I have to be honest, WOW. What a great team and service. The experience was fun, informative, and relatively quick in and out with all that was needed to be done.I drove off the lot with a 2022 Sonata N Line and am loving every moment. My sales representative Glenn was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable; encouraging me to give him a call with any issues/concerns post leaving the lot.Cody in finance was a great resource that helped me pick the right financing options, including added insurance plans for the vehicle with a no hassle/no pressure approach. Just solid info with reasonable rationale. As well a bit of fun banter!Id highly recommend this dealership and their quality staff.

My Hyundai Santa Fe needed immediate attention and ABC Hyundai was able to fit it into their schedule. They were nice to work with however, didnt do the job. I called in to add an oil change to software update that was needed. On my way home, which was a 6 hour drive, my check engine light started flashing. We took it into another Hyundai service center along the way and it ended up needing only an oil change. This cost us $140 more than we would have paid to get the oil changed in Las Vegas. As well as needing to leave our car for a week and take a bus the 4 hour drive from our house to the car. If only ABC Hyundai had finished the job.

No major maintenance- just needed a oil change really bad. Derek in service dept. was able to squeeze me in and provide great communication on the status till completion. Of course he also provided recommendations but with NO pressure NO UP SALE which is always a good thing. Thanks Derek and team!

Ok, you have to take this rating keeping in mind that buying a car from a Dealership is painful. With that said, ABC made it as painless as possible. They gave their best offer in 15 minutes or less - They were clear that this was their best offer given the climate in the market today. Lenny in particular was Fantastic with good follow-up before and after the deal!

Before coming here I had a bad taste for car dealerships. Mike Vega was able to change my mind in a hurry. He was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable from the moment I walked in all the way until my purchase was finalized the next day. Geovanni the director was very straight forward and helpful when it came to the hard facts on paper. Trent in finance was also great and knowledgeable and was able to hold a genuine conversation while we finalized everything in his office. This dealership has changed my perspective on how I view car dealerships. Definitely recommend, I will tell everyone I know to shop here. 10 out of 5 stars!

I absolutely recommend seeing Glenn Miller. I was there just to test drive and see what I liked and he was so helpful. He made me feel so comfortable and was great to talk with and incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to thoroughly answer any questions I had and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting his time with just test driving. He also went out of his way to hunt down another car I had mentioned as we were talking, he pulled it around and I was able to test drive another car on my list. We have been coming to ABC Hyuandai for the past decade. I purchased my first and most recent car here. I never really paid attention to the service department and would book an appointment, come in and leave. From our experience yesterday we would definitely start requesting for Derek. He was very attentive to our issues and provided us with the information to make our visit stress-free. The customer service has only became better amid how busy (and probably short staffed) the department is. Thank you and keep up the good work.

He is a true gentleman the most real upstanding guy I have ever had the pleasure of helping me buy a new car. He was very honest no tricks no side deals just great customer service. Being a woman who had never bought a car alone I felt safe and cared for with him. Always receive the best service whenever I bring our 2017 Santa Fe Sport in. They always check for any recall issues if any, and always advise if anything is needed while vehicle is there or what it needs on next oil change service. In my case, next service all that is needed besides oil change is tire rotation. Always appreciate the care everyone takes to ensure everything is in tip, top shape especially since I drive from Vegas to Sacramento on the rare occasion. I always receive great comments because of the low mileage and the year of the vehicle. We have just barely over 12k miles on it and it’s 5 yrs old next month. Alex Ramirez was my service adviser and was my first time dealing with him, but he was great and made sure all was explained to me before I paid and left the dealership. I hardly ever have the same service adviser, but anyone I have ever dealt were great and always make sure the customer is happy and satisfied

Misleading advertised prices. Adding tax title and license is expected and normal, but this dealer gouges with $1000s in service fees and packages to cars.Typical bate and switch dealer. They would be more respectable by being transparent and honest with their pricing.Avoid until they fix their shady practices.

