Hello! I went car shopping to CENTENNIAL TOYOTA last two weeks ago to look for my very first car.We were greeted by Giovanni, who made us feel comfortable at the dealership and he showed us around and guided us through available cars there.I must say that this was my best car shopping experienced ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently. I am so happy that we made the right choice picking them. Thanks again to Giovanni for helping us!

Customer service is very important from the attendants to the service counselors. Jen provided that courteous attitude towards customers and made you feel special. Im sure Randy Stones team of service counselors are the best in Las Vegas. Unlike my wifes dealership, Lexus of Las Vegas, she has to complain to me every time she leaves the place. Their attitudes are always serious and snobby. Kudos to Centennial Toyota !!

We went to this location for a simple tire pressure check, and we will never come back. The customer service advisor Becky was terrible she tagged our car and we were forgotten about for 2 hours. When we saw our service advisor leaving for the day without saying a word, we approached the counter to check on our car. The other service advisor Bryan was very kind and helpful, but he was the one who had to look for our car only to let us know he couldn’t find it. After about 10 minutes of looking, he brought us to the back lot to try and locate our car. It turns out no service was performed, the car was parked and forgotten.

This was the 3rd dealership we visited on a Saturday bc my kid didnt know what kind of car she wanted.Joseph greeted us as soon as we arrived. He was SO good and knowledgeable and HONEST that we ended buying THE 86. VERY clean dealership and the MOST stylish and handsome sales guys Ive ever seen! And they were all so personable! Best experience Ive ever had in buying a car.Ask for JOSEPH and tell him JOY sent you. I get a referral fee which Ill gladly share with you. Win. Win.

Great team of people. Juan and Manuel took the extra steps to ensure I can walk away with the car I was looking for and within my budget. They even helped my friend out with his purchase and reaching their target budget. Spent more time than expected, but they made sure to take care of us while we were there (and it was due to their effort of trying to get the deal we wanted). Juan didnt do the annoying product push that some will force down your throat. Its nice to deal with those that can talk to you like a normal person and not the customer service voice.

Service department has been pretty terrible, in my experience. They just want you in and out. No personal service, no amenities in the waiting area, and it just seems like they don’t really care. They didn’t even check the tire pressure on my recent trip for my car’s 15,000 mile oil change service. Makes wonder if they even rotated the tires.Will definitely seek out a different Toyota dealer for the next service.

Andrew in the Service Department is the best! Thank you!I was out running errands today. Leaving my last stop I went to my Toyota Venza and I couldn’t get it operating. It would not move in forward or reverse and wouldn’t turn off. After trying several things, I called Centennial Toyota. The lovely woman who answered the phone gave me the number to call for roadside assistance. She also suggested that she try to find a person in the service department to speak to me. After a short wait she got Andrew on the phone for me. He was able to explain to me how to remedy the situation quite quickly. I am grateful to both of these people who were so helpful. As a new Toyota owner I am very impressed with integrity of the Service Department employees and Centennial Toyota’s commitment to real service.

He genuinely cares. He doesn’t try to sell me things I don’t need. Years ago when I purchased my first Toyota, a friend told me about Jason at Centennial. It’s hard to find someone you trust with your car, Jason is the man I trust.

He is a great guy and very helpful.Glad that Centennial Toyota has coffee out again for its customers.Disappointed that they still do not offer free car washes and disappointed that they always try to sale you services and repairs when you bring your vehicle in for something completely different.

The service department is always super busy. And because of it I had my oil changed elsewhere. When I did the mechanic informed me that they couldn’t remove the oil filter out of fear of breaking it because it was on too tight when my oil was last changed.I then made an appointment with Centennial Toyota (where I last had oil changed) so that the filter could be removed and replaced .I made Carlos aware of the situation and the service mechanics were able to remove and replace the filter.When all was said and done, I went in to pay for my service and Carlos just handed me a service receipt and informed me that the ship had taken care of the cost.. “What”??? I was not expecting that at all! I don’t know who’s decision ot was to make that call, but it was absolutely above and beyond my expectations!Thank You Centennial Toyota for doing right by your customers! I certainly appreciate it!I will continue to bring all 3 of my Toyota vehicles in for service.. Maybe that’s why they’re always so busy .Thanks again!

