If you have any car issues make sure you go to one stop. Dont go to their neighbor, there are two mechanics connected by one building, make sure you go to One Stop the one whose door faces the street, and talk to Greg. He got my car issue fixed asap, and did not BS or overcharge me. Very honest. Great service would recommend to anyone.

Took my 2001 Ford Explorer sport trak in for a gear shift cable which had broken. I met Greg the Manager there, who almost has a natural mean look but oh how was I wrong. Greg is straight forward, honest, and is an excellent mechanic in my opinion. I have since gone back to One Stop auto and will continue to go to One Stop as long as Greg is there. Customers from many miles away take there cars to Greg @ One Stop Auto. It’s 5 stars for me!

They were AMAZING to work with when our van broke down right before a family vacation. They diagnosed our car super quickly and communicated really well all of our options. Greg, in the office, made multiple phone calls to try and get the parts we needed in time (went above and beyond for us). When it just wasn’t possible, they helped us get a discount on a rental car. The real kicker: while we were gone and they were working on our car the battery died. Greg figured out how to get us a new battery under our warranty and installed it for FREE! He didn’t even bother us with the details, he just took care of it while we were gone. Unbelievable service! It was the most hassle-free, honest experience I have ever had at the mechanic. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The good:fixed an issue for a reasonable price.the bad:customer service needs some serious improvement. Greg was extremely rude and condescending. At first I thought maybe it was because Im a woman and he assumed I didnt know what I was talking about, but after reading the responses to the reviews, it seems like they have a serious customer service issue with everyone.I went in explaining my car had an issue for over a year. To their credit it they say they test drove it 3 times and never experienced the issue. I tried to explain the issue doesnt always happened and asked if they could just look at the transmission because thats where we believed the issue was. He became extremely defensive and acted like I was accusing him of trying to scam me--which I wasnt. They did fix my battery which had recently been connected incorrectly, but I just wish he would have actually listened to me. Hoping this honest review doesnt get another nasty response.

This was a terrible experience all the way around.Called business and spoke with Greg about repairing an engine with a broken timing belt. He stated on the phone that his Volvo guy thought the engine could be repaired, the business is close to my home and I was frankly out of options. Greg quoted me a price that was acceptable and I had the vehicle towed into the shop.Things went south from there:1. Called one day to check on the vehicles status and was given the cold shoulder about my concerns regarding the vehicle.2. Received a rambling phone call from Greg that stated the costs had increased and that he needed to buy an entire new timing belt kit to replace a bad part. He was surprised for some reason when I reminded him that there was a kit in the rear of the vehicle as we had spoken about it during the several times we talked. Received a callback that said parts were missing from the kit; how or why this happened when it had only been in two places is never explained. Was told that the two (Yes, two) earlier quotes would have to be revised.3. Received a series of texts from Greg following a request for a photo of the damaged part. They were so bizarre that I wasnt certain how to respond.4. Received a total that exceeded the original quote which was the reason why I brought the vehicle to the shop) by nearly $800 USD and the second quote by more than $500 USD. When I responded to this with the reality that I couldnt pay that, I received more rambling texts and a phone call that included what I felt was a clear threat to leave the vehicle disassembled. Since I wasnt certain how good of a job that they had done, and since the new bill exceeded the value of the car, I simply responded that I would offer them the car in lieu of payment. This prompted a sudden lowering of the bill along with even more rambling from Greg which included him contradicting himself within his own sentences on several occasions. He also told me that he had informed me of things and that we had talked when those events and actions never occurred.At the time that Im writing this review, I have yet to receive the vehicle in working order, and I have serious doubts about that occurring. I regret both taking my vehicle to this business as well as not reading all of the Google reviews BEFORE I even considered it. I dont have high hopes for the work thats been done or the future longevity of my car.I would advise that if you choose to patronize this business, that you get EVERYTHING in writing, that you document all of your interactions with the manager (I have), and that you make certain that the work that you request or that was promised is done to the specifications that were agreed upon. I failed to do this, and like I said, Im regretting my decision to ever engage with this business.I will not use this business again; nor could i recommend it to others.UPDATE: Picked up the vehicle and I was able to make it home. The car ran a little rough; however the old sparks plugs were reinstalled because I rejected the ridiculous price increase that was suggested. Ill change them myself.The mood was significantly different today which makes the earlier problems even more disturbing. Had I been treated fairly earlier, and had things been a lot more professional, then I might have given them repeat business.Second update:Says a lot for a businessman when he has to blame his customers for his lack of professionalism and competence. I would again advise potential customers to document their interactions with this person, and to employ a great of skepticism before making a decision to have them work on their vehicle.

