Super fast. Fixed a punctured tire. Had tire in stock. Had the correct machine for 22 inch tires. There are busy but its worth the wait. Good professional folks that care to be sure the work is done right. Will go back for more services

Took my car to get a patch for my tire. 2 weeks later I noticed air was leaking again. So I took it to Stingray for an oil change and told them to check out my tire, turns out Tire Kingdom didn’t patch it, all they did was put a plug in and messed up my tire even more, and now I have to get a new tire.

This is the place I go everytime I have a problem with my car. The guys up front are very nice and very informative. Never had a problem.Waiting area is very clean and they have great coffee!!

In the last few months, I made an appointment, I came in on time of not a few minutes early. The guy at the desk (Richard) was extremely rude, he decided to tell me I was late, because he was busy on the phone and that I missed my appointment. I was early, he was busy ignoring me. I understand he had a customer on the phone, but you dont tell a client off like that. Secondly, I understand the Prius is not a fan favorite of mechanics, but that doesnt mean you get to make fun of a customer for the car they drive, this happens to being to my parents, and I got it as a hand me down. He even made fun of me for praising a previous employer, Dolph. I hate to say it, but after that Im not coming back. I loved coming here, but the way he treated me, and in front of a friend of mine, nothing will bring me back.

Terrible way to handle a situation.I came in for new tires i bought online, and an alignment. While getting the tires on they decide ld for whatever reason it was necessary to take off my hub caps and broke it. After that i started watching the tech and watched him strip out the lug bolt hole on my hub. If I didnt see that they would have never told me i brought it up and they said to drive home with 4/5 lugs on my car and come back tomorrow for whatever reason. I come back at 10 as told and am sitting in the lobby for an hour in my frustration i leave and there was never any attenpt to make it right or even an apology, i am now stuck buying new wheel hubs myself as well as hub caps.

Nice guys and good prices but not the most caring of your car, really just wanna get you out the door. Last time I was there getting new tires mounted they scratched both rims when mounting the tire. This time he pulled too far into the parking spot and hit my front bumper against the parking stop and never even told me(I watched him do it). Also, they dont even bother to clean off the lubricant they use to put the tire on so youre left driving away with it flinging everywhere on your car.

Had made appointment for 10 oclock, went for my appointment they did not even have tires in stock had to wait three and a half hours later for them to go 20 minutes down the road to pick them up. And of course was not offered any discount or anything for the inconvenience.

Great as always. Had a 12 noon appointment for a tire replacement, was in & out by 1pm. The parking lot was full, but it was quick the people where friendly & courteous. Price of the tire and sensor where $400💰less than the dealer, with less wait time. 😍👍🏾

Thankfully I bought road Hazard protection when I bought my tires. They repaired the hole in my tire and aired my spare. The wait wasnt long either.

Had the BEST experience with this location. Pulled into the lot at 5pm on a Tuesday night (they close at 6) with a blow tire and blown spare. These guys were more than helpful especially with the store closing soon.At first we gave the incorrect size of tire and they didnt have it in stock. They suggested we try the stores close around and they would STILL place them for us. Turns out they actually had multiple of the tire we actually needed and almost every guy in there helped up slap em on and send us on our way.These guys were so friendly and helpful and this is the second time driving from Charlotte, NC to Florida for a drag race only to blow multiple trailer tires. Tire Kingdom is the only place that usually has them in stock.Thanks guys!

Came in today due to my car being off balance. I got there & was greeted with amazing customer service. They came to me and told me exactly what the problem was, had two tires replaced and an alignment done in about an hour. Everyone was super nice! One of the mechanics even had me take a picture of the wheel lock that I need for my car so I can be safe for my son. Thank y’all for the best experience today (6/8/2020). I came to Tire Kingdom to have two new front tires put on the front of my dually pickup. I had used Tire Kingdom multiple times in the past and Ive always been happy with the work that they did. After they installed the two new tires on the front I noticed that one of the rims had a large crack going from the lug nut all the way across the rim. I know for a fact this rim was not damaged when I brought it in because I just purchased the truck and I inspected the truck and took pictures of it when I bought it. I am a diesel mechanic and have had many years inspecting heavy equipment and heavy duty trucks and photographing them for record keeping purposes. I brought this issue with Don the manager at Tire Kingdom. They would not replace it with an alloy Rim which would match truck and is valued at approximately $350 but instead wanted to install a steel rim which is valued at approximately $80. I was in a rush to use the truck to complete a cross country haul job later that week and accepted the steel rim. When I brought the truck back in to have the steel rim installed all the tires had 80 psi in them.t had just check them before I brought them in. When they returned the truck to me one front tire had 40 PSI on it one front tire had 80 psi in it two rear tires had 50 psi in them and two rear tires had 120 PSI in it. I must have pissed them off because there is no way for tire to gain air pressure unless someone adds air pressure to it with an air compressor. With that type of air pressure in it the tires could have blown and cause an accident I could tell there was too much pressure in the tires because of how poorly it was riding. On top of everything I had a pair of Costa sunglasses that went missing out of the cab after they worked on it. I have been a Tire Kingdom customer for many years but I would not go back there until they made staff changes

