I highly recommend this place for all of your wireless needs! Garry took great care of me and he provided exceptional customer service during my visit. I walked into the store with a severely damaged Apple iPhone and Garry brought my phone back to life! I was so close to throwing it away before finding out about Wireless Toyz. I’m so glad I met him and he’s gained a new loyal customer in me. I’ll be upgrading with them real soon!

A little over a week ago my wife and I bought 2 Samsung A20S from here. First we werent allowed to inspect the phones. So buying the phones and proceeding to check out paying $211.99 for each phone, total of $459.48. Once my wife and I were home, switching to our new phones, I discovered mine was used and my wifes was brand new. Google and samsung account was logged into someone elses. 1st thing is, if I would have known it was used I would have never purchased it. 2nd thing is, if they knew it was used why was I charged $211.99 the same as my wifes brand new one. Since the purchase the phone has issues charging, take 8+ hours to fully charge kn a fast charging phone! I called them and their response was all unlocked phones are used. But I replied saying my wifes was brand new, and their response was it could have been me that might have messed the charging port up or something else and to bring it in for a repair in which I still have to pay for. I live 1 1/2 hours away in pahrump. So they could not do anything for me. All I want is a NEW phone that charges correct. I mean thats what I paid 211.99 for? The same price as my wifes brand new phone. Makes me think the person who bought the phone first discovered the charging issue and returned it. Not sending it in to manufacturing, they put it back on the shelf and priced the same as the new ones! Says on my receipt, WIRELESS TOYZ RETURN POLICY. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION CONES FIRST. Well not in my case! I just want a new Samsung A20S like I paid for. But I probably have to go buy another phone. Thanks Wireless Toyz!

This has been my go-to store since it opened. The staff is always extremely helpful and the prices are fair. I have accidentally destroyed a few phones in my lifetime and everyone at this store is always knowledgable when it comes to fixing or replacing my phone. I wont go anywhere else!

I recently visited this store for a broken iPhone screen. The girl that helped me was very nice, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They had better prices than iPhone Doctor and my phone was ready in less than 40 minutes.

Store knowingly ripped me off. I made a purchase of a brand new phone here and asked prior to the purchase about the return policy. I was told I could return the phone if dissatisfied.Got to my office, and the phone was clearly defective. Called the store. Got hung up on the first time. Second time the manager refused to return the phone, stating METROPCS will not allow them to. Clearly a lie since they are a reseller and have authority of their own return policy.Id recommend doing business with a company that doesnt need to lie to people in order to get a sale.
