RUN FAR AND FAST!!!! Dont waste your time or money.I honestly did not think this dealership could get any worse but boy was I wrong. Findlay KIA is the absolute worse company I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the hassle and run as fast and far as you can from the dealership.Findlay in my opinion is incapable of being transparent, telling the truth, or having any integrity.After having to contact the Better Business Bureau, The State Attorney General, and KIA International they finally responded to me. After obtaining in writing they would makeup the difference in the refund I was owed. I was told they would not makeup the difference.I scheduled my first FREE oil change. I showed up at the appointment time for the 30- minute oil change and was informed it would be a minimum of 1 1/2 hours before they would even touch my vehicle. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING AN APPOINTMENT! I do have a life outside of sitting and waiting on Findlay KIA to actually do what they say they will.

My experience was absolutely amazing with Findlay Kia. This is my fourth car I have purchased with them and the process is always so smooth and easy. My recent experience with Justin Hong was the best. He was the nicest and clearly explained everything I needed to know. He made my car buying experience flawless. Scott the finance manager was also great. He also took the time to explain things where I could easily understand and was just overall down to earth. I will definitely be back for my next car. I definitely recommend Findlay Kia to anyone thats looking to purchase a car!

It was very hard to communicate with Alec the service manager. Didnt pick up the phone and didnt response to any messages that I had left in his voice mail. Not able to explain the cause of the problem(s) of the car until I got my car back. I had to read the report of the man who fixed my car.They didnt put back all plastic clip on covers for electric panels inside of the car. All covers are laying on the floor. Did not put back the back seats up. Took two weeks to fix it and they parked the car outside when they are not working on the car. And they didnt even bother to wash the car before release it back to me.

Wonderful and stress free experience! Traded in my 2014 Kia Soul and they gave me a great deal on the trade in. Bought a 2019 Hyundai Elantra SEL which had less mileage and far more safety features as well as back up camera which I love. Great car and Justin was so helpful in finding this car! I went to the Kia on Sahara and Decatur to get a recalled sensor replace. Ive been calling them all week trying to set up an appointment nobody ever called me back. So I just walked in. The lady said that that the piece that I need it was out of stock and if they were going to order it and so I had another sensor that needed to be done and I gave it to her and ask her if she do it and she said shed see what they could do and I said okay great thanks. She called after he was done and told me it was going to cost $75. She never quoted me that so I had no idea that thats what you was going to charge me or I would have told her never mind. So I told her I couldnt afford it and she said do you want me to have them take it off and I said okay go ahead. And she actually did. I understand not wanting to do work for free but she should have told me how much it was going to cost before she did it thats just how it is with sales and customer service and everything. To make a long story short they have the worst customer service ever I wouldnt suggest anybody go there go to the one in Henderson theyre much better.

I came here to get a “free car wash” after a huge purchase last weekend. They quoted me 40 minutes and it looked like they didn’t even run it through the machine as my grill and rims were still filthy. When looking at the after result it looks like they just sprayed a hose on it and hand dried it. Don’t offer free car washes if you’re too cheap to do the job. I’d rather just put you money at that point. Disappointed this Findlay Kia doesn’t keep integrity on their promises.

I have been to Findlay Kia twice & have received two totally different experiences.The first times, the technician was very attentive & made sure to communicate with me on all things being done. When the service was complete, he came into the showroom & escorted my wife & I to our vehicle. As we were walking, he thank us for our business & complemented us on our vehicle. He was very welcoming & a delight to work with.This last time, the technician was very slow at coming to speak with me. When he did, he was very vague with verifying myself & the vehicle being worked on. He stated that he would come back & go over any service needs when the job was done. I NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN! I got a call from the cashier… signed my name… & was handed my keys. No escort… no thank you for letting us service your vehicle… not even a goodbye, please come again.

I was very pleased with the service that I got from this dealership. It’s probably the best dealership I’ve ever been to for Kia. I was going to have to wait until December to get the recall on my car done in Kingman but I called Finley and they got me in within a few weeks. They were very professional and courteous and I really appreciated Alec for Making sure that everything got done. I definitely would go back to this dealership and refer people to them!