A great salesperson and absolute transparency made this a fantastic sale. We got top dollar for our trade in, and having the salesperson show us everything on the vehicle step by step made it much simpler to operate. Financing was fantastic too, with a dedicated finance person describing every charge being made and why. One of the things that really surprised me is how even charges that are normally invisible to the buyer were displayed on the vehicle sticker, and described in detail by both the salesperson and the financial assistant. To the salesperson, if you are reading this Peter, be proud. You did a great job

I did not get a chance to answer the survey in time due to personal emergencies, but I would just like to let you know how wonderful of a job car saleswoman Carmela Deocampo from Centennial Toyota (Las Vegas, NV) is. Being a first time ever car buyer, it can be such a daunting and scary moment especially not knowing much about cars. However, Carmela has immediately ameliorated all worries and concerns. She was so astute to detail, wanting to make sure everything was perfect and in good standing by the time that my first set of car keys landed in my hands. Carmela is also such a bright light, always with a smile on her face and incredibly friendly. Her personality shines through her work, and I am sure that anyone who has had the honor of meeting her would agree that she is such a joy to associate with and you know that she will take care of you. In the few encounters that I have had with her, I can confirm that she is such a hard worker and puts in 1000% effort into all her tasks and making sure the client is in good hands. I have not had many encounters with a car salesperson, but I know that Carmela has created such a standard that I will only expect others to be in. This whole car purchase experience was phenomenal. I just wanted Carmela to be recognized to the fullest extent of her hard work, kindness, and ability to make a normally daunting experience so easy and comfortable. I hope that Toyota can grant her the recognition that she deserves because she is such a bright light that is one of a kind. I visited this place 5 days ago. I called the part department to know how much will cost me to change the battery. I was told $150, but, when I went there for service, the service specialist called Manni told me it was $225. I told him I called earlier, but he insisted for that price. I went to a different Toyota dealership, and the price for a battery was cheaper. Beware of the price of the parts before visiting this location.

They all about money and no customer service.I was returned customer since I found the car on line that I liked so I made an appointment online. Went there at 12:00 and look for the online sales manager “Olga” she hooked me up with the sales person “ jimmy” nice person, after locating the car and short test drive we went back for numbers. After we got to the final okay at about 1:00 my agent came back and said while we were negotiating the other sales person sold the car with bigger number, and they offer me to find the different car. Totally disappointed with there unprofessional customer cares.

Guys checking you in are great, mechanics are clueless, management could care less and your reviews will get you no where so it doesnt matter what you say. They simply dont care. Your car wont be fixed properly, if they order a part for you, they wont call you when it arrives and then theyll send it back and you will not be able to get it again (Ive been waiting for mine for 2 months after they sent it back and never called me), the mechanics will leave grease all over the inside of your car and they could care less!!! Although it will take you 30 minutes to go to Findlay Toyota, its worth the ride!!!

The service department took my car in at the appropriate time (appointment). Mr. Garcia, my advisor, was there to greet me in his office and offered water on a very hot day. I use a scooter to get about and the attendants helped putting it together for me. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Sean Beria is a great Service Advisor - he always remembers me and my 4Runner, gives me regular updates on service appointments in terms of wait times, or if any other work is needed then or coming up soon, etc. He is always willing to run over and ask how much longer and text me with updates. Sean also let me know about Toyota’s tire sale last time I was in and gives me a discount when he can on larger jobs. I appreciate his friendliness, communication, and being willing to help save loyal customers a bit of money when he can.

