Buying a car in todays market is a challenge. From markups at E. Sahara Toyota and Findlay Toyota to the lack of inventory at Centennial Toyota, no salesman could help me. All that change when I was referred to Jay Flores. He kept me updated and made this experience a smooth and fair one. He is genuinely friendly and was up front throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a reliable salesman that truly cares about his customers, ask for Jay. I highly recommend him.
The Sales Associate Steve was amazing during our sales process. This is the second time purchasing a car with him. He made the process easy and painless which says a lot since my last experience of purchasing a car was horrible (not a Toyota). Steve kept us updated with the status of the vehicle and was patient when we had to update stuff on our end. He was able to answer all my questions before and during the process. Now our family will only go to Steve when purchasing a vehicle in the future. What else can I say other than Steve is amazing, fantastic, and wonderful!!
Do yourself a favor and ask for Jon Portugal. Always happy to help out, Jon also pairs his sales with easygoing humor that really makes buying a car feel how it should- exciting and not like a chore. I purchased a 2020 RAV4 from him and absolutely love it. My father purchased another RAV4 recently, and we knew right away we needed to go to Jon. He really goes out of his way to make his clients feel heard and empathized with. Thanks, Jon!
David is the best salesman in the entire universe. I will ONLY deal with him for all my Toyota needs. He is not only knowledgeable, but kind and sincere as well. He really goes out of his way to please you. He makes buying a car enjoyable. David Sanchez Gomez is the ultimate car salesman. I will only deal with him. Thank you David, you deserve a big fat raise. I hope you are appreciated there.
The attention I received from the dealership staff to complete my deal was impressive! I was already accustomed to their servicing of my trade-in, so I was extra impressed with the way their staff worked as a team to get the transaction done in a professional way. Kevin, Jorge, and Jason were informative and direct with me every step of the way! The clean, attractive dealership makes it easy to do business! I got a great car here!
In for my 3rd service on the 2020 4 Runner (all just general service) except the vibration from the front end. Kevin, my service rep was all over it; he informed me of realistic wait times and he was right on the dot. Well informed and always prompt and friendly service.. highly recommend them for Toyota service needs! very efficient!
This dealership is the best! Employees are awesome and the place is clean and full of positive vibe. Look for JP if you are looking for a vehicle. He’s simply the best! It was a very pleasant experience working with him to purchase my first Toyota. I hate going to dealerships because of the tiresome process, the dealer trying to hook you in purchasing a vehicle you can’t afford… but not with JP! He listens to customers and he makes sure the process is what makes the customer happy. Thank you JP for making the buying process a breeze!
A day after a regularly scheduled service and oil change I discovered an oil leak coming from the oil pan plug. After crawling underneath my truck I was surprised to find that the drain plug was stripped out. It was obvious that this was done by the mechanic at the time of the service. I never put a wrench on the plug myself. I was finally able to hand tighten enough to stop the leaking. When I returned the truck I told the service rep that it was my opinion that this had occurred during the previous service. Unfortunately, Toyota initially told me that this was normal “wear and tear” and that I needed a new pan- cost would be over $750. I rebutted his assertion stating that these plugs have specific torque specifications to make it virtually impossible to strip if followed. This was clearly a case of mechanic incompetence. After getting nowhere with the service rep, I asked that a manager call me back. He too told me that this was normal “wear and tear”. I explained that Toyota and this location in particular was the only shop that had ever serviced my truck and that this was a clear case of incompetence. The last mechanic had over tightened and damaged the plug and then tried to hide it. To the managers credit and after a long- heated discussion he researched the issue and checked out my vehicles service history. It was obvious that I was a loyal Toyota customer with a long, 17 year history with this location. I wasn’t lying. He’s begrudgingly agreed that I shouldn’t have to pay for this repair. He never took responsibility for their mistake but did agreed that Toyota would not charge me for the repair, “he didn’t want to argue with me anymore”. In the final analysis he did the right thing but only after I pushed back-hard. My truck has 134k miles on it and have spent a fortune every year in service and maintenance costs with Toyota. I hope to have my truck another 200k miles but am seriously considering pulling my business with them. I’m giving this overall experience 4 stars only because in the end they paid for their mistake.
The salesman and finance guy were great. The car is great. The whole experience was awful. We waited for hours to sit down with the finance guy and while were waiting we watched one of the other salesmen bribe a finance guy with a Diet Coke to take another customer first who was behind us in line of finishing their paperwork. We would have walked out if it werent for the fact that we had traveled 3 hours to get there and our ride home was the car we were trying to buy. Once we got in the office, the guy was great. Luckily we got the other finance guy. Not the one we watched take a bribe. There were a ton of signatures and the process took way too long.We live in another state so we were issued a temporary tag and its expired. The DMV in our city has not received our title yet so thats a little frustrating.Overall the FULL DAY we spent at the dealership was painful. We thought we cut down how long it would take by knowing what car we wanted, but it still took hours.
