I was having several issues with the brake system in my truck. Daniel and his team were amazing! I took my 2011 Nissan Rogue in a few weeks ago. I was told I needed a new Air-conditioning blow motor, and they would have to remove the panel inside the vehicle to replace it. He said, its going to be expensive seeing removing the panels, and labor cost isnt cheap. The panels pop off in 2 seconds!I was referred to a mechanic by a friend to get a second opion. Well, Im very happy I got the second opinion. He removed the cabin filter which was extremely dirty, which was the reason my Air-conditioning was not blowing appropriately.I picked up a new filter at auto zone, and replaced it myself. A 10.00 cabin filter!! Everything works fine now. Total savings of over 800.00 which my auto service wanted to charge! Do your research, watch YouTube videos, get a second opinion.My auto service is a scam, and they take advantage of people, especially women. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!

I took my car in to replace my tires, the ladies I spoke to were very helpful and quoted me a fair price for the tires, the men there, however, told me my power steering pump was leaking and serpentine belt was ruined from the fluid and quoted me $1200 for it. Thats maybe $120 in parts and 3 hours of labor which anywhere else would be $420+ tax. When I checked it out myself there was no sign of fluid leaks and the belt was perfectly fine. Thats a very interesting con they have going or maybe they just dont know what theyre doing

Went in to get this squealing noise checked while waiting long i just asked if I could get a smog test too. I have a Sprint Drive device in my car that only takes literally a second to take out. Christin tells me my Smog test was REJECTED because THEY couldn’t take out the device. I said I can take it out right now. He tells me to then drive around the corner to take it out then come back. They charged me $10 for nothing. It’s not about being charged it’s the due diligence these ppl should of had to ask me a simple question so I wouldn’t have to do extra things because I was there for almost 2 hours before I even asked for a smog test. While their paper said REJECTED I went right down to Smog Busters and within 3mins I got a PASS.. my auto 2 quoted me for $380 for breaks and rotors which is why I even went to them in the first place. The way they handled a very simple task for the smog I wouldn’t trust them to handle anything bigger. I’ll be getting what I need done somewhere else.

Had an oil change, why offer me the 60,000 maintenance afterwards saying if I did it today, I would get $100.00 discount. Not square business in my mind. Offer me a discount at the start. Other shops have reset the maintenance on the computer as well.

We had our auto rack and pinion repaired. They have overcharged us as compared to Dealer and other repair shops. We are very upset with there pricing and feel like we were taken advantage of. We do not recommend this repair shop.

Service is good but it is first come, first served and they dont take reservations like pretty much everyone in the industry does nowadays. You need to get there before they open or you are waiting 1-2 hours for a simple oil change.

Went in for a smog test and they were really busy. I was still out in less than 40 mins. Everyone was really friendly.

After taking my 2013 VW Passat here for an oil leak in which I was told it was the Valve cover gasket and $700 and five visits later the oil leak is worst than it was before coming here lesson don’t take car here for major problems but they have great customer service and very friendly

I’ve been to this shop multiple times over the years and on every visit I seen someone complaining that they are lying about their car leaking oil. Their car wasn’t Leaking until after they touched it. Welp, I should have learned from their experience to stop going there because now they’ve done it to me. My oil light wasn’t on before I got there and I had no oil leak. My apartment complex doesn’t allow leaks or they will tow your car and they are very strict about it. As soon as they changed my oil all of sudden my oil light comes on. No coincidence, and I have my own personal mechanic who has never mentioned that I have a leak. Plus every person who I have seen complain about their car being tampered with has been a black person like myself. This will be my last time visiting this place and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else trust them not to trying ripping you off.

The battery kept dying not only did the technician keep us informed of the progress and cost of the work....which was electrical work and which can be very costly. Not only was the work done to satisfaction My Auto was able to find a cost efficient option. The money saved was astronomical I am proud to be a My Auto customer. All of my experiences with My Auto have been five star A1.

