Service was excellent. This was one of the few shops in town who had tires in stock. Staff was professional, and treated vehicles with respect.The waiting area needs work. I know it is covid restrictions, but there needs to be a few more seats.

Went in on Saturday around 1:30-1:45 for a rotation on my tires and to balance after a while I saw a sign on the door that they closed at 2. I asked why and Jonathan said they had an company appreciation event. Knowing they wanted to leave but they still did the job (that I was not in dire need of) and they treated me right left my car well balanced and airs checked. Heck they even checked my fluids. I have a leak on both wheels and they were able to get me cheap deals on good branded tires . They even went out of their ways to open up my 3-piece wheels and redo the sealant to prevent the air from leaking out . They did so much For me. Appreciate John and all his kind staff

I am a returning customer. I really like the tires carried in the store. I sadly spent 5.5 hours waiting for my tires. I would of appreciated honesty on their part about having too many customers lined up. Perhaps the number of tire guys was the issue. It was after 6 and they were still installing tires. Love the tires.

Scheduled an appointment so I wouldnt have to wait for a simple tire plug, and still sat with no a/c in the lobby for 1.5hrs. I asked for them to rotate tires as well (they didnt, as the plugged tire is in the same position)

They hired two new young adults at customer service who are really bad at customer service. Manager is letting customer service go bad. They were good, but Im taking my business elsewhere.Follow up, general manager called me after seeing my review and was really nice and understanding. I will keep buying my tires here as general manager is looking into this.

I love Martin Tire. They have the best service ever. My days off are Saturday and Sunday so I expect Saturday to be a busy day but Jonathan and Joan still manage to keep great service. I went for a flat repair and it took over an hour but they let me know before hand, they actually said 2 hours so they got there times down! I went into have a tire repaired and a few hours later received a phone call my car was ready. Paid for the repair and left. Parked my car for a.few days and went to get in it and noticed the same tire still had the nail in it. Went back to Martin Tire in Las Cruces NM and told customer service my issue. He stated maybe it was a 2nd nail, I did have a picture of my tire from the 1st time. Pulled my car into the bay and went to leave I asked him dont you need my locking nut to change my tire, still new in the box I said so that proves my tire didnt get anything done to it the 1st time and Im out $17 for nothing. I will never go back there. 1st guy was more interested in eating and joking with office staff. 2nd one didnt have a clue. I felt like I was treated as a dumb female.

This was my first visit to this store. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. They didnt have the tires I needed in stock, but gladly ordered them. The price point is lower than the dealership with far more options. You cant go wrong shopping here

I was very upset that I called well over a month ago to get a quote for a fuel cleaning service, oil change and spark plugs replaced the employee told me it would be $343.88 so I called last week to make an appointment spoke with an employee named Eric and he told me it would be the same price only for me to get there today and he was gonna try to charge me $460 + tax 😮😮😮 I will never attempt to do business here again!!! Then Eric tried to argue that he didn’t give me that quote yet he’s the only Eric that works there 🤔 this place is ridiculous!!!

Excellent service & when you take your car in to rotate the tires, they dont automatically tell you that you need new tires like Discount Tires does!

The actual day of the service was fast, an done properly. But I had to call them about my tire, being delivered. I came in the two days prior. An was told I would be contacted, when the tire gets in. It that didn’t happen. As I stated, I had to call them. But the men and women at the shop took care of me, very professionally.

I have never written a review before but this was the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had. There was zero communication for almost a week. We were waiting for 2 tires and kept being told they were either on their way or soon would be. Today was the last straw I showed up at 8 oclock in the morning with an appointment only to be told the tires never arrived. I will never go back which is a shame considering weve used them several times before.

Ive yet to have a pleasant experience here. I purchases a set of 4 tires for my SUV and have had continual issues with one of the tires. Ive had to return multiple times and have not have good customer service despite being helped by a different person each time. I dread having to go but Im sick of having to add pressure to my tires every two days. Im made to feel like an inconvenience for going in to get the issue resolved, and its always a waste of time because all they do is add air amd tell me to come back if it goes flat again. I definitely wont buy tires from here again. Indo t recommend Martin Tire Company.

I have been going to Martin Tire for at least 15 years. I have bought all my tires there, and have all service such as tire rotations and balancing done by them. The fact that that service if free is truly amazing in this world.My brother- in- law went to them when he needed his truck tires balanced when he was visiting. I willalways recommend them to anyone who could use their service.I go there just to let them check my tire pressure because I am not so good at trusting myself and theyare always willing and smiling.

