Having moved to Las Vegas at the end of February, I discovered that my Air Conditioner was no longer working. Being a retired auto Mechanic myself, I needed to find a shop that I could trust to do a quality job since I do not usually let anyone touch my truck except myself, and also I dont personally own the required equipment to do proper servicing of air conditioners. I found Busy Buggy 2 on Yelp and was surprised to see all of the positive reviews they had received, and they also happened to be right down the street from me.Eddie and the team did an excellent job of diagnosing where the leaks were, and were able to complete the job for half what the dealer wanted. They communicated very well and I would recommend them to anyone. Top notch!

This is the only place I will take my cars from now on. Me and my wife had a 2005 Altima and a 2004 accord. And every time they give fair prices and they don’t upsell you for anything that’s hard to find in Vegas. We just not that long ago purchased new cars and these guys will be our mechanics when our 2 years maintenance plan ends. My review is a little late but I felt this business shop deserved another great review

Three visits and over $500 later, they still couldnt fix the issue with my AC. I would not recommended these guys at all. I felt like they pulled the old bait & switch on me. I felt like i got robbed for over $500. After the 3rd visit, they said it was the compressor that was leaking. They wanted to charge me over $700. No thank you. They are incompetent. Id give them zero stars if it were possible.

This is the only place I take my cars when they need work. Highly recommend this location.

Eddie and his crew are amazing. We have a small fleet of 8 cars and had been looking for the a shop we could take all our vehicles. Busy Buggy #2 is the place weve found to be the most honest and affordable. They will not try and add on unneeded services just to make a quick buck. Eddie made my repair great and found the problem this past weekend . And it was the condenser not a hose and for my trouble they did not even charge more money for the part . The team did everything in their power to make it right. I am pleased and I apologize for my previous review . They have been servicing my vehicles since moved to Vegas almost 4 years and I will be not go anywhere else.

Finally found a legit place. These guys are awsome. Very professional and no time wasting. Had new brakes and rotors installed. Also they put on my new shoes. So stoked of the quality of work.

The manager wanted to charge me $2100 to replace front struts, control arms and AC compressor. He said my struts were leaking really bad, the control arms were shot and the AC unit replacement would be $850.I got a mechanic to look at it, and my car needed the stabilizer rods $23/each, One strut has a small leàk(no wet spots), AC compressor $365. I paid the guy $160 for three hours of labor. That knocked the cost of repair down from $2100 to $575.Dont trust them, get a second opinion.

Great experience. Didnt try to upsell us on stuff or pressure us into getting things done right then. Told us wed need new tires soon, so they held off on rotating (which Id requested) due to uneven wear.They knew the lady that came in after us by name and were very friendly. Felt as though they care about their customers & build a relationship. (unlike the bigger place on blue diamond - where I told them my brake light was out and asked them to change it with the oil change, they marked on their sheet that they checked it, but it was still out when I picked the car up.)Would absolutely recommend this place.

Everytime I bring my car in Carlos gives me what to expect and pay upfront. He always looks the part I need and gives me the best deal.

Carlos said he was gonna work on the Cataletic converter but he sent it somewhere else and tried to raise the price after we agreed.I dont apriciate it when we agree on price after 2 + hour diagnosis carlos pulled a fast one saying oh theres extra part so its an additional 200$ then accidentally revealed that he had 3rd party working on the car. To fix the issue the car was taken somewhere else to his exhaust guy. Im disappointed because of the lack of awareness. You looked at the vehicle diagnosed the issue and gave me a price I could live with. I dont expect you to lose money I do expect you to be professional and not use white lies and keep the fact hidden that you had no intention of replacing the the whole part instead of cutting out a part and rewelding it in a shop or God knows where. Poor poor poor. Ive been coming to your shop for oil changes and this is not the first time when you call me 2 hrs later and tell me this oil filter is more expensive you have changed the price multiple price.

These have helped me with my VW Rabbit and my Subaru Impreza. They are the only place I trust. They help you prioritize with what you need. They dont hound you for money. And they explain everything in detail as to why it needs to be fixed/replaced. Best shop in town.

Just showed up to get the water pump changed in my Tahoe and Carlos got me right in. I supplied all the stuff they did the labor and they did awesome. Going to be taking both my cars there for all the work they will need. Great place and Carlos is such a good guy. I would definitely recommend using them.

I needed a window motor replaced. Took my vehicle here to get a quote.Without even removing the panel they said I needed to replace everything and itll be $550.00. I knew that was total BS so I left. Just got it repaired at desert tint for $85.00. Do not trust these guys at Busy Buggy.

Great staff and I felt the services were all offered at a very fair price. I initially decided to wait and grab a (free!) cup of coffee, but the diagnostics and repairs on my vehicle were going to take a bit longer than expected. They hooked me up with a lift home and picked me up when everything was finished. Carlos took the time to explain everything and brought out all of the old parts to go over them with me. For the first time in a long time, I actually left a mechanic feeling good about my experience.

I definitely recommend Buys Buggy II to anyone! I went there for an oil change and it was affordable and fast. The service I got was exquisite. I dont know much about cars, so typically when I take my car in for service I get taken advantage of. I asked about a tire rotation and normally other car service companies will tell me I need it when I really dont just to make money. Well this place is different. I was told that next time would be okay for a tire rotation. This place takes care of the customers rather than selling things that arent necessary. I dealt with Manager Carlos Benavides and he was very Informative and very polite. I will definitely be bringing my New 2017 Jeep Cherokee back to Busy Buggy II! Thanks Again CARLOS! YOU DA MAN!

Edited: They worked it out but had to pay 400 more in total for a car, master cylinder, smog, re-registration, etc. (Had a problem in the beginning, told them the situation and they said they checked it and I was good but had to bring it in for major part after the following days, even though I paid for the check-up) Great hospitality skills with customers, at least, extremely rare for Vegas mechanics.