This is the best dealership in Las Vegas! Over the years I’ve owned BMW, Jeep, and Ford - none of their staff care about you after you make the purchase. My experience at ABC Hyundai has been the complete opposite. To the point I’m going out of my way to leave a review.Mike Costello sold me my 2020 Hyundai Tucson. He never pressured or lied to me during sales negotiations, truly authentic. I was in and out within two hours! I strongly recommend anyone interested in buying a vehicle here to ask for him.Since having the vehicle Chad Jordan oversees the servicing of my Tucson. All maintenance and repairs are affordable, quick, and reliable. No astronomical fees or delayed fixes that take multiple days like previous dealers I dealt with. Thanks to him, my vehicle is at 76,000 miles and drives like new!People like Mike & Chad are the reason I’m inclined to buy at ABC Hyundai again!If there’s one good thing you do this year, buy a Hyundai. I cannot say enough glowing things about our experience! My son was in contact first with Mike, and in all honesty, it was his interaction with Mike that made us feel confident in beginning a used car search at ABC. It was Tyler, however, who sealed the deal for us. He stepped in to take my son and me on as customers while Mike was busy, and he put us at ease from the first introduction. Tyler has a very easy way about him that makes conversation enjoyable. He helped us through our decision-making without pressuring us. I would like to say that this was the worst car dealership that I’ve ever went to I purchased a vehicle in Centennial . But because this location was closer to where I am I chose to come here when I got there I waited about 20 minutes to even get my appointment that I had at 10 AM . The person that said that would be right with me with Alex Ramirez he tend to help me after he was doing a little bit of everybody else’s stuff I will say he cannot multitask!! I let him know it was our first time at the property and that I wanted to get an oil change that I had set up he offered me tune up prices. So about 45 minutes later my vehicle is done I get a call I go pick it up he hands me a paper stapled it says that my gas tank has a leak but there’s nothing I can do for you here take it back to where you got it From. So what I did is called where I got it from they told me it would be easier to go directly through Hyundai Called Mr. Ramirez back after several attempts no response. He called back and i asked to speak with a manager and So after a whole day until the next day I have not heard anything this was the worst service that I’ve ever had he didn’t help he was unprofessional and overall he did not care that my vehicle was leaking gas and didn’t seem concerned because I’m assuming he was busy!!I’ll never bring my car here again !!

Came for an oil change and the website gave me an option to utilize their shuttle service so I made plans while my car was getting an oil change. I show up and they mention the shuttle is no longer running even though the website still displays its an option. They said I can sit and wait 2 hours for it to be done or push the appointment for their next opening a month away. Still getting my oil changed but upset I had to call my work, cancel plans and now sit in their waiting room in my PJs for 2 hours...

They do NOT honor advertised prices. Vehicle listed at $43k flat. They provide a purchase agreement with the base price of the vehicle at $44.995 (magically higher), plus $499 additional equipment (nothing) and $599 document fee with you paying the sales tax for a total of $46169.25. With the advertised prices of $43k plus a document fee that would come to $43499, not $46169.25. This is NOT a great look or practice. I had my own check ready to go and when bringing this to their attention they would not honor the advertised price even with a doc fee.

Mike was a great service advisor. Took care of me and was friendly during all interactions. Advised me my car would be ready in 2 1/2 hours and it was. But, don’t be in any hurry because I just got an oil change and it took that long. However, I knew that it would take more time than usual due to staff shortages, so I had arranged for my friend pick me up and we went to a leisurely breakfast. When I returned to pick up the car, Mike acknowledged me right away and I got my car in no time. The girls doing the paperwork were also friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that they change settings in your car. Specifically the lights.. which I always have set to auto. This happened to me the last time and I didn’t figure it out until I was driving at night with my lights off. Very dangerous. I was prepared for it this time and checked as soon as I got in my car and put it on the correct setting. Other than that minor detail ( because I know to check) I like this service department and would recommend it to anyone.

I’m trying to save you some time. Went In to buy a new vehicle today. Apparently if you are not willing to pay for the $1500 rip-off “Desert package” that consists of window tint, clear door edge stickers and the notoriously worthless window etching then do not come to ABC Hyundai. Greatest part is the package hasn’t even been installed on the car however, per the sales manager himself it is required in order to buy from this dealer.We all know you can get a high quality tint for $400 anywhere in town. Window etching is worthless, insurance companies don’t care about it and what agency goes around checking to see if automotive glass is stolen? Also if you want clear bra on the edges of your door check out Amazon for $20.