Been going here for years. Decent prices and a decent wait time. 4 tires and a 3 year road side assistance warranty for under $500. Great staff and knowledgeable mechanics. Wait time can be up to 2 hours which is only reason for 4 stars

Ever since the previous manager left the quality of service has gone down. The time it takes to be serviced has gone up tremendously with absolutely no sign of care from the managers. Been using the store for years now, shame to see new managers ruin a good business.

I have been buying from Martin Tire since 1977. I have never had a bad experience. Great service, have made friends with many of the counter agents over the years. Service has always been quick as possible, courteous and friendly.It seems the new computer system that is currently being used causes the counter staff a little agrevation.

The employees at martin tire are good people who deserve to receive a reasonable pay for servicing your vehicles. please know that Martin Tire co. does not feel the same way. Recently your state government elected to raise the minimum wage. Your local martin tire, a company that makes enough money to make advertisements and take their managers on “managers retreats” has elected to take a different approach. Now, a tire tech who used to work 45 hours a week, just enough to support his family must deal with taking home 30 hrs worth of pay per week. the martins answer is not to reward it’s employees who bleed and sweat every day installing tires and making revenue for the company, but to cut hours and save more money so that owners like Ron Martin Jr, David Martin, and GM Charlie Biard can live comfortable lives. shame on this company

UPDATE: Charlie the Gm of martin tires resolve my complaint from my road hazard warranty. still not a fan of jonathan that works at the front, i shouldnt have had to contact higher management to resolve a issue of not replacing my tire when another shop said yes to the tire replacement that i paid extra for when purchasing my new tires with the road hazard warranty ... at the end of the day everything was resolved and i appreciate charlie for doing so. the manager that use to work at this location should be hired back he was also for the customers and always helped anyone that came into this business, dont remember his name i just know he was the person who sold me 4 NEW TIRES at that time.

I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years and I own 5 vehicles. They have excellent top brand tire choices and have always offered me great prices for all my needs. I buy the tire warranty service, which has paid for itself over the long run and they take care of all my tire rotations, flats and balancing promptly.

They didnt install my wheel center caps right notice the noise as I was driving home got out fixed the and noticed I lost one. I went back the next day to let them know what they did wrong and told me they were going to order the part free of charge and they will call me back. A month went by and I decided to call them to see what happened and I was told I had to pay for the part and said it wasnt their fault and stared arguing with me over the phone. I didnt care much for the part but the way they treated me after doing business with them, that is unacceptable. Never going back or recommending this place.

Though the service was slower than I remembered to change a single tire, I was glad to pay only $12.50 since it was under warranty.

Staff was friendly. They changed out my tire really quick. Always been satisfied with their service.

Too lazy. I went there to get a quote on some tires and the guy said it would be about an hour and a half to 2 hours. It was only one car in the bay while all the others were empty. I took my business to discount tire and I was in and out of there within 30 minutes.

Well where do I start its a Saturday martin tire closes at 5pm Ive heard so many good things about them till this experience. I noticed they werent that busy so I went at exactly 3:30 I gave my keys to the man up front asked for 4 grand new tires with road hazard. They guy told me my car would be done that day and that I would recieve a call. Well I received no call and to top it off I needed the car Sunday and of course I work on Monday and now I have to miss work because of this issue I wont be going there anymore heads up make sure they can get the job done before you give them your keys.

I will not recommend this tire shop. I had to take my car there twice in one week to fix a flat tire. The second time, they made a big dent on the side of my car and insisted it was there before. I just walked around the car to check all the tire pressures the night before. It is impossible that I didn’t see the dent. They are just liars. I will tell all my friends, coworkers, and family NOT to take their cars to Martin Tire.

As I got there they realized that what I needed couldn’t be done in Las Cruces so they got me in at the El Paso location in plenty enough time to get there. Not only that while I was there in Las Cruces I had a balancing issue so before I left they fixed my balancing issue for free just for the inconvenience for me having to travel to El Paso.GREAT people that actually care! I purchased a vehicle, FSBO, with tires purchased from Martin Tire in Las Cruces. I inquired today if I could have the tires rotated and if they would honor the Free rotation/balancing package which was purchased with those tires for that vehicle. They said, No, sorry, we cant do that. So I told them that I would take my business somewhere else, most likely Discount Tire. Why would you not give me the deal? You just lost a customer and potential business for years to come. Give a little in the beginning, and get back a lot later on. Very stupid business practice. Not smart at all. This review doesnt let me give a 0, but thats what I give them, 0 stars out of 5.
