Good place that changes my oil at a good price. They take care and respect your property never had any issues since day 1. If you have a problem with vehicle they will show you what they found so no chance of over charging and fluffing a bill

5 stars isnt enough for the service I got. I was passing through Las Cruces in my motor-home when the Jeep I was towing had a major blowout. I had to replace the tire but was worried about the possibility of other damage (the blowout was powerful enough to blow the front fender completely off). They were totally booked til the end of the next week but understood my situation and said that if I was willing to wait a few hours that they would squeeze me in sometime that day. It was 3 hours before they got to me after one appointment took less time than expected. They gave me a very complete inspection with a detailed report with all the measurements. Nobody else in town was even willing to try. To top it off when was ready for the bill they told me that company policy was that brake inspections would be free. Brake Masters I am very grateful.

I took my car to the shop because air conditioning was not working. They charged me more than $130 for diagnosis and coolant refill. After less than one week, AC was blowing hot air again. When I took it back, they incorrectly diagnosed this as a bad compressor with an estimation of more than $1200. When I took my car to PEP BOYS next door, they told me that the issue is not the compressor but rather faulty O-rings and leaking hoses. These repairs only cost me about $500 and solved my problem.

Went in for a rear brake maintenance. Rey greeted me with professionalism and courtesy. He explained that although another auto repair shop recommended the rear brake repair, BM had to review it for themselves to make sure that was the issue. Which makes sense especially if the work is unnecessary. Jeremy helped explain the pricing structure based on warranty, type of braking system, etc. enough was informative. After a thorough, free, inspection my rear shoes were replaced and drums refinished. An hour total and was half the price I was quoted by two other repair shops. Very happy to have my rear brakes fixed and serviced by BM. Should mention I was there at 9:30 on a Monday morning.

All transactions are made as easy as possible under the circumstances.All issues, with vehicles, are discussed in terms and in a manner that makes it easier to understand. All questions are addressed fully.When you find a mechanic shop that earns your trust you tend to stay with that business.By the way, dont let the name fool you, that work on way more then breaks.

Great company they totally explain everything to you period I had the alignment done on my Kia. And it floats on the highway now. I strongly recommend them period be sure to check out their website as they do so many services for cars period including inexpensive oil changes

When she told them she couldn’t afford that and only needed what she came in for, they refused to touch her alignment unless she agreed to pay the high price tag. Shame on y’all!! Absolute thieves. Amazing customer service! They took great care of my car. I thought my car was done for but they quickly diagnosed the problem. When I called around the prices were all pretty hefty to fix my car. The manager offered to fix it at a decent rate which was incredibly nice of them. You dont really get a sense of community from companies like this so to have this experience it was pretty amazing. Will definitely go back in the future and would recommend to anyone who needs help with their car problems.

I went to Brake Masters to get my oil changed, as well as new brakes which I had been told I needed from a different company (Jiffy Lube) a few months back. After waiting for my estimate, Juan who is the store manager came in and said, I’ve got some good news, you don’t need breaks, yours are still good! I was in shock! He could have easily charged me for something I didn’t need because that’s what I had been told, but he was HONEST!!! Let me tell you folks, honestly is the best practice!!! He took me back and even showed me that my breaks were still good!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better company that is honest, kind, and extremely helpful!!!! Jerry is phenomenal. I called for a referral to get my car fixed as I was under the impression they didnt do the type of work I needed. He not only told me they can do the work, but, part of the work I needed done was still covered under the warranty. He gave me a nice estimate as well for the cost. He spent time with me on the phone explaining what the parts are that I needed and how they work to keep the front end straight. What a breath of fresh air.

Called other places to know how much itll cost to replace an alternator on my car ($400 at pep boys) they said $150 so it was a steal! They found the alternator bracket completely broken which made my car stay in there for a couple of days until we finally found one. Thanks to the store manager for finding it off of another model!!! They installed the new alternator and noticed it was a Canadian model. Bought a new alternator and they fixed it up the following day. Labor for alternator + bracket + removing the broken bolt = $400. Beat that pep boys!!HUGE shoutout to Jeremy!! Thank you Jeremy for being an honest man!!! Will definitely be back if I have other problems I cant fix myself! Also thank you to the mechanics who worked on my car, sorry it was a pain it the butt but Im very thankful I left that place with a smile on my face!

I called to make an appointment to see how my brakes are. I was there a few moments earlier and I told the front counter guy I had an appointment. He looked but no name. I confirmed I called the right place. He asked if I got a name of who I spoke with and I did not. The counter guy then said since I didn’t get the name of who I spoke with it was my fault my name was not on the list. I walked out. I’ve been in customer service for 10+ years and you always try to make the Customer have a great experience. They could have apologized and ask if they could reschedule but nope!

I went in for rotors and brake pads as a local mechanic said I needed the day before. Jerry was able to squeeze me in and called me to tell me I didnt need them and they were good. Always get a second opinion if you think some quotes arent right. Everyone was great and they didnt even charge me.

