I had my phone for almost 8 years .. I finally cracked my screen. I guess eventually I needed to upgrade.. Miguel was very helpful with getting all my information moved to my new phone & was very helpful.. Keep up the great attitude. Best Metro i have been to in awhile!

Great store. ! My family used to have boost, and the service was terrible. I went to the mall with my family last week to buy the new Jordans and we decided to go next door to check out the new promos that Metro offered. The guy inside was very knowledgeable and helped me & my family switch to get better phones and service. He even helped set up our Amazon prime account so we can use it immediately! Great store we will definitely be returning. Very nice experience, much appreciated!!

Having phone problems went to the store at the Meadows Mall to see if they could help. No she couldnt all she did was validate what was going on with my phone. Waste of time that was. I did get approved for buying a new phone if I wanted one. So I read the reviews on the Smart Pay ( approved for ) I did not like what other customers of Metro PCS were writing so I decided not to get a new phone. I wrote a rewiew on yelp, describing my experience with the cell phone carrier ( always most of the time not being able to connect to the internet while out and about a way from my WiFi doesnt happen all the time about 75% also when I try to get into my zone unable to view my account) they contacted me through Yelp now that I have explained everything they are trying to resolve this problemWe are on day 2. If not resolved I will be looking for another carrier. You get what you pay for. What surprises me is that they are part of T-Mobile under there umbrella as a company. So lets see what happens today. Wish me luck, or should I say wish them luck.

They are two metros by tmobile one inside Curacao and one that is next to the footlocker, the one inside Curacao have horrible service and employees lie too much, the one nexr to footlocker has amazing service and amazing staffing.
