Came here for an oil change, love the atmosphere here. The waiting room was very comfortable while they were working on my Mazda CX-5. I’ve been to other places for oil changes, this was by far the most relaxed I’ve been while waiting on the service. I definitely plan on coming back here for all my service needs.
Forget going here. They are all nice when you are buying a car ( Most dealers are ) but once you have it getting to the maintenance section is a drag. Maintenance crew here is subpar. i had to take my 2019 mazda cx 9 for multiple electronic issues and they keep telling me that my cable is not apple certified. I bought one and the infotainment still froze. They finally had taken the time to take a look at it and they said it needs update. Crew here are quick to judge that its the users fault but doesnt even bother to really look into the problem. Mazda has an established infotainment problems if you dont believe me go to mazda groups and you will know.Secondly I had problems with the ac of this car when sometimes it just stop blowing cold air. I took it to them and service guy immediately brush it off and said, its summer it takes while. Lol what a joke. like I know its summer dude but address and look into my concern first because there is a difference between taking a while to get cold due to summer and it just stop blowing cold 🤔Now fast forward to last week when i had a flat tire and is a part of the warranty, Ive been calling this office multiple times a day and leaving a message at their departments to update me on the tire and loaner car and guess what. Nothing, nothing at all. i have to keep calling until someone answers and i get information. Sometimes since no one answers and return calls, i have to personally drive there for 35 mins only for them to tell me that yow your tires sre not here yet. Absolute zero professionalism. oh and by the way goodluck on your concerns being addresed, they will only blame the pandemic for all the delays snd there is nothing you can do about it.Like I said buying a car, you will see angels here. But once you have it ? Goodluck.

After completing our test drive, Rambod was extremely knowledgeable about the various trims and features. During the negotiation aspect, Rambod was very flexible with determining a monthly payment that we both agreed upon and was respectful throughout the entire process. I was happy with my purchase but not happy with the prices cardinaleway provided. I was charged with $2000+ in aftermarket fees there were “mandatory”, I would honestly suggest to go to Earnhardt or Findlay before coming here. I had purchased 2 vehicles with Earnhardt and felt way more comfortable purchasing a car there than I did here.Update: I was offered $10 to change this review from 2/5 to 5 stars from a team member at cardinaleway. Tried talking to the general manager Steven and his phone goes straight to voicemail every time.
So disappointed with my experience with Rambo. He wasn’t very honest or helpful, this guy didn’t want to show me the interest rates of cars before running my credit. After I finally agreed to run my credit since that’s the only way they could see how much I would be monthly according to Rambo, he brought me a bunch of interest rates that they already had put together before hand. My credit was great and he didn’t even want to tell me what my credit score was, nor the reason as to why I wasn’t shown this interest rate paper before hand. When I was going to take a picture he told me that I cannot do that and snatched it out my hand. Rambo lied to me from the very beginning & was dishonest. He needs to work on his professionalism and service the people not just for his own benefit.

Robert super tranquil and honest, a family man who will truly help YOU and your situation with your car needs. The manager, Joe, was also super helpful and kind, as was Ram, the finance guy. In fact, all the staff there were engaging, friendly, and presented a unified, day-brightening, cheery front.
Being a toddler mom makes vehicle shopping tough. Between car seat swaps and keeping my son occupied I was astounded with how this staff assisted both my son and I. The salesman was great but the Titles Desk and the Business Office were disorganized and clueless about how to do their paperwork. The Business Office is not prepared to handle cash sales, and the Titles Desk is not able to handle the Title paperwork. I cannot recommend buying a car here unless you are prepared to wait at least five months to get your Title, and if you move during that time, youre in for a lot of hassle, fees and paperwork, FedEx, and Notary, that you will have to do yourself at your own extra expense and more time and effort, on your own.

Their Finance office has had a full voicemail not attended to in almost 2 weeks. We are pleased with the used car we bought, had service & body work done to it. Hopefully in the future, theyll improve their communication skills, if we need service done to it per our platinum coverage. Were paying almost 3k on a monthly basis. Last week, most of all my many calls to the #s they have on their business cards went to a recording informing us theyre busy to leave your name & #, (all day long, day after day).

