I purchased and OVERPRICED phone case/charger that worked for 5 days! I have tried all day to contact this vendor and no answer at the number provided on the receipt! I wish I didnt pay cash for this because at leasdt with a credit card I could dispute the charges!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

BE AWARE of prices that employees quote you! We looked at headphones and the salesman told us they were $399 a pair and that he will throw in a second pair free! We did not want to pay that much so we tried to leave and he said $150.00 for both sets! When we got home I gave them as a gift and the quality was not very great. So we looked them up and saw that they sell for approx. $48 on Ebay. When I contacted World Phones customer service, He told me they sell the headphones for $299 each!! Hmmm yet his employee told me $399?? He had me send him a copy of my receipt, so I did. He called me and was VERY DEFENSIVE and rude telling me how great of a deal I got and would not let me get a word in and when I raised my voice to get his attention and ask why I cant get any words in he told me you said everything in your email!!! Really??!! No I did NOT say much in my email! The main point is to BE AWARE OF THE WORLD PHONES KIOSK AT THE FORUM SHOPS IN CAESERS MALL!

DO NOT HAND THEM YOUR PHONE! They ask you what phone you have over and over and my son handed him his for them to try a case on. Then they stole it!They need to be kicked out of the Forum!!!