My fiancé and I were struggling to find a trusting place to get a car. We went to many places and felt we were being treated like children. We came here and met Tyler who was completely professional and helpful and great! We weren’t able to see him again after that due to us leaving and needing to come back a different day. When we returned we met with Esteban who was truly amazing! He was so patient and always ready to work with us every time we came back which was about 2 times with him. Super Duper price! The color I wanted! No haggling, going back and forth! I was like which planet is this! Lidija did the paperwork in a jiffy. We laughed and cried! Brand spanking new. Normally, I buy a 1998 Toyota Corolla or something like that. Giovanni impressed me and excelled my expectations. He went above and beyond to help me and JP helped me relax. Be careful, in this service department you will have to pay $150.00 diagnostic test for each section. So,you can be paying $300-$450 just in diagnostics. It’s amazing because the same computer is used for all the testing. What a SCAM!

Brice is simply amazing at the dealership. He is extremely customer focused and detail oriented. Ask for Brice and he’ll take care of you at ABC. We saw a deal online and called the dealership. Luckily Brice picked up the call. He actually ended getting us an even better deal and a lower price than even what we saw online. That’s simply unheard of. Further, he and the dealership came through and deliver on all of our special requests, including getting us a loaner for a few days. Between all of the Hyundai dealerships I have ever been to, this has been my worst experience. Mike was our service advisor and his “customer service” was beyond unprofessional. When we called on the phone to speak about the service, he actually yelled at us over the phone and would not let us speak/listen to us. We attempted to call management over this and our call was never returned. The actual service we received from the shop was fine and the other service advisors who helped us were great but this incident with Mike and the management’s silence on it will keep us from ever returning to this dealership.

Rating a 2 because don’t get me wrong I got a GREAT deal on my 2018 Ford Focus low miles and everything great place to get your car from., BUT I referred someone here., was told I was gonna get a referral bonus and I never got it. Been getting the run around., and was told it wasn’t in the paper work for my referral even though I not only filled out the paper work there and was with the person that I referred when she got her car. They answer the phone FAST for sales (when you want to buy a car) but don’t answer at all for customer service 🤦🏾‍♀️., if you want a car this is a great place to go., but if you’re having issues well good luck getting in contact with them., UPDATE: NEIL GOALSTONE has HORRIBLE customer service skills., and don’t deserve to be NOBODY manager with the kind of attitude he has., the whole referral program is FAKE and nothing but a run around. Because this is the closest Hyundai Dealership to me, I have tolerated their poor customer service, in the service department for the past 2 years. The following comments are NOT based on just one bad day Ive had with them either. They never return your calls, even if youve left up to 6 messages. They will tell you they have a Loaner Vehicle for you, but NEVER EVER DO.They cannot ever get you in for an appointment, in under 2 weeks. The girls making the service appointments over the phone, are like ROBOTS, and only have text-book replies regardless of your complaint. There are a couple very helpful people there, but the OVERALL experience, every time,,SUCKS...

I made an appointment for a simple warranty issue of a cracked speaker cone. I verified that it would be covered by warranty when I made the appointment. They tried to sell me an alignment before looking at the car, then told me there was going to be a $150 diagnostic fee for checking out a warranty item. Same game dealerships have been running for years.

Gabby is the absolute best!!! This is my first car buying experience from a dealer and I could not be more satisfied with how it went. I wanted a specific car in a specific color with a manual transmission and reached out to every single Hyundai dealer in Las Vegas but Gabby was the only one who continually contacted me with updates on the car. No other dealer in the valley contacted me more than twice. It started summer of 2020 and 7 months later my car finally was available in the Las Vegas Valley and we got the process started before I even got to the dealer lot. She went and picked it up and brought it back for me herself. Even 2 weeks after the purchase she is still reaching out to make sure I’m enjoying the car I’ve been waiting for. My roommate and I went to inquire about purchasing a vehicle from ABC on Friday, the salesman was literally the rudest and driest customer focused employee we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The very moment he checked our credit scores his entire body language and attitude went from bad to blatant disrespect, came back to our table and essentially ushered us out the door. We came with a large up front down payment but he wouldn’t have known that because we decided to take our business else where. Needless to say if you decide to go to ABC, stay away from the older tall guy with salt and pepper hair who wears glasses, because I’ve seen toddlers with more customer service than that man.

