Karen the manager at the S. Florida location was the best! We had to get some parts replaced on our “older”car and she was so helpful in finding and ordering the parts. She went above and beyond to help us and I am so grateful for all her help.Thank you Karen for all your help.

Great atmosphere, helpful and very knowledgeable staff. If your looking to change your oil or need a part theyve got you covered with little to no wait, Of course there are parts for cars that arent available same day but I highly recommend going to your local advance to check out their prices on top of them having the best quality parts with the best warranties over all I will always pick Advance Auto Parts for all my car needs.

Seriously, the black guy with the accent (islander, but not Jamaican) is completely useless. If you must use this location, it’s worth your time to wait until another employee is available to help you. You’ll have to wait until someone completes his job for him anyways, until then “I’m just browsing” will save you a headache, and not having to watch someone act like he hates having to bother with life in general.

Sunday and my battery in Tahoe was dead. Stopped by Auto Zone, was told it would take about 40 mins… Jeff M had us ready to go in 5 mins and we didn’t even loose our favorite radio stations. Fast and Friendly Service.

Went here last week too have my battery tested, 2 different times, 2 different people. Both times both of them used a different machine. Both of them said it was FINE! WELL GUESS WHAT ! After realizing battery replacement for a VW Passat needed a special piece of equipment, Todd the manager was extremely helpful in finding the appropriate battery, letting us borrow the equipment, and supervising us with helpful hints while we installed it. Stephanie helped me in the store today and she was really great! She took the initiative to look an item up for me when she noticed me waiting. When the item I wanted wasn’t in stock she offered to order it. She also checked other stores near by to see if they had it. Once located, she called the other store to confirm they indeed had the item notified them that I would be headed that way. While on the phone, she proceeded to ring up my other item for purchase. Great employee and nice human being.

This place is great. Todd really knows cars and has experience! He gives wise, fair car advice. Overall, Advanced Auto Parts always have the parts I need for my car and friendly service/parts for installation. I have used the brand for a while and this location quite a few times. They have an online to store pick up option that you can usually save 20% which is great! I hope they dont inflate the prices 2o% because of that though. Zach seems newer and less experienced but he offers good customer service, he jumped my car! That was really helpful. They dont charge for a jump start! Its a good parking lot for your battery to die in.

If you need parts the staff seem very knowledgeable of what youll need. The only problem I have with this place is that they always only have 2 or 3 people in the store. One person at the counter is usually on the store phone anytime I walk in (not their fault I know). And the other employee(s) is/are God knows where or helping out other customers. I just wish I could be helped in a more timely fashion.

I walked in to ask that someone help with interpreting what my error message was on my car. A man behind the counter asked me if Id even checked my owners manual. Ive never been so angry at customer service. I was there for their help and was basically told to go figure it out and come back when I know what I need.

Customer service is trash. The professionalism is bad as well. The Jamaican guy had an attitude dealing with me after the fact they had a small argument about finding some sort of a part in the store. Last time going there.

I went in to get some parts for a brake job on my car. I was taken car of by a guy named Tony who had probably the worst attitude I have ever experienced at that store. The only reason I gave it two starts is because the other times I went it was awesome. Tony attitude actually brought you down 3 stars because he was my last experience there and will now be my official last at your store. I would rather go to another location and spend my hard earned $400.00. When I asked to see if we could see how I could keep the price a bit down to save some money considering times are a bit hard with Covid 19 keeping everyone out of work. People like Tony should be glad to see people walk in to spend their money. Dont get me wrong every other staff memeber I have met there were great and also very helpful but Tony just lost you a $400. sale because of his terrible attitude.

My wife when by with a battery issue and had the battery checked. Was told that the battery needed to be replaced. She called me at work and I asked her to find out if they can install the replacement battery in her car. She told me yes they would she I told her to get the battery and have it installed so that I would not have to worry about her breaking down. To my surprise I received a call later that evening from my wife telling me that the battery was not installed and she was told that the car had to be reset if the battery was replaced. The problem was that she was informed this after she paid for the battery not before. I know that what she was told wasnt true because I changed the battery in the car before. So if the person didnt want to help he should have stated that in the beginning.No more business from my family at this place.

