All I have to say is, Danny is the MAN!We bought our tires at this big o tire with the warranty.Now I’m in Texas needing assistance on two tires, they didn’t want to honor the warranty(a sister company not big o) and he talked to them for us and made sure we were treated right.Let me tell you, I felt like I had a big brother backing me up. I wish I can give more starts just for going a above and beyond. There is such thing as good service and he delivered EXCELLENT service.Danny if you read this from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!!!

We came in here with a flat tire and they took us in right away. They open early so we got there around 7 in the morning. They checked our tire pressure on all 4 tires and adjusted the air on all of them without a cost. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. These guys have excellent service 👍

Got there at 12:48 was told an hour and half wait needed to get the rotation and balance done, so I decided to wait. Was out by 2 pm professional courtesy service. Giving me the longer estimate helped my mind set

Why can’t all stores have customer service like Big O Tire on El paseo. I’ve been coming here for a few years. I’m always greeted kindly, treated respectfully. Had to wait a week on a tire I was promised to get the next day. Horrible customer service and a bad experience all around. Wont be going back for sure. Use the Big O on US highway 70 instead. Totally different experience than the one on El Paseo

Everyone was really helpful right from my first phone call to order tires. I had to order one after a blowout and it arrived the next day. I then ordered two more for the remaining old tires a week or so later. When I went in to have the tires put on, I was treated really well and felt comfortable in the waiting area. It didnt really take all that long and the coffee was good. Yay! I asked if I could get the oil changed almost as an afterthought and they assured me that was no problem. The whole experience was great and Ill definitely return because of amazing service and affordable prices.

Went to order some wheels for my truck on my lunch break and regardless of how busy they were I was taken within a timely manner. Fast, friendly and very efficient!

I was a little weary of taking my car to a corporate shop but this is now my go to place. Alex gave amazing customer service. They cut me a huge deal and fixed some things going on with my daily driver that other shops couldnt identify. I feel relieved to be driving a safe vehicle. Im an essential worker and my car hasnt had a break through the entire pandemic bit these guys kept it running and driving great. Ill always pay a little extra for their work always and forever. These guys treat you like family.Also. They deserve raises. Just saying :)

They are the only tire shop who offered me removing my wheel locks for free because I just did balanced the wheels. They only charged me $30 for the balance which is really cheap comparing with the other stores I talked to. Took me about an hour waiting. The have coffee,water and donuts. Respectful employees and helpful. When they took my locks they put 4 regular nuts on each wheel for free.

Daniel was awesome! He helped me out with a broken tire. Everything was replaced under warranty. Was in and out in an hour!

I live in El Paso, but work in Las Cruces. I had a low tire pressure alert on my BMW. I didnt know if I should continue home to El Paso or have it looked at immediately. I arrived at Big O about 30 minutes before closing. They immediately said yes they could help me. The tire tech who helped me, Chris checked all the tires and found one to be low. He even offered to help reset the indicator on the dash display. He was very smart and was able to get reset in a matter of minutes. I relearned a valuable lesson that day. Dont judge a book by its cover. This kid Chris had tattoos, large piercings in his ears and face. But he was such respectful, helpful and smart young man. I will go back when I need new tires for any car.This place is close to shopping areas,food places and a church. If there is a wait, then you can keep visiting these other places.

So I have recently experienced car trouble, being a young women and far from family I thought that I would be the perfect individual to scam, but no this Big O Tires was of much help in specific Gus Sanchez; he was very attentive and help full from the minute I walked in, he kept me udpated on auto parts and gave me much needed advice. Ive worked in customer service before and he had exactly what many locations need he was patient with me and explained everything, he helped me find what I needed at decent price. Where do I start ? First of all, I had a very great overall experience. The person I dealt with was Alex Martinez, he greeted me with a big genuine smile and he was just a delightful person to talk with.He gave me all the facts without any unnecessary information and never suddenly found issues with my car that werent there.I booked an appointment at 3pm and my car was done within the hour. Unlike another well known shop in town that takes 3+ hours to do an alignment and thats with an appointment. If you didnt book one, good luck.I am very satisfied that I came to Big O Tires where the people working there actually want to help you because they want to, not because they have to.If I could give a six star rating I would.

