Flat out, THE BEST shop around. They are not only knowledgeable, but current with technology and an open book. Once you drop your vehicle off, you will begin to get detailed updates from the techs working on your car. Ive been there a few times with my Audi Q5. As we know, good cars take up keep and that costs money. But thats what it is. Without a doubt, I trust my cars will continue to run the way they were built due to the work done by everyone at German Motors. I spoke with Daniel (the owner) today as I was picking up my car. He is super kind, personable and knowledgeable, but gives direct and equal credit to his teams knowledge. I couldnt recommend German Motors enough.

I brought my Porsche Macan in for brakes (rear rotors replaced) and for a tire repair (punctured by a nail). My car was ready for pick up in just a few hours and the price was reasonable. I am not a fan of dealership service departments, they always seem to find a myriad of problems with your vehicle. It was a pleasant surprise to find German Motors, Whitney was great at explaining what they were going to do, the techs were polite and professional and to my surprise they said my vehicle was in great shape with a mileage service coming soon. Which I understood. Will definitely come back and refer family and friends with European vehicles.

Worst experience of my life ! I wouldn’t recommended this place to my worst enemy! I brought my Porsche in for a check engine light diagnostic. It took 3 days for them to even pop my hood and inspect my car. Than they couldn’t figure out the problem and even broke a part on my car while inspecting it and told me they’re not responsible for breaking it because the part was old and fragile. Worst experience of my life!!!! I even have a video of the owner arguing with me and using profanity while my 3 year old son was in the car with me. I ended up taking the car to Porsche and all it was was an airflow sensor !

I was going to put brakes on my car myself but 105 degrees outside was too hot. I bought all parts and asked if they could install them. Work was performed as good as I who take great car of my Q5 with 118000 miles would have done. This was my first experience and it won’t be my last. They are very goodJoe Guzik

Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 3:30 for them to inspect my 240D that I had recently purchased. Was told that the car would have to stay overnight (which I understood since I was dropping it off so late and they closed at 5:00) and was told they would get on it in the next day. The whole day goes by with no response so I call and they tell me they couldnt get to it today but they would get on it first thing Thursday morning. Thursday morning rolls around and I get a call around 10:00 stating that my car still hadnt been looked at but they would be checking it out soon. I called back around 12:30 and they say that my car is next in line and will be pulled in and raised up within the next 10 to 15 minutes. I called back at 4:00 and they still havent looked at my car. Waste of time, didnt have a car for 2 days. Company seriously doesnt have proper time management or was more interested on making more money off of other peoples cars. Dont schedule appointments if you cant handle the work

I called on Thu to get an appointment on Friday for a car I purchased for my mom. I needed a full service, any recommendations, and have it by COB Friday. Daniel and the team were great. First time there and from the walk in, the whole team treated me like I was a regular all the way to walking out with everything I had requested. I will definately be going back for both of my cars. My reason for the 2.5 star review is due to the fact I was told my car diagnostic would take about two hours. I set up the appointment at 8am right when they open up for business. I did not get my car back till 7 hours later and never received a call & I am patiently waiting for a call or something while I’m walking around the strip and fashion show to kill time. Since I never received a call, I went over there to find out what was taking so long and what was the status of my car as a diagnostic should not take more than two hours to complete. I got everything priced out and was told my whole power steering system/steering gear needed to be replaced for a huge amount of money. Took my car to my mechanic for a second opinion who I trust to inspect the power steering pump and reservoir, power steering fluid, alternator timing belt they suggested needed to be replaced and my mechanic says that there is no need to replace any of those parts right now as they are still good so not sure what word to go by but I know my mechanic has always been modest and honest with me & trust him to work & diagnose any problems the Bimmer may or may not have. I am not here to bad mouth the place of business as I am just giving an honest take of my experience. I’d rather be told that a service might take a lil longer than a simple two hours response that way I’m not waiting around in the mall for my cars diagnostic to be completed which usually takes only an hour or so.

2005 987 Porsche Boxster. - 45k miles.Replaced coolant pump, replaced switch on brake pedal that was bringing in ABS/PSM trouble light, Porsche diagnostic and coolant system flush. All work performed as promised with good communication and explanation of work being done at the shop. Completely satisfied with the experience. Recommended.

Good honest guys, and helpful. My car was overheating when accelerating. They couldn’t diagnose the problem but didn’t charge me for diagnostics which was nice.

On time, communicated all details and the work was 100% solid. So happy I found this place, needed a trustworthy shop specializing in German automobiles and this it the place!

For $510.00 they replaced the battery and one cable....but apparently did NOT run diagnostics (which their receipt shows a charge for) because an hour into what should have been a 7 hour trip home, the car would just die, making the trip home a bit hair-raising and over 10 hours. A call to them revealed that they only addressed what I said was a wont start issue. Sure seems that they should have done a more thorough diagnosis.