These guys did an excellent job on my truck. They installed new camber bolts in upper control arms, did an alignment, and mounted and balanced 4 new35 in. tires for me for a better price then what everyone else wanted.

I brought my car into tire Kingdom on three or four occasions because I had a shimmy in the tires while driving it. I paid for them to balance the tires but that did not resolve the issue. I brought my vehicle in a second time with the same complaint and they did an alignment and said that should fix the problem. I brought it back a third time for them to check the tires and they said they could not find anything wrong. On my fourth trip they informed me that the CV axles were bad and quoted me a price of $780. Because it was not a tire issue I took it to my regular mechanic and he replace the CV axles. My mechanic asked me if they told me about the seals for the axles going into the transmission were leaking? He informed me that I was down a quart and a half of transmission fluid. They should have seen this problem, because it was very visible when my vehicle was up on the rack. Never was it mentioned. My mechanic replace the seals and put on brand new axles for half as much as they quoted me using remanufactured CV axles. I will never trust this company again. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with them but it will be my last. Very disappointed in Tire Kingdom because they were highly recommended by a close personal friend. This is also not the first time that they have quoted me an exorbitant cost on work that needed to be done. My recommendation is to always get a second opinion if you use this company.

I love these guys! When I lived in Florida I was getting an oil change once a month for all the driving I had to do, and they always took great care of my vehicles. They didnt try to waste my time telling me I needed random work done and had me in and out in a timely manner. Even when I was on vacation I went in for some work!! They have very competitive prices. Dalton and Don have great customer service and Matt is a great tech! Only guys I trust my truck to! I highly recommend them to anyone!

We had a track bar and front end alignment performed on our 1993 jeep grand Cherokee last year. The vehicle ran straight as an arrow until recently. Took the vehicle in and parts and labor are covered under warranty. Les behind the counter is spectacular, stellar and very knowledgeable. He has great customer service skills. Mask mandate or stay 6 feet away from ppl, 1st of all I dont like ppl enough to be closer than that, 2nd, I was 6feet away from everyone else but yet I was told I had to stay outside in the hot sun at 101°,service wise was OK, but this is pure bs, now I hope that they made me wait outside that theyre prepared to accept payment outside

I waited almost 2hrs to get a tire put on a rim that wasnt even on the car. Really disappointed with the wait time, it wasnt busy or too late in the day to make that kind of a wait for something that only takes 5-10min to do easy to deal with. Other than that it wasnt a bad experience and once they got to my tire it was done fast.

We were very satisfied with the service we received and the politeness of those who helped is. Although we suspected one of our tires was not in as good shape as our other, we had come in to get all of them rotated (for free since we get that for the life of tires bought there). We were informed the one tire was worn through to the second layer and was not safe. Consequently we got new tires at a reduced rate since they still had some warranty left. We appreciate the tire-lifetime service TK provides. I recommend them.

This post isnt actually in reference to the directions to this place. However Maps has a tendency to tell you to go left when ETA is the same if you go straight I have also had issues where were both North and South directions were similar ETA it also likes to route you to Parkways unless you shut that off and your settings. The computer obviously or the computer designer is not smart enough to know that the shortest distance between two points is a straight line

Take my truck there regularly 4 service they always check what I ask while doing my oil change. Last visit I asked to have front end alignment checked it was they told me it was fine. The point is they could have done a front end alignment and I wouldnt have known any differently

Late on a Saturday eve we needed a tire fixed to travel 150 miles, Pep Boys turned us away and by chance saw Tire Kingdom on the way, Glenn was more than happy to help us and got it done quicker than we expected. If we lived in the area.....would always go there!!