The speed and quality of service were prompt and efficient. The only issue I have with the service department is that the service advisors leave me standing there waiting for quite a while with no greeting or apparent urgency to find out why I’m there or what I need. Once they deign to acknowledge me, the rest of the process is great. But it’s always awkward and aggravating at the beginning.

Needed help on October 19th, 5pm with my Elantra that I bought from Hyundai of Las Vegas 1 year ago.Just discovered one of my tires has a hole which I cant fix without removing the tire.Lock key for my tires is missing. Cannot remove tires without it. Looked Everywhere for it before running to this dealership.Forman said he didnt have time to remove a single locknut and replace it with a regular one.Best case it last overnight. Worst case I tow it in tomorrow.I will never buy a Hyundai vehicle again.

Went in to see 2014 Ford Sedan yesterday and was completely unimpressed. I will say that I appreciate the sales member that helped me out with seeing the vehicle, but I did not appreciate the vehicle itself that was made to seem much nicer than it actually was. Nicks and scratches on the vehicle that werent shown in pictures, crayon marks on the back seat, stains and other marks throughout. I understand that its a used car, but the full lack of quality for the price they were trying to charge was ridiculous. The car has been there for 2 months and they never even did a full inspection. If they had, they mightve noticed that the stereo didnt work at all and that it probably didnt work because the AMP Subwoofer and half the speakers werent even there along with the spare tire!

Bought a used car, buying process went smooth. Drove the car for a week and it was shutting off in traffic. The service department is very difficult to work with. Everytime I call, the advisor is with a customer. I leave a message, no return call. Finally, after 3 weeks of them having my car, I had to go down there to get answers. Even then I was ignored at the counter for a good 20 minutes before the advisor even looked up at me. After 2 hours there trying to get answers, he promised to give me a loaner car or my car the next day. No car the next day.... finally got my car back two days later. Still no answers on why it was shutting off. Very poor customer service. Very frustrating. Also, dont try to speak to the Service Manager, he is never available. Please go somewhere else, save yourself the frustration.Update: Talked to Neil, he is awesome, although it took me going down there in person to see what was going on, Neil got me a loaner car while repairs were being made. Good thing for that because my car was down there for an additional 4 weeks. The service department is a cold sore on the mouth of the Sales Team. Glad my car is fixed but even though it probably doesnt matter, I will never go to this Dealership again.

This is the example of a business that doesnt care about their customer. I have purchased 4 cars (yes, 4 cars) from here is the last 5 years and the service department is horrible. Today I have to call....16 times just to schedule an oil change. There either answer and put u hold without saying anything on the phone, they answer and the put you on hold to later hang up on you and they just send you to a voice-mail. The only time I spoke with a girl who answered the phone she didnt even give some info I needed. I work in sales and this is a big mistake people make.At this point, I will take my business to another Hyundai dealer and I will do some research to make sure that they are not affiliated with the owners of ABC Hyundai. The sad part is that I was planing on doing a test drive on a new car while I was getting my oil change.

I came down from southern Utah, because the salesmen I had been dealing with in St. George were awful. They were pushy and rude. When I contacted ABC Hyundai about a specific vehicle, Esteban got in touch with me and set to jumping through all the hoops we had lined up for him, and he did so with professionalism and kindness. It got even better when we arrived at ABC Hyundai the next day. Esteban was extremely helpful and even apologetic when things didnt work out with the vehicle I had my eye on. I had a backup in place and he helped us get to where we needed to be to get into that car. Because of his professional approach to his job and his personable demeanor, I dubbed him Besteban, which he was immediately teased about. My car wasnt ready to leave the lot that day, because it hadnt been inspected yet, so we came back to southern Utah without it. Esteban went the extra ten miles (no pun intended) and picked me up at the airport, on his day off, so that I could take the car home a few days later. I never expected him to do that, but he did, and it was his idea. Besteban made the experience as painless and easy as he could, and we appreciate that very much.

