I called Brandon needing a new valve stem because mine was cracked and he was a nice gentleman he told me to just bring it in they would take care of me at no charge. They were very kind and helpful in keeping my car on the road so I can make it to work for the week. They are always respectful and try their hardest to get you back on the road as fast and safe as possible. The facility is always clean and cool. This was one of the best experience I’ve had at a tire repair shop. Brandon went above and beyond to take care of me and my wife’s tire issue with the most professionalism I’ve had in a while. I have been to Tire Choice several times. Tony is helpful and the other guy who works the desk on Sundays is also helpful. They do a great job and it doesnt take all day to get the job done. They are pretty much the only place I ever go when my car needs some attention.

Went in for the first time to fix a leak of my coolant. Tony was very helpful and courteous. My car was even returned to me faster than expected which was great. Never been to a auto shop here in Lakeland but this will definitely be the one I use from now on.

Last week my best friend and internet celebrity Mersh (host of Nightwave Radio) brought his car here for an alignment, rotation and to check a slow tire leak. His tire is still leaking and his check engine light is still on. Getting his car aligned, rotated and fixing the tire leak did nothing to fix the check engine light! Its still lit up and has been lit up for the last year. Youd think taking your car to a shop would do something to fix it, but no.This place does a poor job and they probably figured theyd grift Mersh because he drives a nice car. Well guess what, you messed with the Nightwave fam so prepare to get 1-starred!ZEN RHINO OUT!

My husband and I came from Northern Illinois, noticed a low tire. As my husband went to check pressure of tire the value broke off.We called at 11 am and within an hour the tire was fixed. I could not recommend this place for getting a flat fixed .... I was quoted $ 42.50 to repair a low tire and that is Highway Robbery by anyones standards . I called around afterwards and verified .

I was deceived by the good reviews and regret going here for a battery replacement. I was charged 19.95 for a charging system test that is stated on their website as free (called and rectified this after the fact). I was also charged 17.88 for shop supply fees which were explained to me as cleaning supplies and floor mats... $17 worth for a battery replacement? This was all on top of the $25 in labor to install the battery. I should have gone literally anywhere else, so ask about the fees before you give them your keys.

The online appointments are a waste of time and you don’t accomplish anything by making one or saving any time.

I always go to tire choice for my oil changes and very disappointed in this last visit. Enough that I may not return. I specifically asked for brakes, ect to be inspected as I had just purchased a used vehicle and they did not do the inspection.

I checked around 3 different places, and they had the best price with guarantees. I decided to get a goodyear dura track tires for my truck. I was in and out in one hour.

Ive been a customer for several years. Tony and TJ run the business the old fashioned way - HONESTLY AND HARD WORK! They do the work the right way the first time around. I have had several major repairs and as you know repairs are not cheap. This is the only company I want to have work on my Saturn which has almost 200,000 miles on it. I stopped here to change tires on two cars and get oil changes prior to travelling on a family vacation. They offered excellent and courteous service, and finished one of the cars very quickly.On the other car, they discovered a strange and kind of dangerous issue - our brake pads were wearing unevenly, so the inner pad was stripped to nothing, while the outer pad appeared to be fine. They showed my husband and I the pads and explained our options, without putting pressure on us to get service right away.Both cars feel so much better to drive now, and I will definitely be returning whenever my cars need service!

Dont hesitate to buy your tires here. The experience was good. The service writer didnt push up-sales. They had the specific Yokohama tires that I wanted in stock when no one else in town had them on hand. They took me as a walk-in, no appointment. The out the door price was fair, only slightly more than a much larger competor down the road. In-N-Out in about an hour. Good work guys.

Needed a tire, was over $100, but included balance and getting it changed. No appointment.... The gentleman that helped me was very courteous, and was in and out in a jiffy.

Dropped in for a tire patch on my work van. After what seemed to be a over abundance of paperwork, the kind gentleman said it could not be patched because the hole was too close the the sidewall. Went to a different tire facility and they patched it and its holding air fine.

Very professional staff!

I went there to get a tire with a slow leak fixed. The service seemed slower I am other similar facilities Ive been to. I dont think there were any chairs for you to sit. The office staff that waited on customers were very, I want to say perfunctory, in that they didnt seem very friendly yet werent mean either. If you didnt ask a question they didnt volunteer any information. I dont think I even got a Hi when I first walked in. Im not sure if I would take my vehicle there for more than something like a flat tire even though they do some transmission work and other major car repairs. The reason being the employees dont strike me as enjoying the working conditions there so I dont think they would do their best work on my vehicle. The most animation I got out of the office personnel was when I got out my phone to do something else and the manager perked up and asked if I had Google for doing reviews. I said I do and he offered to waive the expense of the tire repair for a five star review. I happily agreed.

