After searching the old inter-webs and checking reviews, I decided to bring my car to Express Lube for a noise in the engine compartment. Jeff listened to my issue and got my car in right away. His crew had my car diagnosed in 20 minutes and after a phone call to find parts necessary to make the repair, he had an estimate for me. Due to the professionalism of Jeff, and his staff, I decided to make the repair. Having some time to kill, I went next door and got some pizza. When I returned, I talked to Jeff, (also known as the Magic Mechanic) and found out he is not only an amazing mechanic but also a magician! He dazzled me with coin and card tricks. His staff brought my keys in and we discussed payment. His shop offers a 90 day same as cash option. Although I did not think I would qualify, I applied any way and got approved! I am very impressed with the service I received and the magic I got to witness! Although I live in centennial hills, Express is the only shop that will touch any of my vehicles from now on! Fair prices, honest and friendly!

I had an electrical problem on my car that was very frustrating to diagnose. It ended up being some wires that shorted out in addition to the motherboard. Jeff was amazing and was able to find me a refurbished motherboard and saved me hundreds of dollars. It took a little more time but saving that money made the repair affordable for me. I would happily go to him again and I refer the shop to all of my friends.

I have known Jeff for a few years. When I need someone who knows cars well, his team is the one I trust. I recently was in the market for used car. On short notice, he thoroughly inspected a potential purchase for me. The car had a branded (salvaged, then repaired) title. His inspection was a fair price for excellent service. He even stayed a few minutes after his closing time to make sure I was well taken care of. He took the time to personally explain things in layman’s terms, which I appreciated. He also saved me hundreds (maybe thousands) of dollars in potential repairs by steering me away from buying a certain car. He inspected a second vehicle a short time later, and his report gave me the confidence to buy it. When my cars need attention, I know to whom I will turn!

This place was great. They went above and beyond any auot shop I have been to especially here in Vegas where everyone is about money. They diagnosed my cars over heating issues while they gave it an oil change for a cheaper price than any other place I called by far. The quote they gave me for the repair (that I thought I would have to hold off on for a week or so to get money) was less than half of what I expected. Great customer service from everyone there and amazing rates. Keep up the good work.

This place is awesome. My son is visiting Vegas from out of town. He discovered an oil leak. However didnt need a repair since his car is still under warranty in California and will have it repaired upon his return. However in the meantime Express Lube and Auto helped him so he can get back home safely. He went from 40% oil life to 100% and they did it from the goodness of their heart. Ive had taken all my cars and Ive had my family take their cars here whenever we need anything done. Oil changes, smog checks, tune up, and major repairs like transmissions. Jeff is a master mechanic and very reasonable. Some of the prices may not be the cheapest in town but theres a reason for that. Quality work and parts comes at a price, and you get what you pay for here.I havent met a more professional or friendly mechanic in Las Vegas. When you leave this shop you know that your car or truck was taken care of and the service or repairs where done correctly and with attention to detail...

Went here for emissions, was quoted a price of $1400-1600!!! Took my vehicle to Strip Husky near Boulder Station, repairs were done and van was smogged all for less than $300!!! Staff was friendly though.

The worst experience Ive ever had the manager Charlie I guess as he told me his name was terrible I asked for a diagnostic on my vehicle and they told me that they couldnt do it and sent me away that was terrible I just needed my car to be fixed when you come to someone for help and they tell you that they cant help you because they dont want too its terrible. I would recommend no one ever go to them especially if you were in dire need of your car being fixed.

Took the car in to have a service engine light fixed. After waiting two hours a tech comes out with a hand written estimate saying I have three options of which ranged from $450 to $750 to repair. The expense part included a upper sensor and an internal oil leak due to a valve cover gasket. Spent the $450 and 3 days later the service engine light came on again. Took it to an honest mechanic, THERE IS NO SENSOR FAILURE AND DEFINATELY NO OIL LEAK. This is a rip-off company, you need to be aware that they will over charge you with false problems with your car.
