Their customer service was fantastic and made me feel confident in their ability to fix my mothers car. Lupe inspected the car and made sure to check every single nook and cranny before giving me an estimate, something no one else did. The car took about 5 days which seemed long, but it was worth the wait as you can tell everything was done correctly. They took care of calling the person who hit my moms car and arranged payment plans with her which took the stress off of this entire situation. Plus we now have a life time warranty!

I was so stressed having to choose a body shop to fix my baby right. Quality work and customer service is a thing of the past. So I read reviews and settled on lv collision center. Wow!!! It was a great choice. Several thousand bucks damage rear passenger corner they made it look like new. Im so happy with the work. They drove me to the rental car and drove me back to lv collision center no down time. I highly recommend Las Vegas collision center. Ask for Lupe, she knows all the insurance adjusters and rental car companies. Lupe is the best youll see. Look how Well they put my baby back together

She just called again today and I told I asked you yesterday to stop calling because we are not a car junk yard and they have called the last 3 days in a row. she just hung up on me. not very professional.

When I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean and nice this place looked. I was greeted right away, their customer service is out standing! Lupe gave me a great estimate compared to other companies. She made the whole process so much easier for me, constantly kept me in the loop. If you are looking for a place to get your car fixed, THIS IS THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN! I cannot speak better about my experience with everyone there and the work they provided! From the moment you walk through the door and you are welcomed by friendly staff that make you feel like they truly care about your car problems. Next, they helped me work with my insurance to get a rental car and even gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to arrange one on my own. Finally, when I got my car back, I couldn’t even tell where the original damage was! The paint and body work looked like it was brand new from the factory! 10/10 I would highly recommend!!!

These folks are very helpful and do good work for less than the other shops I checked. They have low overhead. They will help you through the accident repair process.

Do yourself favor, save the time and the headache and dont take your car here. Repairs that were supposed to take 7-10 days, took over three weeks. When my car was returned to me it was not even repaired entirely. The front bumper wasnt installed properly as there are gaps from both the left and right sides. When I brought this to their attention IN JANUARY, I was told that LVCC would work with the insurance company and get this resolved. I waited, and even gave them some additional time due to COVID. I called the insurance company myself and was advised that LVCC told them that the damage was not related to the accident. Despite me having photographs from the day of the accident reflecting this damage. I spoke with Lupe and she is apparently an expert. I requested to speak to someone aside from her, and she clearly was just wanting a yelling match. They are not interesting in happy customers. Just trying to milk as much money as possible with the least amount of work.

Great experience. I got sideswiped and had to get my car fixed. Im so happy I brought it here! They kept in touch every step of the way. There was some miscommunication and I had to bring my car back and they were more than helpful assisting with a second rental and making sure that I was satisfied with their services. They dropped me off to pick my rental up and even offered a ride if the rental place was closed. I couldnt ask for more. My car looked brand new when I got it. Thank you Lupe and the other ladies at LVCC and of course the mechanics and everyone in the shop for making this an easy process during a stressful and painful time.

I had trouble getting my 2018 Honda Pilot fixed. Im from out of town, the Pilot was in an accident, and I had it towed to this facility after a cursory internet search.It took my 13 weeks to get my vehicle back.It came back with a drivers side visor that would fall off if swung out to the drivers side windowI requested a full detail on the interior of the vehicle. All I got was a cursory wipe down, and charged $150.I was charged for delivery of the vehicle out to me, even though I had arranged for someone to fly out and pick up the vehicle, on the first promised date, at about the 8 week mark.The fog lamp on the drivers side was damaged in the collision, and not replaced.It was a frustrating experience to try and arrange for this repair from 1000 mi away. It seemed like an extraordinary length of time to get the vehicle back, even though it was not urgent to get it back.The overall quality of the repair was good. Body work is good.There was a CEL code that was not reset, and that was annoying.

I was referred by friend and I have to recognize that they did a great job. They worked with me after they provided me with the total repair cost and the office stuff was really professional, especially Guadalupe.I totally recommend this place if you want to have your vehicle fixed correctly.Silvana Guinto

My old work truck needed some love!So this morning, I called the shop and they did not hesitate to assist me over the phone. They promptly invited me to the shop so they can diagnose my vehicle. Since I was on a time crunch I took it in asap!. I met with the shop owner CARLOS right off the bat. He diagnosed my truck and after a quick estimate I had him perform the work. LV Collision Center gave me an estimate that was 1/2 the price of AutoNations estimate, and the actual amount I paid was spot on to their estimate for my front end collision repair. Multiple people looked at my car for the free estimate, and the girls at the office were extremely helpful with all my questions (thanks Lupe!). When they were done, they delivered the car to my workplace, and it was like brand new! It looked like it had been completely detailed and fresh off the lot. Great people, awesome prices, fast turnaround time. They were very also very transparent about my options for what work would could be done and the associated prices. Thanks so much!

