No longer in existence....Sucked anyway....

I had my oil changed a couple weeks ago and it was on of the best experiences Ive had in a while. No tricks to make you fix unnecessary items. It was an extremely professional environment. I will definitely be a returning customer. I will recommend him to all my family and friends.

Have tried many auto repair shops in the Lakeland area. This place is THE place to bring your vehicle. Professional, Honest, Reasonable. Repairs are done right the first time. Highly recommended! The only shop I will take my familys vehicles from now on.

The employees were very pleasant and accommodating I have yet received the cost of the services that review will come later but first impression were very good.

Auto Clinic by HD is the best auto repair shops I’ve ever used. They have great integrity and only recommend what is needed. Not only that but they don’t over charge for the parts like most repair shops do. Since I have found about this shop I have not and will notgo to anther shop other than this one if I can help it. All repairs are of the highest quality with the best prices for a certified shop I have seen. I would recommend if you have any automotive repair needs to go there and get it done right the first time. I use to only trust our Mercedes with an actual Mercedes dealer but if you’ve ever owned one the prices there are ridiculous. I still by the Mercedes parts but he is the only repair shop besides thedealer repair that car and I’ve been very satisfied.

This place is a 100 percent professional and they dont kill you on price. I love this place cause they fixed all the problems I wanted to fix and it didnt cost me a arm and a leg. I will definitely come back

My car was not draining my ac liquid, every place in town wanted to overprice me just to fix a simple drain issue. Thanks guys for not taking advantage of me!!

Google is dropping the ball by missing NO STAR rating because this garage deserves zero or negative stars. Auto Clinic by HD. Im wondering about them? Theyve moved three times in a year. I watched saw the 3 tear down and rebuild a 2016 4dr Tacoma in 48hrs with a new chassis yet you dont have 2 hours to fix my car and be paid for it? New arrivals passed through while my car sat there from 10/9/17 to 11/15/17. $80 for a 4.2 mile tow in and misdiagnostic. Two different fuel pumps later in their yard myself and it runs.Theyre mighty proud of those Mercedes fuel pumps. $267 for the right one @ a local Lakeland owned business. Mr Howard asked for my old pump. I gave it to him. The car has 8 gallons of gas in it. It makes it 80 feet and dies and wont start just like before. Move car back to his parking lot. 5th visit to my friend Karen now a crank sensor. $98. I give them the part. They tell me theyre putting it in as soon as they finish the car on the lift If I hafta stay late Mr Alex my friend I will have the car running fine for you and call you when its done. Some friend! Ive been shined on by these people for 5 weeks! I wonder if those other peoples cars are being misdiagnosed too? They never touched my car other than to put it in the yard Twice and injure their hand jacking it up. Today 11/15/17 I called AAA to get it towed out and to my house. I meet Tyler the tow driver from Maurice at 4pm and he has the car hooked. He tells me the car ran and drove out to hook. Mr Howard employee echoes with Glee exclaiming We fixed it!! It was something else!! It wasnt that sensor.. I ask Tyler to take my car to my house. Mr Howards smiley employee tries to assure me shes fine and I shouldnt get the tow out but to cancel and pick it up later with a friend. I wave my hand in front of me and proclaim I no longer believe anything anyone here says! I insist the car go to my house! Tyler gets to my house and has been shined on good too. He thinks hell start the car and drive it back to its spot in my yard. Michael is my witness. It didnt and still doesnt start. Mr Howard has Quebec plates and not Florida plates. As an owner of a W202 C280 Im very aware of the same 10 or so German luxury /sports cars that have been there through 20k worth of oil changes at his place over the prior 11 months. Mr Howard was my first oil change in it. Ive owned it a year Nov 17th. Its my first Mercedes!! Im wondering if it was next on his list to add to the collection? Thats my car man! Its my horse! I paid 2 insurance payments and two car payments and didnt get to use it!! I NEED IT TO GET TO WORK LIKE EVERYONE ELSE DOES!! Is it because Im white that you shined on and mislead me for a month? Im starting to think so. Rest assured I will warn every car owner I know about the lack of professionalism and service you have provided. Update. I changed the sensor myself in 30 minutes on Thanksgiving morning. The car runs and drives. Upon washing the grass clippings off it from it sitting there so long I noticed 2 new very large scuffs on the rear passenger side bumper.HEY TYLER MAN!! I OWE YOU A BEER BRO!!WORST!! GARAGE!! EVER!!!

The problem always gets fixed never had a problem and his prices are very reasonable.

We brought our SUV for A/C repair to Auto Clinic by HD .Our options on how to fix the SUV were throughly explained and we were even shown the malfunctioning compressor .Howard not only changed the oil in the SUV but changed the oil in the car that we used to pick up the SUV . Howard is a hard-working upstanding mechanic . It was pleasure doing business with him .
