They are very helpful and understanding to our need for a handicapped accessible van. Very willing to work with us to get the right van for us.
I bought a 2010 Grand Caravan w/side ramp for my wife. I dealt with Jarrod & George. The deal was incredibly smooth, great service and attention to your needs. Now on the other hand, I bought a Bruno ASL-275 Out-Sider lift for my Jeep on their online store and that only gets a 2 star rating as I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for the lift to be delivered to the service dept. and this is unacceptable. The service dept. manager is working with me now to find out whats going on & I have faith she will do all that she can to get this finally moving forward.Bottom line. Buy from the dealership directly, do not buy from the online store, too much red tape apparently.
On our way to St. George, Utah for the SF Bay Area we had a strange and frightening experience. The muffler got so hot that it melted through the bottom of our van into the trunk. Everyone in the Las Vegas Mobility Works was super helpful to us. Jessyka helped us by reserving and renting us a van to keep us moving while we were in Utah, and the entire service department worked together to get the parts needed to repair the van and get it fixed all within 24 hours. This was by far the most helpful Mobility Works location we have ever worked with.
Went to pick up part they broke yesterday, took it home and fixed my wifes wheelchair. They redeemed themselves.
My husband was ordered a medical mobility scooter and lift by the VA, through this dealer. I must say I was impressed with their service. Especially since these days service is a forgotten word. They contacted him quickly, set up a date to install, did so at my husbands convenience and the whole thing took less than 5 hours including showing my husband how to use the scooter and lift. Thats amazing in my book!
Ive had the opportunity to get to mobility works, several years ago and met up with casandraa and armando and they were there for me
This is a good store of you are disabled and have mobility issues. They have a variety of mobility chairs/wheelchairs. And they can install all types of logs for your chair or electric cart.
I Bought a electric lift for a Golden 3 wheel scooter, theyput in a VW Tiguan, and they did great job that helps us toload the Scooter rather then take a part as we used to do.The they took us the steps to load it. We are very Happy with how it works.
Great they did very well and the customer support was perfect.
Got lift installed in my van, very pleased with the results, was done in a timely manner while I waited, I would recommend this place for all mobility needs.
Armando big help!
This is firm with a ton of experience. If you need mobility scooter or wheelchair van and you are in Las Vegas call this guys and you wont regret. Mo, being in a wheelchair himself, understands need of disabled drivers more than anyone. It is nice to deal with a company that understands and works to resolve my issues quickly. Staff is very professional, honest and dependable. Keep up with great work. Paul
My wife has MS. We have the great pleasure of having been customers of Better Life Mobility Center of Las Vegas for many years. We currently have a power chair and accessible van that we purchased from Better Life. Weve gotten to know the staff there and consider them all friends as well as highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals. Service is great. They are also time conscious when it comes to customers. I cant say enough good things about all of them. I highly recommend this company.
Friendly and helpful staff. Ordered parts with no problems.
The worst possible place to obtain a mobility device. I was ripped off!! Go somewhere else!!
My wife as Friedreichs ataxia and weve been going to Better Life for a few years. We have never been pressured into buying anything, and we genuinely feel their primary motivation is doing what is best for us. We greatly appreciate everything they have done to make her life easier.
I worked with the Las Vegas location and these guys are great! Very nice and they educate you on all the great mobility equipment. Highly recommend them for anything to do with mobility.
Mobility works can help you equip a vehicle lift in your car or you can buy one from them. We have bought a car from them with disability options and so far it has been serving us well
They assisted us in getting a van for our disabled son. They played with my kids while signing paperwork and were all about supporting our family. Thank you for the help.
DONT SIGN YOUR PAPERS UNTIL ALL YOUR NEEDS ARE MET ON THE PAPER...... People dont fool yourself into thinking that people just do the right thing..... They Dont .......Not really impressed. And very disappointed. I will not mention names but, the sales person was a hummin and hawin at how poorly things were handled with the previous van purchase at another dealer. That being said made me feel like he would do things right. This just goes to show that you are not as perfect as you would like to think! And taught me that you dont trust ANYONE to do the right thing. Mobility vehicles are expensive to begin with, then you buy a fairly NEW van 2015 to be exact and only get ONE key!! In all my years of vehicle purchases have I EVER purchased a vehicle with ONE key!! And after the fact they refuse to provide one. Well folks FYI dont sign any papers until you yourself make sure all things are done and met on the dealers part. Because after they get what they need you are no longer important and they find no need to please you. But you all are the ones that have to wake up every morning look at yourself in mirror and sleep at night knowing you cheated someone who depended on you. I posted because if this helps just one person to be aware, I am happy.....
Excellent
Awesome people! They helped me with everything I needed apart from just hand controls. These guys do it all! Definitely recommend this place to ANYONE who is in need of these services!
The staff here are exceptionally nice and very helpful.
Website says they are open 9-1 on Saturday. They are closed on Saturdays. Update your web site people. This caused a waisted trip across town.
Better Life has a fantastic reputation and very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. They installed my moms powerchair lift and later upon encountering a problem driving the scooter off of the lift, they came up with an easy fix to get more traction. Because the entire lift plus installation package can cost around 3 thousand dollars, I do recommend searching Craigslist for used equipment. You then need only to pay Better Life to install/repair the equipment, which can amount to a large savings.
After too many delays and screwup they tried make it right. But not a very happy camper to be without my transportation.Cost me to have my vehicle repaired after untrained technicians screwed up my wiring harness on my 2016 Nissan Rogue. Now I have no warranty on electrical system. Mobility Works refused to rent me vehicle while mine in shop. Plus I had to borrow money to repair my vehicle that they destroyed. I have never in my life seen such a shoddy operated company. Ive turned them into Nevada DMV compliance division go have them investigated and removed from doing business to disabled persons. For shame on a company that has 72 shops in 24 statesI also petitioned the VA to remove them from its Vendor list and also Medicare. This company owes me for their screwup.I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EVERTerry Mcgloghlon
This review is due to the business practices of MobilityWorks Works and not the products they sell.I recently had a family member pass away and his wife was no longer in need of the van which she had used to get home around for the last year. In an effort to make sure she got a decent price for the van I started doing some research. I found info on many comparable vehicles from all over the country and MobilityWorks was one of the companies I tried to get some information from. My first red flag was the fact that they didnt give any pricing info on their website, but I figured it was just an outdated site and requested the info from them. For the last 2 months I have been bombarded with spam from MobilityWorks, and although I dont need it anymore, I still havent gotten any useful info about the vehicle I asked about.Beware of any company that refuses to give you a price for their goods before trying to give you a sales pitch! Be especially wary when they still refuse after being directly asked several times! And finally, know that these people will not leave you alone and will continue to try and give you their sales pitch even after youve asked them to stop several times.
They have helped me get some freedom/ they also come to your home for repairs . Steve Henry was our slaes person, he is very patient and helpful.
I called with a simple question and got a lecture that did not answer my question. I resent the idea that some man thinks that I, a woman needs to be lectured
Heard good things about them! Waited on hold for a minute to be told not accepting new Medicare clients! Smh! I felt discriminated against!
Steve & the team are the best! My chair is 11yrs old, they still remember me& my Cadillac !!
Great Staff! Very helpful!
My experience was good up until my vehicle was stolen from the back of their building. I am handicap and now unable to leave my house, they are not willing to help and say there is nothing they can do unless my insurance covers it. Very disappointed and feeling alone in this situation. They did good work but keep in mind leaving yourvehicle overnight since they will not be responsible for it......
Ive had nothing but fantastic service here. They are busy, so it may take awhile to get an appointment.
Can anyone tell me what the rates are like?
Very helpful!
