Went to 7 other tire repair shops all short staffed and refused to consider patching the small nail and shard in my tire. No questions asked here. They didnt hesitate, took action and had me back on my way in no time. Very polite and professional service. Yolanda was very sincere and down to Earth and more than willing to be of service. Excellence at its finest.

Of course this is not the only thing that can be said about a team of people who purposefully place their extra sales stock items in the Wheelchair Accessible Parking space reserved for their physically challenged customers useU.S. Tire and Auto Repair Center currently uses their accessible parking spaces reserved for disabled people, and others with physical needs requiring accessible parking, As a sales storage location for extra store sales stock items. They should be seriously evaluated as a business that you wouldnt go to spend your hard-earned cash on services and products.I hope in the future they decide to purchase or build more storage space for their extra stock instead of placing it in accessible Parking Lot locations meant for their customers use.Please stop being such an business and instead use regular in-store space for your sales display space of legends and/or extra stocked items. Dont parking spaces reserved for disabled people and other physical challenges and real needs for using accessible parking.

Do not use!I went here to buy tires.I purchased tires and had them installed on my rims.The employees didnt know how to properly jack up a car, cracked my body kit.Then told me rims dont fit on car, so they Uninstalled new rims and tires and placed my old ones back on.....this took them 5 hours.....of wasted time.Then I came back the next day since they were already closed for the night to retrieve my rims and tires....they took the tires back off the rims! I never told them to. Bo compensation or reimbursement for any of it.Tip: if you dont speak Spanish, they will be very rude to you and Rob you blind. Terrible service. Do not go!

My overall experience with us tires with great I have the opportunity to deal with a gentleman by the name of Fernando cerda I believe he was the diagnostic check for the shop very well-mannered very experienced very wholesome I didnt get the sense that he was trying to take advantage as a lot of men do when theyre dealing with females that come in and need work done with their cars I would recommend going to u.s. tires if you have a problem that needs to be diagnosed and you want it done correctly and you want to be charged the right price instead of an outrageous face Id say check them out

Do not use this company!!!! They said I had a blown motor and they wanted 4,500 to repair and it ended up being a fuel pressure sensor that ended up costing $80 to fix runs beautiful be aware rip off artists

The staff here was thorough in diagnosing my car and even waived the diagnostic fee because I had spent so much getting the same thing done at the other shop. The service was fast and the staff is friendly. I will definitely come back for future repairs!!

This is the worst place you ever want to take your car I bought four tires for my truck and Ive been here three different times so they can fix the PSI reading on the menu of my truck every time I come here its another story another our wait... The worst customer service Ive ever dealt with... it seems they dont even know how to finish the job and just dont want to tell me or they just dont care... I will take it to Big O or somewhere else to finish their job... this place sucks

I started going to this shop because it was conveniently located, but now I continue my patronage because of the employees overall service and fairness. In my experience, I have never had the impression they were attempting to nickel and dime me. They have always recommended and performed the work which was necessary and have done so proficiently.There was one instance in which I had to return in order for an issue to be corrected, but there was no contention in fixing the problem--only an honest effort to ensure I left a satisfied customer.

Just before the pandemic I brought my vehicle here for an oil change. I also knew there was a small leak near the oil filter so I asked them to check it out. I knew because I had already been informed of it when I obtained the vehicle, and I was also told it was an easy and inexpensive repair.Everyone was really kind while I waited. I was optimistic. At check out I was told there were actually three leaks and it would cost over $1000 to repair! He proceeded to show me said leaks and continued to explain how difficult the repairs were to access. Well I didnt have $1000 so I thought a 2nd opinion was in order.Long story short...there was one leak. It was fixed in about an hour bc it was really easy to get to and it cost me about $800 less than I was originally quoted by this establishment. So now the leak is fixed and I save $800. My dad always warned me beware of mechanics bc theyll take your money. Others may have had better experiences here, but my suggestion is do your due diligence and get a couple of quotes before settling. Im giving two stars because they were nice while I waited.

Take my Ford Explorer here for routine maintenance and any kind other kinds of maintenance...oil changes, transmission flush, new tires, brakes, and cv boot replacement. Yolanda, the office manager, is always friendly and welcoming. Junior, the owner, is reasonably priced and has always done good work for us.

I had an exceptional experience at US Tire! The owner and mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable, their facilities are bright and clean, and they were very accommodating to my situation. I can also appreciate that its a family business. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family, as they treat you like family at US Tire!