Brittany Boyd and the service techs went above and beyond to fix our 2009 Toyota Sienna the same day and keep us going on on road trip. They diagnosed blinking check engine and simultaneous misfiring being caused by misbalanced tires causing vibration at high speed . Much cheaper than new plugs . Brittany also checked for recalled notices when we first called with the issue. Fantastic work!
This team is amazing. After having a bad experience at Findlay, where I had purchased my last two Toyotas, I walked into this dealership hoping to get a Highlander. I know this is not the best market to buy a car; however, the lease on my Tacoma was coming up and we needed a bigger car since we’re expecting another baby in September. We dealt with Courtney and she was extremely pleasant to work with. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying something and didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of as a buyer. The price sheets they presented were transparent and detailed. Even when I left to present the estimates to my wife, Courtney was responsive and kept sending me updated price sheets via email for comparison. We ended up buying a Highlander platinum and we love it so far. This was a pleasant buying experience for me and my family and we will definitely come back to see Courtney when we need another car. Thank you for not taking advantage of your customers.
I came in Monday for a walk in oil change, couldnt get in so I made an appointment for that Wednesday at 330pm. I arrived on time.. simple oil change took 2 hours!! The longesy wait Ive ever had to wait. And my window wipers were fine before I went in there and funny how Mr Bigness checked my wipers(since when do the service dudes who check me in in ever check the wipers..this is news to me) .now my window wiper looks like it was cut.. I just bought my car from another dealer and it passed a full inspection and I use my wipers 2 days prior to going to take my car in and the wipers were FINE. I believe my wiper was purposely cut! And I was given the paperwork back after my car was done with service and told there was notes for me to look at..in the past the service guys have always talked to me and explained what the notes and recommendations were. Not to mention the oil change costed me 78 bucks!. I used to have a sports car that didnt even cost that much for an oil change. You guys are a rip off and I will not be bringing any of my cars back to you for service. And yes I write yelp and google reviews on businesses that wrong me.
Very professional out there at A dealership of all places I find the best service ever. I have been shocked before, Because of outstanding performance but this place tops the cake. I have been in a very regimental life, if you count 30 years being in the military as regimental. And I have found that this company, AutoNation Toyota on Sahara, specifically, after buying over 15 cars in the last 18 years; far outweighs any other dealership in quality, supervision, management and overall consideration of the customers needs.
Jack was a very cordial salesperson. He answered all my questions with ease. This was my second purchase at Auto Nation in a 6 week time frame. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone looking for a used auto.
I was very very pleased with the help I received from salesman Jon Portugal. He saw me through the purchase from the internet search to the pickup at the airport and off the lot. He was professional and communicated well with me throughout the process. I chose to buy out-of-state and with AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas because of Jon.
I knew I wanted a new 2021 Toyota 4Runner but I just wanted the SR5 package in Black or Dark Gray - what I didnt know was how hard it was to find one!! I created my vehicle on the Toyota website and it gave me three dealerships here in Las Vegas to contact. Of those three, I chose AutoNation Toyota specifically because of the immediate response that I received from JACK RASMUSSEN. He was so helpful and professional and for the first time, my car buying experience was painless! He stayed in constant communication with me while we waited for the 4Runner to get here and once it arrived we went to the dealership and picked it up. No hassles and no extended waiting times inside the dealership! Jack was amazing and I would highly recommend both the dealership and Jack!
I dropped my car off at 8:30am for maintenance and vehicle inspection. I received a call at 3pm telling me what was done and parts needed, they would need to keep my car til the next day. Next day came never received a phone call updating my status. I called them at 3pm to ask was my car ready it was ready, later that night I was going for a drive and my car would not start.I will not go back nor recommend them.
Britany at Auto Nation Toyota on West Sahara has been super helpful to me. She is optimistic and very detail oriented and I plan to be with her again. The AutoNation service department have been very efficient and I’ve gotten my car out quickly and done a good job on it.
My sales man Keith was great! He was engaging, friendly, and very easily and quickly helped me find the perfect car for me :). I really enjoyed the experience. However, when I came back to get my green slip for my vehicle registration, no one in the lobby was helpful and the gentlemen in the room near the restroom where I needed to retrieve my paperwork seemed rushed and bothered. It felt like a totally different dealership. But regardless, I am happy with my purchase and super grateful to Keith!
