The one on Florida Avenue is a rack when a customer comes in you expect them to know their product they will tell you quick that they dont and that they are not mechanics left me high and dry

If I could give zero stars I would. They used to be my store I went to all the time. They have gone so far downhill the past few years.. Worst female manager horrible in person and on phone. They also are refusing to fulfill my warranties and I have a lot. Will not do business here again.. ……… in response to your reply We have gone as high as the DM and nothing.. the problem is your management. Your management leaves a lot to be desired. I spent a lot of money with Auto zone for nothing I’m having to buy the parts from Oriellys because your management refuses to let me get my lifetime warranties parts swapped out.

They employees are always helpful. And yet not pushy. The offer good solutions for those that may come in stranded

I don’t usually write reviews but my experience at this location was awful.I had an issue with my break light so I drove over to AutoZone because I needed to replacement bulbs. When I got to the cashier I told her that I needed to change my break lights and then she asked me for my car model and info. After I gave her all of my info she very rudely told me told me that that this specific bulb wasn’t sold there and I needed to order them online. I suspected that she was lying to me so I went over to my car and did 5 minutes of research and I found the specific bulb I needed...and guess where it was sold? Yup, Auto zone. So I went back in the store and then I found the exact bulb I needed.So I went over to pay, and this time another lady rang me up (I don’t remember her name but she was very nice). After I bought the bulb I asked her if she could help me replace the bulb and she actually tried helping me...for the most part. Basically none of the tools worked, so she told me that she had to go inside to grab a specific tool to help me out so she walked back inside. I assumed that they probably had customers to deal with so I waited patiently. I ended up waiting outside for almost 30 minutes.And then I finally decided to head back inside to ask the nice lady if she found the tool but she was nowhere to be seen. In fact the whole shop was empty. (An hour before closing time).When I realized that nobody was going to help me I finally gave up and I just drove myself home without a break light.So it’s safe to say that I will not be returning to AutoZone anytime soon.

This store has definety has needs to work on customer service on numerous occasions they lacked.. today i spent over 15 minutes waiting for someone to come back from a brief hold i was supposed to be on.. i had been on hold for so long i had time to even drive to the store and was in the store waiting waiting on service while the hold music was still playing in the back. I saw no customers in the store i counted at least 4 ppl in the store working. This lack of customer service was extremely inconvenient and cost me alot of time. I promise i will not be shopping at this store in the future. Extremely bad cutomer service

It a lady there i went there 3 times and I went, she has a way of being bad and you cant ask her about anything because she takes a bad attitude, I went quickly today to another store because there is no one enters when she is, Im going to take her name

The Winter Haven location... My parts were either completely wrong or missing. And the staff didnt seem to have time for me. Like I was being rushed out of there.

I spoke with Hector and met with Micheal whom was very customer service oriented, he answered my questions fulfilled my reason for coming to autozone which was to replace a worned battery with a new one. Michael as well as Hector explained to me about the 3 year warranty on the battery. They were practiced Covid safety precautions and completed my serviced. This auto zone did a great job.

I had to go to the store to get a battery for my car. At the time I was an emotional mess because I had just lost my husband three weeks prior and I drew a total blank as far as how to change the battery myself. The female staff came to my aid, took the old battery out and put the new one in without hesitation. Now I know this is their job however given my emotional state they truly went above and beyond to help me and make sure that I was okay before I got in the car to drive home. My husband always said if I ever needed parts for my car this was where I needed to go.

Always service with a smile here! Ive gone at different times & met different sales associates. Theyve all been knowledgeable, courteous & willing to go the extra mile to help. (Like popping in a new headlight bulb). One guy put a new battery in my car so fast, I couldnt believe it! I was expecting a long wait. They always have the most needed items in stock. Just picked up a steering wheel cover for my new car. Two thumbs up!👍👍

My battery died. I got a jump and drove to AutoZone with my 2 and 4 yr old in tow. Edwardo was awesome. Polite, knowledgeable, and patient (did I mention the kids?). I was out of there with a new battery installed before the kids had a chance to get cranky waiting. Thanks Edwardo!

I came in here for a car battery at 8:00pm because mine was so bad I couldn’t turn my car off it was an emergency I had to get to work, and after first ignoring me, I had to beg for a response they said they could sell me the battery but could not install it because they didn’t have time so I left rather quickly and drove to the next closest auto place and then it started raining so they couldn’t replace it. so now my car will not start when I get off work in the morning (I work a night shift) and I will have to hope someone has jumper cables or pay 100bucks for a tow truck all because I was refused service.

Great staff and selection of product. Auto Zone is my number one place to stop when I need something for my car. They always have everything so its pretty much the only place I shop. I also like not having to save my receipt for warranty items. They save it under your phone number which is great because 3 years from now are you really gonna remember what you did with your receipt?

I had to stop at auto zone on 98 and Antonio was very helpful and very sweet he walked out and said let me see if i can help you he fixed the windshield wipers he took the old one off amd put the new one on and said we are here to help! Ill defently be going back to see them!!

I brought a battery for my vehicle the battery went bad when I was at rural king truck wouldnt start so a went into the store and purchase a battery so I can get home took the battery that I purchase at autozone to autozone explain what happened and ask if I could get my money back and the employee said no I could get a free replacement battery because its the store policy so the employee talk to the store manager and wouldnt do it either so Icalled their district manager to find out that it wasnt their policy they just didnt want to give me my money back wont shop at autozone again
