They moved it to the main store that night to fix the camera (but they already fixed the camera 6 days ago?? I looked at the camera on day 8, and it had a new cover) I called the manager at the main store and told them not to touch my phone, I was on my way to pick it up and get my refund. Interesting enough, when the manager handed it to me, the backlight WAS on and working!! She said, oh we must have fixed that I quickly shot that down.Was this just another way to get more money $100 out of a customer?? Research backlights on IPhones, they dont miraculously fix themselves. Its been 3 weeks, and I have had No backlight Issues ... hmm
Wow just wow I am in total awe of this place. All I gots to say is if ya need ya phone fixed come with these peeps. Apart from great customer service skills and technical help It smells amazing inside and it looks like their employees actually take showers unlike other joints in the area. 5 out of 5 for iPhone dr!

My screen was broken and I called this place today on my iphone and I can hear them and they can hear me. I was in my car calling them asking for directions on this very phone because I could not find the place. So they replaced the screen for me for about 99! and gave me my phone back. Well whatever happen I can not hear anyone on my phone any more. They told me my front camera flex is not working, well it worked when I came in and now they want to charge me for it and I didn’t do anything. I heard him on the phone talking to his boss and he said I claimed it was broken. It was, the phone was never opened before and now it don’t work I can’t hearAnd now they want to charge me $40 dollars more on something that was working before I gave it to them. That won’t even makeIt right!!!!!
I called to fix my iphone 8+ front camera and told mr to come in. After a 25 minute drive i got there and they said they didn’t actually have any For the 8+ Because they made a mistake in checking for one in the back. They said they will order one for the next day. I came in the next day after another 25 minute drive and they said that THEY DIDNT ORDER ONE AND THAT THEY WONT GET ANYMORE ANY TIME SOON. Very irresponsible, they were 2 young guys who clearly didn’t know what they were doing.

What a complete and utter waste of time and money. Terrible customer service. They said it would take 4 hours to diagnose my iPad. More like 48 hrs. Then they said they could fix it. Another day goes by and now they can’t fix it. Took another day to get the item back. They have a bunch of high school kids running the Durango office and they have no idea how to acknowledge customers in the store. I went to pick up my unrepaired iPad. The guy at the counter could have cared less. Once they have your money and your item. You will WAIT. don’t waste your time. Go to an Apple store. I don’t see them staying in business very long.
