I am more than impressed with my experience here at Vescovo! My car broke down on a Monday, went to them that evening, purchased the car on Thursday! Our salesman, Joey, was very open and up front with us about the car and the pricing. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he had it! There was no pressuring for something I don’t want or need, any extras, or a more expensive car. He let my husband and I test drive it, which is always so helpful. The process of signing took a while, but I figured it always does. This was my first time going to a dealership to purchase, and not from family, and I highly recommend them!! And not just Joey! There was a very kind front desk receptionist, I forget her name, and another sales lady who was nice as well. Christina who was in charge of finance was very patient and took her time to make sure that we were happy. I didn’t feel anxious or stressed about coming here or my decision with my car like I did at other dealerships. If we’re still stationed here next time I need a car, I’ll definitely be coming back!! When I initially made the appointment, they were able to verify my contact information without any questions. I then received an appointment reminder via email. The service agent was very professional and the service was performed within in a timely manner. I drive a Lexus vehicle and am very confident in their capability to perform maintenance on this make.One recommendation, since they do have a car wash at the dealership, it would be a nice gesture to offer a wash after the service is completed.
The service team was very nice. I was told the wait was one hour and forty-five minutes, and it took two and a half hours. The associate communicated with me once during that time. I understand they are very busy, but communication goes a long way. The overall experience was good.
Go to Wayne Sheppard it was the best dealership experience ive ever had. I had drove 5 hours for the car of my dreams. I didnt feel pressured to do anything and they showed everything that was flawed with the car (minimal wear) before I took the long drive. They honored the trade in rate as well. Amazing sales man and overall a good guy. Highly recommend Wayne.
Called dealership for info on updating navigation maps. Service rep informed me that I needed to come in to have dealership do the update and that the update was included in my warranty. Arrived for appointment this a.m. and was told that update was not included on warranty and the card was available to me for $168. Soo...Vescovo cost me a drive to and from El Paso plus time wasted. Be aware that you may get bad advice from appointment desk.
I went in for a concern I had on my Tacoma today, and I have to say I got some great customer service from the service writer Jesse, as well as the Technician Jeff that worked on my truck. I took my car in for routine maintenance and even though the service department was slammed they got me out as soon as possible. Everything in the customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. (A little chilly though!)
I made an online appt. Masks were being worn in the service area (close proximity). I showed up ten minutes early for the warranty 5000 mile and they got me right in. I waited in their comfortable area for forty five minutes and was out without a problem. Easy, fast, safe, and comfortable errand.
I can’t say enough about how helpful service manager Grant and Jesse in the service department were. They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service as I was dealing with a broken down vehicle from across the country. Grant especially gave me very detailed information on the condition of the car after their inspection. (I usually hate how mechanics talk to me as a woman, but Grant treated me respectfully and intelligently). They did not actually do any repairs on our car so I can’t speak to that, but they helped us navigate all kinds of details in getting the car transported out of state. Thank you so much for helping us walk through a really hard situation!

The last time we bought a car, we spent ALL DAY at the dealer, and when I relayed these concerns to J.C., he directed me to begin the paperwork process online, got the car ready, we went to dealership the next day, and in under 2 hours, we left with our 2018 Toyota Rav 4. By far the easiest car shopping experience EVER! J.C. and the entire Vescovo team were fabulous!
Although inventory was low. They were helpful and more than happy to meet my car purchasing needs as my family was getting me a car for graduation. It is a fabulous place to go and I got an amazing car. Joey was a no pressure dealer that was great to work with.
I wanna clarify a lot of things happened during in the car dealership. When I brought in my car to fix it, it took 5 hours just to get 3 minor things done. And it cost me more than $500. Not only that but the car repair person didn’t inspect my car properly, it was still broken. Not to mention but the employees were rude. I wished I can give this a -10/5 star review. I don’t wanna come back and hopefully people will read this and understand this situation as well that this car dealership or car repair shop ain’t worth it.

Service appointment: were timely and did the requested work. Everyone wore their masks correctly. Uncrowded waiting area. Only thing keeping them from 5 stars is the staff attitude. They are business appropriate but not very friendly.