William Lima is the best service manager Ive had in all my years of working with Toyota. He always treats me as a valued customer and makes sure all my requests are taken care of! Autonation service technicians obviously do a fantastic job as I have never needed anything beyond the normal warranty maintenance. Best service in the West!!
My brother needs a car to work. We come in and Danny greets us by the door. He shows us many Toyata car options since that is what we are looking for. Danny genuinely wants to show and help us finding the best car for us. He is not pushy or trying to make a sale at all. Danny offers us to revisit or take time to think over before making the decision. I could not find a better imo car sale person.
Kevin was helpful and great but you scheduled WAY too many people for appointments @ 8am. When I cheked my auto health screen it said in addition to the low fuel pressure recall my engine computer needed work. You just had the car! is this a false alert or something went wrong during the recall work? It wasnt part of the issue before your work and even if it was why didnt you catch and correct it while it was in?
Jack Rasmussen was a man of his word. He demonstrated honesty, integrity, and fairness throughout the sales process. Toyota Las Vegas made the experience largely seamless and convenient and I would recommend the dealership to others seeking a square deal.
The staff here is so friendly and helpful.Id love to give a special thanks to my rep William Lima. William kept me updated and helped me through out my service. He was very nice and I appreciate all he did to get my car fixed! The Toyota team worked very quickly and efficiently to ensure I had my car back within a day!
My recent visit was for a routine maintenance and service appointment. It was typical of the quality of service I and my vehicle have received over the past four years. I so appreciate my customer service advisor (David S.) who ensures my vehicles receives the proper service. The service technicians do quality work and staff is friendly. I enjoy and appreciate the consistent high quality service.
Had my first service on my new Sienna. Ivan was very professional, helpful and explained well the importance of this first maintenance service. Long wait was well worth the time.
I had a dead battery, died on the road experience with my hybrid vehicle as I was on my way to the dealership. Since I was heading there, my immediate thought was to contact them to try to arrange a tow. The automated phone prompt system was somewhat unclear and I eventually spoke to a person who directed me how to navigate the system. I was eventually transferred to their partnering towing company to arrange pickup. The tow driver was nice and wore a face covering.Once I arrived I was helped by Tim Phillis whose professional and pleasant manner helped make a stressful day a bit easier. A rental was supplied to me quickly since my vehicle was kept overnight. My dead battery needed replacement, and the total cost of parts and labor was fair. My problem was solved and I had my vehicle back by early afternoon.I have used this dealership several times and have felt like a valued customer every time. Any questions I pose are satisfactorily and professionally answered by all the staff I have interacted with so far. I will continue to use this dealership.
We reserved a white sienna. When we arrived to receive the vehicle, the dealer had sold the vehicle to another customer. Then the salesperson proceeded to lie to us and told us the vehicle did not exist in their system. When they showed us the screen, the vehicle we ordered was the second vehicle on the list. For a dealer that touts honesty and transparency, these actions were all but honest or transparent.
The service is very though, although seemed to take extra time to wait, it is worth as after my eye inspection, I confirmed that they have performed every items that they promised to do according to WHAT WAS LISTED ON THE order. the staff is polite and effective and possess necessary knowledge to serve customers.
When it comes to trying to sell you a car they give you great service, but DO NOT go and get your car serviced here. I came in with a problem with my fuel pump, (and I am no expert in this field) but I let them know where I was having issues with the car. Mind you, I got it from from 3 or 4 months ago so I figured it might be covered with the warranty. Of course not!A technician advisor named Kevin Grady just entertaining my concerns continues to try and charge me for a oil change and a tire rotation. Tells me everything is good with my car, which seemed odd since I literally was running on E all week and was unable to put more than a gallon of gas at a time. He tells me he filled the tank and takes off once I have my keys. I’m leaving and my meter is still on E, which tells me something is not right. I pull back in and to everyone’s surprise I’m leaking gas everywhere!!!They take the car back in and give me a rental and tell me the next day that my charcoal canister is damaged with fuel. That only happens when you forcefully fill the tank, which I avoided doing all week. Kevin was able to fill the tank and says he had no problem doing so but now I have 1400 worth in damage. I told them to keep the rental and I went else where, do yourselves a favor and contact a local mechanic instead of the the dealership.
I had the pleasure of coming in for an oil change and Ivan as an advisor was such a help. He made the whole process so easy and pleasant I will definitely be coming here only from now on.
