Horrible customer service at this location. Save yourself time and frustration, just go to a different store. All i needed was a sim card, these people refused to give it to me. Went to new location, got it in five minutes, no issues. Just dont even bother going here.

Went into the store and the greeter was able to assist me in freeing up space and giving my bog down phone. We removed a few apps that had advertising in them and my phone seems to be working fine now. Stay tuned.

The staff was very helpful & courteous. However, to simply replace a broken phone under warranty, they cannot help. I am not a fan of Verizons new system. They used to actually offer assistance to the patrons who visited their stores. Now it is a cell phone bubblegum machine. Put your money in and you get a shinny new phone to chew on. But if you need assistance with an existing phone or have a warranty issue, you can expect to spend your time waiting on the phone listening to that gawd awful music waiting for a warm blooded breathing person to help you or you can fill out the forms online with your broken phone. I could have gone home to fill out the online forms on my computer, but that happened to be 70 miles away. Good luck if you go there looking for service.

The first time I came in this guy treated me like I was a piece of s..t! Today I came in due to phone not charging. This guy today was an absolute angel. Treated me with respect and helped me fix the problem!!! Thats all I wanted. The other one didnt even fix the problem plus treated me like s..t. Wish I knew the sweet guys name from today. Hopefully youll know who you are. Plus gave me a charger which fixed the problem. It was Monday memorial day. Thanks again. Wish they were all like you. Have a nice day😀😎

I purchased my iPhone at this location. The guy that sold me my phone, I believe his name is Chuck. He was very knowledgeable & friendly. I kept changing my mind and he was really great about it. I was there with my father -in -law and my 2 year old child and we were all treated very well. He also is a very good salesman he got us to walk out of there with not only a new phone but a bunch of accessories as well. Still not sure how that happened :)

The staff has been friendly & helpful when Ive gone, although a few of those visits have included long waits...Also: months back I informed the store manager that the phone number listed for this store DOES NOT give the option to speak to someone at this store, instead it transfers you to the main Verizon call center.I just tried calling the store & same thing.

Went into this store for a new phone. Salesperson assured me he could transfer all the data/files from old to new. I told him Id rather do it myself, and he insisted. Once it was over, he lost all the data from an app Id been using for almost 10 years. Dont trust them.

This is the closest store to me and it’s a waste of time going there. No we can’t do that and no we don’t have those here is their answer for everything. I went online and bought 2 new IPhones to upgrade 2 of our 3 lines and called in to have them activated when we received them. I tried to go in for covers and cases and no was the first thing they said. I’ll never go to that store again. They have lost hundreds of dollars in business in this purchase alone.

Overall not a bad experience. Ive been here now perhaps 3 or 4 times for various issues and I got a bit of a mixed experiences, but nothing worse than 90 minutes altogether, other times much shorter. Certainly waaaaay better than DMV!

Pretty busy on Saturdays, staff is friendly, they dont try to pressure you into upgrading or buying products which is what I like,however the customer service of the phone sucks, and they arent very helpful. j drop calls everyday so I plan on switching services.

I recently was helping a blind elderly friend purchase wireless service. I took him to Verizon on Charleston and Rainbow in the Albertsons Shopping Center. The employees at Verizon not only provided the basic phone and helped set up auto-pay, they also took the time to help set the phone up so a blind person could easily use it. They took the extra time to sit with this customer and actually teacch him to use the device. I was so please and impressed to see that they actually care more about the customer than the dollar. I have been a customer at this Verizon store for about 10 years. I have always received attentive and personal service, but today, I saw what sets this Verizon store apart from all other cellular stores - not just Verizon--- Its the people at this store. They know their products, their customers, and they have the true desire to be sure everyones needs are met as much as possible. You cant go wrong if you shop here.....It is truly a good experience.

This store & the pple in it suck as far as knowledge abt cell phones go. Been here 5 times in 11 mos on advice from tech support to change SIM card (3), have them look at it cuz they know better than me, have them look at it cuz theyre professional & can fix the problem & finally to turn it in for good after talking to Verizon & finding out that 3 mos ago, as I requested they did a tower check & found out Im getting marginal service. Wasnt told that. So made a deal to cancel service, turn in phone. This idiot says cant take this phone BK after 11 mos. I said I think u will, look it up... I lost big time on this. No calls could be made inside, was told VERIZON doesnt garentee u can talk inside on cell phones..Swear, they told me that!!! Dropped call after dropped call. Towards the end no incoming or outgoing calls could be made. Im disabled & live alone. Not acceptable! No excuse Verizon ! This store could have been much more accommodating. Always there 2 hours & its 10 miles round trip.

Dont bother going in if you have any technical issues with your phone. Employees have zero interest in helping anyone unless you plan on buying something. Instead of putting any effort to solve the problem and help you they would rather have you fight customer support on the phone or find another store.

Went in about my s7 edge(that I had for 2 days) I walked in at about 7:52 pm(store closes at 8pm) from where a Samsung TECH told me that the back cracked due to the battery swelling. Went in was told to call insurance because according to him i dropped it. Even thought I clearly explained to REP (not tech) what Samsung just told me and I was advised to go to the store to have them swap it out. I was flat out told the store would not take it because it would be a loss for them. I have spent hours on the phone going back n forth with tech support. Because the back is cracked they dont want to honor the warranty. But the root cause of the Crack is from the battery swelling. No one in the store cared. I hope vzw checks the store reviews because the likelihood of my referring a friend or family member to vzw after this experience is 0% however the likelihood of me discouraging them is 100%. I have been a paying customer over 6 years and haveven upgraded many times and never been subjected to such unsatisfactory treatment. Vzw you need to get your stores in order and stop outsourcing to so many vendors to get all your team on one accord.
