Very shady company. No response to phone calls or emails. They did not ship my part until I reported them as fraud to my credit card company... And that was almost a month after I placed my order. I would not order with them again.

I order an ac high pressure line that has many bends in the line. The line showed up 4 weeks later in a flat box with some tape on the edges. My 19 month old baby could have wrapped this item better. It was literally two card borard boxes flatted out with tape around it. A 53 dollar shipping charge was added to my 75 dollar part. Mopar parts overstock was quick to take my money and provide me with zero tracking information. After 3 weeks of emailing and trying to get ahold of someone, they finally shipped it out.Stay away from these rip off artists.

Yes you could go with a knockoff band. It’s not worth the trouble when you have all the labor involved with replacing this part. Plus the reviews have had where the part fails before the one year warranty. Mopar is a 2 year with excellent reviews and if it is anything like the original it will last another 8 years. The local dealer wanted $480 for the same part that cost me only $280. I called and spoke to Travis who was excellent, who I have dealt with in the pass. I called mid morning. They had it in stock. The part was at my door before I got home from work. Priority Mail 1-Day. No issues. No leaks. FYI this part is known for having oil leak under the intake but it is also known for coolant leaks too. Not as common but it does happen.

Ive been looking for a fuel supply tube for about 2 weeks for my 2013 Jeep. Ive called around to my different jeep places and my local dealer. after 4 different places said they had it in stock, then said it wasnt there, I was directed to call Mopar Parts Overstock in Lakeland FL. Very pleasant, courteous, professional interaction and easy transaction to make. I wish I remembered the young lady I talked with. She was more than helpful. She shipped my part out to Jax and I had it Friday Night. I was very frustrated up to this point with other places saying it was in stock but not. My jeep is back on the road and Im a happy camper!!! With the ally premier protection service plan on my vehicle they pay 35 towards maintenance so I got the 2 oil change for 50 and paid the difference. Staff are helpful and since it was a wait on our oil change they offered to shuttle us home. My grandchildren enjoyed the kids room where they were able to watch cartoons and have a place to unwind as we waited.

Ordered a interior piece for my car. After 4 of waiting for a shipping number or confirmation. In the email confirmation they informed me that the price on their website and the price I paid is incorrect and I have to pay the difference. I called and spoke to a gentleman that offered me the options to either pay or cancel my order. This completely wasted my time and this company should honor THEIR mistake.

I ordered a bumper I needed because of an accident. I ordered it in the beginning week of December. In my order confirmation it stated it may take up to 14 days to arrive. I waited the 2 weeks but after no further communication from this company I was concerned on the whereabouts of my order. I called a few times and spoke with a couple different representatives in regards to a tracking number for my order but some how no one was able to provide that for me. I finally called a week later and was given a tracking number. It turns out my bumper was broken as they were shipping it out to me, instead of communicating this with me I was not informed until I asked. I was then given a tracking number and was asked to wait another week. It has now been a month since I ordered and I finally received my order. I was very dissatisfied and I reached out via email in regards to a particular refund for the trouble and inconvenience this has caused me. Especially with a high shipping price and expensive unexplained “core charge” I would recommend anyone to go directly through the dealership.

After seven days someone finally answered the phone. He said my item wasn’t in stock at local warehouse, that they had to get it from someone else but I should receive it by Thursday. I ordered a decal for a 20 Dodge Ram. The site asked me for the VIN which I provided. The site also showed a pic of the hood decal. I went ahead and order because the site said it would fit my truck. First, it took over a week to receive and on top of things I received a decal for a sports hood that didn’t fit my truck. Totally different from the pic on the site. Very deceiving. Do not put a pic from a different part if it’s not what you’re buying 🤬

I needed a sensor for my sons Jeep as it was not running. I ordered the part on a Monday hoping to have it by the weekend so he could drive back to college. After several days without receiving any tracking information I called Mopar parts overstock on Thursday to find out they were just getting around to shipping the part. I tried to use the tracking information they provided but it didnt look like the part was actually shipped out until Friday. This caused a big inconvenience as my son had to drive my vehicle back to school and now I will have to fix his car and then swap vehicles with him later. Nine days later still no part, this order was for a small sensor that could have been mailed in an envelope. I will never order from this company again.

Waste of time and money. Slow and do not respond to returns. Save your cash.

Excellent service, experience, and product. I ordered a part for my 2006 300 and it came quickly but there was a discrepancy on quantity. The part was listed as a 2 pack but only received one. I called and was helped immediately without question. I received the additional piece very quickly and was able to complete my repair. Ordered a very small part 8 days ago, paid $12 for shipping... called today to get a status report. Washed their hands of any responsibility and told me to call USPS, they couldnt help me. I track USPS all the time with alerts and status updates. All USPS had was a generated tracking label. This company is low rent. NO support services.

Refund was short paid by $30+ dollars. Purchased couple items, both were missing parts and disassembled. Shipper didnt offer to cover shipping for return, so paid on my own expense and on top they deducted like 10% from original price... sadly customer service just denied full refund when brought to their attention of short pay... Terrible biz practices, first and last time shopping here, and warning others to think twice before doing any biz with these thieves.

I placed an order in the morning on June 2. That evening, I received an email stating there was an error within their system, and they wanted to charge me an additional $39.05 in shipping. I responded and told them they should honor their initial shipping quote instead of trying to charge me an additional fee after I had already paid in full. I advised if they would not honor the agreed upon price, then to cancel my order. It has now been a week, and I have not heard back from the about my order. I followed up with them to see what my order status was and found it to be canceled. I am very displeased with the level of customer service. First trying to change an agreed upon shipping rate after my purchase then not even a follow up from them to inform me my order was canceled. I am now a week behind on the repairs I need to perform which is how I make my living.

This is an excellent place to get hard(almost impossible) to find parts. It would be 5 stars except this time I received some kind of aftermarket part which made my job immensely more difficult. I ordered two lower control arm bolts, as pictured with the blue background. I received 2 bolts like the picture on the right. It might not be clear but the original bolt has a cone shaped end so it is self threading. The other bolt is flat ended so the receiving hole must be perfectly aligned for it to fit. Let me assure you that the cone makes all the difference in the world.

The worst experience ever! Customer service does not exist in this company. I received the wrong part, and when I called to have it returned, the guy tells me to wait for him to figure out what went wrong. This is after already waiting on the phone for 15 minutes listening to him swear and heavy breathing. Finally I ask what are you doing? He suddenly snaps on me, calling me names and saying he didnt do anything wrong.. WOW!, I ask him to give me his supervisor, he says he is gone for the day! Was not able to find this part anywhere. When I did the company wanted more to ship it then the part cost. MPO had the part I needed and it cheaper then the one place I found it at and I was able to pick it up locally and saved on the shipping cost.

Part should to us came defective. The part is bent! We tried contacting Mopar Parts Overstock several times by phone leaving messages and got no response. We sent an Email. On February 29, 2020 we received a response stating that we would be contacted by a Mopar Parts associate with instructions and next steps to finalize and complete our return. Up to date we have not received a response.

I have a unique vehicle that is a challenge to find parts for Mitsubishi raider which few know is a rebadge Dodge Dakota.