AutoNation’s customer relations is deteriorating badly. Our service technician, William was fine and seemed competent. However, all other employees have little or no customer relation skills. The clerk accepting payment appeared bored and lacking interest in her job. She had no interest in communicating other than telling me where to sign. She didn’t even bother to tell me my invoice total. And, of course she didn’t even have the courtesy to say thank you. Staff outside for car pick-up were the same. I stood by the counter while another young lady looked away pretending not to see me. As the young man retrieved by vehicle I walked forward and waived so that he wouldn’t have to drive my car forward. He drove all the way forward passing me so that I had to walk nearly the entire length of the facility. He didn’t check my paperwork to ensure I was the owner and he too couldn’t say thank you. Not one employ thanked me for my business.Last year I was in the market to purchase a replacement for my 4Runner. Sales staff seem so disinterested I went to Lexus where the staff exceeded my expectations. I bought an RX350, instead of the Highlander I had originally intended to purchase.Las Vegas Toyota AutoNation needs to up their game. They have lost me for future vehicle purchases.Side note: young people growing up staring at their smart phones have lost many interpersonal relationship skills. Companies dealing with the public will need to train these socially crippled people entering to workforce if the company wants to remain viable. The public should not reward companies that cannot express appreciation. There are alternatives for the public where our business is truly appreciated. That is where we should go.
This Toyota dealership always takes great care of me and my Camry. Fabulous service for 6 years now! William is the best! He is always on top of everything!
I got requested an oil change on my Toyota with a coupon for $24.95 service. Initially, they approved the price and service and told me that I would be able to use it. However, afterwards the price changed to $106 due to “a different motor type”. The final price was $86 after I used a different coupon. I have issues with the fact that I was only notified of price changes after everything was completed and not during the initial consultation. Shady.
Tim was the man! Had me in and out with a warranty battery replacement and reasonably priced oil change in no time! My RC 350 is good as new! Thanks guys!
We are blessed to have Ivan M. as our “Service Writer” to take care of our car! He is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable of what is needed to be done. Besides the required service, our car needed the tires replaced and it was an all day job. Ivan provided transportation for us to do other errands! The best results is driving my car after it was done!! I was very very happy to feel the difference in the smooth riding and the brakes were great! The best is that the cost of the service did not put a big “dent “ in my finances! Thank you, thank you Ivan!!👍
I had a fabulous experience buying my new Toyota Rav 4. I found the one I liked online and Jack was fantastic in calling and informing me of it when it became available. Process was very easy and I left with the new car 1.5 hours later. I highly recommend Auto Nation Toyota for great customer service and easy car buying experience.
I like Ivan and this dealership. He has been great to me on the two occasions Ive gone in for an airbag replacement and now oil/filer/checkup... that being said.. like most dealerships they are way way way overpriced for service. I do believe that my old truck needed the repairs they said, especially after seeing the videos of the damaged and broken strut. However, I literally went down the street to an auto repair shop with a 4.9 star rating on Google, spent an hour waiting while they did a blind independent evaluation, and then was quoted less than half what the dealership quoted me for the exact same parts/labor. Why do dealerships do this? Sure its their choice to pay more for their labor and such if they want to.. . but it is also my choice to protect my bank account and get the best deal I can. I chose 50% less. Just being honest.
Thank you AutoNation! As soon as we walked in, a warm gentleman named Jimmy asked us what we needed, and sat down with us to help us view a car we saw online. the pricing, transparency was absolutely fantastic. Jimmy was also wonderful in explaining the DMV process as this was a pre-owned vehicle purchase. We will be back in the near future to purchase another car from this dealership.
Excellent customer service in the parts department. Thank you Toyota. 5 years later on an 8 year old certified pre owned car and it is a reliable vehicle
Service was great. Dropped my car off at 830 am and picked it up at 5. Quick turnaround for a radiator replacement.
Michael is a fantastic addition to your family Costumer service is where it’s at. A make it or break it for companies. Happy to see you agree.ThanksEd
It was one of the best experience I get in around 7:30 am and get out at 8:25am. Really good.
Kevin, was very nice and pleasant to chat with. Thank you very much and have a great day.
