The staff is always so pleasant and concerned for their customers. They do such good work. Its a pleasure to do business with them. They are trustworthy.

I don’t even know where to start. These guys are great to work with. We have a fleet of 9 vehicles that we bring to automotive artistry. From basic oil changes to major repairs, we trust them with all of our vehicles, even our personal vehicles we bring in. One thing that I like is we tell them to fix what needs to be done and they are honest about what needs to be fixed. And we always leave with paying less than we expect. They are honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable. You won’t find a better shop in town.

As a woman who has limited mechanical knowledge (I can change tires, bulbs and oil), I am always worried about getting ripped off by mechanics. But this one is no bull. I have asked before to see the part they were replacing. I have even asked to go inside the garage. No hesitation at every turn. They are immensely helpful and will never let you down. They are very honest and only repair that which you ask, barring parts that would make your vehicle unsafe to drive, of course. And by that I mean to say, theyll let you know if a repair is critical or if it can wait.

Can not recommend enough. My wife drives for work so we are getting oil changes every 4-6. We save so much compared to using a deal ship. They’ve also done great work with engine repair for my old truck, brakes and just about everything in between. Fast, professional, wwell priced.

Its nice to have honest mechanics who are professional, quick, and kind. They even vacuumed my car!! If youre looking for an auto repair shop who will take good care of you, this is the place!

Im super impressed so far. Informative, clear, courteous, helpful, and timely communication from setting up the service and inspection appointment through the time the car was in the shop. Reasonable and fully transparent about prices, fair and budget conscious. Excellent work, judging by how well my car runs and by their careful diagnosis and fixing of a problem that mechanics at 2 previous shops that I valued and that do good work, did not resolve over multiple inspections and servicing. I had not even bothered to ask the pros at Automotive Artistry about this problem, having come to believe that thats just the way it (this car) is. But they paid attention, noticed it and fixed it - really thorough and knowledgeable. Experts. Last note, the shop looks organized and clean and the waiting area is comfortable, well-lit and clean.

Justin was kind, courteous, patient, and thorough in gathering and explaining information about what was needed for my vehicle. Then, the work was completed at the quoted cost, along with a prioritized rundown of what items would best help this 2010 with 207K miles on it keep on going. Great work Matt did on my truck and I will be bringing my truck here from now on. They are polite and friendly. They offer outstanding service and I would recommend them to anyone. I had a lift put on with large tires and rims. Looks better than I could have imagined.

So far these guys have gone above and beyond expectations. Took in a car for a run of the mill Uber inspection and they found a major issue under the hood where as other mechanics may have missed. They are also willing to work with us on a brake change issue that no other mechanics would touch. I’m glad I tried these guys.

They listened carefully to my needs and carried out what I requested exactly.They were very clear about what they were doing and verified that was what they had done when they finished. Justin is exceptional! He took additional time to explain how calipers work and what should be looked for when a service technician is replacing brake pads. Great conversation! Though I didnt have any interaction with a service technician I did witness one giving a thorough explanation of issues on a vehicle he was working on to Justin. I would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience today. My car started giving me problems with starting and accelerating past the 2.25 rpm line. I tried a couple things myself, and I wasnt able to fix it as the problem came back three days later. Fridays are the only days I have off during the week, so I called and spoke with Allen. He was able to fit me in thankfully, but this wont always be the case, and you will need to call early in the morning for the best chance. He was up front about everything, and he was great to talk to until my husband was able to come get me. I could tell they do their job for the job and not to scam people which seems to be an issue for other people looking for mechanics. The price was good, and thats the thing I was really worried about. Thankfully, he found the problem, fixed it, and he let me know everything else wrong with my car, gave me the quote for those items and told me if I wanted to fix them in the future to let him know. I didnt feel pressured to do them then, but he also let me know realistically how effective they would be for my cars performance, and he didnt act like they were needing to be done that second. He was honest, friendly, and I really am glad I picked this shop! Ill be back Allen. Save me a convo!

Fantastic customer service, Im not a car guy myself so I called to get an oil change and also asked if they could just do a general inspection of my car. They said of course and that they do this normally already. The oil change was cheap and they also let me know about some other things that could(they didnt say anything needed to be done like some other companies) be done. I paid to have everything fixed up and my car has been driving better than ever. The place is also extremely close to my house, I really lucked out with this one.

They took the time to talk over the phone before the appointment. We had an estimate from a chain automotive shop that our daughter took the car to first, but that other estimate was very high and didnt seem right. Automotive Artistry found the problems for less money and they were accurate in diagnosis (unlike the other place). They were courteous and professional. We have moved a lot and it is always hard right place that you can trust. Automotive Artistry is a good place to go for car repairs.

They have always been great about repairs but today they went above and beyond. I took a motor mount to them to have a bolt welded back in place. They did it quicker than they said they would and for half the price they quoted me. I thought that was great, but then I got home and looked at it and Matt had greased the threads on BOTH bolts as well as putting new nuts on them. Its not a huge deal overall but it shows the attention to detail and focus on service that they always strive for. This is one of those places you can trust to tell you the truth about what your car needs and how to get it done.

I took my truck there based on the great reviews, and I am glad I did. I needed a quick turn around for for a shot wheel bearing, and they had my truck done in a couple hours. Ill definitely be using them again in the future if I have more issues.

I have had a number of different vehicles to Automotive Artistry. From a BMW, to a Jeep, to a NSX. They did outstanding work one every one of them! I recommend them to all of my friends who need mechanical work done.

Fixed my Hyundai for less than the dealer could get the part and the part they installed came with a national warranty. Dropped my car off at 8:00am and it was ready by 2:00pm. Quick friendly service and the price I payed was the price I was quoted.

By far the best and most honest shop. They understood my problems and situations and took them in stride. They communicated very well. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would put 0 but wont let me......i used to go here for everything I trusted them but now that I found out they rip people off we was told by Allen and his mechanics that we had a couple of things wrong and was going to cost about 2k to fix..... well we moved out of state and went to a really trusted honest mechanic and they told me that everything Allen and his mechanics told us was wrong. So Im here to tell people if you go here make sure and get a second and even third opinion before paying for something you probably dont even need...

Came to the gentleman at automotive artistry with a more unusual job of a custom coilover install and a leveling job. They did amazing work! As well as an awesome job of keeping me posted on the progress. Definitely recommended to all my friends! Thanks

Had a good first experience, then the second time they tried to charge me for checking my battery. Who does that and at $50, when auto-zone does it for free. They never even told me that it would cost when I asked if they could check it, disappointing service.

Ive taken my stupid car there many times and they have always been honest with their work. The last time I got my car fixed it was for the ac and I had to take it there twice after the first time didnt fix the problem, and they didnt charge for the work they had to repeat (saving me $$$).