This shop is the only place that I will bring my vehicles. They have always given reasonable prices and ensured that my vehicles were running appropriately. I have never felt like they have tried to up-sell me any services. They truly are an amazing shop and would even recommend them to my grandmother! I do not live in Las Vegas anymore but still have them work on my vehicles when I come into town.

Better check your options before you do business there. I recently had my Catalytic Converter replaced and less than 7 weeks later it went out. They refused to replace it under warranty unless I spent more money on oxygen sensors that never even showed up on my engine diagnosis. I have already reported them to the better business bureau. I believe in karma...

I brought my car into this place yesterday for an alignment since it was pulling to the left. The receptionist was very nice but didn’t speak English very well. When I went to pick up my car they showed me my struts, one looking great almost brand new and the other cracked and leaking. Both stunts were replaced thirteen months ago so it is hard to believe that one was in such badly shape. I paid for the alignment that I originally came for and of course they recommend new struts. When I got in my car and drove off after already paying I immediately noticed that my cars alignment was far worse then when I dropped it off. I later called my bank to dispute the charge and explaining that I payed for a service that I never recieved. Not even 24 hours after I placed the claim I was notified that my claim has been resolved and placed back into my account. These people should not be in business and it seems very peculiar about the strut seeing that I had no point of contact to cause it. You can’t trust them please stay away at all cost. If you could give less than one star I would. It deserves a negative and they should pay me to go there.

We were directed to this shop by our warranty company. Horrible customer service from beginning, complete lack of communication. Car sat there for an enter week before I called them for an update. At that time, they gave me a diagnosis and left it for me to follow up with warranty company. After it was determined 7 days later the issue wasn’t covered (14 days at this point) we requested an estimate to repair out of pocket. Another 5 days later I had to call them again to obtain the pricing. It was determined the SUV required a valve job and we approved the job for $3200. Now you may be asking why we allowed them to continue- we would have been liable for over $1000 in accrued charges and the vehicle was in pieces. We are now at almost a month. 3 weeks later I had to call them to find out the truck was finished. We went to pick up, and there was damage to the driver’s door. The radio had been reprogrammmed to Latin radio stations, and none of the engine covers had been replaced, and they tried to tell my wife the fuel pump was now defective and would cost over $600 for repair. We opted to take the vehicle. They did order new ones, but we are now at over 6 weeks into this ordeal with the vehicle. I pulled the codes myself, and it was a simple purge valve replacement I did myself for under $30. My wife picks up the truck, and first time I drive it, I check the operations in truck- the A/C system was not recharged after reinstalling. So BACK the car goes. NOW, somehow the A/C system has developed a damaged hose that will cost over $300 to replace. Avoid doing any major repair here; complete rip off, bait and switch and incompetent staff. I am looking into legal action, as I now no longer believe their initial diagnosis and think we may have paid over $3400 for work that wasn’t really required or even done. They can not provide any documentation for the engine machine shop work, and we got an invoice stating “engine” with the price. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Its a small Mexican family owned tire shop. Just like all the ones in CA. So I was thrilled to find them ! Needed an emergency tire replacement. Im on the road as a pet nanny and drove thru ice and snow 6 weeks straight which killed my tires. The lady in the office immediately got on the phone to find me 16 tire and had it there in under 30 min. Total was under 40 bucks and about an hour overall. Would give them 10 stars. So VERY grateful. None of the big chains would help me without selling me a matched pair of new tires.

My husband and I were recommended this place over a year ago. We started bringing our cars here for everything from oil changes to diagnostics. I needed to fix the door handle on the driver side, and I had been putting it off weeks. They were flexible and respectful of my time. They had found the problem and ordered the correct parts within 45min. The front desk lady is friendly and always willing to help, and the mechanic that worked on my car was thorough. We will continue coming back for their help on all our cars.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Took my car in for brake service and items were stolen out of my car. The very rude manager told me to call the cops. She was very mistaken thinking i would not. The owner shows up before the cops and never came to ask what the problem was then tries to leave when the cops show up. They stopped him and tried talking to him . he just kept trying to argue with my son who was there with me. The police said to call BBB and write a review on social media. So my next steps are to file a police report and dispute the transaction on my payment. NEVER go here!!!!