I bought my used Kia Soul from another dealer in Las Vegas. I did this because the particular dealer had one is stock whereas Findlay Kia did not. After the purchase I was given the runaround by the dealer I bought the car from.I received a recall notice from Kia and called Findlay Kia and they were great. They set up an appointment for the following week. I took the car into Findlay and Jose was great. He explained the process and stated it would take less than an hour. Lo and behold 35 minutes later he called me and stated everything was OK. No problem with the recall. My car was washed and Jose walked me to my car and explained the inspection was performed, all fluids topped off, along with air in tires, and washed. I know this is my dealer I will be going to for all my Kia service.

I own a Brand New 2021 KIA Soul. The car as of date runs great (“engine-wise”). But shortly after purchase my new 2021 KIA Soul has been plagued with small annoying problems.Just ten days after purchasing the 2021 KIA Soul, the air conditioning system went out. Diagnosis: Diagnosis: Air Compressor Was Not Turning On and The AC Condenser Was Leaking Freon. A new condenser was installed and recharged with Freon. The car of course was still under manufacture warranty so the KIA Dealership repaired the car at no cost.About three weeks later (a second incident). The 2021 KIA Soul Windshield Wiper Water Pump stopped working. I took it to the KIA Dealer to be repaired. Diagnosed Issue/New Issue: Windshield Wiper Water Washer “Front and Rear Motor & Pump” had internally failed - causing fluid not to come out. It was repaired and fixed at no cost; the car was still under manufacture warranty.Then again, about one month later (a third incident). The 2021 KIA Soul Windshield Wiper Water Pump once again stopped working. I took it back to the KIA Dealer to be repaired. Diagnosed Issue/New Issue: Windshield Wiper Water Washer “Nozzle” was internally failing - causing fluid not to come out. It was repaired and fixed at no cost; the car was still under manufacture warranty.As of October 2nd, 2021, no issues as of yet. Let’s hope it stays that way.(END)

I had a 9:30am appointment scheduled for maintenance on my 2020 Kia Niro. I pulled up and was quickly greeted by Jose. Jose confirmed the work to be done, escorted me inside and advised that he would let me know when my car was ready. The work was done faster than expected and he had my car washed too. I simply went to order a key I thought but left with my key an unexpected needed surprise thanks to Jessica in parts who definitely exceeded my expectations going above and beyond. I saved Time and money not ordering the wrong key and was in good hands while there. Kerri the cashier was also very pleasant and efficient with her end. Kia service department Jose is exceptional however the wait time to get an appointment is not acceptable . The average wait time to get an appointment is a couple of weeks no matter what your problem is. If you leave your car it wont be seen for about a week and then after that the wait time to get it fix. This is the reason for the low score. Too long of a wait time for your car to get ready.

I took my car in for Service and Recall items (2). There was a mix up on scheduled time. They had 11a.m. and I had 9:30 a.m. I know mine was more correct as was told it would be ready that day if I came in early because of the recall item. My service attendant said they could get it out today if I just did the service. I said OK but will I be provided a ride home like they usually do? He said no because I was just doing a service and I knew I would have to wait. Normally that would not be a problem but I had something that needed to be done this a.m. I told him, just cancel everything as I need to do something this morning time. I took my keys and walked out. Nearing my car I stopped and went back in to see the manager. I didnt think it was my fault about the time mix up as I know I would not have agreed to leave my car overnight which I would have had to do if the recall items were worked on as scheduled. I spoke to the manager who advised me its OK..They would do just the service and provide me transportation back to my residence and pick me up when the service was completed. This is a great company and operations. Thanks for your consideration.

It has been a long time since I’ve been received excellent service. This is the whole truth and nothing but. I had driven from Northern Nevada and called Findlay to see if they could accommodate my warranty inspection while in town. Iliana in the service department asked if I could come in today. I did and she had everything done in an hour and took care of the recall notice, which I had an appointment for next week to have it taken care of in Reno. Service writer was great. She remembered me from my last service and took the time to go over the report with me. I had appointment but it still ended up taking almost two hours to change the oil and rotate the tires so that was the only downside. I will continue to have my services done here.