I will bring my car back time and time again for any mechanic work that needs to be done on my car or any of my family members card I have recommended all them to go there they were very professional wonderful customer service they were very knowledgeable in my vehicle they saved me a ton of money other mechanics were telling me that it was going to cost 6 or $700 these guys went above and beyond their job duties to run multiple test on my car to find out exactly what was wrong before they performed any mechanical work that could have set me back a large amount of money in the end it ended up only being a couple hundred dollars and it was done very timely

Went to this garage to get a thumping sound in my right front tire checked out. Tony came back a few minutes later saying my tire wasnt the problem, I had a bad front bearing assembly. I trusted him and $310 later My car was fixed...not really,I had tires rotated and guess what...my thumping was still there, I stopped at the Lake Wales Tire Choice garage and they found I in fact had a BAD tire,not a bad bearing assembly. I brought it to Tonys attention and he basically blew me off. I contacted customer service about this matter and they also blew me off. I have been a long time customer of the Winter Haven garage and for years had no issues that werent fixed quickly and friendly, in a respectful manner. I have left a bad review for this tire choice and was contacted by customer service requesting me to contact them,two phone calls,two answering machines and two messages.....no replies, guess customer service isnt much better . Sad way to do business, their garage screws up and the company backs them up.. I now have a braking issue in the right front that makes my steering wheel shake when braking hard. I brought this issue to their attention twice and they werent competent enough to find it....it continues and I have video recorded the shaking of my steering wheel it to show if necessary . I will need to get this fixed soon as it is a safety problem.

I have been very happy with the service given by the team at The Tire Choice. They have been very helpful and professional. Gamal and Tony are very knowledgeable and helpful with everyone that came in while I was there.I am technically skilled and quite capable of doing my own automotive work but keep that quite when dealing with shops and wait for the BS. I am VERY happy to say I never had a BS moment with these guys.

This place is hands down the best place to take your car or truck in Lakeland. They do a great job and are very honest with there work. Every time I bring my vehicle here I leave with it feeling solid and on the road like it’s done the right way as it should. Always polite and very patient. We have been going to McGee for many years. The team there has always been great, looking out for our needs and helping us to plan ahead for major repairs. Having four drivers and sometimes more than four cars keeps us busy with maintaining our fleet. Tony Rizzo is an excellent manager. We feel like we are part of a family rather than just being a customer.

My last visit to McGee Auto & Tire was for an oil change. The mechanic did a great job in inspecting the vehicle and letting me know what was needed. I did not feel pressured to purchase my services from them (like other place do) and the mechanic told me ...if you dont get it here, just make sure you get it done... This makes my experience at McGee great because the last thing you want is for someone to make you feel uncared for and that they just want to make a profit by buying their products. They also accept coupons which I greatly appreciate.

I always receive excellent service from your team. Tony and the guys always try to accommodate. The only thing they have ever not done was a dealer-only item. They never pressure sell, but may give options to choose from...even then they do only what you want done. They are trustworthy guys.

On Friday before Memorial day my friends vehicle broke down around 5:30 PM. A burst water hose was the culprit. I phoned Tony Rizzo, store manager with whom I have done business for over 20 years. Tony told me that the store would be closing at 7:00 PM. The wrecker service dropped the vehicle off at approx. 7:15 PM. On Saturday morning (MEMORIAL DAY weekend) I called at 9:00 AM to followup on status of repair. I was informed that repairs were under way and would be completed in a short time, which they were. I highly recommend THE TIRE CHOICE for prompt, reliable and professional attention to its customers,ALWAYS. !

The manager here is amazing. I brought my smoker there and it was a rust bucket on the way to the welders but I had to have two new tires. I didn’t buy the tires there but they installed them for a super great price!!I live in Riverview but will drive my chubby butt to this place for my next tires for sure !!

Recently in for normal oil change/tire rotation service, when Tire Choice staff informed me that my tires “had issues” and while my vehicle was up on lift in garage I was shown that EVERY tire had slits on the side walls on 4 tires. I was then told that the DOT stamp, which shows the date of manufacture and were only “good” for 6 years from the DOT Stamp date = So per Tire Choice staff my tires “are no good & need replacing”; and also stated they Would Not rotate my current tires. Hmmmm..?When I inquired about how this issue could happen Tire Choice staff had no answer; I also asked about the possibility of a manufacturer defect-but again got no response except Tire Choice staff telling me my tires were no good and needed replacement for a quoted $700+ price tag.... Really.....? Since when does the DOT stamp tell you when your tires are “no good” .....? And why would I get a mailer/coupon from Tire choice that ACTUALLY says “Industry safety standards require replacement at a tread depth of 2/32 inches or less”..... no mention of the DOT stamp???BEWARE

From start to finish it was an amazing and seamless experience. Found the tires I needed at a great price. The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be doing business with them again in the future.

Brought in my Geo Tracker (Tonka) after my wifes brother slashed my tires because she left him for me and Ill tell ya what the guy who helped us out I think his name was Brandon was able to get all tires replaced for a cheap price as well as an oil change (it had been about 10,000 miles) thing runs like a tank. Sorry for the disturbance us 3 caused in that there store but her brother just wont leave her alone. Yall were great thanks again.