The guy argued with me about my dads car. 86 GMC Caballero, he kept calling it an El Camino, which its not. He was like same thing. Whatever do your job. They dont grease fittings at all either! But if youre broke and dont want to do your own oil its the way to go!

I would give no star if possible!!!! Don’t go here!!!! I took my car for a small coolant leak it had been leaking for a week. No problems just a small leak. Well when I get there they tell me the whole part has to be replaced which is almost $800 I was like how my car is 4 years old.. well when I said I couldn’t it was to much money they said they finance and I should get it fix they don’t recommend for me to drive. I didn’t see anything wrong so I took my car thinking I had the small leak still. TURNS OUT THEY BROKE THAT WHOLE PART WITH A SCREWDRIVER AND ALL MY COOLANT LEAK WHEN I GOT HOME MY CAR WAS IVER HEATING I LOOKED FOR A MECHANIC HAD HIM COME CHECK IT THE PART THAT HAD TO BE REPLACED WAS ONLY $30 and the small crack that the part had was now a huge hole. I don’t know if because they thought I didn’t know anything of where it was leaking but they sure thought they were going to get 800 from me!

My $10 oil change cost me $824. Shortly after getting an oil change at my auto I ended up at the dealership getting things done right. All the oil was gone and I saw no signs of a leak on my driveway. I got lucky that I did not seize the engine. They also sold me a weak battery. Im afraid to go back to exchange it, as I dont want to pay several times for the battery. Dont get suckered in for inexpensive work. You get what you pay for. My advice go someplace you feel comfortable and trust their work.

BEWARE!!!! Will steal parts from your engine! These people are thieves and liars!! After a 50.00 No Start Diagnosis I was told that my timing chain was broken. I opted not to have it fixed and made the mistake of telling them that I will have it towed back to my house and will probably just junk it.. After I towed back to my house, a buddy of mine offered to fix. We opened the hood to find a quarter of the engine missing! The valve cover, air filtration, spark plugs and wires, and more were missing! The car was completely locked up and sealed at my home in a gated community and was not tampered with. They had not put anything back after looking at the vehicle. When I called the manager he started by Telling me that he would have not said the timing chain was broken --hes the one who had told me that this was the issue. He had no idea what I was talking about and acted as if I had never been there. He denied the possibility that the shop would have forgotten to put my car back together. I pleaded with him to look around the shop for my parts and he promised to call me back. After two days of calling with no follow up, I caught him on the phone. He treated me like I was crazy and denied having anything to do with my missing parts. He said I think we are done here and cut me loose. What the F?????? Im left with an incomplete engine and feeling totally helpless!!

Please don’t come here . The employers are nice but the managers are awful . Went in to get maitenxe done on my car . Left with a hit on the side of my car and a police report on them. I recommended not to get anything done . It will take many months for me to get my car fix now ...

We just picked up our Sonata and got an oil change and they charged us for an oil change and either they didnt change the oil, used bad oil, or did not change the oil filter. After the oil change I checked my oil and it was very dirty and it looked like they definitely used the same filter and or didnt change the oil. They are using used oil for oil changes or not changing the oil filter.Very dishonest and I will be making a formal complaint about this to the BBB. I was then insulted by the guy telling me that its because I am a little over on my oil change times! Ah no, its because you guys did not Change the oil and or didnt Change the oil filter. Be careful with this shop!To respond to your response.No the air filters did not need to be replaced and that has nothing to do with anything. Yet another example of poor business practices. I checked the engine filter and it was just fine. And the oil you used was either used or you used the same filter! Oil Change intervals have nothing to do with the oil looking dirty after an oil change!We went ahead and took the car to the dealer and got an actual oil Chnage and what do you know the oil looks clean not dirty like after you supposedly changed it. And if I have to look at cameras to verify work there lies the problem.

