DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This will be the first bad rating Ive given any place in my life. I took my Equinox in to get the hubs fixed and he broke my e-brake line and something else. When we scheduled to fix it, he wasnt there and he wouldnt answer his phone. He has been dodging me and ignoring me for over a year now. I do not recommend this place. Your vehicle will come out in worse condition than it was brought in it. Ive heard from another gentleman who lives near him that he messed his car up and the neighbors cousins car too! I tried to support a small local business but now I see why some people dont. I now have to pay to fix what HE BROKE out of my own pocket. This is the worst mechanic in all of WA as far as Im concerned.

Called on a Saturday afternoon about 2pm. Asked if someone could take a look at my trucks water pump and when he said how does 3pm sound? And that was the most fantastic answer I think I have heard in a long time. I did not have to schedule and wait. They did fantastic work and got my truck back in a couple hours. I could not have asked for more out of these guys. They were straight forward and seemed like good people. Will be going back to have other things done.

Ive used IDM (Dwayne) before and he did great work in the past, but that has changed drastically. I dont know what his deal is now, but I advise anyone considering using him to stay away! Hes completely unreliable.I took my truck in on Thursday for him to look at it and made an appointment to bring it back to him Saturday at noon due to my work schedule. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment on Saturday, he told me off saying I was too late and that he was now working on another vehicle, that I was supposed to drop my truck off at 8 oclock that morning. His employee was right there and acknowledged the fact that we had discussed the fact that I worked Saturday morning and would therefore bring my truck in at noon. We discussed this on Thursday. That only seemed to infuriate Dwayne more. He became belligerent and verbally abusive and told me to go use another shop. When I tried to discuss the matter, overlooking that he obviously forgot about me and even tried to reschedule, he ignored me like a teenager having a tantrum. I mean, I was five feet from the man trying to speak with him and he acted like I wasnt there!So I took his advice and found a more professional shop. I suggest you do the same.And by the way Dwayne, if you read this, you may want to consider bathing once in awhile and changing your clothes. And I know that cigarette is permanently attached to your lips, but FYI... people dont like it when you climb into their vehicles with that lit cigarette in your lips, especially when they dont smoke.

Owner is friendly and knowledgeable. Had my vehicle opened up, apart and put back together in no time at all. Wasnt triple bypass surgery, but he did save my baby!

Used this shop in the past and felt like we probably were treated fairly. Now I wonder because I know that I just got ripped off. I left my car to have the brakes looked at. 1 HOUR LATER I got a call that the pads needed to be replaced and the job was already done. (I was surprised that it was done because I didnt authorize the repair - I guess it was assumed). Then I was told it would cost $315.00. When I got there and looked at the bill, I was charged $40 for brake pads and $250 in labor. FOR ONE HOUR! When I questioned him about it he said he had a hard time removing one of the parts and that this is what he always charges. I am upset with myself for trusting this guy and really upset because this is obviously bogus. I am telling everyone to stay away from this place.

Dewayne does excellent work and does not over charge for parts or labor like shops I have taken my car to in the past.

This place is a joke. Complete RIP off!! Save yourself a ton of trouble and go elsewhere, not sure if I want to post details just yet, or have our lawyer deal with them first.

After seeing this place only had a 1 rating star i was hesitant to go, My boyfriend still insisted tho. Showed up and as soon as i got out the car he copped an attitude and told me to move it. Plus he wanted to charge over double than what the place i finally took it to to have the work done charged.

Great bunch of people

My car was done in less than a hour. I paid full price for 3 hours and i reexperienced having the same problem. You have to stay with your car and watch the repairs get done.

Good Mechanic, high priced. Somewhat unethical.