I have taken my car here more than once. Greg is helpful, communicates honestly and openly with you about what is being repaired and how long it will take. Both services came in under estimate so I was not surprised by a huge bill. I had a slight issue after one service and it was solved that day. Cannot recommend highly enough! Went there to have my car rotors resurfaced. They did a very poor job. I am an ASE certified tech. I know want i am talking about. These techs need to be trained to do their jobs correctly.. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PLACE.

I have taken my car To numerous Mechanic shops And they kept charging me to repair stuff but never solve the problem finally I had a customer recommend this place took it in and they Totally repaired the problem the last mechanic shop didnt even tighten up the bolts on my links when they finish the work. Could have been a real disaster F that stuff would have broke loose. Greg was excellent with telling me what was the problem and the prices were very reasonable I will definitely be seeing them for other car repairs. I highly recommend this place .

Very satisfied. I called today to get a estimate for labor cost and was given the price no problem. When I arrived at the shop it looked very clean. I went in for a axle replacement and they were finished within an hour and a half. When it came time to pay they were true to their estimate and even replaced a tail light I had out that I was already aware of. I thought that was really good attention to detail on their part and was pleased that they took care of that for me. I will be returning to have alignment done on my other vehicle.

This is a review from about a year ago. I had an oil leak and because of these guys I left with a renewed faith in auto mechanics and honest work. You hear stories about people getting jacked around with problems they didn’t know their car had. Mechanic found the part on eBay at a fraction of the dealer’s cost. I think the repair at One Stop was appx $250. Dealer would’ve been upwards of $800. Also, I was given an estimate over the phone which was what it cost in the end. Usually a repair shop tries to get you in the door and charge for the estimate. I knew when they did that it was a good shop.Even with all this info I was told “Don’t take it to the dealer, bring it here and we’re gonna take care of you.” Thanks for the peace of mind and good work.

Take all my cars there.Make sure you talk to Greg. Theres 2 shops in the same structure and One Stop is the closest to the street. Office looking straight out across the street facing Discount Tire. Have had everything from new aftermarket headlights and driving lights put on my Yukon to new clutch and brakes on my GTO. A/C wasnt working one time and they discovered that it was only a bad switch and out the door for $200 and some change so they are honest too.

I went there this afternoon for a basic oil change, not only were their prices awesome, but they also rotated my tires, checked for leaks, checked all fluids. When I dropped my car off my bumper was hanging due to parking to far up on a curb, I went to pick up my car and my bumper was back in place!! They correctly diagnosed a problem on our vehicle that another mechanic misdiagnosed, they had it ready sooner than they originally told us, and they did for a lot cheaper than they originally quoted. One Stop Auto has always been the go to repair shop if you want it done right, pay low prices and get great warranties for the repairs done. Most of the products they use and install carry a full lifetime warranty and they will replace it if it fails or does not function correctly and there is no time limit. If you have an alternator installed and it has the warranty and it fails 4 years from the time it was installed, you will get a free replacement but you will have to pay for the labor. One Stop Auto maintains a computer file on ALL of the repairs they do. There file goes back to 1990 when they first opened to the public. They are now into their 31st year and are also in a larger facility and more modernized. They even handle full alignments on cars and trucks and are now selling tires for less then Discount Tire. Their tires even come with a warranty. Give them a try. Family owned and operated gives you the best and not at corporate prices.

Great experience!!I was quoted $2400 by the dealership for repairs and felt like something was off. In addition to this, they said it would be 2-3 days before Id have the car back.I contacted One Stop Auto and was quoted $1200 for the same work and they were able to do it the same day. They said they think it might be less and it turned out to only be $850!! Thats a savings of over $1500 from what the dealer was going to charge me. I cant remember the last time an auto repair ended up being less than what I was quoted. I doubt the dealership would have given me the same courtesy.Thank you to the One Stop Auto folks! I have 3 cars and will be taking them here for any future service needs.

