I showed up at 10 minutes to 10 and by noon I still wasnt taken care of. Though the guys were nice but I was told I had to wait an addition of 3 more hours before I could get seen. When I first came I was told I had 15 cars ahead of me and by 12:30 I was still at the bottom of the list. I obviously went somewhere else where I was seen promptly and didnt have to wait and for the same price for my tires. Thank goodness another retailer was able to see me quickly and with compassion. I wont be returning to this establishment

My son had brought in his tire to have replaced. DT was less expensive than the competition, but I was rather disappointed when we had to call two days later to find out if it was finished, to learn that it was done the day it was dropped off. Make sure they have the correct number.

This is the only place we get our tires. They are pretty busy most of the time so I highly recommend making an appointment rather than just going in. They have always been very professional and I am very thankful they let me stay in my car while they do my tires as Im high risk. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience. All new tires installed. Took 3 hours. (the tech installed them improperly). It finally is done I get on the road and the tire pressure light comes on. Called and was told it should have been reset....it wasnt. Not a happy customer

Good tires, good people… but lousy scheduling. Bring a snack and a book!I made an appointment for 1300 for service, and arrived exactly on time. They finally got me into the shop at 1334. When I asked the guy in the parking lot welcome-booth about the delay, he gave me attitude and acted like I was inconveniencing him.……..Second visit Update: The people were awesome again, but there was a 45 min delay this time. The customer parked beside me said he waited 60m. Hey management, stop scheduling appointments so tightly if you can’t honor them! Stop making a great crew look bad.

Total frustration. The person who called me last night to say that my new tires were on and I could pick up my car was supposed to set up an Uber ride for me at 10:30 AM. Nobody called me and the Uber ride didnt come Nobody answers the phone, just an automatic message that is no help.

I was recently at Discount Tire, I was not impressed like I usually am. The service used to be great! Looked very understaffed with disgruntled employees. I spoke with one of the kids working on my vehicle and he said he’s making $14.50 an hr. Doesn’t seem right that these kids making less than Mickey D’s. With that being said the service was still acceptable; not exceptional like I’ve come to expect from Discount Tire.

Ordered wheels online, setup appointment for next week after, that was moved out a couple more weeks until my wheels came in, then the wheels sent were the wrong wheels. Very disappointed, especially since the wheels sent werent even on the website for my car. So the time I took off work to not have the wheels I ordered was very disappointing. But everyone was very apologetic and I got a refund no problem so overall I was disappointed but the staff had no issue with it and were all about making it right.

I have been going here since the early 2000s and they are always excellent. Bringing my Tesla in for service now and they know about the battery pucks and tow mode. During the pandemic they are doing appointments and stay in your car service. The whole experience is excellent and I hope the appointments and in car service stick around after the need elapses.

Have been a previous customer with my 97 civic and 91 accord. After purchasing a 99 crown victoria I was sure I would be charged for a tire patch. I was pleased to discover it was still free. Now my new crown Victoria has returned to perfect condition in a day thanks to the wonderful staff here. I will definitely return here to purchase new tires and wheels when the day comes :)

They were pretty fast and they explain me with patient see all the different tires they had available I do recommend them to wait is a little bit longer so make sure you have somebody with you so if you have somewhere to go during the waiting period so you dont stay stuck there for an hour or so

Fabulous staff! They closed at 5 oclock, still had me come in and answered all my questions and got my car serviced with new tires all in the same night. They had been there all day, but I wasnt felt to be rushed one bit. Im super happy and will return if another need arises!

Very efficient and hard working group of employees. I had to order a tire for replacement and did it online through their website which was very user friendly,.. also took care of paying for it at the time, ( and they have the most competitive pricing) Tire was in the next day and I got sent an email notification. I had previously set it up to have the install done a couple days out,.. But was able to call that morning and got a same day appointment at 1:00. I didnt get in until 1:30 or so, but that was OK. Very nice employee came out to guide me into the bay/stall for install. I had them put the new tire on front and move existing tire to where the emergency spare was to the rear. Stayed in the car the whole time, while work was being done,.. About 20 minutes or so for appointment to be completed. Im a very pleased and satisfied customer.

Discount tire never ceases to amaze me. They have always been good and i have not had a bad experience yet. They are attentive to your needs and are fair in their price . Even if they were slightly more than the competition I would still choose them. Today I had them check my tire because it was flat and I seen some damage on the sidewall. So they checked it out to see if its repairable or not. Luckily it was good to go but since my tread depth was getting close to 4/32 on them I had them order tires anyway. The representative even tick time to show me different brands and help compare them. He didnt try to push the higher price tires on me and looked more at what i was concerned about, which was best tire for rain. They are always busy so its best to schedule an appointment. Sometimes you will have to wait awhile but it is definitely worth the wait

I have needed tires for my 92 Honda Accord for the last three months and decided to swing by on a random day off to talk about getting new tires. Jeremey (the manager) was more than happy to help me pick the best tires for my car and it’s use. They were within my budget, had the best overall rating and were very reasonably priced. My next worry was scheduling the install as my schedule can be quite hectic. Jeremey did a quick check of the schedule and noticed they would be able to squeeze me in right away if I had time to wait. The timing was perfect. Not terribly impressed. I ordered a set of 4 wheels and tires using the web site. The wheels were discontinued. Ordered another set, had to wait another week. 100 miles after installation, went back for a re-torque. The tech used the wrong sized socket, took em 20 minutes to get it off. Update.... Got home and saw several dings on one of the spokes, guess they are from the hammer. I made a complaint and they offered to replace the rim, no arguments. The wrong rim was ordered and installed (wasnt there during the installation). Really? Maybe a little attention to detail would have been awesome. I will share some of the error on this one. So, ordered the correct rim this time and another week waiting for it to show up. Update #2...... After a month, finally everything is correct.