I wanted to change brakes on my Odyssey and asked mechanic to check vibration on a steering wheel. He drove the van around block and told me front struts are bad. $680 for labor and parts. I was ready to do it next morning. But night before I discovered the secret wheel lock is missing. Of course, it was that mechanic. He said he just forgot to put it back. But it was enough for me to go to another place. The biggest surprise was at Honda dealership they told me the struts are good and transmission mount must be replaced. $140!!! What is that? Not professionalism or stealing? Horrible place.

Screwed up an oil change, they didnt put a seal on. All oil leaked out. However They fixed it for free and Now its fine.

As i was getting an expensive oil change, I asked for a break inspection since the place had or still has a sign that says FREE INSPECTION and told me that I needed to change all 4 break pads and both front rotors. They also suggested to get new struts immediately all for the price of (cant remember if it was 500$ or 700$) so I decided to not get anything done.I went to Toyota dealership since I drive a corolla but I do not have the maintenance plan and they ran a whole diagnostic and said the car was OK from everything EVEN the BRAKES and STRUTSThe maintenance personnel also told me to be aware of repair shops who lie when getting an oil change. You pay for synthetic oil but they put in the cheapest one. I immediately started thinking the people at MY AUTO do the same since they had already lied

I took my car there because the air conditioner was making noise when I pressed on the gas, however, it was still getting my car very cold. Before leaving, I realized they had drained my freon completely out. They put some back, but its not nearly as cold as it was and now Ill have to get fixed somewhere else. Very disappointing. We had been taking all of our cars to them.

I went in on Jan. 20th 2018 to get a $24 oil change. Wake up this morning oil running out. Took it back up there. All the so called managers and owner took no responsibility and blamed my car 2008 altima on being old. Tried to charge me more money to fix it.like $179. Did not correct the problem and please dont take your car there. U shoulve listened to my gut feeling telling me not to go there.please be warned people. These crooks dont care. They dont even deserve 1 star. Follow up I contacted the BBB and this company literally lied about messing up my car. And accused me of going to meineke demanding free work .I have never in my life been to meineke to get my car repaired. Nor looking for free work. Liars .I was told by the BBB that this shop is not signed with them. And to report them to DMV for non compliance.this place should be called professional liars. Then they make up these good reviews. Very dishonest they just want your money.They charged me $175 for supposably a bad Evap Valve. Turns out it was just the gas cap that had to be replace.

I went here for an oil change on a Saturday, seeing it only cost $10 made me feel like I could get a great deal. I got there at 3PM, their website said theyd close at 4PM, but as soon as I got out of my car a guy flags me down and asks how he can help me. I said I wanted an oil change, now he was very busy and by the looks of it he just didnt want to take on another customer but seriously it takes 10mins tops to change oil. So he tells me hes closing, I said your website says youre open for another hour but hes like yeah but Im sending my mechanics home soon then he tells me to come back on Mon, obviously I came this day b/c I have to work M-F and dont have time otherwise so I told him that and hes just like come at 8AM. I just shouted wow, this is bad service!!! After seeing all the negative reviews on here Im feel a bit better that he turned me away but I did take my car in here for a smog check 2 years ago....hopefully they didnt steal my cars parts back then. Needless to say, Im never coming back!

This place is horrible and I suggest no one that cares about their vehicle go there.After noticing a problem with my car, I went to professionals and they fixed the problem, which was a very simple fix. Then I went back to MY AUTO SERVICES who caused the problem that could have been avoided in the first place( if they were not being lazy) and they dont take responsibility for it. They walk around like they have free time on their hands. The manager was very unprofessional when I told him and acted like he did not know what I was talking about. After I explained it to him several times.He then had one of the lazy machanics look at it too see what they thought the problem actually was and (them not knowing that I already had their screw up fixed)was going to charge me $300 inorder to fix it. This was such a scam. After hearing that nonsense I took my car to my dealership and another shop that my dealership recommended. NOTHING ELSE WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR. My auto service just wanted $300. I went to 4 shops in one day because this place screwd up and lied. This place gets no stars.