Update to my previous post:After reaching out to multiple different mechanics in Las Vegas, I ultimately decided to go straight to the service department. My car is a 2006 Mazda Rx8, for the motorheads, its not a normal car. Its a rotary that needs the EXTRA specific care = very high maintenance but fun car.After talking to Matt from the service department whos very knowledgeable about the rotary engine I had dropped it off. I was originally a fairly quick fix for a check engine light causes by ignition coils and spark plugs, and when they fixed that issue, Matt advised me there was an issue with the cooling system because it exploded coolant everywhere!After going brainstorming and going through alot of possible problems the car was expected to be in the shop for a while. To me it was not a problem, it gave me time to save up money for the fixes. It took a month in total and I finally got the call today that it was fixed and it was running better than ever! I couldnt give a full 5 stars because they arent good at replying to phone calls about an update with the car. It was much easier to text them.Original post August 7th, 2021.I was hoping to do business with Mazda because I have always been a big fan of their cars. However, it looked my instincts was right. I called into their service department 30 minutes before they closed to see if theres a service technician there that would be able to work one 2006 Mazda rx8. The operator who picked up was sweet enough to say that shell find someone who could answer my question and put me on hold until 30 minutes later the line disconnected and another agent I spoke to online said the service department is closed for the day.I was giving them high hopes but that doesnt seem to be the case. If they dont care about a phone call, it makes me wonder how theyll care about your car.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!From beginning to end the service is nothing like any typical car dealership experience I have ever dealt with. First, they called before my appointment to take my Starbucks order, when we arrived they had a few cars picked out already. We talked about everything I wanted and needed in detail, we talked numbers and then test drove the car because that is how I wanted the appointment to go. There was ZERO pressure. My salesman was Andrew. He was so genuine. I really enjoyed my entire car buying experience with him.What really stood out to me as exceptionally great service is when I had to reach out to the dealership after I bought my car. Most dealerships say you signed paperwork, move on. Not here. They had 3 people who work quickly to handle my situation right away. Such excellent service!

Then proceed to try to sell me a car that is out of price range. Sleazy car salesman that just want to make a penny. Don’t waste your time.

This is the first Mazda dealership I have been to since moving to Las Vegas and I love it here. Everyone is so friendly and service is always quick. I am looking forward to returning here for all of my car service needs!
Dealer advertises the price of all cars lower so they attract customers in, but when you get the out-the-door price, they itemize and include a slew of other fees, like reconditioning fee, wheel locks etc. that add up to $2,290, even on newer cars. And you will also pay a $599.5 doc fee on top. They say they have these fees on their website, on a car’s page, somewhere towards the bottom, very small, two paragraphs, one including the reconditioning fee of $1,295, the other one not including that. Very shady tactics to lure people in and make more profits.Also spoke with one of the managers there. He was trying to convince me to pay the full price quoted, and then saying he’ll see what he can do. He ended up coming back with the same offer I already had before trying to walk out, which included the full fees of $2,890.Giving 2-star instead of 1 for the sales people, who were very nice. Not the manager though!
It would of been even better if employees would wear face masks!!!!! I was there 1/30/21 and I had seen one guy take of his mask, and a handful of employees that have masks to where mouths are exposed. And really what bothered was a rude lady named Martha that rolled her eyes and had an attitude when I asked her to wear her mask properly, I had asked because she was sitting not too far away from me. She replied that she was eating when really she walked up and had her mask all the way down to her chin, she had it like that the entire time till I called her out on it. She sits at the little station in the very front that greets customers. And also when another employee approached her she then gossiped about the situation, knowing I could hear her. She was so rude it’s not even funny, very unprofessional. I have asthma and Covid isn’t a joke. Also customers sit with masks off and no one says anything. The guy who sold me the car Robert Chong very nice guy I like him, but even if I bought the car there and with how many people not wearing masks I don’t think I want to go back there ever to buy anymore cars in the future. I’m reporting business for non compliance mask mandate.
Andy is my service advisor all the time, always helpful, no need to ask for special he will automatically give it to you. If your car needs anything else more than you came in for, he will always advise before doing so and will not force you if you dont want not like other service advisor somewhere else! Come see Andy!!