Very cordial and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Doug will take the time to answer your questions so your appointment time, while waiting, may be a bit longer. Fees are reasonable particularly for an ultrasound - which is somewhat unusual to be found. The office is extremely clean.

I ordered new tires on the tire kingdom website and set up an appointment with the north Lakeland TK. It took 2 hours for them to replace a set of tires after I had already scheduled an appointment. But that’s not the worst part. I took my truck to the Toyota dealer in Lakeland for a recall notice and the tech told me my spare had a bad valve. Told him I just had new tires replaced and I would have TK repair it as it was on my way home. After another 45 minutes they came to me and said nothing was wrong with the valve so I left. A few days later I picked up a screw in one of my new tires. Luckily I was close to home and got it in my driveway before it went flat. Pulled my spare and you guessed it.....FLAT:(. Bad valve stem. Had I not been close to home I would have been screwed. I used to be a loyal customer to this particular TK in Lakeland. Never will I do business with this unscrupulous business again.

The staff was very professional. Very quick and they have responsible prices.

They got me right in with no appt. and out the door in under an hour for an alignment. I was told all the tires were rotated bc it was still pulling a little on the test drive. I was told it may pull the other way now. When I left it felt like absolutely nothing had been done. I went back and spoke the gentleman who worked on it and he admitted that at least two of the tires werent rotated. They took the car back in and when I left this time it was perfectly fine. Im not sure what they did different, but in my experience, if it was the tire, it shouldve pulled back the other way after the rotation. It didnt. Maybe nothing was done the first time, maybe a front tire going to the back fixed it. Whatever it was, they fixed it, and reattached my sagging bottom engine cover. Also, when I called before I went, I was told the alignment was $10 off (now $70). I didnt mention it at first and was rung up for the original $80 (either theres a special or not... I shouldnt have to bring it up). The price was brought down after I mentioned it. I dont like being swindled and I dont like having to return to get what I paid for. I probably wont return. Their prices were comparable to other places. Ill check somewhere else next time. I hear Tire Choice up the street has better reviews and its only $10 more.

Terrible service. Didnt even get the work done. I called and they told me I didnt need an appointment to get a slow leak in a tire fixed. 90 minutes later the vehicle is still in the yard waiting. If I needed an appointment I would have made one. If there was a no star rating they would have got it from me.

I just went in to this location on Saturday for an oil change and I was concerned that one of my tires may have a leak. They told me all of my tires were fine, but really wanted to push me into replacing air filters and inside cab filters. Three days later my tire is flat.Someone did a really poor job of checking the tire I asked about which was my main concern and the reason I went to Tire Kingdomr, but they were on top of making sure I bought some filters....... 😡

Been a loyal customer of Tire Kingdom in the Lakeland area since 1992. That alone would express my satisfaction. I walked in at the North 98 store, bought 4 new tires and was mounted and out the door in less than one hour. I would highly recommend this company to tire shoppers.

Service has gotten worse! They claim that my vehicle needs some major mechanical repairs, like for instants, Tire Kingdom Mechanic told me that my Struts and shock absorbers needs replacing at the cost of $1200.00 and after that I took my vehicle to other Mechanics to looked at them and told me Nothing is wrong with them.

I had a Horrible experience at this Tire Kingdom. They broke my Rim cap and tried to give my car back without telling me what happened . Then they promised to get me a new one and it never happened. They just kept giving me the run around like they can’t kind it for me . Highly unprofessional and please, for ur own sake, I do NOT recommend anyone to go here .

Unfortunately I have to give these guys a 2. Went here for years for my maintenance with no issue. Always treated well and fair (or so I thought). I thought customer loyalty might get you somewhere but apparently not. Got a flat one day and went there with my spare on and they doubled the price of the tire! I guess all of that customer goodwill isnt worth much these days as their main intent is to gouge customers when in need. If you shop around, you can get much better prices. Saved over $500 on a transmission repair and at least $200 on a recent tire job. Didnt realize how much they overcharged you until I started shopping around. Highly unlikely Ill go back again, which is a shame as they were always friendly.