Im new to this company. hard to find someone who cares enough about german cars. the people here are salt of the earth. kind,clear,real. not fancy and shiny. who needs that these days?! i believe their business practices are also real and honest. i am always able to get in at a good time,etc. my only gripe is, if a diagnostic is 150 dollars,perhaps an oil change would be recommended (actually diagnosed at the time of the diagnostic appointment) and not something id hunt and peck via my old mechanic,only to return to the shop for what could have been fulfilled on the first visit. a FULL DIAGNOSTIC would determine everything the car needed. i could then decide what order of business to pursue. there still remains a strange bump and kick when the care is started which IF i find out in a week or two is the starter,ill probably be way less happy and slightly annoyed having to return the car for a third time within two weeks. nickel tour: do a seriously COMPLETE diagnostic and save me (your customers? i really dont know) some very precious time.

Unhappy customer they are scammersI came there for a diagnostic because my check engine light been on for 3 months i paid 144$ now i need a hose,Which costs 80$antifreeze running right to the ground which never happened before tell they touched my car then said hose an labor 818$Now my car not drivable because the car not holding antifreeze an running hot i didnt make it home i never had any problems with the car tell now 😠👎👎 Had i known the hose was broken i wouldnt drive it 12 miles to your shop 111° when i have free towing. Drove there an got towed home why you mad boss

My second time trusting in this shop to complete some long over due maintenance on my BMW. Whitney was very professional, friendly and thorough in every step from booking my intial appointment, to informing me when my car was ready for pick up. She answered all my questions and provided me with an estimate for a future AC service. Got my oil and filter changed, brake fluid flush, coolant flush and cabin air filter changed. Took about 6 hours, but thats to be expected with the amount of work needing to be done. Pricing was fair, and Im sure more affordable than if I was to go to my local BMW dealer. I am very pleased with the service that I receive from these folks. Much thanks to everyone there!

This is the 2nd time I have taken my Tiguan here. The first time was to replace the fan, and today they did a diagnostic, replaced the engine intake manifold, an oil filter, air duct pipe, and air duct cover. They all are always so friendly and honest. They have your car ready on time, and they even washed my car. I will not go anywhere else!

I took my car to them and they ripped me off! Do not take your car to these people! My car only had a problem with overheating, they were only supposed replace the thermostat and charged me $604. The labor was over $400 for a 1995 SL500 Mercedes. I asked the manager as to why and he said it was because of covid, Shame on him! A bunch of thieves!!

I went to German Autos, as a AAA approved garage. This was an alternative to the dealership to deal with a faulty transmission in my 2017 Ford Edge. The dealership wanted to charge me over $7k for work on a faulty part that honestly should have been covered by them. It was ridiculous. I came to German Auto and they did the same work for almost 2k less and I got my new transmission. It was such a relief and, although they had to wait to get my transmission from Ford for 2 weeks, once it was in their hands, they got it done in a reasonable time. I was impressed with their transparency and willingness to assist me.

I had travelled into town for a bowling tournament when I found I was unable to open my hood and was out of power steering fluid. Every VW dealer and every other VW mechanic I called in the city told me I was SOL and it would take at least a week as the bumper would have to be removed to allowed access to the cable that needed repair to allow the hood to open. Shawn (Sean? Never got the spelling) took initiative, got everything opened up and saved my entire trip. I would recommend for any VW or other German engineered cars to go here first whenever you’re in Vegas and need help.

One star is too much for these dishonest people. The issue with my car( Mercedes) was that It didn’t start. It’s very similar when a car runs out of battery my car was towed there for a second diagnosis ( I took it first to Mercedes dealer) I told them that the diagnosis at the Mercedes dealer was the steering lock, The supervisor called me and he said it was the steering Lock as well, and without my consent he said that he’ll order the part and he’ll change the battery. The car was ready very soon. $1,400. When I was paying he said that I needed another key, because I had just one. And I told them I’ll keep just this for now. He said the car with this car key doesn’t start so you don’t have to be alarmed when the car doesn’t start, just take the car key out and put it again, then the car will start “ that what the advisor advised me. 🤔He started the car and when I was at home it was the same when I turned the car on, I didn’t start, I pulled the key off like the supervisor told me and then it worked. IT WAS the key THE WHOLE TIME, NOT the steering lock and NOT the battery!! How is it possible that the car didn’t start because 3 parts broke at the same time ??WOW !! It was obviously just one thing, the car key . They took $1,400 + towing for NOT doing ANYTHING!! Just gave me a bad time, and a lot of stress. This is a criminal act!! And I’m about to take them to court. The supervisor ( Shawn) And the owner that was present there at the time that I went to get my car.The Mercedes dealer diagnosis was the steering lock and ignition!! Omg! If I would have told them in this place that the ignition was too they would have get more money from me. Mercedes dealer criminal supervisor is Will Bane, and for this one Shawn both of these people are criminals!! Mercedes owners be careful!!