I had a bad experience years ago and had not been back to Big O for several years. My husband suggested I go back and I did when I recently incurred a flat tire and was also long overdue for an alignment. While I ended up having to pay for more than I had expected to, Becky Gomez was awesome! So incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. She will be the main reason I return. While I was pleased with the service and the professionalism of all of the staff, Becky was and is a shining star.

Spoke to Alex Martinez, he was very friendly and totally professional. Listened carefully to our needs and solved our problem quickly and worked out a fair deal. Work was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Alex and Big O Tires.

What a great group of guys. I was traveling g to CA, and had a flat tire. Went there there and within minutes, they fixed the tire and I was back on the road. Ive gotten a few bigger jobs done here in addition to oil changes and tire services, and Ive recommended them on several occasions. They are transparent about their reasonable pricing, the jobs to be performed on your vehicle, and they are always friendly and efficient! I just left there and it was another great experience. They have plugged tires for me for free, and I got a ride to and from home when I lived I town so I didnt have wait at the shop all day. Its the mom and pop vibe with genuine enthusiasm for their customers.

Love the Big O Tires on El Paseo Rd. Staff has great customer service, Daniel always makes sure my car has the best care. Gus, its always a pleasure to speak with when you call in. Never get less than what I pay for, in fact, I always receive more than I pay for! Over all the best place to go for anything my car needs.

I usually dont like to leave reviews, but when you get incredible service, I have no choice.. my tire was going low and the staff was super friendly and told me that they would have be done as quickly as possible,,, they gave me a water as I waited.. I have a few different businesses and the staff didnt know this but I sat and watched how incredible the staff was with every customer.. I was very impressed,, also as i waited i wasnt aware of the many services big O offers... Big O you have won over a customer that will come to you for all my vehicle maintenance as well as my company vehicles! 5 stars all the way to big O!

This tire shop has been around for quite a while and has a wonderful reputation with the community. I have always been happy with the work they have done. Its always nice to save some money as well, since they are very good at beating prices, while still keeping high quality.

When I went in for service, it was quick and easy. They did a great job replacing my tire. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Initially came because I am aquatinted with an employee but stayed for the service and professionalism. The financing plans and prices, in my opinion, are great deals. In part due to how well they treat their customers and how understanding they are. 10/10 would recommend.

Bogus! Was charged an outrageous amount for a remanufactured part. Crooks.

Back in April, we pulled into the shop near the end of the day with a deflating tire. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They worked for over half an hour to diagnose why the tire had air loss. Then they found a nail in the tire that no one who worked on the tire before was able to notice. They fixed it quickly and told us there was no charge. Their Awesome service helped us get back on the road to continue our traveling. Awesome service!

Good place for tires, the only Downer is after the tires are sold to you and you go back for a free air check be prepared to wait over 30 minutes, everybody seemed too busy to help me with this.

I had my tires rotated there. I have always been treated well when going there. I was done in less than an hour. I bought my tires there and will do so again when the time comes.

This place is good for tires to shop but when I took my jeep to get an alignment because I didnt want to do my own old school alignment they have me wait an hour to take my jeep in the back and 10 minutes later they said they cant do it because my shocks were supposedly bad and my lower ball joint was bad when I just put grease in it and some leaked out and I check it myself the day before theres no movement what so ever and because my sway bar wasnt connected and said it was a safety hazard I argue with them to say Im here for an alignment not a safety lecture this is the 2nd time they refused to do a professional alignment because my ford had 2 year old tie rods when they were still in good condition not loose or falling apart but you have to have a perfect vehicle for them to do an alignment.

Its a BIG Bother for you to pull up for a tire pressure check. I got there at 8:01, left at 8:17. 4 different guys eating burritos looked at me and they all walked away. They cameback, walked around, then went off to get another vehicle as I sat there waiting. 2 other guys at a different port were there also. Not one person approached me. It wouldnt have even taken 3 minutes of their day to check my tire pressure.

Very honest employees, I saved $160.... I originally went to a brake “masters”And was told I needed front brakes replaced due to squealing sound... price was a bit high so I came here to Big O tire and issue was just dirt causing the sound.... I recommend everyone to come here!!!! Don’t be fooled or scammed elsewhere....