They tested my alternator and battery for free, told me what was wrong with it, had a new one for my model in stock with a warranty and gave me a rundown on how to replace it myself. I went home did the job and brought my vehicle back. They tested my alternator again, checked my work, and told me everything was good. They were helpful and considerate and offered their knowledge freely.

The customer service was excellent. Not to offen you see all the employees with real smiles on there face. Just a tip if you order from there website for store pickup you get 25% OFF. I made my order on my Cell Phone in the parking lot and walked in and they were pulling my order.

Great help me with more than what I went after in the beginning

Needed to have part shipped from other store. I paid for it and left car there less then 24. They said they were too busy to call me when the part arrived, but they were not too buys to call to tow my car. There were no tow signs in the parking lot. Even worse, they were very cold and uncaring about the whole thing. Terrible experience. Just go to walmart across the street for better customer service.

It wasn’t even really about the experience. It was mostly about a call that I had made and asked some questions the lady sounded like she was annoyed and very rude. If you want things to sell you should go about things differently like who’s answering the calls. Not to be a critic but y’all should really train people on how they receive calls.

After just having an oil change we had a problem with our oil level, and werent sure what was wrong. Stopped in here and they took the time to explain and help is through our car trouble. Niki and Tony were fantastic in helping us. We were fixed and on our way in less than 15 minutes.

Lots of options in paint. Im restoring an antique and the selection is perfect. Black sandable primer is great. This location is next to Chipotle, so getting a bite to eat without moving the truck is great. Parking lot is easy to navigate. Very informative staff in all aspects of car maintenance and repair. Clean and well stocked location.

Karen specifically is terrible with customer service. Rude from the get go. Then gave me the wrong part and was rude about it. The new guy was much better and actually tried to help me. Maybe he should be the manager not Karen.

Id go here again! At least a 4.5 star rating. Was having a problem with the battery being dead couple times a day and Im new to the area and wasnt sure where to take the van and then it dawned on me to go to an auto parts store and see if they can do a battery test on it. I did a Google search for auto parts stores and somebody was kind enough to leave a review that said what an awesome job Advance Auto Parts did for testing a battery and now I can concur with that review. So I walked in and told my situation they put the meter on the battery and what did a couple of things like putting lights on and so forth and it said yep your battery has got a problem. They looked up in a booklet with the comfortable battery would be and its stalled it for a reasonable fee. Has been working like a charm since then. I highly recommend them!

Manager refused to honor price of item that was missing labeled even after seeing the entire row was marked incorrectly. Obviously they have no care of keeping or gaining return customers or are just trying to get over on customer. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

My car didn’t want to start and I had it jumped. Later after vet appointment went to Advance dreading buying a new battery. They checked it and said it didn’t need replacing just to be charged good! So I took the long way home! Thanks Advance Auto!

Great staff that was very informative about the coupons and deals. Very nice man helped carry heavy parts to my car.

I typically try not to visit Advance unless needed. The staff usually does not have the correct information from what I have experienced. I would recommend OReillys for parts. When entering Advance stores they always seem to have this dreary lighting and feels unclean. I think they could really use an update.

I bought a pair of 60$ headlights Sharon did not give me a receipt and said this has a warranty .Two weeks later one light stopped working I called and said I would be in the store the next day .I went in two days later and she said I returned them in Kissimmee and she will do nothing. I did not return these in Kissimmee or even been ther in years she pretty much said I was a lair. Very poor management skills! I believe she put it in computer that I returned so her numbers at stores dont go bad something ..fishy here

I have purchased car related items from their website several times and the company mailed me the store-only coupons few months before. Then I decided to give their local store a try. When I bring the coupon to purchase engine oil and filter, the staff failed to apply it to my purchase. Apparently, the staff did not know how to apply their companys coupon. After wasted me 20 mins, they just gave up and asked me do not use coupon. Then, I just walked away.After few days, I walked into another AAP stores (7020 N Church Ave) and used that coupon to purchase the staff I want. The staff in this store is well trained and let me complete the transaction with the coupon.I think the staff in this store (3440 S Florida Ave) should received more training on how to apply AAPs coupon and how to treat their customer in more professional way.
