This past Friday I took delivery of my new 2021 Subaru Outback. I traded in my end of lease 2018 Subaru Outback. My salesman was Adam. Theres something about having a relationship with a Dealer and Salesman that works for me. Excellent service department! Dropped my car off for repair on a Saturday morning and within 25 minutes I was already in a loaner heading home. Sean took great care of me calling me daily to keep me updated on what was happening with my vehicle while they worked through our extended warranty company. He called and told me it was ready to pick up, I got there and again was on my way home in less than 15 minutes.

Great customer service

With many car dealerships is like an all day battle to buy a car, not at Cannon Subaru. I contacted them via the internet, when I walked in the dealership I thought I would be accosted by several salespeople, however one gentleman looked up my phone number and said I was assigned to Louis. Louis then had me test drive several cars because I was unsure which model I wanted. Even showed me the certified used Subarus which I eventually decided to buy an Outback. Business manager was very low key didnt push any extras onto the deal but let me decide which I wanted. I was truly amazed there are car dealerships with this much integrity. Would I buy from them again, YOU BETCHA I WOULD.
