The job performed was very good, however the customer Service was not. I never received any updates or calls as promised. I took my vehicle in for my scheduled appointment of 8am and after no call I tried reaching out before they closed. No answer so I left a message and a text on the number I received a text. No response until late morning the next day just advising me it was done.

The worst service center Ive ever had to deal with. Itll take a week for your car to see a service technician. I took my car in because of a check engine light and then 3 days later the check engine light comes on again.But hey at least the Coffee Machine is pretty nice right? If you need to buy a car and have it be dependable 7 days a week go elsewhere because Earnhardt couldnt care less. They will treat you like garbage.

Excellent Customer Service, Frankie went above and beyond my expectations on my GMC Acadia. Frankie in service dept took the time to explain to me what my vehicle problem was. I was kept informed during the repair process of what was being repair to my vehicle. I will return for any future repairs to this dealership who acknowledge you and takes pride in their work.

Sean was helpful.. Purchased a battery. Install was bad. Never tightened the negative terminal. Drove to Arizona. Turned off the car and it died. Wasnt sure the problem so we towed. The backwoods garage went under the hood and connected the negative terminal. $370 for the new battery, which is very high, then $150 to tow and $85 for diagnosis battery connect. $625 total due to incompetence. Would you recommend your store with that kind of service?

It was a great experience felt like family with the concern to get me something I needed with things I wanted. If you are in the market for a new car, you should call for an appointment or ask for him. He truly listens to what you want and what you are looking for in your next vehicle. He gives you great information about so you are able to make a sound choice on whats best for you. He works hard to get you the best price and rebates. We took our 2000 Buick LeSabre in to get the transmission fluid and filter changed. This is a car our son received from a family friend for his birthday/Christmas present. Earnhardt explained in detail the process of changing the fluid and filter, as well as any possible problems we might experience, due to the car being old and us having no service record. The car runs like a gem. John T. from service was a fabulous service manager. His team not only did a terrific job with the car, but he also took a few moments to speak with my wife about the SUVs Buick has to offer and explained in layman terms the advantages of each SUV. John T. has made us a believer in Earnhardt Buick GMC.

I had the best experience at Earnhardt Buick GMC. I had been looking at another car on the other side of town and it was like pulling teeth to get someone to call back when I had questions. The Henderson dealership was too busy for my business and would never pick up the call. My daughter contacted Earnhardt and spoke with Rubi. She was amazing from the first minute and within seconds, we had a text with all the info I was asking for. Once arriving, we were happily greeted and taken inside to meet her. From there, Adam and Ricardo were fantastic. Tony was constantly putting a smile on our faces with jokes and talks of S.Dakota. To finish our day, Mario is a class act in financing. One of the best transactions I have had and Ive had quite a few. Five stars all the way! It was a long drive from Henderson, but the customer service was worth it.

This place was great. We were traveling with our camper and the trailer braking system started giving us an error. We took the truck here on a Sat just about noon and they fit us in. It was just a fuse and they replaced and we were ready to go. If we lived in Vegas, I would always take our vehicles there. Nicest people you can meet.

Your service department lied about the condition of my truck. Saying it had a hole in the engine core, when it did not. Jacked up prices of an engine replacement by double. I found a more honest dealership that charged me half the price. I will never be back.Update: To Laryy.tinnin@earnhardt, there was never an offer to cover 75% of the cost. More lies I see. Is this how you guys do business? No mention of lying about the hole in my block either. You guys are despicable!! This is why people hate dealerships!!