I have to say I’m so disappointed!! My mom had her brakes “fixed” here. Well should I say ruined! They charged almost $3,000 for giving my moms car back worse than when she took it in. They definitely took advantage of her. Plus my dad called corporate to let them know what was going on and they said, “they did what they were supposed to do.” My mom took it back to get what they “ fixed” fixed again and they told her it wasn’t their fault, but they would fix it for $400. My mom felt she had no choice since she didn’t know what was wrong with it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

What a RIP off! Tried to charge almost a thousand dollars to do brakes pads, discs and a caliper. Did it myself for $285. Dont waste your time with these scam artists.

Do not use this place! Online scheduling doesnt work, so when I went to drop off my car they had no record of my appointment. Service took over two days. Driving after I left, I noticed a rattle in the front that had never been there, my cruise control no longer worked, and the brakes were awful. Took it to the dealer and learned that Brake Master didnt replace a sensor that is supposed to be replaced whenever the master cylinder is replaced, they didnt fully bolt down the firewall (the source of the rattle), and they used a generic master cylinder instead of an OEM part. After paying Brake Masters $1200, I had to fork out another $400 to the dealer to fix what they broke. While the brakes worked, the pedal continued to feel stiff and mushy at the same time. I am now having the dealer replace the master cylinder with the right part for my car, which is going to cost me another $1200. This place sucks and I will never recommend them to anyone. Do yourself a favor and take your car to the dealer. You might pay a little more, but you will save yourself headaches and money down the road.

After a few others opinions about what needed to be done to fix a number of problems, theirs was the most logical and economical analysis. They had a good attitude and let me into the shop to see the physical items they were talking about. Also, they helped out in costs by combining different labor expenses.

Very Honest! My wife and I took our truck in recent to have the brakes checked. I told them I thought the brakes needed to be done. After looking at it they said we still had 30% left of our brakes. They could have sold us a complete brake job when we didnt need it, given our brakes are the originals and the truck is 10 years old! We will be back!

Too busy for new customers went for 2 days in a row and wasnt able to get my vehicle at least in the shop!! First day i ask them if they were too busy about 2-3 hr wait to get to your vehicle Second day drop off vehicle at 10:30am and by 1:30pm was park were i had left was told there was still 1 more vehicle before mine. and hardly cars and customers when i drop it off in the morning. I had a 9:30 AM appointment this morning and the guy at the desk said it will be a couple of hours to get to it because they started working on a friends truck. I told him that I was assured by the person on the phone they would start at the time I slotted for and it would only be an hour. He just said sorry and there was nothing they could do. They will never earn my business.

I had called the day prior and scheduled for my brakes to be serviced. Luckily I went went earlier than my scheduled time to double check because the person that I talked to had not saved my slot. They had an open slot and they put me in which was earlier than what I had planned which also worked for me. Some of the staff made me comfortable and some of them seemed a little tense. The final check out price was not correct when I went to pay. Though it was a simple mistake, make sure you double check all of your numbers before checking out because they may make mistakes with the final prices like they did with mine. Overall it was ok service.

I took my car in to have a brake change an they messed up my Struck on front right side an they are denying it I just took it out from there shop an it was making a bad noise an I told them an thts how they are acting an the guy who changed my front left an right brakes didnt even put my tires back on all the way all of my front lugnuts where not tight at all

I went a few months ago for an oil change and tire rotation. I mark the tires to make sure they are rotated because I have had experiences of being lied to before. After they finish I remember to look at my tires and notice that the one that I marked is in the exact same place it was before. I go back to tell them and they promised me that they rotated them and then I told them that I had marked them. The guy at the desk goes and talks to guys who worked on my car and comes back and says that my tires were too worn out to rotate them. OK FINE Why didnt you just tell me that in the first place? This time I decided to give them another chance and they did the same thing- tires were in the same place, only I was on the run and didnt have the time to check right away. When I got the chance to check a couple days later, I noticed not only were the tires in the same place, but there is a plastic piece that is hanging from under my car. NEVER going back there again.

Adrian the manager tries suckering you into paying more. Place is full of liars. Marked a tire to see if theyd rotate it and they did not. They stripped my oil pan and lost the clips to my mud guard so they were not able to put it back on. Worst of all was having a brake inspection and being told I needed new rotors and pads then the next time getting another inspection and being told brakes were in good condition and did not need replacement. How is that possible if brakes have not been changed? Will not ever return.

They go above there job I really like that part only thing their a business so they give You full price instead of a break down so you kinda have be smart enough to ask a lot of questions or you might pay get something fixed that could wait for another pay day 😉😁

I had a battery that was conking out but I wanted to be sure it was the battery and not the alternator or somthing else. I agreed to pay for the diagnosis even if that cost was not deducted from the replacement or repair cost.A few minutes later the service manager confirmed that the battery had a bad cell and was the only problem. When told the price of the battery and installation I balked, saying I could save on the installation and could get a cheaper battery.I offered to pay for the diagnostic test snd he said don’t worry about it. He didn’t even mention, mych less complain about, the dog hair all over my car. Great service and good will. Can’t wait til I need other repairs—- not really, but I will return there.