Two week update Date June 19 2021:On July 5th 2021 my family and I went to Auto Nation Toyota Las Vegas to look at some cars. Walked around outside and was ignored by 2 sales persons on their phones until a very nice and formal sales person ask us if we would like assistance his name was Rances Lopez. He made us feel very comfortable and confident about purchasing a car. He don’t force or shark us into buying a car base on our credit score like other dealers, he was honest and sincere about our purchase interest. 2 hours into reviewing car inventory options he sold us a 2016 Toyota RAV4 “certified pre-owned” . My family and I where very happy with the purchase . All the promises Rances Lopez made from getting a good rate, to getting issues fixed, down to delivering the car to my house was an amazing experience. His customer service was beyond excellent and rare in the auto sales industry, it’s the expectation customers needs when purchasing a car .First issues . Financial Agent/Associate Mr. Torres he was talking so fast through everything without explaining the details of the matter . The only time he slow down was when he said “sign here, initial here” . Then came to the selection of special warranties for the car which I was really interested in . Little did he know that I myself is ASE Cert and the way he judge me insulted me when I told he I repair cars made me deny the warranty and just finished purchase .I know all he cared about was our down payment money and our signature of commitment to the car but you never judge a book by its cover.Second issue . The tire repair . David Schuerman Assistant Service Manager was the person who help us with the minor repairs . So before the purchase and during test drive I notice the “low tire pressure” light was present. Since it was certified pre-owned I was told this will be repaired if I purchase the car . So I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed after the purchase. Prior to the day it was going to get repaired the tire kept loosing air every 8-9 hours . June 15 2021 day of the repair the “invoice” stated the tire was repaired w/mount and balance. Now almost every 4-6 hours my tires was loosing air fast so I had to bring it in to the nearest tire shop on June 18 2021 . They performed a check . I watched them remove the tire and separate the rim and casing . What they found surprised them and made me loose trust at Auto Nation Toyota LV Repair dept . The tire had a previous patch that had gone bad so what Auto Nation Toyota did was put a temporary plug in it (straight through the patch). So I had to buy a new tire from that shop out of my pocket . Auto Nation Toyota should have just told me from the start I’d need a new tire instead of temporary plugging it and I wouldn’t mine . After seeing this it also becomes a hazard and safety issue driving in the road . I have a 1 year old daughter and with the Las Vegas summer heat the blow out would have really bad especially on the freeway in mid traffic or on our trip to California for Father’s Day weekend .A new tire is cheaper then a hospital bill and I wasn’t gona take any chances .I tried to explain my issue to David Schuerman but like a robot he was treating me like an automated machine he couldn’t give me a straight answer and kept deflecting from the issue and kept blaming the Salesman Rances. All I wanted was for him to hear me out and maybe talk to the guys who repaired it but he kept cutting me off . As a person in management that was poor customer service and maybe need to re-evaluate or take additional customer service training. This is a safety issue and the invoice states it was all fix. I have all the proof and invoices for this issue. To the dealer manager/president I truly believe that this safety issue should be taken care of and someone needs to be held accountable disciplinary action up to suspension/termination should be address. Like I said earlier a blow out from a temporary plug on the freeway with this Las Vegas heat at 55-60 would’ve have ended badly especially with my family in the car.
Bridgette, Johnny and Steve are AMAZING! We had never been to a dealership before and were quite nervous about the process but it was absolutely a breeze! They answered all our “beginner” questions with kindness and the guidance we needed! We will definitely be recommending them and this dealership to friends and family!
I had a great experience buying a car at Autonation Toyota. I contacted Autonation online and asked for a quote. Jack Rasmussen was fantastic!! I told him exactly what I wanted and he would send me options. He would constantly check inventory for me and let me know when the perfect car was available. He was patient with how picky we were and ultimately found us the perfect car. He gave us a quote before we got to the dealership and the price never changed and there were no bogus fees. The other dealerships grossly overprice their cars, adding additional fees such as market adjusted fee and Desert protection fee but Autonation doesnt do this and is honest the entire time. I HIGHLY recommend Jack and Autonation.
Couldnt explain charges at the end. I was given a quote was told initial diagnostic charge would be deducted at the end. At the end was not deducted, was told it was already taken off from quote. Job took 2.5 hours, was charged 4 hrs labor. Was told its minimum charge but nowhere written. Rip off to say the least. Im a senior in my late 60s, could that be the reason I was over-charged!Be careful, if youre a female Sr, take someone with you for answers. The over charges will certainly make me suffer untill next SS check.
The friendliness of the staff alone gives this dealer 5 stars. (Except the financing manager, can’t remember his name, but he said he did project cars. He literally tried to screw us when purchasing, trying to get his big commission, and we were changed to someone else that could properly do the job)Shout out to Ahmed for being the BEST salesman we have ever encountered. You really understood what we wanted and did everything you could do for us. An honest, caring salesman, very rare to come by!But the service department was so amazing and friendly. Like all dealers you expect to wait a while for your car to be serviced. But they provide transportation so you don’t have to sit there. I live an hour away from the dealer, so I chose to sit and wait. I had my 1 year old child and he did wonderful while we waited an hour and a half. After waiting an hour for inspection, when Tim approached me and informed me the total, I decided not to go through with the repair because of a misunderstanding on my part with warranty. He said it was no problem and they’ll get the car back together, when he told me my car was ready, he informed me that they went ahead and did the repair for free, (just a washer fluid hose). But still, they didn’t need to do that. Exceptional and I’m so happy we purchased from Autonation Toyota.
