These guys are the best! Took my car in and they had it ready when they said they would! Super sweet young guys!!!

We were traveling through Las Cruces and had a water leak in our engine. We contacted several diesel repair shops in the area. They could help, but we would have to wait 5-7 days before they could look at it, not repair it. We located Brando. He stated to bring our truck in that day. Brando had it fixed by the end of the day and because we were parked in an RV park. He picked us up so we wouldn’t have to get a Taxi or Uber. He was very professional and got us back on the road very quickly. He was very knowledgeable about our truck.

As a mechanic, Ive been there a few times when I wanted repairs instead of doing them myself. The service was excellent. Fast, friendly and up to expectations. I recommend giving them a try-out if you havent.

The only mechanic in Las Cruces that would take the time to look at our vehicle as we were broken down and stranded. The lady that I spoke to was very kind, professional, and helpful. Thank you guys so much!

Very good place to get ur cars work

I have been going to this shop for the past two years and nothing but praise for the management and staff at Auto Doctors. We have 3 vehicles and each time Ive had something wrong they are able to diagnose, give me an estimate, and go out of their way to try and help me when I couldnt afford to pay for everything at once. I dont know any other mechanic or shop here in Las Cruces that does this. My experiences and their Awesome management and staff will keep me a loyal customer to AUTO DOCTORS!Plus they are not judgmental when you take in your vehicle because you think its falling apart only to find out you pressed the 4 wheel drive button on! I Highly recommend this shop to all!

They set the bar for what great mechanics and repair shops should be like.I was passing through on a long road trip and had some serious car trouble. They masterfully worked through diagnosing the problem, but the news was bad. The MB dealership wanted $7500 for a replacement transfer case, that was devastating news. Steven looked into it and felt like he could rebuild the case and replace the transfer case chain, if we could find one. We found a rebuild kit and got it shipped. Steven rebuilt the case and installed it in record time...and saved me thousands of dollars. It got me home and worked perfectly. I will never forget it.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR AUTO REPAIRS!!!!!!!!! We took our Mercedes to Auto Doctors and they replaced the fuel pump and filter. The car cut off again a few days later and we called back. The head mechanic told us it was the catalytic converters this time, and we would have to have them replaced at $1000 each. We got a second opinion from another auto repair shop, and come to find out, the entire fuel system had to be replaced. The main fuel pump that Auto Doctors had originally replaced was bad. We took it back and asked to get our money back for the fuel pump and they REFUSED...stating we had voided the warranty when we went to another shop. Understand that the other shop owner called Auto Doctors when he realized that the fuel pump was bad and had to be replaced, and asked if he could use the warranty to replace it...and Auto Doctors APPROVED his request!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I took my car in yesterday afternoon about 45 mins before closing. I was told I would not be charged until after diagnosis of my vehicle. I called this morning and asked for an estimate they were gonna charge me $280 to fix the switch on my rear passenger window?!?!?!? Of those $280 $160 was for labor. WAY OVERPRICED FOR A WINDOW SWITCH. So, I said I would pick up my vehicle instead and once I got there they charged me $80!!! Clearly they were upset because I did not want to leave my vehicle there. When I refused to pay and speak to the owner I was told to take them to court if I want my car back. TOTALLY UNFAIR I feel like I got robbed of $80. Never coming back here again and definitely NOT recommending this place to anyone I know.

All staff acted in a professional and caring way. I took my vehicle to other shops and the AC problem couldnt be detected. They were determined to get to the bottom of it and got it fixed! Courtesy calls were made to me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the work performed. Las Cruces is fortunate to have this shop available for Auto repair service!

Never went here i just called this shop asking how much it was to change out my brakes and the woman said just for the front is 120$ labor only witch i have never paid 120 to change out brakes in the front. that takes less then 20 min to do she laughs and says u got the wrong shop and hangs up on my face DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR MONEY NOR SHOULD THIS WOMAN BE ANSWERING ANY PHONE CALLS SHE HUNG UP ON ME TWICE!!!.PS to there update on there reply from there reviews this shop claims to beat any other price in town but now state i called the wrong shop ? dont offer to beat other peoples prices if you cant honor iT. you will never be successful in business if this is how you run things i just spent 5,000 dollars at (big 0 tires) and they replaced my brakes for 40 dollars as well and they have better customer service. I would put no stars but it would not allow me to postCannot trust their prices overcharge on labor and try to lie about not charging diagnostic and than said it’s included in the labor price when you tell them they are overcharging for the labor After bringing up that they said no charge on diagnosis than they said they can adjust whatever labor they want to chargeIt’s sad when you can’t trust people when they say they are honest and when called out they can’t remember their own lies and try to cover up very unprofessional I myself am a mechanic and run a shop upset that shops like that that give other honest shops a bad reputation of being untrustworthy

Would not recommend. Took my truck in to have timing chain and coolant leak fixed. The management is not customer service friendly. They will not call in to check in with their customer on the status of vehicle. They hire outside mechanics that are not real techs. The guy they assigned to install chain didnt use the right key for installation. The guy didnt install the crank shaft correctly and there techs admitted he had hard time putting everything back together. The parts that were removed from engine were not bolted in correctly. Leaving the shop the truck belt ripped due to not them aligning everything correctly. Basically all the employees and mechanics made excuses and dont know what there doing. The last thing they did was make sure to damage my transmission and now it leaks all the fluid in a matter of minutes. They made sure to leave me with a lemon and now will have to look at getting another vehicle. Do not trust these people. Poor management and if you show any sign of complaining they will damage your engine on purpose.
