I wish there was a zero star rating for my miserable trip to this store Friday evening July 2. I even called before I went to this store to make sure that I didnt waste a trip.It turns out that the new girl that answered the phone lied to me told me that all I needed was a new Sim card to activate my 5g AT&T phone on Cricket. I asked her to do a test sim BEFORE I paid any bill. The test Sim worked and showed 5g, so I bought a new SIM card but based on the lie that I was told, I only got 4glte. The manager came over and made up the excuse of my phone being the problem (how is it my phone when the test SIM showed 5g???, thats proof that my phone will run 5g with the RIGHT SIM CARD!!!!)She called another manager who basically said theres nothing we can do, I guess when its Friday, customer service doesnt matter. Well maybe litigation will motivate them to do the right thing. They shouldve given me a refund of service for wasting my money for something that I made it clear what it is that I was there for.I also noticed that they dont have any blacks, whites or other races other than Hispanics working there, not a good representation of Las Vegas.

Alex and Arcelia were very helpful. They were extremely patient and gave us all the info we needed. Great customer service, which was appreciated especially during these times.

I went in to get the cost of adding someone on to my account. My account was brand new, had just got it that morning. After I left with the information I kept getting alerts that there was a change to my account which didnt really make me take notice because it was a new account so of course there were things going on with my account. When I did manage to get into my account, it was just shy of $100 because there was someone added to my account without anyone asking me If it was ok. So my $55 dollar phone bill went to $98 because there was an add on. I would have thought that I would need to sign something to have another person added. That just isnt the case I guess. You can add yourself to anyones phone account that you want. No need to ask our anything. I should have done it that way so I couldget free service as well.

Arcelia and Eliza are fantastic cricket should be proud to have them both as employees. Both of them with far out of their way to help me when I was changing service to cricket. There was a situation with my prior cell phone service and it didnt look like it was going to happen. They kept with it and told me what to do and got it done. If it werent for them I would have went without a phone for Christmas and we all know how that could be not being able to get ahold of loved ones and relatives. If it were not for their knowledge and persistence it would not have happened again I thank you both. As well my other needs and concerns were addressed and I got the right phone so happy! Merry Christmas ladies I hope you got what you wanted I know I did.