Do not buy from Earnhardt Buick GMC. This is my experience with them and I am extremely disappointed to say the least. I am lucky to not have been involved in a car accident because of their carelessness. Already have a running list of over $1400 dollars for things Earnhardt Buick GMC should have done before the car left the lot.I recently bought a used 2019 Dodge Charger with 14122 miles from Earnhardt Buick GMC from out of state (Oregon). I made arrangements to fly into Vegas and pick up the vehicle in the week following Christmas. The dealership was kind enough to pick me up from the airport but when I arrived they said the vehicle was still not ready and I would have to wait. I had arrived at 9 am because I had a 10 hour drive back to Oregon. I mentioned this several times to the sales staff in the days leading up to the pick up pick up date so that the vehicle would be ready. I had to wait until 6 pm that night for it to finally be ready (9 hours).That is when my first issue appeared. They had not disclosed to me that the 60K dollar vehicle I had just purchased only came with one key. Now this was not a big deal but it would have been nice to know as the keys are about $100-$150 dollars and $150-$250 dollars to program according to the Dodge dealership. They had also promised to get me a bottle of the touch up paint, which they didnt do. They were also suppose to look into getting me a replacement for the missing Tire Service Kit. They simply told me the previous owner didnt have it. As I was already 9 hours behind schedule I just let it go at that and left.As is normal for winter driving, I ran into a snow storm and hazardous road conditions. I also had to go over several mountain passes on the way home. I noticed that the front end of the vehicle seemed to be slipping around quite a bit but thought nothing of it. About 2 weeks later I found out the reason why though. The tires on the front were completely bald. (see attached pictures). I tried contacting the Salesman, Sales manager, and Finance guy through text and phone calls for 2 weeks and never received a call back. It was not until I called the main phone number that I was able to get on the phone with one of them. Now they just keep giving me the run around. Claiming that their service department measured the tires at 4/32. Even went as far to insinuate that me driving 2000 miles since the purchase had worn them off (tires wear 1/32 for 4000 to 6000 miles of driving for those that dont know and I drive a lot of long road trips for work).I would never buy from Earnhardt Buick GMC. I could have potentially wrecked my brand new 60K car and/or seriously injured myself or my brother that drove with me because of Earnhardt Buick GMCs carelessness. If they would have owned up to the mistake and paid for the replacement of the 2 bald front tires, I would have understood since its easy to miss a few things. But the fact that they stonewalled me for over 2 weeks and lied on the service record, coupled with the above mentioned issues shows a complete lack of personal honesty on Earnhardt Buick GMCs part.I am still waiting for Earnhardt Buick GMC to make this right and will update this with further details.

A large assortment of vehicles to choose from. Prices are fair for the most part but theyre willing to work with you to get the deal you want and in my case, need.SUVS in abundance as well. A little out of my price range but maybe not out of yours.The sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Feel free to ask them questions.Their lounge area could be better. Its comfortable but no vending machines for snacking.They have a charging station so thats a nice plus and television. The chairs are comfortable and well spaced. I have no complaints here.Superb customer experience.

Service department is horrible. Brought vehicle in to determine issue with truck. Picked up my truck while wait for part to be ordered.. Noticed money that was hidden in console was missing. Someone had to specifically search to get it.. Called my service person, Tim, who connected me to manager voice mail. Never received return call. When the part arrived, after 2 weeks, of which I had to call to find status...they never called me. When picked up truck and signed papers and waited for someone to bring up my truck. Granted they could see me standing there After half hour, I asked Tim if they were bringing up my truck. 10 minutes later he went and got it himself. I love my gmc truck...but the service department is pathetic and hires thieves.

Repairs seems to be correct, but too soon to tell as the vehicle had slow leaks from several areas. I will need to check the ground to be sure no further leaks are occurring. Service advisor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Status updates / follow up could have been a little better, but not a big issue.

Blew the transmission on my tow vehicle a few miles south of Goldfield Nv. Had it towed to Earnhardt Buick GMC for repairs, about 170 miles. My son brought, from Spokane Wa, another tow vehicle, which sprang a coolant leak just before we reached Earnhardts. So we wound up at the Earnhardt service center with two broken tow vehicles and a 32 travel trailer. Here is where the Service part began.John Tronske, the Service Consultant, listened to our story, which went something like this. Tow vehicle with blown transmission, 2nd tow vehicle with coolant leak, Son from Spokane on rescue mission, Father from Arizona stranded in Las Vegas with 32 travel trailer. This was on a Saturday afternoon.John immediately had someone check the coolant leak on the 2nd tow vehicle and determined that, with care, we could continue to use it to tow the travel trailer for short distances. He then made an appointment to get it repaired first thing Monday morning. Also had a preliminary exam of the blown transmission and determined it required a service tech to look at it on Monday.As we were strangers in Los Vegas, John helped us find an RV park that was close by and within the ability of the 2nd tow vehicle to pull the travel trailer to without overstraining the coolant system.Monday morning brought the 2nd tow vehicle into the shop, John arranged to get it into the service rotation and get it repaired and back to me the next day. John also arranged transportation for me back and forth to the RV park. The 2nd tow vehicle was ready to go, Tuesday afternoon as promised. John also had the results from his service tech on the blown transmission and offered a couple of different options. With his help and advice I opted for a new, factory transmission. John quoted a price, I accepted and he got the vehicle in repair rotation.During all of this John offered a great deal of help answering questions from a very rattled 79 year old senior and offering assurances that the 2nd tow vehicle would be able to tow the travel trailer back to Arizona. Answers and reassurances that went a long way in settling the nerves and giving confidence to this Senior.The first tow vehicle was repaired, I flew to McCarran in Las Vegas, John offered to have his shuttle pick me up, but a Lyft ride was more convenient. Got to Earnhardts, paid the bill, which came in exactly as quoted and John had my vehicle brought up to me. Again, John answered many questions and was willing to spend as much time as needed to make sure I was comfortable with the repaired vehicle.This has been overlong, but was necessary to adequately describe my experience with the Earnhardt service department and with John Tronske. To sum it up, if you require any type of service on your vehicle, I strongly suggest the Earnhardt service department. The treatment I received from John Tronske is obviously how he is as a person, but without the support of Earnhardt, much of his concern and help to individual customers would be blunted. My experience indicates that Earnhardt, overall, treats their customers with respect and wants their team members to offer all possible support.