Professional skilled employees. Friendly always working with you to ensure your vehicle is well taken care of.
They always do very good work. The people are always helpful and professional. They will answer any questions you may have.I will return here to get service.
The customer service of the Service department leaves a lot to be desired. Twice now, after an oil change, they have forgotten to turn off the maintenance light; this is so basic, you would think. Also, they do this annoying thing where they tie you to a service advisor. With their turnover, you never get the same person twice, you walk in, and the 3-4 service advisors (not with customers) wont look up from the computer unless you lit yourself on fire. In particular, the female service advisor would sooner jump off a cliff than ask any of us waiting if we needed help. I mean, sure, her emails or the solitaire game are important, but those tasks dont put money in the cash register. I will give this location one last chance before moving on to one of the other Toyota dealers in town. Note: should be a one star review but I want them to rebound.
I showed up for my appointment 08/18/2021 and was told it would be a two hour wait for an oil change. The advisor offered to change my appointment for today 08/19/2021. He said if I come in at 7AM it would be faster. I showed up at 7AM and didn’t leave until 9AM…2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable! This place is a joke!
Mechanically it was perfect but, after paying 6,000 they couldnt even wash the exterior of the car. I feel its the least that they could have done.
Autonation is so professional and knowledgeable about my car. They treat me like a human and not a number. I trust them to service my car properly. After buying my car from them they are still with me advising me on my service appointments. Thank you Joey.
They did a good job getting my vehicle repaired. The pricing was about the same as other dealerships but they immediately put me in a rental since the repair would take at least the day. As it turned out, there was an issue getting one of the parts that needed replaced that was discovered after the work had started. They ordered the part and I kept the rental while the work was completed. They could have forced the part out and replaced it (the sleeve for a bolt), but that would have made for a poor repair. Instead, the time was taken to do it right and get a new part.
I finance a New 2020 Rav4 literally 2 weeks ago, about 400 miles, yesterday I was try to start the engine is failed, honestly never expected a car new like this will any issue and made me “ LATE FOR WORK “ ! I call the sales guy immediately and the answer is maybe is the battery problem, have to call tow guy, I have my other RAV4 2018 from Findlay never had any issues at all, aren’t you supposed to check the car before you hand the key it to your customer regardless all those excuses ????? Thank god is happened in the morning ! Overall the sales guy was quite nice even he try to explain the car been sit in the lot for 6 months and blah blah, they replaced a new battery and everything else seems function, thank you for take care the issue ! but not a good experience after all ... ...
Where should we start... probably by reading the recent reviews left by fellow yelpers. It won’t take long to see that this establishment doesn’t care too much about customer service. This dealership will have you commit, set up a time to pick up your vehicle and sign documents.. only to sell it out from under you.The GM knowingly aware of the transaction and dealings., still agreed to sell vehicle out from under us.. not a phone call, text, or email.. just plain poor or lack of customer service concern..Dealerships want the customer to commit.., and will hold them to the fire, but will pull back their commitment at anytime.Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time.. or your gas or your emotion.. find another Toyota Dealer
Really great experience buying my first car, Elvis and Jason were really helpful. I cant thank them enough, especially when it was super busy when I went to go buy my car.
The costumer service at this dealership is exceptional and they will never force you to buy a car. Mr. John B. Is awesome, he is a great person and excellent salesman, kudos 👏.
If I could give more than 5 stars to Eric Morrison I would. Great experience every time. Lease expiring soon, look forward to buying car there. No reason to go anywhere else.
The team I worked with at AutoNation was great! They were very helpful and I felt like even though the process took a chunk of the day I didnt wait long to get seen by anyone they continued to get me through the process. They even order lunch food for me!
I sent in the vehicle information to have my car appraised and was offered a great price. Went in later that same day and walked out with new car, title for title trade. The sales rep made it a very simple, very easy process.
It’s a seamless process. I make an appointment, show up on time, a greeter directs me to Tim’s desk, my paperwork is ready to sign, Tim gives me a time frame, I sit and read for a couple of hours, Tim finds me, I sign the final paper and my clean updated car is delivered right to me. SIMPLE!