Horrible shop. My wife hit a curb and caused the alignment of my car to be off. Brought it here with my car driving straight but the steering wheel slightly crooked. First, the lady forgot to tell the mechanics to get our car. Then after an hour and a half, they finished up and mentioned it might be vibrating when I was about to pay. It wasn’t vibrating before, so I asked to take it for a drive. My car was now pulling to the right. I came back and told them, and they told me they would put the steering wheel back where it was no charge because they didn’t want any problems. I leave the lot and my car is now pulling to the left! Will definitely never go back there. Such a rip off and waste of 2 hours.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. To start off, we came here cos the work they did on two bent rims I had at the time. They ‘fixed’ them but they were giving me problems still. Long story short, they ended up covering everything due to their bad previous work. Let me not forget to mention that they were all in a bad mood and pissed. Especially some guy there named Jr. R. I forgot his last name but he’s a short chubby Mexican guy with short hair. Beware of him. The environment was so negative and I will never come again. On top of everything we were promised 2 hours for my new rims to get installed and a simple balance or alignment, can’t remember which it was. Here we are calling THEM 4 hours later asking if the car was ready since it had been 4 hours and turns out the car had been ready for an hour or little over an hour. And when we asked why they never called us to tel up the car is ready, they said it’s cos they didn’t have a number to call yet my mom had left her and my dads phone number, so that excuse was just dumb. They did the work but did it all mad cos they had messed up previously. Also when we asked for a receipt or something that shows all the work they did and stuff, they weren’t able to give us one as they said we didn’t need one??? Overall horrible customer service, not welcoming environment all, everyone is mad, and wait is horrible. I would stay clear of this place if possible. Thank me later.Update: next day (03/22/18)I brought my car to my mechanic whom I trust and always bring my car to. He checked if my wheels were balanced and car was aligned and did it all for free. I I brought my car here cos I didn’t have trust in the work these guys did yesterday when installing my rims. They had promised to put my new rims on and balance out my wheels which is something that is always recommended to do when putting new rims. Well it turns out that my wheels were way out of balance. So these guys saying they were gonna also balance my wheels and align it when putting on my rims was just a flat out lie. Extremely disgusted in that they’d lie to their customers. I knew something wasn’t right the minute I got my car, so what’d I do, I brought my car to my mechanic only for him to tell me I was right and wheels weren’t balanced. If you don’t mind being lied to or mind bad customer service, go here. Otherwise I’d say stay away.

Charged for repair that they diagnosed. When car was still over heating decided that a$3000 repair was needed. Could have just thrown parts at it myself. Refused to refund repair. Owner stold keys from my sons vehicle to prevent us from leaving after heated debate and claimed he was calling the police. After he realized we were not afraid of his grand theft auto and poor business practice he tossed keys to my son feet and walked off. Look for out of business sign soon. Lets see what we can do to shut these slime bags down. Also have fake address on business card for another location, or its already shut down and the cant afford the $100 to reprint their cards... The last time I drove by the owner was arguing with another customer and it looked like a fight was about to break out.

Got my brake system flushed and service on my vehicle was not done properly. Even after bringing it back a second time problems persisted. Ended up going to the place next door and had it done properly. The employees did not at all seem to care at all about the quality of service nor did they seem concerned with my satisfaction. After receiving proper service, I returned to receive compensation for a job terribly done, only to get a disregarded instead of having the issue getting further addressed.

Customer service in this place is abysmal, every time I question anything about billing or services the lady would attack me and blame her lack of knowledge for how her systems work on me, they do decent work and are honest but the women inside is a pain in the ass. I have gone here 4 or 5 times everything has been ok work wise wont be returning

Worst place ever it should be reported. 1. They have a meth head working on the tires.2. The weasel, Carlitos way customer service guy is a janky, sneaky little fox. He will scam you out of money by miss diagnosing your car.3. The wait to have your car repaired is like waiting at the DMV.4. The workers are smoking weed by the dumsters walking around slacking off eating.I mean the list goes on. Complete used car sales sleezy pricing in the front of house. The pricing was utterly negotiable. Fast talking, excuse making and finger pointing. Simply inquiring about the merit of pricing dropped my bill from $85 to $50. The mechanic workers themselves seemed to be solid and I feel bad they have to work behind such nontransparent pricing and front of house.

Went to get my car checked today because my fluid was leaking. Because Im a single woman they gave me false information and told me my water pump needed to be replaced and my timing belt. When in actuality it was just a simple hose. They were trying to charge me $600. This is the worst place to go get your car serviced. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Could work a little more on customer service. Guy in the front needs to hire some help, had me wait 25 minutes holding my son while he walked in and out on the phone just to pay and give me my car keys which later took him only 2 minutes to do and seemed very irritated by the way he looked at me. Not coming back for sure.

If you would like a bunch of dirtbags to treat you horribly, this is where you want to go. They could care less about your vehicle, they made mistakes I had to correct myself. The OWNER was extremely rude to the person in front of me, and it didnt get much better when they helped me. These people are very unprofessional, and their actual work on my car was a joke.