WOW - Where to start, We were on our way to Utah when our 2021 Yukon with 4,400 miles started making making a loud ticking sound so we stopped in Vegas for the night. The next morning I brought the Yukon to Earnhardt Buick GMC. The service team immediately got a mechanic to diagnose the issue, and became clear that it was not going to be a quick fix. Bailey Trevino our Service Consultant began trying to secure us transportation to continue our trip. With the current pandemic rental vehicles are in short supply. After multiple calls to every rental agency in Las Vegas and GMC, we were literally stranded. Larry Tinnin the Service Manager was gracious enough to let us use their loaner vehicle to continue our trip and get home, a total distance of over 1,000 miles. I purchased a 2015 Buick Encore as a commuter vehicle here, and the car started having problems before I made the first payment. I am not a mechanic, but can recognize the signs of an issue with the turbo (vehicle going into limp mode, loss of power on acceleration, etc.). I took it back to Earnhardt and was told by the service team member that without the check engine light on youre wasting my time. Come back when it turns on. Literally REFUSED to look at it even though it is still under warranty, and turned me away. I called the salesman Id dealt with, and was told man thats too bad *click*I then took the vehicle to Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza and they were FANTASTIC. They resolved the issue (new turbo) of course, which any decent service department would do. But what made them stand out was the service itself; they did everything to earn my business that Earnhardt failed to do.

I made an appointment and showed 5 mins prior to my appointment time to get my oil changed. The guy who checked me in said they would also wash my truck. A common service thats usually provided. After waiting 2 hours 45 minutes my vehicle still wasnt finished being serviced. When they finally finished it was very clear that they didnt wash my truck as promised. It doesnt matter if you have a appointment or not you will spend 3 hours waiting for an oil change. Not even sure if my tires were rotated because the guy was so salty. Not to mention the guy was salty when after 2hr 45 mins I asked for an update. No regard for my time. Why make an appointment if I still have to wait in line whit people who didn’t make appointments. That or they were well overbooked for 0800 in the morning. Completely unsatisfactory.

Took my Suburban in for an oil change. All of the staff was very friendly. Had my vehicle serviced and washed in a little over an hour. They also do a really cool thing when they service your vehicle where the service tech wears a camera while he works on your car and explains what he was doing. The video is then sent to you to view after.

I had 7000 and some miles on my GMC 3500 Denali that I bought in October. I was pulling my RV across country when it came due for its first oil change. Earnhardt was the closest GMC dealer, so I made an appointment (it would be oil change and tire rotation w/complementary wash and DEF fill up). I told them I would wait in the lobby for my truck. 2.5 hours later I get a phone call to pick up my truck and I reminded them I was in the waiting area. He said he didn’t know (as he was a different person than I dropped off the truck to). He said the truck was washed and ready to go. I got in my truck and left knowing it was never washed (due to the same dirt being on my truck with additional greasy hand prints on the hood and drivers door) and the DEF was not filled. I had it close to full because of pulling my RV. I was not going to wait any longer to complain about the items. I will just not go back. I had a 9am appointment (got there 25 minutes early) but left at 11:30am.

5/5 Would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to ask for Harbir. Especially a hard to find color or specific features. Went above and beyond in helping assist me in locating a specific color for my husbands birthday. Continues to go above and beyond after the sale.First Responders beware though. The finance department will not honor first responder discounts on dealer trades and you wont be told this until purchase. Additionally, obtain financing from a credit union upfront. Had to refinance with a credit union after the fact as I was originally told by Gary it would be a credit union but was not. I know I know my bad didnt finance before going to the dealership but wanted this as a surprise. Save yourself some time and finance first then have an exceptional experience with Harbir finding you the perfect vehicle!

All of my dealing with the dealership, until actual purchase, was done through email. I really liked it. Ellen Phillips was amazing to work with. On our way to the dealership we got the finance paperwork started, which saved time in the end. When I got to the dealership the salesman, TR (initials) I wish I could remember his name, took us for a test drive. He answered all our questions and explained the features of the car. The general manager and finance manager worked to get us in and out as fast they could. I was very impressed.

Not a good first impression. Eric the salesman has a great personality and he had a great ora about him. His manager on the other hand was not helpful. When asked about a vehicle hes said it had been dealer traded. (It was on the website late last night at about 930 pm).....as he just sat in his chair. this did leave a great feeling of service to me. Feels like it is going to be a tough time working with this manager on a vehicle purchase here. Would have been no star but had to do something for Eric.