I had my oil changed in my 2015 IS350 F Sport and was told that I needed a new battery (approximately a year and half ago). My battery hadnt given me any problems but I trusted the expert recommendation from the Toyota representative and felt good about the warranty they sold me on.I was sold an expensive Toyota brand battery at around $127 and even charged $44 extra for its installation. The battery came with an 84 month warranty.Today the battery failed and I called Toyota expecting great service and was informed that since I drive a Lexus and not a Toyota they will not warranty the battery. I was told that the employee that sold me the battery should not have and that he no longer works there.Buyer beware! I would have been better off not trusting their representative. My original battery was working great and now Im out of Luck. -K B
I went to Vescovo unsure of what type of truck would best fit my needs and thanks to Brando Campos I now have the perfect truck sitting in my driveway. Brandon is very professional and knows what he is doing when it comes to Toyota’s. I never felt rushed or pressured at any time. The dealership didn’t have the truck I wanted on the lot but Brandon found one that was already on order. Purchased a car there in September. Everyone was great and extremely helpful. They were willing and ready to work with us and had no problem accommodating us when we had a time conflict. They were very professional, but werent intimidating. I have tried to buy two toyotas from Vescovo of Las Cruces in the past two years. Back in 2019 or 2020 I wanted to bring cash down on a Toyota tundra but after I talked to the salesman about the toyota and told him I wanted to bring cash to let me know on my trad in. NO call back!!! 2021 I call about a toyota and sent in vin# and pictures for my trade NO call back!!! My wife was treated so so bad by your parts department front desk and parts manager we never even went back to get the part or our $150 dollar refund. I have taken my business to Fox Toyota in El Paso and will never buy anything from Vescovo Toyota of Las Cruces nor will I recommend to anyone.Vescovo Toyota of Las Cruces will have to change if they want me or my companys business.

My experience with Vescovo was amazing. As a woman buying an automobile on her own it can be a bit intimidating and I have never liked to deal with the typical car sales man due to not having the best of experiences in the past, however Wayne went above and beyond! He did not give me the car sales man pitch. He was honest and looked out for my best interest. I would definitely recommend him and Vescovo. I can not remember the name of the numbers guy as he introduced himself to me but he was also very helpful and attentive. Oh and I can not forget Christina she was great and also very kind. Vescovos Internet Sales Manager, Brandon Campos, found the exact new car with my specification and help with all aspects of the purchase of a new Toyota. He found a Camry without a moon roof and with my other requirements. He was very helpful.

We enjoy working with personnel at Vescovo. The saleslady, Courtney, is excellent with all her customers. The only suggestion I would like to discuss, we had to wait three and half hours before we completed the paperwork.Nothing to do. We traded in two vehicles and bought our pickup. The deal was completed within thirty minutes, but the wait was three more hours to sign the paperwork.We would definitely return again if we wanted to purchase another vehicle.Linda Almquist
I was pleasantly surprised to find that a rather obscure part of the seatbelts was still available for my 24-year-old Tacoma, and at a reasonable price, to boot! Installation took about an hour, just as estimated. Vescovo even arranged and paid for in Uber driver to take me home while work was being done, then pick me up to return to the dealer when the truck was ready.

I had to bring in my car for a recall on my airbags and they were so helpful! They were very COVID aware. They offered a vehicle to take me home and it was done in over an hour. Excellent employees and service done! If I have any other issues I know where to go!
Was nervous about considering getting a Toyota after only owning a Chevys but I have heard good things about Toyota’s. The service we received was amazing. We were greeted by a sales associate Joey Perez. He showed us many options that fit best for my self and my husband. He treated us like family. He was very attentive to us for any questions and concerns we had. It wasn’t just the vehicle that sold us it was the service as well. I was driving from coast to coast and had some car issues near Las Cruces. I pulled over at a rest area and called Vescovo Toyota to see if they could help me. Anthony was extremely helpful and even fit me in right then! It was a busy Saturday and they were booked but they saw me anyway. Anthony was so nice and they figured out the issue and had me on my way in about an hour. He answered all my many questions and didnt even charge me. I highly recommend this service center. Good service and parts department. Been taking my previous Toyota there for all maintenance / service and they have always taken care of me.The sales department which I just used for the first time was average at best. My salesperson was very friendly and communicated well with me until the sale was over. Literally the day after the sale she did not respond to a question I texted about the car. I emailed her the day after that and still no response. So much for please let me know if you have any questions.I have purchased many cars in the last 40 years. I have had much better car buying experiences and much worse. I would have went to another Toyota dealer for the purchase if one was close. I just didnt feel like the sales department was looking out for me.In summary I think Vescovo Toyota service and parts departments are very good but I would rate the sales department as average.

