I was lucky enough to come across this website in my search for a window regulator. A lot of Hyundai parts are not sold in the after market so unfortunately, I had to go through the dealership for this particular part. I had to order a couple of parts for a brand new car because the Hyundai dealerships in San Antoni TX are pure horror. They damaged my new car, i had to argue with them to repaid some of them but I found additional damaged parts and I decided to replace them myself. So far I had an excellent experience with the online sales department. You are notified every time there is a change in your order status, shipping is always fast and always arrived sooner than estimated. I do my own maintenance and I use OEM filters and part for it. I will definitely order my maintenance parts from here. I cannot comment on the onsite experience because I am not located there, but based on this experience it is very likely the local experience is just as great.

I’m so glad that I discovered Wholesale Hyundai. Previously, I used RockAuto, but what I like about Wholesale is that you can actually talk to someone who is knowledgeable about car parts, and because they are an actual dealership, they will have parts that you can’t find anyplace else. I will highly recommend them.My only issue is I live in the US Virgin Islands, and they don’t currently have them added as one of their destination options. This is very frustrating, because I have to ship my parts to MIA before they come to me; however, I expect them to fix this soon, as they ship to everyplace else in the world, including our next door neighbors Puerto Rico.

Worst parts dealer I have EVER dealt with. I know my car M.Y., I know what size rotors and what size wheels I have. I order brake pads from THEIR site that state it fit my exact car, but then I get an email AFTER I ordered them saying I bought the wrong pads. Their website stated that the pads that fit were for a wrong year, and for different size wheels/rotors. The person on the phone kept saying your VIN says this when clearly their system is wrong.

Ordered parts from 3 different sites to fix a damaged front end...bumper, radiator, condenser, some rather large car parts coming from the East Coast. I used this site (hyundaiparts) to get the smaller pieces such as acrews, brackets, etc...I received the bigger pieces from the other 2 sites in about 3 days. Its been about 11 days and still no screws, brackets. Got tired of waiting and went to a junkyard in Otay, Mesa Ca. and bought the screws and brackets.The car is already put back together and still nothing from this site! I wont ever use this company again and frankly dont care if the pieces even show up.