Bad service department experience with Vince.I went to take my car in for a service early morning dropped it off with my service provider assigned named Vincent S. everything was fine he said he’d call me when it was done, verified my number, I left. I left my car at 9 am, usually when I leave it this early it’s done around 2/2:30 (when I’ve gone in the past at the Sahara location).It got to about 3:00 I called to check in since no one has called me yet the lady answering the phone at the service desk said it’s not ready but they’ll call me as soon as it’s done. 5:20 I call again because no one has called me yet. I call and she said she was going to check in with Vince but then just says “I wasn’t able to reach him, but it shows your car is ready on our end” then I ask asked what time they closed she says 6. Only giving me 30 minutes to call my ride to help me go pick up my car. I asked her why no one had called me to tell me it’s ready? She just said “we close at 6”I get there just in time before closing, I go up to a service provider they have to go into Vince’s office because he’s gone to get my paperwork.

I drive 90 miles each way from my house to have my car serviced at this dealership! Why? They’re by a long shot the BEST….A++++++! And please note, I’m a tough grader! Centennial makes it easy to schedule service and all employees are courteous above expectations. Most important, the service technicians do flawless work! Seems like no one knows what’s going on. I scheduled an online appointment for an oil change but that information doesn’t transfer to the service dept. They had the time correct but not the make and model of my car which I changed online as well. The price was set at $56.49 but Manny Mendoza was trying to charge me “about $100 for the oil change. He wanted to see my cost in writing like I would lie about it. Then the cost changed to $60 plus tax and fees when I received the text stating my car was ready. Miraculously, when my husband and I walked in to pay and he stated that wasn’t the price I was quoted the price changed to my original emailed price. I will not be going back to this establishment for any more services.

Bought a used 2018 Corolla from here. 4 months and 4K miles later, the battery goes out and had to get it towed. The car is certified and I even bought the platinum protection plan and extended warranty. Was told during the time of sale that the platinum protection plan covered everything. Clearly it doesnt as i have to pay out of pocket ($200) for a battery on a car I have had for only 4 months. Spoke to several people about the issue and all they do is point fingers at other departments and play the I will transfer you game until it gets to the point they just hang up and return phone calls. This place is a scam. I have had great experiences with the 3 other dealerships I have beem to, but this one fits the definition of, stealership. AVOID this place.

I’ve had service here a few times without much trouble. But the last time I had an appointment. They said it would be about three hours but I will have my car back today. 3 1/2 hours went by and I didn’t hear anything and they were closing. So I went in person and everything was closed down. The sales people had to call someone in to get my key and give me my car. They completed the work, but never called me. So I had to wait over an hour. Altogether it was about a six hour ordeal.

Never purchased a car from this place, and i never WILL purchase a car from them. Came in to see if they had any 4 runners off road premiums coming in, sales man that attended me said some were to arrive soon, showed me one on paper that was going to arrive in about a week or so. I told him i was interested, but was not going to pay more than MSRP, he gave me the whole pitch, but in the end he said we might be able to let it go for MSRP. He called his manager over, right off the bat, i saw the greed on the managers face, as he introduced himself he went straight wanting to talk about numbers. No lets get you to test drive the truck you like, nothing like that. He wanted to close deal before hearing me out. When i told him i wouldnt pay more than MSRP, he was like nope, is 8k+ above MSRP you wont find anyone selling less than that. I said, well thank you, we shook hands, an he semi laughed and told me Well Good Luck Finding someone to sell you at MSRP, in a mocking way. still looking for my truck, but wont look here ever again. later sk8rs.

After multiple attempts to convince me to purchase unnecessary services (including bringing over the manager), I have had it and feel obligated to share my negative review. I had one specific request and apparently they felt it was not sufficient. I was treated like a dumb female. They offered to give me a ride home, hoping I would cave. They tried to tell me that my request would not work (and of course it did). When checking out, they left saran wrap over my seat, the paper mat, and a cardboard number in the windshield. I would never recommend Centennial Toyota and will not return!

Centennial Toyota have the most attentive staff with good customer service. Good place to hang inside with ac and snacks or outdoor seating. Not to mention nearby stores if you ge there’d easily or Uber service if you plan on leaving your car there. Someone needs to tell Javier, internet sales person, to return customers´ calls. Also, when answering a customer’s phone call, not just say “YES” in an irritated manner and tells customer that he doesn’t have the car.Here is an advise Javier, you sounded professional and friendly on the first phone call but, when you are informed that the customer wants a certain vehicle and not the one you want to sell them, you need to continue being professional and friendly. Additionally, when you answer their phone call don’t answer with ‘YES”. Your attitude lost you a sell; I was actually going to purchase the C-HR XLE you told me you have in stock. I will do that else where.