Just recently had a service done with Jose per my battery. I have to say Jose was truly amazing, I needed to get in as soon as Possible to have the battery changed at first didn’t look like I would be able to get in due to the busy service schedule. That had me down, the battery had died and I was leaving out of town on the weekend and of course having to try and go to pay for a battery was a little stressful. Jose absolutely came through for me, he let me know he could squeeze it in the next day and on top of that letting me know my battery was still under warranty, it literally made my entire day. He made that happen for me and my experience with the service was awesome.

Called to have a safety recall and to have my 7500 miles oil change done. Needed to wait 2 weeks to have it done. Due to the high volume of service work. They give me a appointment for 9/21@9am. I was received by Iliana V. service advisor. she greeted us with a friendly smile. I told her about the recall and she suggested the 7500 mile level maintenance which is what I had done. I left the car there and was called 4 hours later. to pick up the car. When I meet her she had done the work and also replace the battery. which she had called me to tell me that it was needed to be replace. She had told me that the replacement would at no cost because it was still under warranty. Its a pleasure doing business with this dealership. 5 STARS goes to Iliana and the pit crew!

9/24/21 - UpdateI got an online trade-in offer on my vehicle from this dealership of $14,900. Which I ignored as I had been offered more from every other dealership. But, this dealer emailed me and stated that was just a low ball offer and if I drive the over 60 miles to the dealership theyd offer more than the low ball offer of $14,900. So, since they had a vehicle I was interested in I drove there. Once they found out the vehicle I was interested in only cost $14,990, they made an even more insulting low ball offer on my vehicle of $14,500. All so they could get extra cash out of my pocket after they had already wasted my time and gas having me drive the over 60 miles from Pahrump with lies.9/17/21-Not impressed at all with the parts dept guy. Seeing as I was the only customer in the place there was no excuse for making me wait over 30 minutes to not even help me. Need better service.

Took hours and multiple phone calls to confirm they received my car. They never called me to confirm that my car was there and never called to tell me what was wrong with it or an expected timeline for diagnostic. One of the times I called they told me what the repair was, and the expected timeline, and that theyd call in a rental. When I called to confirm my rental, I did not have a reservation. Took a couple more times calling in to get my rental reservation placed and confirmed. A LOT of running around and being sent in circles at this place.

Mike at Finlay KIA was exemplary! I came I from out of town for a family funeral and I had an issue with my car. He simplified everything for me by checking me in right away, explaining the process and getting me a ride to my destination while he figured out what he could do for me in terms of repair and car rental. He has amazing customer service and follow up. He got me a car rental which I had for 3 weeks while my car was fixed. Went back to pick up my car and my car was running like new again! He made my entire trip less painful & stress free! My brother even praised his service! That’s what you call a professional service guy!

Stopped by here for a scheduled service appointment. My coordinator was Iliana. I expected the usual 2-3 hour drudgery. Was pleasantly surprised when the service was done in about an hour, along with a complimentary car wash. Iliana (and the other staff) were extremely courteous and professional. I needed a car badly. I went shopping at all of the Las Vegas Kia dealerships and I got all of the usual game playing stuff that you always go through trying to buy a car. I finally worked with Bill Waugh,my salesman, Nemo the gentleman who taught me all of the stuff about my car, and Chad the finance manager, at Findlay and they were all AMAZING!! They were very upfront and honest! What they PROMISED ME is WHAT I GOT! They did everything to make the deal work! That is almost unheard of in the process of buying a car. I made an appointment due to a recall notice I received. I cleaned my schedule for the day since I knew I would be tied up at the dealership for most of the day. Well I was pleasantly surprised. The service advisor that helped me was friendly and informative. I was back on the road in less than half an hour. The waiting room was very nice and included free coffee! Worst customer service ever, went to get clips for brakes, they were more worried about up selling a complete brake set or brake service instead of taking clips out selling them and replacing them later. Very disappointed. What happened to customer satisfaction? I guess taking care of your customers is a thing of the past.