They are amazing! I went in to get my oil changed and I had told them about an issue I had with shifting in my car and everyone else has told me it would too expensive or too difficult to fix. I have to say that it is a shame of One Stop Auto to say that Quality Star Imports stole me as a customer. Thats a lie.dropped off my Corvette because the air conditioning wasnt working. This shop is absolutely amazing. The people here are HONEST and really put their customers first. I have been here a couple times and have not been up sold on misc things that are truly not needed. I went here to get brakes done on my car thinking I needed to replace my brakes. I explained my issues and they checked it out. They advised I just needed to resurface my rotors which cost me less than replacing my brakes. I appreciate their honesty. I then asked if I needed a transmission drain and refill the shop checked and advised I do not need a drain and refill as of yet until 120,000 miles. Honestly and integrity are important to this shop and the display the true definition of that. Thank you One Stop Auto I will not only be a forever customer but you best believe I will make sure to recommend them to EVERYONE I know.

Awesome service! We thought our brakes were bad, making all the squealing and clunking and sounded awful. We also thought it was odd because wed had them done 6 months ago somewhere else. So we tried this place out, and they told us our brakes were still at 90% the rotors just needed to be spun. They could have charged us an arm and a leg to redo brakes but instead were completely honest about the repairs and our brakes are back to new.We will be using them again thanks to their honesty, they earned a new customer for everything now that our car is out of warranty and dealer charges an arm and a leg.

One Stop Auto, family owned and operated has been around going on 30 years and still has the lowest prices for excellent work. They have always beat dealer pricing 30 - 40% and sometimes even more. 95% of all the parts they install carry a lifetime warranty which they stand behind. They use quality parts in their repairs which is one reason you will not be returning to repair the same problem and if your part fails years later, they will replace it and all you pay is the labor. They also deal with 35+ extended warranty companies and take of all the procedures necessary so you wont have to get involved with the warranty company to get your vehicle repaired. Great company to have in your corner when you need repairs.

One Stop Auto has been great for every repair service Ive used them for, from air conditioning service to brake repair on both cars and in between. They have fair pricing, and are honest. I came in once thinking I needed to replace the strut mounts, which is expensive, but they recognized that all I needed was an alignment (far cheaper). I go here for everything and trust they will be fair and honest with me, as they have been in the past.

Being new to Las Vegas, we had to get all our vehicles up to Nevada code to pass the smog test. We found this to be a very reliable place to take our cars. They are very honest and do what they say. We will always take our cars here.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I recently got an oil change here for $34.95. A few days later I was driving on the highway and my car started smoking. I quickly pulled over and my car was leaking oil all over. The tow company came and the guy lifted my car to see that my oil plug was missing. The tow company tried to call one stop auto to inform them that they will be responsible for this mistake but they were already closed. I towed my car to a AAA approved mechanic location. The next day the mechanic where my car was towed called me and told me the oil drain plug was not screwed on tight enough and it would cost over $250 in cleaning and repairs. The mechanic stated all of this should be at the expense of one stop auto since they are 100% to blame. I called one stop and the owner was unbelievably rude!! He told me the only thing he would offer me is to have my car cleaned and repaired at his shop. I told him I do not feel comfortable taking my car back there and if he would not cover my entire bill to please refund me my oil change. He refused saying how does he know someone didnt tamper with my car. He stated it is my fault I didnt tow to him and I cant trust AAA. He was unbelievably rude and could not admit his mistake. Instead of making it better for $35 he was arrogant and rude. Do not trust him with your vehicle!!!

I knew it was time to get my brakes replaced and was hesitant to try a new mechanic shop. After reading the positive reviews on here I decided to give One Stop Auto a try. I truly believed I waited too long to get my brakes replaced so I was expecting to foot a large bill, but was surprisingly quoted a small amount to replace just my rear brakes. Love the customer service they provide and they are definitely going to get my future business!

They worked on my wifes car previously, excellent service and full explanation of everything that went wrong.This time I thought my car needed new brakes based on stop distance and reactivity to brakes being applied. Took it in, they checked everything out, called me back and said I didnt need new brakes and gave me a timeline on estimated mileage before I would need to consider replacing them.Did not charge me a dime.I refuse to take my car anywhere else now. Best place I have been to since moving to Vegas 7 years ago. Highly recommend!

Im not a Local in Vegas. I have a car there because I go there for business a few times a month. I started to notice that my car was leaking oil and making weird sounds when I start it in the morning. I took the car in to Mercedes and had them do the diagnostics. They came up with over 2k in repairs. Looking at the estimate I decided to order the parts myself and find a shop to do the work. I called over a dozen shops before I came across One Stop Auto. I talked to a gentleman on the phone his name was Dick. He was very knowledgeable about the repairs that I needed. I felt comfortable and when I flew in to Vegas last week, I dropped off my car. I gotta say I was amazed at how professional that place is. They did all the work at the promised time. They showed me all of the old parts that were replaced. They even take pictures of the things they replace for the record. I saved a lot of money by taking my car there. I would recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for an honest reliable mechanic.

