I drove about 45 minutes each way and past 8 Ford dealerships(yes I counted) to come here and it was so worth it!I was greeted by Jackson Morgan at the door and I informed him I was there to see the Bronco and in about a minute we were ready to see the car.He was extremely knowledgeable and has been hands down the best Ford Salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Not pushy, honest, and straight to the point; exactly what everyone needs.If every sales guy was like him the general public would enjoy the car buying process a lot more.Test drive was honestly a pretty good length which also impressed me.I attached pics of the Bronco which they have.I will make sure Jackson Morgan earns both of my Bronco sales and make sure every person I know orders from him he deserves the sale!They don’t charge a markup on the Bronco either (MSRP) + the normal charge that’s on every car they sell that includes a National Lifetime warranty just do regular maintenance to keep it in tact, pretty simple if you ask me.After I get my Jeep I’ll probably trade it in for a Bronco down the road after the hype dies down, the kinks are worked out and there isn’t so long of a wait.Also if you come here for any Ford ask for Jackson Morgan you won’t regret it! Very impressed with this dealer compared to Elder Ford.

I went in there to reserve a maverick. After I had my cars appraisals done at other dealership. One car was worth 10,200 other 800. This salesman came back and offered me 4k for both. Complete bull. This place is trying to rip people off to the fullest. This happened on 10/4/21

If youre trying to sell a vehicle after receiving a KBB Instant Cash Offer, skip this place. They said the minor damage reported (rim replacement) was an accident even though the Carfax literally says Minor damage is usually cosmetic, including dents or scratches to the vehicle body. Yes it had minor damage that was addressed because I dont want even minor scratches on my vehicle. So they dropped the offer by $6,000. The year old tires were supposedly too worn as well.

Beware of the service Department. Kenny is very friendly, however my next trip will be my FIFTH trip for one warranty service. This time they ordered the wrong part even though they were supposed to change the plug before and its still broken. Makes me wonder if it was ever changed to begin with. They leave trash in your car after the service and you wait a really long time. I paid my deductible for this service so after this is settled Ill find a new ford dealership. Its unfortunate because this one is conveniently located for me.

I went in to get my back brakes replace and four hours later they was replace, I had no bad brake sound before that, now everytime I stop my brakes are as loud as a rock concert. I took my truck back and they say they would sand my brakes a small bit and that should help, well it didnt now Im stuck with a two hundred plus loud brake job. The only reason i gave one star because of the staff but the finish result are awful and I wont go back

Slow Service very unprofessional with the way they talk to people took 2 hours to get a oil change with an appointment not to mention the 20 minutes waiting for them to take my car after waiting at the service entrance for people just to keep walking by. Been a loyal Ford customer my whole life, grew up in a Ford family also Family that work for Ford. Love the product and the service, until now... Moved to Lakeland Florida this past winter and needed a dealership for regular maintenance on my F150 so I chose Lakeland Ford. Every time I’ve brought my vehicle there for work or maintenance there’s always an issue. I specifically give instructions on what I would like or not like done and it’s clearly not taken seriously. For example I rotate and rebalance my own wheels and tires. When I went in for an oil change I know that the Fords oil change package includes a tire rotation so I specifically told them to note not to touch my tires please. Then they told me absolutely no problem we have it noted right here. When I picked up my truck I asked if they had touched the tires they said nope we sure didn’t. Well I had secretly marked them before hand. Sure enough they were moved. Took my truck in to have a seal replaced on my drive shaft and also needed an oil change so I brought my own oil, like I usually do and left it in the passenger seat. They said on Wednesday early afternoon when I dropped it off it would probably take a day maybe two so they set me up with a rental vehicle. I Called late afternoon on Friday when I hadn’t heard anything yet, and that’s when they told me that apparently there was a part they needed that hadn’t come in yet and would need to keep the truck until Monday. I told them that wouldn’t work because I had already planned a trip where I needed to tow a boat with my truck on Sunday. They said OK you can come pick up the truck. After I got got in my truck I noticed right away my oil was still sitting in my passenger seat. I went back in and asked why that oil was there and they said they hadn’t done the oil change. When I asked why the oil change hadn’t been done while my truck was sitting here and while we were waiting on this part they looked puzzled and just said they weren’t sure. So my truck just sat at the Ford dealership and didn’t even bother to change the oil. I called and asked for the service manager and he basically said that I was right and and said that that is unacceptable. He told me to come pick up a garage door opener that I had left in my rental on Monday and I had hoped to talk to him further about my ongoing issues. When I got to the dealership after school I asked for him and they said he’s on vacation... I know I’m just a speck in the grand scheme of things but if you don’t care about your customers you will lose more than me.

Wow, I had my fair share of bad experiences with customer service but my interaction with their parts department easily has been the worst. Guy had an attitude through the whole call. Yelled at me for not being a person who apparently had hung up on him. Sighed very loudly and fragrantly after I told him the part I was looking for like I was annoying him with asking him to do his job. After he very rudely told me my part was on backorder with no estimated ETA, I just hung up because I wanted to end that interaction ASAP. I understand buddy must deal with a fare share of rude customers but that doesnt excuse him from failing to act professionally. Not one for leaving reviews, but I hope management steps and corrects how he tends to customers because I know no rational person would be eager to do business with the Lakeland Ford parts department again. I know I am going to check out every other option available before looking for something with them again.

Terrible place. Paid for gap insurance for my car try to get new key since I damage mines, they also wanted to charge me $250 for key. They made a big hassle. Ended in Brandon Ford they treat me good and free...

Here what happend, I bought a part from this store that is located at Florida, I live in Texas, the first time they shipped the part to me, the package got lost, it was a whole process to re-send it, then I received the part and it was the wrong piece, even when I provided serial numbers and bla bla, I called again because it wasnt the right piece, what they told me was to do not buy anything else from them because they were right they sent the right piece, anyways I fought for my money because it was 800$ bill, I get em back, really bad experience, baaaaad customer service

My wife found a vehicle that she wanted to buy it was at Lakeland Ford being an hour from our house in Orlando it was a bit annoying to buy new vehicle on Fathers days but she wants what she wants she gets what she wants.The problem that bothers me is I’ve been here for two hours since we made the deal an hour ago and I’m still waiting on the finance manager person to run our paperwork through that’s why I’m giving them a one starIf I could I would do a -1 because now I’ve been here another 40 minutesI believe the problem is mostly in the credit department this is why I cannot recommend this dealership to anybody