These guys were so helpful!We went to brakemasters because we had a coupon for oil change. When they first did the car they realized we had a leak and redid the axel. We asked them to rotate the tires but our Nissan had locks on the tires and the special key we had was broken from jiffy lube breaking it, so we couldn’t get the tires rotated just yet! So we went to Nissan to get a new key, ( which they charged us $86) and came back to Brake masters so that they could rotate our tires and diagnose a squeaky sound coming from our back tire.They informed us that the Nissan keys on the tires were pretty much useless and that if we really wanted keys on our tires, you could get them cheaper at autozone. And helped us get the rest of the locks off the tires. They also rotated the tires, free of charge, as they promised on the first visit, since they couldn’t get the locks off the first time. Not only did they inform us on the locks on our tires, but they also saved us some money that day. Really honest people there. My mom brought them an apple pie as a thank you! Thanks brakemasters! Definitely will be going back!

The people are nice enough but next time I will get a quote before having service done. I was given an over the phone quote of $304 plus taxes for a timing belt and it came out to be $382 to have the timing, serpentine, and 1 other belt done. BUT they didnt ask me about the other 2 belts, they just replaced them without asking me, hoping Id cough up. Plus, I arrived at the shop at 7:15 a.m., was the 2nd customer in line, and ended up leaving at 1 p.m. For a job they had told me would take 3 hours, 4 hours most. The guy at the front desk kept telling me, Almost done. 2 hours later, Almost done. At 12:15, 5 hours later, I found out they had only just left to go get the belt I needed from another store. Oh, and I had an appointment. This is why people hate going to auto shops. They did give me a $25 discount but I am not sure if that was enough considering how long I had to wait.

On June 9th I took my Acura into the shop to replace my air conditioner. This was my first time working with them. I have had several local mechanics say it would be a certain amount to fix things and then when I go to pick up the car it is more money, so I am very apprehensive about working with auto mechanics. I worked with Adrian, the assistant manager. Adrian has a heart of gold. He truly wanted what was best for me and my car. Before scheduling the work, he also wanted to make sure that his top mechanic was available, not only to start the job but do the work till completion. Adrian worked with me and informed me of what was going on and did not do anything to the car without my permission. The price he quoted was very close to the actual bill (his quote did not include disposal and shop fees, an amount less than $20.00). As an Acura owner, and as the original owner that plans to keep this car, I am also very picky about what is done, who works on it, and the quality. Jeremy, the mechanic, looked the entire car over according to my maintenance schedule and found almost nothing wrong with the car. Thats honest and I am grateful. Also, neither Adrian or Jeremy tried to sell me anything. I really appreciate that. He then replaced my complete A/C system including the condenser and he also changed the oil and flushed the radiator. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions and concerns as items were completed as well as after the sale. Jeremy was as meticulous and detail oriented as Adrian promised. He has many, many years in the industry including Honda. I am very impressed with Brake Masters. They have thus far earned my trust and business and I will certainly be returning as more work needs to be done which should be a while since my car got an almost clean bill of health from them. If you are looking for professionals in town to work on your car, dont make the mistake I made over the past years assuming they could only handle brakes. These guys are top notch. As more is done on my car, I will be returning for more reviews. UPDATE: 06.13.2018...They continue to be my number one stop for all my maintenance and repair needs. Thankfully my Acura has not needed that many repairs just maintenance because their cars are pretty much bullet proof in terms of reliability. When it does need work I am still super happy with the service I receive. Thank you!

I went to Brake Masters based on the recommendation by Discount Tires. Brake Masters said they dont honor Discount Tires for a discount. Then A $50.00 ALIGNMENT COST ME OVER THREE TIMES AS MUCH. THEY HAD MY CAR UP ON THE LIFT WITH PIECES ON THE FLOOR AND ASKED ME IF I WANTED THE REPAIR WORK DONE . OR PUT THE BROKEN PIECES BACK ON THE CAR. I DIDNT HAVE A CHOICE AT THAT POINT.

Place is a joke tried charging $700 for a alternator when it was just low on powersteering fluid what a joke then they dont even top off the oil got oil changed and was low on oil then guys inside are A holes dont know what their doing. Dont go here

Apparently the meaning of tune up has changed to swapping out spark plugs... Even if you are marked for the oil change. You get 2 stars cause you actually did change the spark plugs but you lose 3 for not changing the oil or cables that a tune up requires also. Just wow guys... (Slow clap) wow

Dont waist your time or money with these idiots. I had bought a used car and paid $140 for a 360 inspection along with an oil change. They said my car was in good condition just suggested I get tires and brakes. Well my radiator blew up because there was no fluid in it (which they checked and said it was good) oh and my engine almost blew up because they forgot to fasten the bolt in my oil pan causing it to leak. Theyre a joke and thieves.

The worst place i ever went for a simple break change and out of nowhere all of a sudden they start saying I need all of these other things done to my car and to top it off some guy named Juan quotes me a price of 375.00 and I step outside for 2 seconds to make a call and when i get back inside he says its now 575.00 that he was giving me a break but changed his mind and cant anymore I will never ever take any of my vehicles there ever nor will I recommend this place to anyone unless they want to be treated awful and be lied to and want to pay a outrageous amount for crapy job.