My Audi Q7 wasnt turning on, so after diagnosing it I found out it needs a immobilization module repair which is connected to the stearring columb. After bringing my car to this shop I was still charged for diagnosis and on top of that they failed to follow percise instructions from a third party to properly remove the module so they damaged my steering colomb and stripped some bolts. Being super lucky the third party speedometer solutions.com took care of my damaged steering columb and mounted the module to the steering and shipped it back to me. German motors refused to accept that their mechanic damaged my steering columb and charged me 1200 for the labor of taking the steering column in and out instead of 600-800. My suggestion would be to take your business elsewhere!!!

They did 3 diagnostics on my car changed the spark plug when the spark plugs didn’t need to be changed all out made me spend 1000 dollars and the still didn’t know what was wrong with my car causing me to tow it to another shop 315 altogether for them to find the problem and fix my car my advice to anybody don’t go here

Come to this shop if you want to get ripped off. Parts are marked up twice the price you can get yourself online, 15-30 minute jobs get charged for 2 hours of labor. This is the place to come too if you know nothing about cars but have a decent amount of money you are willing to throw away. Sean should probably check his ego, he’s extremely rude with customers, and is definitely far from an honest mechanic.

From the first time I brought my car here I have been extremely impressed with the professional and exceptional service that Shawn and his staff have provided. They are honest, reasonable and reliable. I have been coming here for almost a year now and the service is fantastic! They were able to diagnose a problem with my ML350 that required extensive tests and they were able to fix it and the car is working great! My 550 oil was leaking and Shawn was able to fix it before my trip to CA the next day. I couldnt be any happier with this company.

German Motors was very transparent with their estimate, emailing me their quote so I could attempt to get a BMW dealer to get close to their price. It was very helpful but nevertheless the dealer could not compete with their estimate, German Motors was $1,000.00 lower than the dealer using the same parts. So I drove the car directly to them and they fixed the car in just a few days. Brandy and Sean were friendly and honest about their service. Its the second time I have used them. I am very happy with the no pressure service and good advice I received from them. Originally came in to have front brake pads replaced; however, ended up replacing the whole front brake system - calipers, rotors, pads, brake hoses. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate my situation by offering alternatives and options. I very much appreciate their patience and extra work they did. Most especially, all the people I interacted with - Brandi, Sean, and the technician who worked on my car (I apologize for forgetting your name) were all friendly, helpful, sympathetic, and patient. It is no secret that I am a fan and owner of more than one Mercedes-Benz automobile, that being said, I sometimes require maintenance and repairs on the less youthful of my cars. One of my cars is an E500 and, not long ago, while driving the interstate I noticed missed shifts and “odd” gear behavior. It wasn’t a happy moment to say the least, in particular, the E-Class seemed unable to shift at correct times and lingered in some gears too long. I took my E-Class to a local “unnamed” dealership and wasn’t at all happy with the news: requirement of new torque converter, transmission and more; not to mention the repair price was approaching $10,000.Needing piece of mind (and a second opinion) I took the car to German Motors. Jake and team at German Motors identified the problem (which was simply the need for a full transmission service), performed the work, and I had the car back in less than a week. One should also know German Motors kept the car one extra day simply trying to be sure they didn’t miss something after the dealership’s more invasive evaluation. The transmission service worked like a charm and the car is running great. Even more, there was a leak after the car was back to proper maintenance and the guys at German Motors accepted the car back and, in one day, resolved the leak as well. Had I not gone with German Motors and simply took the dealer’s suggestion, I would have spent an extra $5,000.German Motors performed a great, quality, timely job and I recommend them. If you are the owner of a Mercedes-Benz and you’re in the Las Vegas area, be sure to check with German Motors (especially if you’re performing any non-warranty or custom work). German Motors will give you an honest evaluation and, in some cases like mine, save you money.

Absolutely recommend them for anyone with a German car! Prompt, professional, and completely trustworthy! I took our Mercedes GLK in for a service A. My son had a little fender bender in the car that was very minor so I didnt want to pay for the insurance deductible. German Motors was able to buff the scratches out and replace the little cracked piece for less than HALF of my $500 deductible! I will definitely be bringing my Mercedes back to them for future maintenance/repairs!

I always received courteous honest service, enjoyed the atmosphere while waiting. Its not the most fancy place but I feel if fancy you pay the price. The few times I had my car serviced I received honest fair estimation of the cost and timely service time.
