I’m new to the Vegas area, having just moved here I wanted to find a good, honest autoshop with a good owner (which I previously had one in LA). You guys know typical auto shops, they’ll tend to say you need repairs and find ways to make money from you.So I comb through all the reviews in detail and settled on Cars NV. My Audi A7 can be expensive to fix and I had bad experiences from the dealer who tell you you need repairs that you don’t need.There was a sound in my front left tire and I feared it could be a loose wheel bearing or so due to bumpy roads. I was expecting to spend $200-350 probably.This shop looked at it and said it was only a tire rod that needed to be tightened and they said it was a quick fix and didn’t charge!The owner was a good honest person. He loves cars and he took his time to talk about a 1999 Porsche he’s been working on. It was really cool, and you can tell he values the longer term relationship so I’ll definitely be coming back and I’m really glad I found a place that just wants to do the right thing!

I’ve been coming to Cars NV for years now and they have been nothing but stellar. Even though they are always slammed, Moe and Eddie always squeeze me in for service on a whim.Prices are very fair for the high quality level of work they do. They’ve saved me some massive money compared to what the Audi dealer wanted for the same job. Their techs are all master technicians and this is one of the main reasons I trust my vehicle with them only.

These guys were a lifesaver for me. I was on a cross country road trip back to the east coast when my check engine light came on. They got me in day of, took care of the problem, were honest and super efficient and got my car fixed which hadnt been solved by multiple other garages. They do great value work and dont try to upsell you. Highly recommend.

This company came highly recommended by my sister, so I assume they do good work. However, when I called to try and set up an appointment the owner, Moe, was extremely rude and made a ton of assumptions without even taking a chance to get to know me based on what he knew about my sister. Good luck getting past Moe if you try this place!

Amazing! The service at this facility is exceptional. They really know how to work on German cars. Our Audi had issues and this is the only place that has the proper knowledge and expertise to fix them besides the dealership. I wanted to give a personal shot out to Mo and Eddie. They were super nice and took good care of us and our car. They both get A+ on customer service. The reception area is super clean and welcoming. I would recommend this facility to any person who needs a professional service done on their vehicle especially if they have a European model.

Brought a 2015 Tiguan in and these guys quickly got to the root of the problem, a missing cabin filter and the housing altogether (buying used, never know what youre going to get).Went to another place just prior where they charged a $133 diagnostic fee to read codes and not look into anything and quoted over $1450 for the job. Brought to these guys, out the door $330 for the parts and labor, fixed perfect. New York confidence out of these guys and friendly and an amazing facility. Recommend 100%

We took our Audi A6 3.0 Supercharged to a Firestone, and they couldnt figure out what to do with it. Found CarsNV and they quoted me a fair price and said that they could fix it with 100% confidence. And They DID. I will be a repeat customer.

I used to take my vehicle to CARS and this is one of the few shops I’ve been to where you’re treated like family or a close friend. I was never gouged or felt that they took advantage due to my lack of mechanical knowledge! I would still use CARS if my current claims company covered their shop for my claims/repairs. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

LOVE THIS PLACE. I had a my check engine and DPF light go off on my TDI while I was passing through Vegas on a road trip. They were able to take a look at my car immediately and get me back on the road. Customer service was above and beyond. Highly recommended!

We were on a road trip and had a malfunction with our windshield wipers. Not only did they get us taken care of in 15 mins, they were extremely nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this establishment especially if you have a European vehicle, and ask for Eddie or Cesar they are awesome.

Very Bad service !! Worst Customer Service.Saturday 9am i call this “Repair Shop” and I was told to bring the car and they will look a it.I call the Guy 4 times and 3 calls was all because the towing driver was not able to locate the shop.1 call 2hr 1/2 later just to ask if there was any News with my car, then out of nowhere he start yelling at me that I was calling him so many times and that he don’t like when people is Rushing hem.And if I keep putting pressure on him he will not fix the car and I’ll be better to take the car out of he’s shop.He also told me you should know that I have so many cars to fix and I don’t have time for yours.!!!Well Is not my shop how should I know that !! ? And when I call in the morning he should mention that and not ask me to take the car thereI explain that I don’t live in Vegas and I had to go back to LA by Monday that’s what I wanted to know but I was no rushing him in any way .. then he’s answer was—> well if that’s the case go get a flying ticket or something because this car is really bad and is going nowhere till next week !!!But he didn’t even have the time to Check the Car how did he knew my car was very bad !! ???After all I call another Auto Repair Shop “Royal Auto” and Gary was very Kind and helpful he told me that if I can make it in the next 2hrs he would have time to check and posible fix the Car.Gary fix my car All the problem was 2 Flat Tires and a dead Battery.