These guys have been awesome since i got my 2001 chrysler 300m in September. They are reliable and straight forward. They will not rip you off especially if you dont know anything about cars. Took our Cadillac SRX here after being in the Cadillac dealership 3 times for squeaking brakes and a ticking sound. It sounded horrible. On the third time the dealer quoted $2,300 for repairs including some new struts. Their fixes would not have resolved any of our noises. One Stop Auto took care of the struts and noises all for half the price. Will absolutely be back. The guys there know what they are doing and are super cool.Update 5/18/19: I wouldve left a second 5 star review but Google doesnt allow that. Went to have a car inspected (very fair priced) that I bought from Carvana during their 7 day trial. The guys showed me all the issues that werent reported to me initially. Long story short, I returned the car and bought something better. Thanks guys!

So all these amazing reviews are seriously true! Earlier today I talked/argued with a different auto shop to get an estimate. They said it could be between $100-$500. That auto shop was really rude, uncooperative, and honestly quite offensive in their communications with me so I hung up on them. But I just got off the phone with One Stop Auto a few minutes ago and was seriously impressed with how awesome they are! In just a couple minutes over the phone they gave me an estimate of $200 or less and they even explained to me what they would replace and WHY! This is THE BEST friendly, understanding and down-to-earth auto shop staff Ive ever seen! So thanks guys for just being awesome people! It is much appreciated and definitely doesnt go unnoticed :)

I have taken a vehicle to this shop on 3 different occasions. Dick the gentleman running the shop has always quoted me a direct price up front with absolutlely no surprises in the end. The price quoted has always been less then that quoted by other shops in the area and my vehicles have always been repaired right the first time, with no need to return for further repairs regarding the initial problem. From Idaho, in Vegas for work meetings. Engine of my dodge truck frozen up--Took truck to One Stop Auto Service. Told them I wanted a crate engine installed.They quoted me a price, We settled on a price. I flew home, went back in 10 days.The truck was completed--Engine Switched. They only added a water pump to the bill at their cost. My old water pump was leaking.Did what they said for the price they quoted. Showed me the parts and what caused my old engine to be destroyed. I am happy with my business with One Stop Auto Service Center. Highly recommended.

Greg the owner is a real cool professional guy and down to earth as well. I had brought my Chevy Impala SS in to find out what I was informed by another mechanic shop of 2 possible oil leaks after having the dye put in to determine the leaks. So I brought my car to this location, and was then informed that my car only had one minor oil leak NOT two. Greg informed me on the where abouts of the leak and his crew fixed it. Since the fixing of that minor oil leak I have not had any more problems with my check engine light coming on and reading the same code of me needing an oil pressure switch. I would highly recommend anybody looking for great work and real business. Thanks again Greg!

CAUTION! I hope that whoever reads this, will think about going there twice. I have no idea who gave these guys good reviews, but this is a classic example of a mechanic shop that will try to swindle you out of money. They will lie right to your face and come up with all kinds of bs when you call them on their lies. Worst people ever, i try to forget that i had to deal with a shady operation that claims to be the most honest place in Vegas..What a joke... You have been warned!!

Last month I had Greg and One Stop do some work on my F-250. Another shop (that will remain un-named but is very close in proximity to One Stop) had agreed to do some work. After 2 weeks of that un-named shopping not doing anything, I wandered over and Greg was able to get things done the next day. My truck is running better than before. It was great working with him.

I brought my truck in to get my rear main seal and oil pan gasket replaced. I originally brought my truck to another shop who gave me a quote of 1400$. One stop did it for 700$ and repainted my oil pan, fixed the oil drain plug, and replaced one of my engine mounts for no additional charge. If you need repairs I highly recommend one stop.

Ive dealt with Greg at One-Stop Auto a couple times now and have nothing but good things to say. Its hard finding a mechanic that does good work and stands by it, but Greg and his crew do exactly that. I had previously taken my old 2000 Nissan Altima to another mechanic for some issues I was noticing on start-up and they charged me $200 for a quick-fix that didnt actually resolve anything. They incorrectly diagnosed the issue and left me thinking the car was on its last legs. After hearing good things about Greg and One-Stop, I took my car in and they got to the real root issue, took care of it, touched up my A/C, and fixed a leak in the process and gave me some great info on how to best take care of my vehicle here in the heat of Vegas. A week later, I noticed another small leak from the car, took it back in to Greg and he addressed the problem same-day, free of charge! Its nice knowing that my car is in good hands and that Greg honors the warranty on his work. Ill be coming back here with our vehicles any time they need work. Thanks Greg!