Eric has been taking care of my car for a number of years now. My appointment was of 7AM. Eric was waiting for me in the drop off area as I pulled in. We went inside and went over what I wanted to have done. Eric was polite, thorough and knowledgeable about my Camry.Just under 2 hours later Eric contacted me and went over the checkup my car received. He informed me what is going on and what the Camry might in need of in the future.I could not be more pleased. My Camry is a great car and with Autonation and Eric taking care of it all should be fine for the future.
Tim my service advisor went above and beyond, told him my situation that i am kinda in a rush for my daughter’s class and he took a good care of me and got out within 15mins! That was very nice of him! Definitely recommended!
If I could give the service department 0 stars I would. I booked a routine oil change appointment a week out just to be told they were behind once I got there. I can understand an hour or 1.5 hours, or maybe even two hours behind but not 3 hours behind. What is the point of scheduling an appointment. I talked to the Service Director and all he could say was “I apologize”. By far the worse experience in my life. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here!!
Mike G. was great. Have to say the best experience I have ever had at a dealership repair shop.We will be taking all of our cars there.
Shout out to Joseph P., Cesar R. And Manager Delilah. My experience was non stressful and I got more than I expected. There is always so much that goes into making a big purchase such as a car/truck but these folks helped and being new to the state helped me feel comfortable and confident in purchasing with them.
Ivan was great - diagnosed the problem and had it fixed quickly. Problem was a stuck flap valve for our drivers center vent. We had visions of possibly facing a massive repair requiring removal of the dashboard. However, he was correct - a jammed actuator that needed freed and lubricated and a software system reboot. Everything works fine now and the cost was very reasonable - $160. Ivan has been our service manager for over 3 years. Now it is several months later and a different issue popped up. Seemed like suddenly when stopping, the engine seemed to be in neutral - wouldnt immediately be in drive. After tapping the accelerator a few times, the transmission did finally snap into drive. Occurred several times over a few hour period. Called Ivan again - he had us bring it in and checked our Camry Hybrid out - then suggested an oil change and a complete computer analysis ( 2 hrs). Turned out everything checked out OK - so we are reassured. Since oil change was covered, our pocket cost was zero. Again, cannot recommend Ivan enough - we ALWAYS ask for him for any service needs.
Required a re-tint on rear window. Autonation offers a lifetime warranty on tinting and it was 10yrs in before the tint began to bubble. Wait time was 3hrs but the customer wait area was very nice and large with coffee and donuts. The tint re-do was great.
I have NEVER been let down by Ivan! He is the absolute best and trust him to always give me honest advice....I wont take my vehicle to anybody else!
A great experience for my first service appointment. David Schuerman was excellent. Thanks!
This dealership was so different from other dealerships. They understood that at the end of the day it was our decision wether or not we get the car. Don (the sales person) really explained everything to us, so we knew and understood all the car features. I’ve been able to reach out to him for any other questions I had over the car. Overall the best experience I had when going to a dealership, no pushing us to get what they want, straight to the point, we walked out happy with a new car. I recommend anyone to go to this Toyota dealership over the others.
On November 16, my sienna was doing service for recall. The whole process went smoothly, but when I took my car, I found that my wiper was damaged. I asked the service William Lima, why my car was good when it was delivered, but it was broken when I took it, he said Because my wiper is aging, it is broken, and he tore my wiper with my hand, saying that you can see it, it will fall off easily, and then I need to spend $100 to buy a new one. I really can’t understand it. I’ve been to this store many times and I think it’s very good. Only this time, I feel like a fool. If it breaks, you can email or call me at any time to tell me it’s broken and needs to be replaced. but when I got the list and drove, I found that the wipers on both sides were torn in half. When I asked William, what I got was that it was aging and broken. You need to replace it at $100. angry.
Kevin provided quick and excellent service. Thank you very much
Priscilla gave me great information to base my decision. Bailey and the whole team made the process smooth and easy.
Picked up my new Tacoma today. Great experience all around, from the salesman Don to the financial advisor, can’t remember his name. Took the time to explain any questions I had, didn’t feel pressured or rushed into buying. Great experience all around and will definitely have my business in the future!!!!
Quick and helpful. Appreciate your service. Thank you Ivan for making it so easy.
I have used AutoNation for the past 5 years since purchasing my car and have never been disappointed with the service, courtesy, professionalism I’ve encountered from everyone. Ivan, my service advisor, is especially knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, feel confident he is there to advise me for what I need fixed on the car without adding “extras.” Really appreciate that!
Autonation Toyota Las Vegas continues to provide great value for servicing our Lexus RX 350. Kevin Grady is a great service advisor and his recommendations and follow through are second to none. We have enjoyed the service experience at AutoNation Toyota and will continue to service our vehicle here.
