It is very clear that Josh knows everything about my SL and I would never want to take it any place else! Great guys and a fair upfront price. Moved here a little over a year ago and had a problem with my Mercedes and was nervous on finding a new mechanic. Seeing on how a lot of mechanics up charge prices. Contacted them and said what the problem was and they gave me a price. So me being me I called my old mechanic and he said that is what he would charge as well. Ever since then they are my number 1 recommended people I refer to my friends and colleagues. Everyone I have sent there says the same. Upfront price and no BS!!! Highly recommended group of guys

Best shop ever. Trust worthy and high quality work. Been taking my E39 M5 to silver arrow for years now they have done all the maintenance as well as all the after market upgrades on the car. Top quality in everything they do. I also have an e39 wagon as my daily and my luck with that vehicle hasnt been great. Three different accidents since Ive owned an E39 wagon and every time I seem to mess something up theyre able to get her back on the road no problem! Dont waste your money anymore going to the dealer and some other shop. Silver Arrow is the place to bring your vehicles!

Awesome! If I had to put into one word my experience with Silver Arrow. To start with Derek was on the ball. When I initially called to discuss the scope of work and an estimate he took my information and followed up with me shortly thereafter. He promised to have the car ready for me at a certain day and time and he delivered even though the work proved to be more extensive than was originally thought. I am confident in the work that was completed and I have officially found a permanent shop that I trust for my 5 series BMW. Pricing was competitive and fair and my experience overall could not have gone better. I highly recommend them and will continue to have my vehicle serviced there in the future. Thanks to Derek and staff for a refreshing experience in what is otherwise more akin to navigating minefield in the auto service industry. Kudos Guys!

Ive taken them by BMW and they did fantastic work and saved me thousands of dollars by taking the time to correctly diagnose my issues instead of being lazy and just replacing every part under the hood. Josh, Derek and the rest of the staff have been honest and always deliver on their work. I’ve had many Mercedes vehicles in my family since 2004 and I have never come across a shop like this. I have driven nothing but BMWs for over 17 years now and absolutely love them. The part I dont love about them is the bill when it comes to fixing them. I stopped going to the dealership years ago because theyre overpriced and dont pay attention to really fixing your car. I remember my 2nd BMW that I had and had an issue/warning on the computer, I brought it to the dealership here in town and they fixed it and $1200 later, I was able to drive off the lot with the same error coming back on the computer. Another $1000 after that, they tried again and got it done.When it comes to cars, the at first if you dont succeed mentality should not be applied.I brought my 2008 BMW 535i to Silver Arrows and they were able to knock out my car in no time flat. I had a leaking issue on the tranny, needed typical service and also needed some non-mechanical things fixed (windshield gasket, broken trim tabs, etc) and they took care of it. The best part about the whole experience was that I didnt need a defibrillator when I got the bill. Leonard and the guys down there took care of me and got it back to me in no time flat.My black beauty will always go and see them from now!Thank you Silver Arrows!!!