Got a flat tire and had to order a new one from discount. Tire arrived quickly and despite them being very busy I received great customer service from an employee named Race. I mentioned to him that I had health issues that make sitting painful. Race made sure to personally mount my tire so I could be back on the road right away. I will definitely be returning to this location and greatly appreciate the service I received today.

Much better than the competition. They offer name brand tires and excellent customer service. During Covid, you can stay inside of your vehicle the entire time. This lets you see how fast and efficient they work. Kelvin and the guy wearing sunglasses, indoors.. took care of my car with speed and professionalism.

I purchased and paid for my tires online and setup the appointment, its so easy. They are doing a great job during this pandemic. I dropped my truck off at my appointment time. I am extremely pleased with my experience at the discount tire located in Lacey, WA. I had an appointment originally for May 13th to have some new wheels put on my wifes Ford explorer, unfortunately the wheels had not arrived by the 13th and I was called first thing in the morning and informed of this. They were very apologetic and even tracked where the wheels were to give me a better idea of a possible appointment reschedule. They said they would call me as soon as the wheels had arrived. Two days later in May 15th in the afternoon, I received an email from discount tire saying that my order had arrived at the store. I called the location and verified that the wheels were in fact there and they told me to come in that day and they would fit me in even though they technically had no appointments left for the day. I arrived at the location, and was in and out within 1 hour. They even gave me a discount on installation and the lug nuts due to the inconvenience. I was beyond pleased with the service, professionalism and speed of this location. Thank you very much!

Will use them again! I was skipped over for my appointment, frustrating yes, however John made it right. I left feeling my time was compensated for. When my truck was taken in they were fast and efficient. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and professional even tho I got cranky at being skipped.

I came initially just to have my winter wheels put on, simple swap bolt-on, and have the TPMS sensors synced... They did it all complimentary. And the next time as well. That won my business and Ive bought two sets of tires from them since. Also during Covid-times they seemed to be one of the first places around to really get their stuff together. Online scheduling. Curbside check-in. Now they even send u a txt with a web link that displays your current place in the queue while you wait.Friendly techs that dont rush more than a solid hustle. Fair prices. Very friendly and professional, had the inventory I requested, promptly called me when my tires came in, walked me through the process.

Tires are average price, Costco seems to have same prices with better service and warranty. It is easy to find and has a movie theater to go to if dont have an appointment and have to wait. This is not a place to go for quick tire replacements, its really popular so normally busy. The staff is nice but lack organisation/common sense. With one of my wheels is different and does not have a hub cap, the other caps wont fit on it. Instead of keeping track of that, the team struggled to get the hub on the wrong wheel damaging the rim and hubcap. Instead of talking to me or saying it was not fitting they forced it to fit leaving it looking AWFUL. It was a bent before but it left looking worse than it came in. It seems common sense to notice it looks worse and at least discuss it with the customer. After 30+ minutes on hold, they were quick to offer to fix the issue and polite about it.

I was there to get a tire patched and was told I was not a priority because there were appointments coming in every 15 minutes. No one was aloud in the store due to state SARS-2 restrictions, or at least Discount Tires overly aggressive and fear filled interpretation and implementation of said state mandate. I told them I was going to Les Schwab and they were perfectly happy to turn me away. Less Schwab had me in and out in 15 minutes at no charge. Less Schwab will always get my money now.

Husband had a random gash in his tire from a tire malfunction. He ordered and paid for a new tire on 10/12. They said it would take 3-5 days. Well, here we are 12 days later with no tire in sight. He had an appointment scheduled for Monday to get it replaced, but they had no record of his appointment. It didn’t matter anyway because it still hadn’t arrived. He’s tried to call since then but has to wait on hold for up to 20 minutes before hanging up and getting back to his job. Meanwhile, we’re wearing down the spare tire as he drives a lot. If he hadn’t already paid for the tire, we would’ve already brought our business elsewhere.

They are always busy and there is a reason for that. They are the best! Ive been going there for over 10 years and have gotten tires for at least 5 vehicles. Never a problem. I dont mind the wait for service because I know every customer is being fully taken care of. That kind of service can take longer per person but when its your turn you wont feel rushed or given anything but a first class experience. And I really appreciate the setup they have for protecting people during this pandemic. Its obvious they care about the communities health while still getting the job done. Dont forget to wear your mask!!!

We are very disappointed in discount Tires. We have been customers for over 25 years And when we went this week to inquire about chains for the tires we bought from them we were told that we could wait. then when we waited almost an hour and ask how long it would be we were told we could leave very rudely. I am beyond disappointed. I just wanted chains for my tires so I could safely travel in adverse weather to a family event.

A few years ago I needed a new tire pressure sensor and they did the job for about half of what it would have cost at other tire shops. Since then Ive had several visits ranging from a quick air check to a full set of tires, and have always been impressed with the price, quality, and service. Yesterday I brought in a flat, and although it was busy they determined it couldnt be fixed, found a new equivalent tire for under $100, and had me out of there in a couple of hours although it meant staying past closing time. Its usually busy and it can take a while, but definitely worth the wait.

The sales guys were great the tech who was mounting my tires had me concerned about my rims dont know if it was the machine or the tech but where it clamps up to the rim it kept sliding around the rim instead of rotating the rim and instead of switching to another machine he just kept trying to bully it