Built a rapport and still got ripped off by $2,000 over estimate, no call to approve repair work, and work done that I specifically said NOT to do. Estimated at 3,000 with motor mounts, 2,000 without and final bill 4,000; I had already had my motor mounts done a year earlier!!

I had the absolute best experience at CARS...Eddie was great to work with! I had originally gotten an estimate from Mini Cooper of Las Vegas for a list of items I needed to be fixed on my 2012 Mini Cooper. The total came to just under $1,600.00. I had originally reached out to T&M Automotive on the referral of a friend, and since they do not service Mini Coopers, Nick there told me to reach out to Eddie.Eddie confirmed that I did need to replace a belt and water pump pulley, and was happy to replace some lights on my car as well (Mini quoted $260 just for lights) Out the door, with labor, cost me $356.00. A section of my front bumper had come apart, and the CARS team also fixed that at no charge (it was just clipping it back together, not a big deal, but was so nice to have it done!) Was in and out in 3 hours.I will definitely be back for any service or repairs and would refer any friend there as well. Cross posted this from my Yelp review.

CARS is by far the most honest and knowledgeable shop in LV. Dont waste your time at the other Euro shop in town. I would have saved a lot of money and time if I went here first. If youre a VW owner, David knows his stuff and will take care of you. He takes his time and makes sure the job is done right, and even fixes issues that other shops missed. I expected to make an appointment when I first called, but they told me to bring my car down, and it was on a rack in 30 minutes. CARS has my full business from now on.

60 miles outside of Las Vegas my ignition coil went out and by the time I got to town they had already ordered the part and efficiently replaced it while I waited.Super nice folks and totally recommend them.

These guys are the best. My A3 began making a high-pitched whining sound on our way into town, looked then up on Google and gave them a call. The owner knew exactly what the issue was over the phone and even stayed open late for us to come in. We got there well after closing, they double checked the diagnosis and had us fixed up and out of there in less than an hour. Will absolutely use them again!

Im a mechanic and an uncompromising car enthusiast. Im reluctant to trust my car to ANYONE. That said, Ive used CARS off and on over the years for the odd job or two (e.g., A/C recharge, headlight adjustment) with zero regret.So when it came time to replace a major component on my car, I left it to CARS. They did not disappoint. The job was done quickly and my car returned to me without looking like a mechanic was climbing all over it (important detail IMO).Thousands of miles later, Im pleased to report zero issues with the part that was replaced or any aspect of the job CARS carried out.CARS, is truly a dealership alternative. Actually, CARS is BETTER than a dealership.Well done gents!

My Audi had a very stressful issue that the dealership couldn’t resolve. I found CarsNV and took my car to them and they were able to find out what was wrong and fix it. If you need your car worked on take it to them they’re very reliable! Just watch out for Moe he’s a handful lol

Best car shop I have ever been to. Customer service is always fantastic. They remember my name and car. Service is always super quick and done at a fair price. I have Mercedes and they are able to reset any sensors and save me a ton of money over going to the dealership. Waiting room is comfortable. There’s cute squishy faced shop dogs behind the counter. Dont bring your car anywhere else.

This place is awesome. Prices are great and service is excellent. No BS recommendations like some shops. Will never go back to the stealership again for repairs.

How do I give a 10 star review? We pulled into their shop at 8:00 am with a horrible noise coming out of the engine. It was a Holiday Weekend and we were on our way to Zion and somehow they sourced parts from Cali, got us a rental car and had it fixed by Labor Day and we seamlessly picked it up on our way back to Cali. They even fixed other issues and in general went above and beyond what was reasonable. Don’t waste your time on any other car repair shop in Vegas. These guys are the real deal.

