Let me begin by stating how much I detest setting up a new phone. It is laborious and I have better things to do with my time. I use a cell phone for work, not games, social media, or the umpteen other bells and whistles that some people prefer on their phone. I want efficiency. I want a good connection for telephone and video calls. I want sending documents and retrieving documents to process smoothly.After many years I purchased a new phone. My old works just fine, but it is a 2g and has a cracked screen. I didnt care because the phone worked beautifully. After lots of prompting to move into the 5G world, I bought a new phone. Then the nightmare began.I went to 2 T-Mobile stores with zero results for setting up the new 5g phone. The store nearest my house had employees that would not look up from their phones long enough to acknowledge a human being standing in front of them. I was told I could just set up the new phone at home and didnt need them. They didnt bother to look up, didnt bother to hear that I needed assistance as I was switching from a 2g and a phone over 10 years old. I will not be going back to this location ever. I went to another location down the street, 2 blocks away. The employee there popped the sim card out of my older phone and plopped it into the new phone and said I was good to go and could set up everything on my own. Three days later and I still couldnt get the phone to work. I telephone T-Mobile directly, spent hours on the phone with various folks pinging this and verifying that. No results- everything looked great from their end and they were baffled.Finally, I started telephoning local stores to see if anyone could assist. Matt D at the Sahara and Eastern location was jovial on the phone and assured me he could solve the conundrum. Half an hour later I walk through the front door. The store was busy, and every single customer had an employee with them. Matt had just finished talking with some people and approached. I told him I had just called; he listened, he made eye contact. He asked to see the phone. In 5 minutes he had the phone working. The previous genius from the other store had placed my old 2G sim card in the phone, instead of the 5G one. Wallah! My phone now worked. Matt continued to tinker with the settings to ensure all of the settings mirrored my old phone. All of my contacts and files were in tact. He put a new case and screen protector on my phone. He was great!The Sahara and Eastern location is the only T-Mobile location I will go to. Matt D, the retail training store manager, is wonderful. I cannot say enough about his professionalism. He is courteous, attentive and expeditious in solving problems and getting things done.If you have any teeny issue with your service or your phone, I recommend going to the Sahara and Eastern location and asking for Matt. He will take care of business. I cannot recommend him enough.Matt D will probably move quickly through the ranks with his demeanor and professionalism. When he does I will miss him, but I will be so excited that his devotion for conducting business in a courteous, efficient manner has been recognized.
Carlos Valdez is the best T-Mobile employee who I have encountered. I wish all your salespeople were as friendly, knowledgeable and intelligent. Role model for your training!!

The staff is so helpful. What should have been a quick in and out is being a bit longer. However the Supervisor and staff have gone above and beyond to make everything work for us. Never did I think it would be this hard to transfer a phone number but the staff is making it happen.
Great customer service activated my new phone when it wasnt purchased from t-mobile
The staff at this store gave me exceptional service. Its the t-mobile corporate you have to watch out for. After paying 180 bucks for a new phone and after less that one month of service my phone service was suspended. Corporate could not fix the problem and all I got was a run around of B.S. after 2 weeks of calling them and practicly begging them to do something I ended up having to spend another $250 to get another phone and service from VERIZON. This isnt the first time I had issues with t-mobile. My advice is to go to Verizon. Best network around hands down.
Horrible! Jerked my daughter around on a simple cell phone transfer! Made her come back and forth. Manager kept her phone overnight. Next day complete idiots. Asked for password. No one could contact her because of this very unprofessional store for a day ir two.

4/7/2021 - 11 am - takes about 30 mins plus to fix customer issues. Manager is ignoring people on the store wont even instruct people to fall in line. one customer is already irritated and had to sit down because he has been here 30 plus mins and his phone problems are not fix yet.i came to this store because i had good experience with alejandra 2 years ago. exceptional lady with knowledge on what needs to be done. I dont know about the staff curretnly working here right now and the manager. They need additional training.
Excellent! They always amaze me on the options I have, when I get that feeling of despair, as one of my current phones has seen its last day. Matt was very helpful, knowledgeable, and even installed my new screen protector, on my new phone, and got us out the door in a reasonable amount of time. Well done! See you next time we need you!