Mike Vega was super cool. I was with mike alone for 5 hours so I appreciate his patience. Cody in finance was upfront and honest about everything. With what my credit was, I feel like I got shafted on apr a little bit but I won’t lose sleep over it. Also, I bought the sonata sel plus. Little disappointing to pay $36k for a car with no power passenger seat, just some manual garbage. Besides that, every other part of the experience was great. Dealers get a bad rep nowadays. Salesmen don’t sell anything, the products sell themselves.

Satisfying experience by far with the 2 gentleman I spoke to while there. J.R and Cole provided me exceptional customer service the first day I went and the second day I went to view vehicles. They listened with open ears and provided me great information. Although we did not get a deal going for the 2019 RAV 4 even though I was promised a deal by text, I am happy with their help and the way they carried themselves. I know it is not on them to get the deal done but the GM so it is unfortunate. Believe me, I went to DW Toyota and other dealerships and these two guys showed me that good service does exist. If you don’t get a deal blame the GM because they want you to finance under their terms instead of giving you the deal or price you agreed to over the phone.

Both hyundai dealerships within the valley are terrible when it comes to service. I was a long time customer of Henderson hyundai until they started skipping steps while my vehicle was there for service.I then jumped over the ABC hyundai, because it was closer to my house. I originally went to this dealer to purchase my car; however, not one salesman approached me. I had to ask where the car I was interested in was. All I got was a point in the direction; hence why I did not purchase my vehicle here. I am a younger female so they probably didn’t want to “waste their time” helping me.But after Henderson hyundai continued to let me down, I thought I would try service out at ABC. Another terrible idea. I dropped my car off for service. They are very disorganized. I asked for an update on my vehicle after waiting about an hour and a half. They proceeded to tell me that it would be a couple more hours. I was beyond upset because it was just a standard oil change and I was not told about any type of wait time. I met with the service manager. He claimed it was due to a new system or new management.I am now getting close to service time and neither hyundai locations have available appointments until November. I called and asked for advice because obviously I do not want to be driving another month with old oil, as well as I am having dct issues. The persons response was: “you can always try to walk in or go somewhere else”. My vehicle is still under warranty. I am not going to take it to a different place to get any work done. Hyundai needs to be there for its customers; otherwise, I will probably not be purchasing another hyundai at any point.Love the car. Not the people who have a monopoly on the car dealerships in the Las Vegas valley.

Bought a vehicle less than 30 days ago. The other day my car died in a parking lot, got the battery tested and was told it was a bad battery. Called the service department and was told since it was less than 30 days from purchase they would take care of it and to bring it in Monday at anytime and they would look at my car. Called that Monday right before i was going to leave my house and was told they would have no way to look at my car that day and that they cant replace my battery unless a sales person approved it. So called the sales number and was told to bring my car in right away and service will look at it. Jump start my car, drive 25 mins to the dealership only to be spoken to like I’m an alien and they don’t know who said what and that they cant replace my battery and the sales manager wouldn’t approve the replacement. This place is disorganized and the staff is obviously not on the same page. I would expect better customer service for someone who just bought a vehicle less than 30 days ago.

Gaby was excellent and overall service was excellent. Unlike the other dealerships I visited, they did not put a lot of BS add-ons onto the car be selling. The website was also excellent as they allow you to see the window sticker before going down so you know exactly what add-ons are on each car beforehand. Excellent service from the service team, Max was extremely helpful and willing to assist me with some questions I had on my car.

Didn’t feel super welcomed initially, as soon as I walked in a guy in a suit aggressively asked who I was there to see, no hello or anything.The guy who helped me was super nice, I really liked him. I insisted on cancelling my appointment because of my credit, but I was told about how they’re paying $5500 over KBB value for trade ins and how a majority of their clients have 400 credit scores and there’s options for no down payments. There was no mention of any of this in person though. I’m guessing I was just told all this to get me to come, which makes me wish I could get that hour of my life back, but at least the person that helped me was very nice and courteous. If you have less than stellar credit, I would avoid here unless you have a co signer and/or a large down payment ready.