Everyone was so professional and knowledgeable. Cesar and Moe got me in on very short notice even though they were super busy and were both more than helpful. The waiting area and the shop are very clean as well. Plus they had the cutestttttttttttt dogs ever there when I went! Luna is the best lol🥰🐾

As long as I am driving my VW, I would NEVER take my car anywhere else. The service you receive here is far and beyond exceptional! I feel like a hit the jackpot with auto mechanics. They are fair, fast and extremely professional. Its all about the customer here and providing their best work. As a woman, you can get a bit of anxiety dealing with auto repairs because personally, I have no idea what is right from left. Eddie is great with communicating with you, explains every detail and what your options are. Ive been coming here for years, trust them 100% and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to family or friends. P.S. Love the shop dogs!

You guys are awesome!! We had issues with our EuroVan while driving through town (based on other reviews this seems to be a theme) and they got me into the shop immediately to get us back on the road quickly. When the parts would take too long to arrive they just made them! The shop is super CLEAN and there are some incredible cars there to admire while you wait. This place can do it all. They even went above and beyond to clean the oil mess that was all over the rear hatch. Everyone was very polite, personable and welcoming, honest and reasonable. Thank you for everything you guys, Cesar and Moe! This is the kind of place I would just want to stop in to say hello when I’m in the neighborhood. Great team of auto maintenance professionals! Ernie took care of the engine mounts on my 1983 Porsche 944 and the car is a joy to drive again! He understood my financial situation and listed the remaining service needs to be addressed in the future. I appreciate the ability to bring my own parts and they worked with me to control costs. I highly recommend CarsNV for your automotive maintenance needs.

These guys are great. They do great work at a great price. Family owned good people.With that said, they have a nice place to relax while getting your car fixed, and they would rather have friendly reasonable customers than rude/unreasonable people. Be good, and theyre good to you. They even do same day appointments if they can fit you in, and they will do their best to fit you in.

Simply put Moe, Cesar, Eddie and the team are the best, most knowledgeable mechanics that youll find in Nevada. And their honest as well, which is rare. I wont be taking my vehicles anywhere else even for an oil change. You can tell they love their jobs and will even let me order aftermarket parts I want instead of insisting on marking up the price and squeezing every dollar out of you like everywhere else does. They are truly a diamond in the rough. I was lucky enough to find them after bad experiences at 5 other shops. FYI: Even though their specialty is German brands they were more familiar with my Infiniti than most Nissan mechanics. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my car!

Great rates, great people. We came in from Phoenix with our car shaking and check engine light blinking and they saved us from imminent disaster! They gave us a great deal and were very thorough with the car. They even fixed some things we didnt come in knowing about or asking for without charging extra. My car started to have some issues and we couldn’t seem to figure out exactly what it was. I have a 2003 bmw 325i (sulev) Well cars nv took my car in and within a few hours were able to give me the breakdown of everything and answer my questions to a way I can understand them. I was in a bit of a situation after purchasing a car from Audi Henderson (AH). Long story short I was sold a vehicle with multiple issues not covered by my warranty, and AH was not willing to help by any means. I was referred to CARS by a family friend. Mo and Eddy with CARS helped me come up with a game plan and installed a new engine in my vehicle within a few weeks. The customer service has been outstanding from top to bottom. My cars drives better than when I bought it, the how is beyond me but I am forever grateful. I have always been given thorough explanations of what has to be done and I trust their judgement/diagnostics. I can fully say that their service exceeds the rest.

The most trustworthy body shop Ive ever dealt with. Not only are they knowledgeable and patient, theyre friendly and do excellent work. Its very nice knowing Im not being ripped off. This last visit was for a 911 tow hitch install on my Audi and they stayed after hours to make sure it was done properly. Highly recommended.

Im moving across the country from New York and ended up having a few car troubles headding to Las Vegas. Out of all the other shops and dealerships that I called CARS was the only shop that would even look at my car until the next week. Amazing. Best mechanics and best human beings in Vegas.I discovered this shop when replacing my exhaust, took it in when a bolt on the down pipe rounded and welded itself to the engine. The guys took it and and did more than I asked faster than they said.Cant recommend this place enough.