I wish I could give a good review and this review is only based on service department. We had to take our truck in three times to have the 1)recall on radar when took for oil change we where informed the recall was never completed which took 4 hours 2) recall on fuel pump couldnt fix because didnt have it so back we go again got it installed the next day the service light came on they didnt hook up a hose. 3) so another recall and took it back AND once again the service light came back on took it back to find out they broke a hose and to top it off they dont have the part.... so be aware of their service department

Last Saturday (4/24/21) I called the dealership to speak to a service rep. The receptionist said no one was available and to leave my name and number and someone would call back. After waiting two hours, I called again and no one answered the phone. A message said to leave my name and number and someone would call back. It has now been 7 days and no one has ever called me back. The dealership is not worth the effort.
I had an appointment and when I arrived I was told the estimated time of wait. My car was ready well before the end of that time. My service was reviewed and I paid and was in my car quickly.
After reading some of the glowing reviews, I contacted Vescovo Toyota. I was ready to buy. Ive done all my research. I found a truck I liked and an alternate in case they didnt have the one I wanted. I sent a web inquiry, called and even chatted. I gave my phone number, email and the stock number(s). I even had my credit app filled out online ready to submit if they told me that they had the truck in inventory. Every other time Ive bought a car online, after I fill out the interest form, I get a call in less than 5 minutes. Not Vescovo. I received no response at all. There must not be a single salesperson who needs to hit their numbers this month because thats the only reason I can imagine they wouldnt jump on a lead immediately.I guess Ill go to ABQ when the weather clears. Both their dealerships called me back immediately.UPDATE: This dealership is the worst. I talked to a sales rep after the GM had to tell him to call. They offered me over $2k less than other dealers. I offered to split the difference if we could make a deal. The sales rep told me, they would only go down another $500. I asked how quickly he could get numbers for me if I filled out the financing app. He then told me that he isnt in the store today after telling me last night that he would be there. I was astounded and said, its the weekend, when do you sell cars if you take half the weekend off? His response? I sold three cars yesterday. If my employee ever said that to a prospective customer, Id fire them on the spot.By the way, the GM who posted his number was unavailable when I called today and will not be in until Wednesday.
I had been having trouble with my hands after a long drive. And when I talk to Anthony about it he told me exactly what he thought it was and Sure enough it was out of balance the tires. So they know their stuff they’re very friendly. I would recommend them.

It was fairly easy to get an appointment convent to me. Easy to check in. The car was done when scheduled.
Went in for 100K mile service package deal and was not impressed with the cleanliness of this dealership. The women’s restrooms were atrocious and the lobby area furniture looked like it needed to be disinfected. I had previously gone to the Acura dealership in El Paso with a friend for his 50K mile service and their dealership was immaculate. Plus they even offered their customers free water, coffee, and snacks.
I had the alternator and fan belt replaced on 10/24/2019. The alternator had to be ordered while the fan belt was available. Overall, the service was satisfactory as I was eager to get my vehicle back. I was very happy when I picked up my truck on the 25th. After looking at the new trucks and the prices, I realized my 06 Tacoma is still a very beautiful truck!!!!!
Before I went in I spoke to Joey one of the sales people and he set up an appointment for me. I went in the next day and was so surprised how helpful he was and how honest he was. He was so helpful and great to work with. He didn’t push me to do anything. I didn’t want to do and he made my experience so great we’re going back to get my husband his car! I loved it I would recommend so much!

Watch out for the Service Department, specifically Grant Schauer. Grant unfortunately is the customer relations manager and service department manager. He is rude, unethical and avoidant if you have an issue. He personally told me the buck stops here when trying to resolve the same issue that was present from purchase for months. Telling me new reasons for the same problem every time I brought the car back doesnt add up - especially the one where he told me its the way the road tracks and its how I drive. Maybe if I drove only one road forever that might make sense. I guess I upset him when I called him out on his passive approach to get rid of me, because after pointing out that issues should have been checked when they werent in front of a packed waiting area, he said he would give a one last good faith check for me and I was actually correct. I got my car back with a cracked hub cap that afternoon - coincidence? Basically, I have always bought Toyota but the way I was treated here at Vescovo has made it so that I will never trust or buy another Toyota or Toyota dealership for life. I hope this local business will start seeing the patterns and do something about- buyer beware!Update: I see you follow your same patterns consistently, Grant. Please see the email chain below as I have already reached out to you and tell me how seriously you take my feedback.

Unable to schedule service via web page because the Chat flyout covers all of the input fields on my PC. Very SLOPPY!