I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy! I was initially attempting to schedule at the Las Vegas Collision Center on Post Rd (they are two separate entities/businesses, owned and run by completely different people!) My insurance recommended the LVCC on Post Rd as they are a Select Service shop and State Farm guarantees their work. However while performing a google search for that shop, this one pops up with the same name. I initially think its the one on Post Rd. Turns out, not. Despite that, what initially attracted me to this place was the fact that they claimed they were willing to waive some of the deductible. Should have been my first red flag. I ended scheduling this place to repair the left rear door of my car from damage caused by someone side swiping me. I was initially told repairs would take no more than a week. These people ended up keeping my car for over 3 weeks! Upon finally getting my car back I noticed about an inch long gash in the interior panel of the door they repaired. I immediately contact these people about it and surprise surprise, they deny causing the damage. I dropped off the car to them, no huge gash, I get the car returned to me from them, huge gash. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to conclude that this was caused during the time my car was at this shop. Speak to this guy Juan about it and he agrees to have some friend of his come look at it to see what he can do about fixing it. They also tell me to bring my car back to them sometime within the next two weeks to get spots the left from the original repair that wasnt fixed buffed out, and the car detailed as a courtesy for them taking so long with the repairs. Second mistake, I arrange to drop my car off for this & am told Ill get a call back that day with what this friend states he can do about the gash. No call back until the following afternoon and of course when I do get a call back, nothing but apologies, again about not conducting business in a timely fashion. Am told that my car should be finished no later than 4pm. I reiterate that I will need to pick my car up no later than that as I will need to get to work that night. I get there and wait and wait and wait. 4:30pm comes around & I finally go ask about what the status of my car is. A girl named Rocio then points outside and says theyre just finishing washing it now. To my horror I look outside and see my car being washed by some hispanic guy in a green florescent shirt and khaki hat on the side of the street! I go outside by my car, with my 6 year old daughter who was there waiting along with me. More time passes & after the guy starts wrapping up, I walk around to inspect my car to make sure theyve fixed all that they stated they would. THEN I notice another huge scratch on the right passenger door. As Im inspecting it closely rubbing it and hoping itll come off and its just a water streak or something, which it clearly is not, this guy Carlos comes storming out and asks rudely, Is there something the matter with your car? I said yes theres this huge scratch right here what is this from? This guy, no joke, starts going off, my 6 year old still right by my side mind you, shouting with his thick accent CAN YOU PROVE WE CUT YOUR CAR, ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING WITH YOU, DONT YOU EVER COME BACK HERE, IM THE OWNER, DONT YOU DEAL WITH MY SON (Juan) OR DAUGHTER (Rocio), YOU DEAL WITH ME AND I BETTER NOT SEE YOU BACK HERE, ranting and raving like this on the side of the street for several minutes in front of my child with no regard to her, me, or the two car washers he had there. Im completely like in shock this guy is going off like this, let alone in front of a 6 year old, and treating someone whos paid him for services he did not complete correctly to begin with. This guy totally crossed the line and if is the owner, clearly has no regard for his business let alone customers, carrying about and treating one like this. My car was completely botched by these people and I am so upset. Again, I would not recommend this shop so my worst enemy!

Rocio was very friendly, professional, honest and knowledgeable. If you need auto collision repair go here. They are experienced and efficient. My car was ready very fast and I am very pleased with quality of service the team there provided.

Brought my car in for an estimate and was pleasantly surprised by the professional attitudes of the personnel that assisted me. Truly Customer Service orientated which has become more and more difficult to find these days. Highly recommend and I will absolutely return if/when I am in need of auto detailing or collision repair.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone! They are very caring and helpful, especially in my situation after being in a accident which can be very stressful. They kept in contact with me through out the whole process and had my car done sooner than I expected. They also covered my $500 deductible ! Theres 3 lasvegas collision centers i tried this one to get my 2018 300 fixed..I have to tell you they did awesome work.Also the girls that work the office didnt yell at me for calling to inquire more then probally the usual customer.The made my car look new again and also detailed it to a shine after the body work.very pleased so far with my experience there.im not sure if other places may charge a cuple bucks less but dont care.go there like i did.they will help relieve your stress and make your car look new again.i dont do reviews but glad to on this place.thx lv collision on nevso.

Horrible service after an MVADo not take your car here period if you have the choice. I did not have the choice due to my MVA.My car left the shop with new damages from the shop itself and the repairs were not acceptable at all. My car left the shop with no checking of the shops work. My car left the lot with a tail light that was not wired properly and I know this because the turn signal was fast and the lights inside my car were not working as well. Plus only some lights would turn on and others not. I took it back in and was told oh its probably a bulb from the manager. No its wired wrong. Oh turns out I was right. They actually fixed that but as for the other repairs goes Im actually fighting with my attorney and begging them to take my car elsewhere. Looks like I have to go back to this place and I already know its going to take 4 more visits to fix their own repairs that were not properly done. Double checking work is standard but not for this place. I still had red paint on my car where the semi smashed into my car in multiple spots. The manager said oh I took care of that for you while my light was being fixed...I go out to pick up my car and there is STILL red paint on my car. Seriously? There are tons of scratches left from the accident in tons of areas and they replaced items on my car that do not belong in my car or cheap flimsy parts. They didnt push the pins back to the actual plastic piece would be snapped back into place. Nothing is even and Im not sure how a collision center can cause more damage but they did. They LIFTED MY CAR WITH NO PADS! They made two major indents and ruined the bottom of my car and they gave my car back like this? As if I wouldnt notice or? Someone waxed my car and didnt see this? I know how to fix cars and knowledge of what and why so scamming me is not an option. I have paint chipping off what they supposedly fixed. Thank god I took time-stamped pictures of this mess so they cant say I did it after I picked it up. I had an overloaded mac truck smash into the back and side of my car and as soon as my car was turned on the same day to get it out of the way my check engine light came on and this incompetent company decided that it was not the trucks fault. It shifted my engine and I paid out of my own pocket to rebuild my engine. My car should have been totaled out. My car was nothing after being smashed by a semi and having no working engine. They didnt though and cost me a ton of money and 3 visits total to this place and my car still is not fixed. Seriously I never do anything in life without double checking my work and as a collision center, I thought you had to do the same and not cause more damage to my car. Cant wait to go back and deal with this mess.