I found CARS via their online reviews when I was driving cross-country and needed an oil change. My cars air conditioning hadnt been functioning well, so I asked them to check that out as well since driving through the desert in July is brutal without AC. It turned out that the air compressor was broken and we needed to replace it. Eddie and everyone else at CARS was so helpful- they worked to help keep the costs down by bringing in a part that was very reasonably priced from another company they do business with. Everyone there was super nice- seriously the best customer service around. If you have to spend hours waiting in a car repair shop this is the place to do it. They have great wifi, big screen TV with lots of channels, lots of magazines, and even an adorable and friendly dog that hangs out behind the counter. Eddie and Mo, the owner, were so hospitable, offering us drinks and snacks since they knew we were from out of town and didnt have any other mode of transportation to go anywhere. They also worked really hard to get it done in one day, even staying a little late so we didnt have to get a cab back to our hotel. This was awesome, especially since we didnt even have an appointment for such a big job. You can tell this place really cares about their work and their customers. I would go back without hesitation for any job, big or small, and I would recommend CARS to anyone needing their car serviced in Vegas. They will take care of you and treat you right. Its been almost a month since we got the air conditioning fixed and everything continues to run perfectly! This is a great car shop.

I am satisfied with the service that I got from this company. i was having problems with my Audi and I was waiting to save up money to take it to my usual dealership at Audi Henderson, to get it fixed. However, I looked around and they gave me a great estimate so i decided to go with them because they had great reviews from YELP and through Google Plus. Im glad I did because they fixed my problem with my Audi 3 days prior to the estimated completion time. They even fixed my fog light for less than what Audi Henderson quoted me. I am very happy to have my car back. I will continue to go there time and time again. Thanks for the great service!

Are heater core went out on are way from Wyoming to C.A. We called from the side of the road 50 miles north of Vegas and they said they could help us. Made it there without over heating and they patched me up well enough for me to get home to my mechanic. Very fast, grate price, and grate service.

My BMW broke down on the drive to Vegas and I had it towed to this shop. Im glad I did. These guys provided great customer service and got my car up and running the next day. The prices were good as well and they went out of their way to make sure everything was good to go. Highly recommend.

I would have gave them a 6 if I could have. I was in Vegas for Memorial Day weekend and my Q5 broke down Sunday night I called on Memorial Day and Mo picked up the phone. Eventhough they were closed Mo meet me at the shop. Took the car in and fixed it the next day. The service was amazing the treated me over the top and the repair costs was half of what the dealer would have charged. Family run business very honest I highly recommend.

Driving from LA to Vegas and my A4 went south. Called from my cell and they immediately took a look . Took a day and a half to find the culprit, 1 tiny wire had corroded. Cesar spent more time working on the car than he charged, which was greatly appreciated. Now for a trip home . Thanks to Cesar and his crew. Moe and his crew make a truly awesome and honest shop you can take your car to. My family and I were on a road trip across the country when the rear diff mount broke on my S4. Moe took a part off one of his own cars in back and fixed mine. He had us back on the road that same morning. Without the great crew here we could have been greatly delayed. The atmosphere Moe creates here with his joking and fun character is a pleasure to be around. It was worth the stop even if the circumstances that caused the stop wasnt the best.

Broken down in Vegas...sounds like a good country-western song until you live it...towed in your RV. Great staff, extremely competent and reasonably priced repair of a transmission problem in our Rialta that another car repair company had created. Love the friendly atmosphere, and well be coming back for services in the future.

I made an online appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation service. I arrived 10 minutes ahead, and they solved my problem very quickly. At the end of the day I have already sold it at repokar for a great price, very happy to found someone who is always ready to offer help when needed.

Audi was having what i thought were minor issues. Have had the car for several months and owned another audi before i moved to Las Vegas. Got rid of it hoping for a better upgrade. Long story short i love anything with an engine in it and bought the Audi with an N/A v8 but with high mileage. Arranged future plans to do internal mods to get the car to run better so far everything was working out. Weeks later after a few installations with OEM parts i found online, multiple codes were showing cylinder misfires. Ordered a set of ignition coils for all eight before leaving work and installed them the same day they arrived. Turned the car on and engine was still misfiring. I thought to myself, what else could be going wrong? Scanner only read codes it could detect so i didn’t know what to do with the vehicle at that point. Conviently located next door from where i work with some of the most sophisticated and high tech equipment i’ve ever seen, CARS was able to assist me with further inspections after my call was approved for a check in. Team was extremely helpful! Assisted me with what i needed and found out where the issue was coming from within minutes. Very professional, enthusiastic and caring members who’re working hard every day to keep you on the road. You begin to quickly understand how experienced these technicians are when they give you a full briefing and estimate of how much it’ll run to have the vehicle repaired. No other European shop is as honest, efficient and genuine as the people working there. 10/10 would recommend, would never send my car anywhere else! Thank you CARS.