We went there on a mail-in advertising and it was misleading. The plan was not very good and the salespeople wasnt knowledgeable outside of his scripted outline. The place was roomy and clean, but we made no deals.
Very rude employees at that location!!!!!!! Not friendly at all, and very unprofessional. While we waited for our new phone (on sunday around 4pm) there were at least 3 or 4 female employees standing around, talking loud about their personal lives. They would stare rudely at us...we felt uncomfortable and couldnt wait to get our phone and leave. The ONLY reason we stayed was because I lost my phone and that location was the only one who had the phone I wanted.

After calling TMobile/Sprint, they informed to go to a local store for assistance in a Warranty replacement. So we go and then referred here. So already have been misled that there is a specific store in Las Vegas we must go to. Then when we go here they do everything not to assist you in this warranty replacement. Liz was the individual to help us. We were there for about 45 mins- 1 hour for them to tell us the updated it and need to try this first. To come back at any point if any problems. So the phone stopped working, GPS failed when using on a trip and much more, dropped calls, texts not going through. We then get James, that says need to get a tech. They informed need to find a problem to do warranty replacement. We shown them it not working, we informed we worked with Liz however she did not leave any notes. They were not going to replace it and we had a phone that clearly wasnt working properly. Without having to be stern with James, and insisting Liz held accountable and that we spoke with TMobile/Sprint to do warranty replacement. He seen no notes on any of this. Then he said ordering a phone and should hear something Monday. That too is also a challenge and it isnt when checking today. There is nothing problems now, when after 20-25 with sprint i had no challenges like this. So get a call back from a lady, and finally get a text from Asurion. However they said they were doing this. They are truly the worst and appear to not want to work with the customers and assist with what they say they will do. they need to hold Liz, James and those techs accountable for what they DIDNT do when they promised.

Was on hold over 40 minutes for a simple yes or no answer and then I got hung up on. The store reeks of weed, and I waited inside the store for another 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. This was the WORST experience I’ve had with t mobile EVER. Do better guys.
I Love T-Mobile!! This is the best store in town!! The employees are so helpful and friendly!! Today Jose helped me, answered all my questions and showed me a quick fix until my phone comes in.
Terrible i have a paid off phone and one line and they are charging me 100 dollars, so im switching to the better deals at sprint. also i liked having reception at local malls and businesses back when i was on sprint. shame on you t-mobile shaaame on you! i dont care if im being salty thats horrible.

I dont know what sort of voodoo you have to do to be called in order but every time Im here I have to wait an hour, even if there isnt a line. They always call people who showed up after me and refuse to give me an estimated time. They just recommend I look at their pitiful selection of accessories that are never for any reasonable phone. If you have an lg k7 youre set tho! Anything more modern than that: go elsewhere. Useless building. Understaffed. Waste of time.

Staid away from here I complained to T-mobile about the manager Christian and after 10 day my warranty finally got here manager Christian legally stole my phone from us walk into the back offices 10minites come out and said my phone have water damage and refusing giving me my warranty replacement this is a horrible power abuse and I am 3 line and allotted money here and this guy calling manager have the power to damages you property and refusing to give me my warranty exchange he destroyed my phoneHorrible I order a replacement manager said my phone will arrive by frailty today and now is next Wednesday one week and the manager and customers services blame on UP

Horrible customer service. I have come to this location multiple times and every time I’m let down even more! I’m never coming back here ever again. I have to wait ages for help when workers are just wondering around and when they finally help they act like they don’t even want to help me.I can’t stress how unsatisfied I am with this store. I love T-mobile but this store is the worse store I’ve ever been to for this company and that’s a huge disappointment.

Dear t mobileI hate coming to this eastern t mobile branch the customer service repa are very rude! Last two times I came I left upset and unhappy by the way i was treated! This very small subsection of a plaza has something to do while you wait in line at T-Mobile. Jamba Juice, Robertos Tacos and also a Smokeshop. Not a lot of parking but right next to this little Plaza is a 24 Hour Fitness with a lot of parking
I have been to this location twice and although I wouldnt recommend the neighborhood I do recommend the store. They have always been very helpful and courteous.

Customer service is horrible! I have complained about this store to T-MOBILE on two different occasions and I will complain again today! Why is it a 15 minute wait for a water bottle that only allows 5 minutes to redeem! I can say that every time I go in this store the same guy is running things, get him some training he is not aware of customer service!

Extremely slow service, manager dosent even help if its busy just checks you in and leaves to the back room. Expect to wait for an hour or more just to make a payment. This is not the first this happens.