Greg was great! They repaired the vehicle in less than the scheduled time and found a solution to the problem that ended up costing 90% less that the worst case scenario quote. We will be back!

Absolutely the best place to have your auto repairs done! I took my 2008 Versa to Nissan and they gave me an estimate of $3,200 for repairs. Got a second opinion at One Stop and they fixed it all for $325. One of the items Nissan said needed to be repaired didnt. Besides being good mechanics, they were courteous and also kept me informed of the progress. Needless to say Nissan will not see my Versa again but One Stop Auto will!

The owner is a very trustworthy guy and doesnt make me feel like they are taking me. Very amazing work and pricing here.

Quoted $900 to replace a radiator. I took it somewhere else for $350, and they also Id another issue that would have caused the radiator to explode again. They seem pretty confident and professional but overpriced.

This shop is fantastic! Honest, upfront and no BS. Ive brought my 2003 Durango in twice and I have my Silverado there today. They also did work on my sons car that was damaged on his drive from Denver to Las Vegas. They wont rip you off for parts and services you dont need. They show and explain to you what the issue(s) with your vehicle were/are, provide options on repairs when possible, explain the pros and cons of each; allowing you to make a decision with zero pressure. The shop is clean and everyone is friendly. Ill never go anywhere else. From regular maintenance to major repairs One Stop Auto will be my one stop shop!

Honest and Reliable. I had this man install a cv boot on the front passenger side of my 2004 mercury sable ls. I noticed it was leaking got the part, he charged me 125 for the labor, 100% reliable and honest outstanding individual Pep boys wanted 125x6 hours of labor for what was really a 1 hour job.

Used them a few times never a problem till now they gave me a price quote that was $450 i asked how much just labor was it was $150 i can get my part for $128 new lifetime warranty. labor plus parts is $278 but they told me $450? So i called and asked if i can bring my own part they said they dont do that.hmm well about a year ago i brought in a used exhaust manifold for my car they put it on no question. I have sent them business and will no longer do so.scamming people is the last thing i want to see in a autoshop.Dont go here...got mad when i called back and saidwe dont install customer parts if thats what your going to ask as i said hi i called a few minutes ago..shady business.you got caught. Its simple math.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE, I will take my truck here for everything from here on out. I have been here since 2011 and could not find a more honest, professional, informative, cost efficient mechanic option in Vegas. Long story somewhat short I owned my Tundra pro for three years and a year an a half into my new off road tires the inside of the front tires went bald and my breaks were making noise and my steering wheel would shake when I hit the breaks. . I then took it to sun auto on durango and the 95 and they told me I need a new alignment but needed to replace my front tires first. So I went to discount tire on tenaya and got all four of my tires replaced and balanced. I then took my truck back to sun auto and told them all of my problems again and asked them to look into the cause and they said I just need an alignment now so they did that for $100. Well now I had brand new tires but still had the brake noice and steering wheel shaking. So this time I brought it to One Stop Auto and Greg was amazing. They said the shaking was due to warped rotors and would take care of it. When I went to pick up the truck I found out they rotated my rotars and shaved them, in addition to re-balancing my wheels because discount tire messed that part up, in addition to telling me I didnt need an alignment (honest), in addition to putting my off road tires at the correct psi which discount tire messed up because they used my trucks max psi instead of my offroad tires max psi. Additionally he was honest and told me I have subpar breaks on my truck that brake masters put on there but said I still had a lot of meat on them and didnt need to change and said once they do get worn down they can throw some good ceramic brake pads on there for me. Bottom line One stop auto charged me 180$ to do all this and my truck now drives like a dream with no issues. Since Sun auto, break masters, and discount tire are all big companies I figured they would be honest and produce quality work. I will now only go to Gregs One Stop Auto shop for everything including tires, breaks, oil changes. No need to go anywhere else, I trust them with my truck. WARNING, there is a hack auto shop right next store to them, dont go to that shop, make sure you walk into one stop auto . Oh yea I also gave no notice on a saturday to get all this fixed and they fixed everything in 4 hours :) I dont ever write reviews but I think everyone in Vegas deserves to go to an honest mechanic and these guys do everything, your welcome!
