Great shop? We were from out of town and our trunk quit opening. They were able to get us in the next day and took care of the problem before we had to check out of our hotel. Very friendly efficient people.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone that owns a Volkswagen. Wolf is such a nice guy and got to hang around and chat with him a little. This is the only shop in town that could figure out what was wrong with my passat. They also have reasonable pricing definitely cheaper than a dealership

Wolf is a master mechanic in the old-school / old-world sense. I trust him with my Audi A8 and Audi A6. Highest ethics and integrity. He goes out of his way to make things right. Very reasonable pricing. If you have an Audi or a Volkswagen in the Vegas Valley, Wolf should be your mechanic.

Droped off front wheel hubs to have front bearing repressed. Having been told it would be $95 a piece. I assumed that would be total cost considering $95 is double MSRP for replacement bearings. Came time to pick up and I was told $400. The cost for both assemblies brand new comes to $320. They have been doing this a long time. They knew the prices mentioned ahead of time, this isnt their first rodeo. What gets me is that a good person would have revealed this to me ahead of time. Would have told me i am better off buying a new assembly. Instead they saw it as an opportunity to exploit my ignorance. Greed has taken over at Wolf VW. You are better off going to the dealership.

Wolf Auto is the greatest experience I have ever had at a mechanic repair shop in my life!I was quoted some astronomical engine repair or even replacement quote from a local VW dealership.At Wolfs they fixed the problem with a simple fix of an oil plug that needed a new seal.Also, they checked out the other issues described and they found out that they were non-existent lol.There was no oil in the spark plug bay and the compression of the engine was in normal range.They did these diagnostics without extra charge.They found me in a position where others tried to lie and sell me things, but they did the simplest fix with quality, integrity, and pretty quickly too.This is the way a mechanic is meant to be. If I could give a no star rating I would. Never have I taken a car to get a problem fixed just to get it back in worse condition than when I left . Go anywhere else but here . If you do decide to go expect to be given a attitude and almost zero communication on top of horrible services.

Expert in VW repair and knows whats up. Downside, doesnt install any aftermarket parts. Factory parts are 3x the cost for just the name. But good service and havent had a singke issue with their repairs performed.

So my wifes car had an oil leak, and I knew the valve cover gasket, timing belt cover gasket had to be replaced. I took it in for diagnostic and they added the vacuum pump to the list. I said dont do the vacuum pump and only do the rest, as my regular mechanic does not have the special tool to do this work. They busted the vacuum pump and once it got out it was leaking, pouring oil like crazy to the point of dashboard telling me to stop the engine. So took it to my mechanic and said they intentionally destroyed vacuum pump.... they did not own up to this of course but you can tell when they are crooks

Dont get fooled by these reviews, unless your in this guys click your gonna get swindled. Took total advantage of my old father. He made over $4,000 dollars off my dad to re-build the engine of his Audi. Then a week later the car stopped working for the 3rd time and Wolfe convinced my trusting dad that the car was a lemon and he should sell it to the shop for next to nothing. Absolutely unbelievable, unprofessional and dishonest.

As usual Wolfs DMS does a perfect job on cars all German water cooled dont matter what it is .. prices are Abit steep but you know it will be done right and given back as fast as possible.. They are very reliable and never try and rip off if it dont need to be fixed they will tell you . Never had em lie to me yet about any parts or work ..There is a reason why he has been open for so long .. have a VW or Audi Porsche take it to em and trust good work will be done ...

Amazing service. Our insurance claimed our vehicle was a total loss, so I called up Wolf for a second opinion. They had it fixed and back to us in a day. If you have a VW and live in Vegas this is where you need to take it.

Took my TT in for a diagnostic and to get a couple of switches replaced. Wolfs did a great job and did it for $250 less than another shop had qouted. Wolf also helped me get the proper wheels on my car and took the time to explain the ins-and-outs of my TT. They also replaced a tail light for free! They have a new customer.

Had a passenger driving light go out on my wifes 2008 VW Beetle and the dealer wanted $50 to $75 to replace it. I took it to Wolf Auto repair and the owner had a light put in and the car checked out for the price of the bulb. I am recommending him to my daughter who has a Jetta for future services and I will be using him for the Beetle.

I found Wolf via a friend who had sworn by him. I took my daughters Jetta there, and then my mothers Jetta, and then her eos, and now my Jetta. Ive never once felt mistreated or taken advantage of. He tells you straight up how things work and hes been upright in his dealings. He even gets upset with me or anyone who mistreats these machines.You cant find anyone who understands these cars like he does and he will send you for a warranty repair whenever he can, other places are willing to charge you for work that is actually warranty. Wolf has my trust and many referrals. His integrity has gained him life long vw owners and clients in myself and my mother.
