Guy who initially gave us the walk around and test drive was amazing. But then some sales guy named Trevor came out, and got an attitude when I didn’t want to buy it immediately (and saying no not right now 6 times). After asking us if we were just wasting time, we told him yes and he stomped off with an attitude (no handshake, words, or anything just turned his back and walked off). We will definitely never be purchasing a vehicle here.

I brought my Chrysler 300S in for a few repairs. My engine was making noise and my A/C unit was acting up. Making the Appointment was the easiest its ever been, once I arrived I met with Kyle in Service, I explained my Concerns and he then explained that they were facing a shortage on Mechanics and the Repair would take longer than Usual. I was not pleased with this news but with that being said the Dealerships Service Team was Great! They kept me Apprised of all developments on my car. After 10 days my car was finished, I picked it up and the work they had done was Excellent! Both my Issues had been Resolved. I have had work done there several times prior to the New Owners taking over and it was Never a good Experience. Even being without my car for that Long it was a Great Experience with Prestige! I purchased a brand new car from Roger, the. Two week later I brought in my sister who also purchased a vehicle from Prestige, I was then told that Prestige would send me a $100 check for referring my sister… they never followed through after my sister gave my info for the referral and I have called several times and left countless voicemails, finally got through to someone today who hung up on me! I will never recommend anyone to Prestige again! They Seriously just lost a twice over customer over $100… the pettiness is unreal with this place! Terrible service!

It was a great experience to start as I had been showed a car that was great but after that I didnt hear anything. I texted the sales men that I was working with about the details of my trade value and the incentives before placing a credit application. I heard nothing back even after calling and texting for two days. Honestly, great cars and they seem nice but the follow up and information exchange was horrible.

Overall I am not satisfied with this dealership. I bought a 2020 challenger SRT Hellcat with 2800 miles on it. Pretty much a brand new hellcat. I went to go pick it up the next morning and there was a FAT dent in it that wasn’t there the day before. I addressed the issue and they said they’d fix it. Whoever is their pointless dent repairman did an extremely sloppy job. Not only can I still see the dent, but he drilled a hole into the side of my door when he could have just used the access hole in the tire well, right above the dent. Currently taking it to a professional PDR man that has 30 years of experience and said they did a very very sloppy and lazy job on the dent. Now I’m spending $200 out of pocket to fix the dent that they made and fixed poorly.

My past experiences with dealerships were awful. Salesman lied, changed prices, and charged me for things that they never should have. Because of that, I started shopping at Carmax. Buying used cars so I didnt have to worry about those things. I wanted a new car this time around, so I had no choice but to go back to a dealership. I was dreading it the entire time! Went here to get my dad’s truck looked at and instead of helping us they ran us off the lot. My dad is a fully disabled veteran and to treat someone like that regardless of who they are is uncalled for. I wouldn’t buy from them- I had a dodge neon and it crapped out before too long. Dodge needs to do better with their vehicles!

The few times I’ve been to prestige Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I’ve been very disappointed with the outcome of how they handle things. The service guys that greet when you come in are very nice. That’s about it! When it comes down to my vehicle getting prepared I feel like because my car is under warranty they take their sweet precious time, they never have the parts for my car and it puts me in a inconvenience circumstances. Yes they provided me with a rental car but they only paid $35 towards it in the rental car price for them is $42 which leaving me to pay the rest of the balance. In the case of them inconvenienced me for never having a simple part even down to the tire you’re telling me I have to pay the remaining balance NO BUDDY! You should handle that because you Inconvenience me. I’m so over having a vehicle with this company. I wish I would’ve went to Toyota when I had my Camry I never had any problems the service was awesome!!! All in honesty if you’re looking to get a car please invest in Toyota dealership because they are the best in town!!! I just wish I would’ve went there when I was buying a CAR!!!

I bought a 2019 Chevy Equinox from this dealership and would definitely recommend Prestige to anyone. If you go looking for a car, try and work with the sales associate Felipe with your purchase. Ive bought cars from 3 different dealerships before and this purchase was the best experience of all.I went in to trade in my car and Felipe made the process extremely easy. The process was very fast and hassle free. Even though the actual buying experience was great, what I appreciated the most was Felipes help after the purchase. I reached out to him a few days after I traded the car to tell him I forgot something and he responded within minutes to let me know he would have the item ready for me whenever I wanted to pick up. Then, a few weeks later when the DMV was stalling on sending me my paperwork, I reached out to him for help and again, he responded within minutes and the paperwork was ready by the end of the day. Overall great experience, good car selection, and smooth process.

Your average dealership, the minute you agree to buy a vehicle is the minute they toss you aside. Bought a vehicle from this dealership and while the purchase process was pretty straight forward, their response to a clerical issue on their part has been pretty pathetic. They overcharged me for the sales tax by roughly 1500.00 dollars. I was forced to pay the sales tax again when registering the vehicle and have been calling for almost 2 weeks now, in an attempt to have the situation remedied. I have left messages with Title Clerks, Sales people and Finance people to no avail. At this point, the dealership owes me close to 6000.00 dollars and refuses to return any of my calls.

I was referred to Christian for his sincerity and Christian held up to his praises. He knows his jeeps and was able to help me decide between a few different vehicles and trims I was debating between. He actually listened to what I wanted and how I use my cars, and was able to help guide me on ultimately what I chose, My Grand Cherokee trailhawk. The overall experience with Service Rep Andy Marcu was exceptionally good. He was very professional and did his best to satisfy my needs. I cannot give Prestige 5 stars because of the initial experience I had when I bought the vehicle in 2017, that being told I could not get an extended service plan on my Jeep and that they would give me 3 additional oil changes in return. Apparently there has been a change in management at Prestige and Andy could not find any record of the oil change offer.

Arrived in the afternoon for specific vehicle and our sales person Hector Bustamante directed us to the overflow where the truck was parked. We took it for a test drive and upon going back to the dealership he explained all the features of the vehicle in detail and upon purchase made sure we were all set up on the phone apps and that everything connected properly. Would do more business with Hector again in the future.

Can’t really say to much more but Christian provided us the best service I’ve ever had while buying a car. Simple clear and my favorite no BS. He was able to help us find the car we were looking for and that best fit our family needs. Highly Recommend!!

Eric F. Was very professional and answered all my questions concern. He took his time explaining what I need and the price of each items. I left my car with them and they provided me a courtesy ride home. The service was top notch. I will return again.

Prestige is the best. I had an issue with my fog light falling out and i called Saturday morning and the service department got me in the same day. I was told by another dealer that the issue isnt covered under warranty. Thank God i called Prestige. I worked with the Lead service person Lawrence Hancock. He was great! He let me know everything was going to be taken care of. If you need anything I recommend Prestige if you are in the Las Vegas area.

I am new to Las Vegas from New York and I choose Prestige Chrysler... to service my 2016 Jeep Patriot. I made my appointment with Chris on a Friday and was surprised and pleased that there was a Monday 8:40 am slot available. On Monday morning i woke up at 8:40 the exact time of my appointment.