Awesome service from Tim and the mechanic. They took care of us right away to handle a trailer brake service error. Turned out to be a blown fuse they replaced for no charge. Think the fuse blew out due to our trailer wheel bearing failure causing the trailer brake to short out

We purchased a GMC Sierra 3500 HD Denali From Earnhardt GMC/Buick/Mazda in Las Vegas Nv and it was the easiest buying process we have ever experienced while purchasing a vehicle. Our Sales consultants Tony Johnson and Harbir Sandhu as well as the sales Manager, Gilbert Morales were awesome. All were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. The relationship didnt stop after the purchase, as they continue to keep in touch with us on our vehicle and follow up to ensure our new purchase is meeting our needs. I would definitely recommend these three and would not work with anyone other than them in the future.

You never installed our security system (dfence) I called about it at least 4 times with promises somebody would call me back, nobody ever called. I then took in my car for service and asked for clarification on dfence option and the service manager said they would resolve however when I left the dealership the dfence module kept ringing? Service Manger said it would resolve itself and reset within a few miles however that never happened. I noticed the dfence bag with user info had return written on it ? I then called dfence directly and they explained that the dfence module that Earnhardt installed was defective and not even the current model ?? So if you need any other info than that to figure out how pathetic this is then call me

Shopping for a Yukon in several western states since we are 4hrs drive from any dealership, contacted sales about a unit shown on the website. Was given fair (but on the lower end) estimated values for our trade, but they tried the ol add 10k to the msrp trick on me. Brought it up and just got a meh response, like they have plenty of business already. 2 stars was for the salesman being prompt and for the fair trade values, but will not recommend.

Tim Robinson (aka MotorHead) always hits it out of the park in the service department. i actually wait to get service on my vehicles until Tim is on duty because i know the attention to detail will be there. we do a lot of long distance driving and Tim knows this so he is pro-active in recommending service work to prevent potential problems on the road.

Oil change took about two hours. Call ahead to make an appointment. No shuttle service or armor one protection on weekends. Positives are coffee, wifi, and AC in waiting room.

The guy was condescending and rude. Just because I’m a female doesn’t mean you can talk like I’m a child. I know what I’m talking about with vehicles, and we fixed the problem ourselves, which wasn’t half of what your mechanic said was wrong.

Bought a GMC Terrain a couple months ago. Absolutely love the car. Came in for its first oil change and that was a different experience. No communication whatsoever as to what was being done to the vehicle. The rep asked for my keys asked if I was waiting and that’s it. I had to ask afterwards what oil they even put in it because there was no communication whatsoever. It’s under warranty so maybe I only have one option?? Not sure lol didn’t have a chance to ask. I also thought they did a complimentary wash of the outside?? Didn’t get that either. Maybe not a thing anymore?? Who knows because the guy handed the cashier the bill and left.

James was great to work with. He discovered a service plan I had that I hadn’t used and was able to apply a credit to services I was getting that day. He’s very knowledgeable, thorough, honest and made me feel as though he truly cared about my business. I had used this dealership for service previously then had a bad experience on my last visit and have not been back since then. My check engine light came on so I decided it was best to go back to Earnhardt for that service. James definitely won my business back and I’ll be a returning customer. My husband and I bought our vehicles from Earnhardt and because of our experience with James, will return when we are ready to trade up and for all our service needs. James is certainly an asset to your service department.

Super fair, great selection, listen to customers needs first.Anthony was our salesman. great guy no pressure just wanted to make sure we where happy though the whole car buying process. Only place we have our three vehicles serviced. Been coming here for years since opened. Also used Earnhardt in Scottsdale before moving to Vegas. They service our two yukon denalis, silverado high country and ZL1 Camaro. Always take great care of us. John, Tim & Andre are First class. They are miles ahead of the Chevy dealer service in Vegas. If its GM, take it to Earnhardt.

This is the second survey I have completed regarding Earnhardt Buick GMC. In my initial survey, I explained I had been stonewalled by Gary in the Finance Department on the numerous attempts made to contact him as I wanted to add the extended warranty to the 19 GMC Arcadia I purchased on November 13. Ironically, within 15 minutes of completing the online survey my cell phone rang. It was Earnhardt Buick GMC, a sales representative read my survey and wished to sell me an extended warranty. However, after placing umpteen calls to Gary, my Finance Mgr. in the sales transaction of the 19 GMC Arcadia, I found it in very poor taste he could not spare 5 minutes of his time to accept or return my call. Especially to sell me an extended warranty, when I know for a fact the finance manager, or whomever sells the extended warranty receives a commission of the sale. For this reason, I will purchase my extended warranty elsewhere, and, more importantly, refer my friends and relatives to dealerships where the staff is a bit friendlier.