*Update* the stinger I wanted finally arrived in the US. Due to how limited new cars are right now, all the prices have gone up, especially on high demand models. Justin and Findlay Kia honored the original deal they offered me a couple of months ago. The process of buying the car was quick and easy, and I am very happy with my new Stinger GT2.*Original* Justin was very knowledgeable on the Kia stinger I was interested in and overall seemed very passionate about cars. Took my car in for a warranty issue. It took them 2.5 months to fix it, so my car sat on their lot, untouched for 2.5 months. Because of this, it caused my battery to die and now I have to spend $170 for a new battery, just a day after I got my car back. Not ok.

I was in the market looking for an SUV, and out of all the different dealerships, Findlay Kia was the most pleasant to work with. Working with both James M. and Joe made the process easy. First off, unlike other dealerships, they didnt harass me every hour of the day about my interest at a vehicle from several people. I was receiving messages from one person and it was a consistent channel, I didnt have to talk to several people about a single inquiry even after being introduced to James as my primary salesman. When it came time to negotiate a sale, it was ironically the least stressful part of the process. That day was amazing 👏 we waited however that was to our favor. My 2013 Kia Optima needed some fixing. Jose was the Service guy to help me with my Kia issues. Jose the Service dude, he was fast & honest. He Said we wont do anything unless you authorize it. He called me in the morning once my AC was inspected and told me the major problems with my AC:broken compressor with some broken ribs and belt. Having a broken AC in Las Vegas is urgent. So I gave him the green light and he had it fixed that afternoon. All five recalls had been addressed, new oil change, and my AC is like brand spanking new. I drove out of there with my AC blowing cold air, even smelling new, just like when I bought it back in 2013. Thank You Jose (Service parts guy) for the Great customer service and for fixing my baby. I love my Kia. God Bless.

My car broke down on the freeway (took about 20 hours before it got picked up. SMH). Once it got to the dealership, I received a call and was notified immediately that they received it, but may take a few days to get a diagnostic on it because they were backed up with other cars. I figured, great another 4 or 5 days without having my car. Nope, the next morning they called me and told me that one of the fuel pumps/ injectors failed and that it was covered under the warranty so it’s already been fixed and that my car was ready to be picked up. I was surprised how quickly they got it done. I’m so happy with their service.

Would NEVER buy a car here just because of Joe Gozier. Who walks out to the customer, never introduces himself, sits down, and blasts your trade in? Picking it apart from top to bottom. Its a 2013, 1 owner, excellent condition and well maintained mechanically. A 8yo car isnt going to be perfect. Then you want to sell me a car for a payment twice the amount I came in looking for. I felt horrible for my salesman. I would give NO stars if I could. This is why you only have 10 cars on your lot. 🖕🏻🙄

Very little pressure during the sales process. There was some trickery during the negotiation concerning the trade-in credit but, the payments were as agreed if not all the numbers. The service department is top-notch.

We had a want, not a need, for a 2021 Kia Sorento Hybrid, in red. Prior to going to Findlay, we had visited two other dealerships in the area, test drove vehicles that almost met our criteria. Started with the Telluride, but decided the Sorento was more our speed. The cars were not Hybrids, but we were willing to negotiate if they made us an offer we couldnt refuse. But we werent comfortable with how and what they were negotiating, so we left.In the meantime, through a car search subscription, we were notified that Findlay had just received a 2021 Sorento Hybrid. At the same time, another dealer said they could get it for us, but it will have to be shipped from over 300 miles away.We first dealt with Findlay. Test drove the car. Talked with the folks. We didnt come to terms. So we left, had lunch, talked about it, and called Findlay back. We would buy the car, no trade in, at a certain price.What do we like about them? Our contact, Justin Hong was very responsive to our back and forth calls and emails which persuaded us to go check them out. And the negotiations were handled in a very professional manner, absolutely no pressure, no bait and switch, a little give-and-take.Because we had already headed home we told them wed come back the next day. Instead, Justin offered to personally deliver the car to our home that evening. Deal!