Jason is my service writer and always does a great job . No pressure on up selling maintenance, he gives you his assessment and leaves it up to you . The mechanics and service technicians always do a good job, I’ve never had to bring anything back .

3 hours and 25 minutes for a scheduled maintenance with an appointment. That is unacceptable. My car sat for 2 1/2 hours before they even touched it. And now they do not wash the cars anymore. Every other Toyota dealer in this valley will take less time and wash your car. They screwed me when I bought my car here and now this. I WILL NEVER RETURN. If you are smart you will try somebody else...

I have to say I am skeptical of dealing with car salesmen. Once I met Jay he asked how he could help and I explained that I was there to look at a used vehicle and told him which one. He never once told me that he had something to show me or try to direct me to anything else he stayed with us and answered all of our questions completely and honestly. We test drove the pickup and had a little something we wanted looked at and they immediately pulled it into the shop and answered all of the questions. After setting and talking with Jay and the manager we agreed on a fair price. They went above and beyond. My wife doesnt like driving in the city so they followed us out to the outer edge of Vegas on 95 and then my wife could follow me home with no city driving. Amazing honesty and amazing service above and beyond. Thank you Jay we will highly recommend Centennial to everyone we know for a new or used vehicle and we will tell them to ask for Jay. Thank you all for reviving my faith in buying a vehicle without pressure and trying to change my mind. Take care.

Went in for a 25K service and for them to fix the weel well modling that they nocked off last vist.WHy do you make an appointment for a 15minute service and have to wait 2.5 hours? This is not customer service. Get the car back and they didnt even see the wheel well issue. They finally figured it out when I showed them and they ordered the part. Now I have to go back to get it replaced. Told me I didn;t need to wait in line this time.

Extremely shady salespeople with ridiculous tactics. Your best bet is to go to Findlay and Autonation, but Centennial Toyota will give you terrible financing options without asking you. I called asking about a Camry LE Hybrid, and was told that there are two currently there that arent reserved for anyone. I drive across the city and asked to be shown the vehicle. The salesman said that he was going to pull up with the vehicle... Lord behold an XLE Hybrid... Something totally different than what we asked. I also asked to see if they had an SE Hybrid, and he tells me that its the same price as the XLE Hybrid (Which was simply not true at all.) Then he says that we can reserve a vehicle for $1,000 while also not asking us for any financing option to offer us a 70 month financing option with an APR of 5.99%... After we tell him that the last dealership gave us a choice to choose he says, well you never asked me. I tell him without raising my voice at all, and you never asked us. He tells me to, Calm down. Centennial Toyota simply does not care for their customers, and only want to sell a car. Sorry, but thats the last time I ever go there, they cant even persuade me to reserve a vehicle without screwing me over.

Everything about our visit was awesome. Carl was very knowledgable about the vehicle. Super, super friendly. No weird salesman-pressure vibe at all. Kevin was also amazing and was quick to get us a deal that worked with our budget. This is the dealership Id recommend if youre looking for a Toyota. Great service Eric was a great help, we just moved to Las Vegas and were very hesitant as far as buying a vehicle. Took my 2015 Tacoma to get an oil change. I have the 6 cylinder version of the tacoma and it uses 5w-30. They put 0w-20 which is for the 4 cylinder trim. This happened three times. I do not recommend coming to this dealer for your car to get serviced. The staff is also very rude.

I went in for a mileage inspection last Sat. My service tech. was Geo. Unknowingly to my dad at the time and myself, Geo made it seem like I needed to get my spark plugs changed. This was before he even looked at the car. I look at my car maintenance log book later to find that isnt recommended to be done until 120,000 miles. I only had 58,974 miles on my car. That was $264 expense I couldve been spared from. Then he tried to add something else to my appt. that was going to cost more than $730. Im getting a second opinion from Pep Boys before taking it back to Toyota.