I ask for oil change only but the person add tire rotation on my service . When I drop off my car to the service guy and walk in the service room .there are 6 employee in the counter.one of them take care one customer, and one customer waiting behind him. I thought there is a line and stand behind the lady. Also a employee after hand up the phone come ask me what I need. I told him I have 7:30am appointment for my Camry oil change.them he walk away. I keep wasting there. About ten minutes later one guy come to told me go the lady for oil change. I do not understand why the employee do not tell me go to the lady to do my oil change paper work about ten minutes ago.
Without going into too much detail - I had a tire with low pressure and brought it in to be checked. Air was put in tire, sensor was reset. Went back 2 weeks later due to a tire blowout of a DIFFERENT tire. Everything else reportedly checked out. Go back 2 weeks later because tire sensor went on again for the SAME TIRE as the first time. This time they say they find a nail and tire needs to be replaced. They should have found that on 2 other occasions. Not cool.
I arrived an hour earlier than my appointment time because my prior event ended earlier than expected.I was seen in no time. This company honored me as though I was on my scheduled appt.I waited for the service and was able to use the mailer coupon for the repairs. This location never give me a problem. They are kind and such a bunch of respectful people.
Great place to get you vehicle serviced. Really friendly and fast!!!
We just moved to Las Vegas and I needed to get the 100,000 mile maintenance done on my Camry. I had an appointment on Saturday and got right in on time. The service advisor explained everything to me so that it was easy to understand. They were done with my car early and they even washed it for me. I will be back for sure.
So heres the deal, we actually would buy from these guys again so long as we could work with the same finance guy and the guy I encountered a couple of days after the sale when I stopped in to ask a couple of questions and who took the time to invite us back and go through the vehicle more thoroughly with us. We love Toyota and we love our new truck but our sales guy dropped us like a bad prom date the minutes we started signing papers. We left something in our trade in and when we called to let them know, they said we could get it from him and transferred us to him. He acted put out but said he would deliver it to us and we never heard from him again. From the sound of things, thats pretty standard for this place so well only deal with them if we can work with the people we like. We will be buying a 4-Runner sometime in the next few years so they can either get or lose our business.Part 2 Once you buy a car from these guys you might as well be dead. The minute we signed the paperwork the level of service dropped to zero. I have currently been on hold for over half an hour after being transferred multiple times trying to get a status update on a repair I was supposed to have received a call about on Tuesday. A person just picked up and had no idea what I was talking about or record of our previous visit. Absolutely pathetic after sale service
I recently went in for an oil and filter service for my SUV and had a very good experience from beginning to end. Tim Phillis, my services advisor, was exceptional. Super friendly and quick with getting my paperwork processed. He has been there for several years and I trust and value his recommendations for my vehicle. Hope he will be there for many years to come. Overall Ive had very good experiences at this Toyota dealership since I bought my vehicle there in 2015.
I had a great car buying experience with AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas. I never felt pressure to purchase a vehicle and my salesman was very helpful, and was quick with communication to set up a test drive. Once I decided on the vehicle, getting through the financial process and closing the deal was very quick and painless. I was in and out around 3 hours total.
Ivanchris Mandapat is my service advisor he is the best! He always takes care of me and my cars needs i wouldnt trust goin to anyone or anywhere else Autonation is where i trust my car for service!
I recently purchased a 2015 Camry and I couldnt be happier. Miss. Sandra went above and beyond helping my family and myself. After having the car for 3 days I ran into a bit of an issue with the car Toyota told me to immediately bring it in to look out over and the process of getting a loaner car was beyond easy and stress free. After diagnosing the issue with my car Toyota took out upon themselves to make all the repairs on their dime which is beyond a blessing. I 1000% recommend this place and when it comes to buying a car again this is the only place Ill ever go to from now on. Thank you for being customer focused and not numbers focused!!!
Jonathan is very kind and he really is honest abt what you need. I honestly love both Toyota’s east and west. West I go to Jonathan and east I go to Eduardo. They are all very helpful.
I was very impressed with the service and facilities at Autonation Toyota. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation while waiting onsite. The service took less time than expected and Teddy, my service technician was courteous and friendly.
Everyone one was very friendly and helpful. Michael was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure that everything was done right.
The service here was wonderful. My car was ready in a timely manner and they gave me a free car wash. On top of that, everybody was nice.
Bought our 2021 Toyota CHRFrom Aleks, great salesman made the purchase easy and affordable for us. Loving the new ride 😍👌
